SunSouth Employee Spotlight: Meet Bryant

My name is Bryant, I'm at the Foley store. I'm in sales here. Started out in parts back in June of 2019. So I'm going on my two year mark. My day to day is usually different from day to day. Some days we're out, you know, riding around looking for rental companies, trying to, trying to drum up new business. Sometimes we're reorganizing the yard, trying to make the store, you know, look as appealing as possible. My favorite thing about being in sales at SunSouth is the all the new people I get to meet. I've made a lot of friends through sales, still keep in contact with them even outside of work. Some of them, you know, become close friends of mine. It's great to be able to go out and meet people. I'm a people person, so I like meeting new people. The family feeling atmosphere here is great. Everybody, you know, everybody likes to kid around whenever they can. But when time comes to get things done, we work together, get things done, Everybody's very helpful. We all get along very well and it's just a great family atmosphere. When I'm not at work, I like to spend as much time as I possibly can with my family out on the water, whether it be on the beach or on the boat. And then that's obviously through the summer and springtime, through the fall, I like to be out in the woods as much as I possibly can. Growing up, always knew I wanted to be in sales. Never thought it'd be John Deere equipment, I thought it'd be boats. Growing up down here by the beach and everything, that was, you know, that's just what I wanted to do. But I walked into a job in 2019 on the parts counter, not in the knowing the first thing about John Deere equipment. And I've had to learn along the way. And now I finally made it over into sales and I'm where I want to be.
