The G5 Universal Display now supports remote control through the John Deere Operations Center app or web interface. A support person can take over the display to help troubleshoot problems in the field. Enable it by checking for updates in Software Manager or contacting a John Deere dealer.

Now it is possible to remotely control your G5 Universal Display. Start the session in your Operations Center mobile app or web version, accept it on the display, and you are ready to control the display. This will better help you to support your operators in the field when they are having issues.
