RIVULIS D1000. Cinta de pastila con sistema ActiveFlex.

This is a YouTube video titled "RIVULIS D1000. Cinta de pastila con sistema ActiveFlex." created on October 28, 2016. The content is a detailed product presentation describing the features and technology of the D1000 dripline with ActiveFlex technology, focusing on its design, filtration system, flow rates, and applications in irrigation for various crops and soil types. The video explains the technical advantages of the product, emphasizing its innovation in drip irrigation technology.
Introducing the D1000 dripline with ActivFlex technology the D1000 dripline is a thin walled drip line with molded drippers which deliver excellent irrigation uniformity throughout the field. The drippers are designed with three sequential an inlet filter with multiple square inlet filters for maximum filtration turbulent dripper flow channel or labyrinth with a large cross section to keep particles suspended and a large outlet pool to provide space for a slit outlet to be used with the activlex technology. The D1000 drip line is available in two different flow rates, a 1.0 liters per hour and a 1.5 liters per hour dripper. The D1000 drippers are welded to the inside of the inner tube wall of the dripline. The D1000 dripline is offered in two diamet 16 millimeter and 22 millimeter and in either 6 mil in the 16 millimeter and 8 mil in 16 and 22 millimeter wall thicknesses. Let's follow the water as it flows through the drip line and see how the D1000 drip line functions. Water enters into each D1000 dripper through a specially designed inlet filter. The D1000 inlet filter covers a large surface area for efficient filt and contains square inlets which allow fewer particles to pass into the dripper channel. The square inlets provide better filtration than the typical rectangular inlets used in other products. The water then moves into the turbulent flow dripper channel or labyrinth where the water energy or pressure is reduced. Particles are kept in suspension while moving through the labyrinth. The water and any particles continue into the large outlet pool and are then flushed out through the slit outlet. What makes the D1000 dripline so unique is the Active flex technology. This technology allows the dripper to flex when pressurized, opening the slit outlet without pressure. The slit outlet closes and the dripper stops flexing. The Activlex technology in the D1000 dripper is an ideal choice for subsurface applications and sandy soils because it prevents outside particles from entering the dripper channel during the system shutdown. The Activlex technology also provides additional benefits including minimizing mineral deposit buildup around the slit outlet. The D1000 dripline with the Actiflex technology combines the best of both drip tape and dripline technology to create the next generation product, a molded dripper typically used in drip lines for accurate flow rates and slit outlets and thin walls similar to drip tapes. These features together provide a best in class thin walled drip line with uniform flow rates, high resistance to plugging and a built in protection from soil ingestion, all in a compact package. The D1000 dripline applications include a variety of field and vegetable crops using dripper spacings above 15 cm, and in applications where there are sandy soils or a subsurface installation is used. Everybody has thin wall drip lines, but only Rivulus has active flex.
