I would love to inspire and encourage anyone that was thinking of being in parts or service in the Ag and turf or CNF industry to just give it a go. My name is Sarah Lewis. I'm the parts manager at Brandt in Tereng in Victoria. Previously I'd studied at university in a Bachelor of Commerce in Commercial Law, worked in tourism and hospitality and then decided to apply for something that was more probably down to my roots having coming from a regional area.
The winner of the Parts Technician of the Year for Australia is and she better make some more room in the trophy cabinets because she's a back to back winner. Sarah Lewis, congratulations.
There are so many customers and experiences that contribute to the work that we do and I'm so passionate about the service and the support that we provide.
I'm very shocked. It was a pleasant surprise. I'm humbled by being recognised for your passion and your skill and your drive and that support that you provide to so many customers. There are so many opportunities within this industry and whatever you start off doing, if you want to get your foot in the door, could be a stepping stone to so much more or it could be your next career path.
