Ordering parts has never been easier than with the John Deere Dealer Customer Portal. The portal allows you to create parts orders and view previous orders on your computer, tablet or smartphone. To create a new parts order, first visit your dealer's website and locate the John Deere Dealer Customer Portal link. If you have never logged on to the portal before, please contact your dealership for access. Otherwise, you can order parts today with basic functionality using Guest Checkout by selecting the block on the right account. Login has many more features. To order parts, select Order Parts from the left menu. If you already know the part number or are reordering a part, simply use Quick Add. Once you have all the part numbers identified, use the Quick Add block, select your dealer store location, enter your quantities, and add to cart. If you do not know the part number, use the John Deere Parts Lookup. A shopping can be created in John Deere Parts Lookup and transferred seamlessly into the portal in your shopping cart. You can see Availability Order types and approximate delivery times are defined below and choose either a stock order or machine down order. With a machine down order, you'll have the option to expedite. If you're a current customer and have equipment associated with your account, you can link certain parts to your equipment using the Link to Equipment option. This will make your next order that much easier. Complete and verify your information in the checkout screen, choose your payment option and proceed to the next page. Simply verify and complete your order and you'll instantly get an order confirmation.
