My name is Brett Bowers. I've been with SunSouth and Andalusia, Alabama since August of 2013 and I've been a service manager here for about three months now. From day to day, what I do is just coordinate all the service calls and pickups and deliveries and any work that goes on in the shop. Basically, just keep everything flowing as easy as possible. My favorite thing about working at SunSouth is just the atmosphere that you're in with all your co workers and all the customers you get to meet. Just being out in the field with them, demonstrating how everything works and helping them out, making them happy. We don't have any bad days. Everybody knows what they have to do when they get in in the morning and they make sure it happens before 5:00. And if it doesn't, they'll stay late and they'll make sure it happens before they go home. Favorite customer experience was back last year out in a cotton field. Had a 9976 that was giving us problems. And we had a big storm coming in and the customer just couldn't risk losing all that cotton. So I got out there as quick as I could, got his picker fixed where he could dump his cotton and get everything wrapped. And to him it just felt like I just saved his whole cotton crop.
