SeedStar Mobile: In-cab experience

SeedStar Mobile gives tractor operators real-time data on seed placement and row performance right in the cab, so they can adjust planting accuracy and efficiency while working instead of waiting until after the field is done.
With the Seestar mobile, you're able to see the skips and the doubles. They show you instantly. If you have a problem, you're able to adjust your vacuum. You know, changes in seed size require a change in vacuum and you're able to make those adjustments on the go. If you're into a rough spot, you're able to adjust everything on the go. You can see it instantly. You can make those corrections without having to stop, get out and dig. You can see exactly what's happening, certainly.
In looking at the information it provides around downforce, your seed spacing and your singulation and what minute adjustments you can make and how that relates to a.
Row by row performance.
I mean, it's very, very helpful. Instead of running a certain way for maybe 30 minutes or an hour and covering a lot of acres, you can understand right away what, what you're doing in the cab as far as adjusting things or getting out and making an adjustment. What's that impacting as you plant? The iPad is great because on the 2630 there's a lot of information, a lot of information you have to have to operate the planter. The iPad on the one screen gives you what I call the dashboard. You can pick your four or five key things you want up on top. It shows you visually how you're going through the field. And then very quickly as an operator, you can glance at that and understand what's going on.
What I noticed more than anything else was the fluctuation in your singulation as you went over pivot tracks. We left a definite distinct pattern through the field. We were dropping doubles and singles, and I had no idea because my population never changed on my 2630. But I could see by the singulation, by that mode onto the Seedstar mobile itself, I could see that I was getting a variation in my plant drop.
In the past, we have had certain row units get wore down more than other row units. This one row unit in a line has more dings in its result, and those dings show up. You may never see it. Even scouting. You may not see that there's dings out there, but.
