This is a YouTube video titled "Tröskteamet i Sverige - Din partner i skörden - Avsnitt 13" created in September 2021. The content features a discussion between two speakers, including Torsten, about intelligent agricultural solutions such as machine synchronization and auto setup tools for farming equipment, focusing on improving productivity and reducing operator errors during harvest operations. The video is an informative presentation rather than a conversational dialogue involving Francisco Jimenez.
Foreign welcome in the John Deere Forum in Mannheim. In this new video series, I will talk less about gears and torques, but instead more about intelligent solutions with the support of experts. I want to explain and introduce precision egg technologies to you. So just come upstairs. We prepared something for you. Fine, I will come upstairs. Machine sync creates a wireless network between two machines. All speed and direction changes of the leader machine are automatically synchronized with the tractor as a follower machine. But this is nothing new. You are right. But so far only combine tractor synchronization was possible with the latest Gen 4 software update. A forage harvester or even a tractor can be the lead in machine. That sounds very interesting. This could be very beneficial during my potato harvest. Exactly. Speed and heading information are synchronized during unloading, which leads to less operator stress and less machine damage. And think of a forage harvest machine. Zinc also helps to reduce crop spill. Oh yes, that also sounds like a really helpful support for less skilled drivers. You're definitely able to increase your overall productivity and safety. Let's talk about auto setup. Torsten, Auto setup replaces the My job solution. Is that correct? Yes. As part of auto setup, we are introducing a new work planner tool in operations center Web and mobile version. This offers a new fully integrated planning experience where you can plan work in the operations center and send these directly to the machine in the field. And what is the work that can be planned with the new tool? All the four main operation types can be planned in the new tool. So tillage, seeding, application and harvest. Exactly. And while planning, the user just has a few steps. In the first one, he defines the work details like products and machines and operators to use. In the second, he selects the fields. And in the third step he goes in the field specific details like prescriptions or guidance lines. And then just with a few clicks, he can send this information directly to a connected machine. And how can the driver access the data? The setup file appears automatically on the Gen 4 display. When the tractor crosses a field boundary, the work plan automatically loads and work can start immediately. That sounds like a lot of less work for the operator. I'm really deeply impressed. It's really a great solution. Setup time in the field can be reduced by up to 90% and you face less operator errors. So basically you can plan your work from anywhere with any device. And all this is coming for free, even free of charge, out of setup. That is what I call a smart solution. Ok. Laika prenamera och de la.
