Hi everyone, this is Jenna Lee with John Deere Customer and Product Support. Today I'm going to demonstrate how to use the Prescription Creator by Ibrian in Operations Center. This tool is a simple way to use your data to generate prescriptions.
Before you begin, be sure that you have established the correct boundaries in Land Manager and that the products you want to use are listed in your Product Manager tool.
The first step is to open the Prescription creator and there are four ways you can accomplish this. The first way is to use the drop down menu in the top right.
Corner of Field Analyzer Beta.
There are also two ways to access the prescription creator from the field card. To access the field card, select a field from the Operations center map and click the Information button. You can then use the drop down at the top right of the card. Or you can click Prescription in the left hand menu and then click Add Prescription. Note that for each of these methods, if you have already selected a field, the information for that field will be pre populated into the Agran tool. The final way to access the Prescription creator is to use the Tools menu, which is what we will do for this example. Select the Organization Client Farm field and boundary you want to use to create the prescription. Any active or inactive boundary can be used. Then choose whether you want to generate the prescription from a previous field operation, draw your own free form zones or or utilize soil data from Field Analyzer Beta. If you're in the United States, then select the event and layer you want to use. Note that a new release of this tool, which will be available at a later date, will have composite map functionality to generate prescriptions using more than one year of data. Now adjust the number of zones and the minimum area at the left hand side of the page and then update the map. You can also manually edit zones using the button at the top right of the page page. Once you are finished editing your zones, select a product and assign your desired rates. When you're finished, click Save. You can then go back into Operations center and reopen the field card to preview the prescription.
To send the file to a machine, go to Files, then select your new prescription file and click on the Send to Machine icon at the top of the page.
Now you know how to use this simple tool for generating prescriptions. Stay tuned for additional releases that will improve functionality of the Prescription Creator By Agrient thanks for watching.
