Foreign welcome to the new T5 and T6 combines from John Deere. Let's take a look at this stunning T6 800 we have here in the studio today. The same iconic and Powerful styling from X9 now extends across John Deere's combine portfolio. Externally it shares the flat side panels with sharp angled design, rounded corners and new decals, creating a more dynamic stance in the field. You'll notice the John Deere logo is now positioned next to the cab by the operator. It's a new layout that is reflected in all of our machines, a recognition that this combine is focused on the operator. Everything we do at John Deere is directed around our customers, the operators to ensure that you have everything you need to improve your harvest. Up front we have our new XA30 header with quick attach side knives, XA being the new name for our extendable auger headers. It's a well proven design with an extendable table up to 1200 millimeters, minimizing losses in small grains such as rapeseed and offers the best in field adjustment to suit your harvesting conditions. A rigid Draper Flex header is also an excellent option for our walker combines. The head first feeding maximizes throughput and the flexible cutter bar is perfectly suited to a more diverse rotation of crops including peas and beans for example. And also our top of the line header for superior terrain following. The HDX is also available for the T6. From the front of the combine we have the same cab as the X9 and the new S7. Yes, now one cab across all of our combines. It means switching from one combine series to another is easier and importantly, it's bringing both a new level of comfort and digital technology never seen on our walker combines ever before. It's all part of a common set of shared design and technology across all of our combines that deliver more performance efficiency and high quality data. It's what we call dear na. We have doubled our model offering providing you more choice than ever before. We have four T5 that's our five Walker models and four T6 that's our six Walker models to offer you. So eight models available overall from 305 to 466 horsepower delivering more choice so you can choose exactly the right combine to suit your operation. The high throughput of the T5 and the T6 also means that they don't just compete with other walker combines, they are actually a better alternative to many hybrid machines, not only delivering excellent throughput but outstanding straw quality. The thin front pillars of the new Cab plus huge glass area give you excellent visibility down onto the feeder house and across the full width of the header. For nighttime harvesting, there is a range of LED lighting options very similar to the X9 and the latest Starfire 7500 receiver is now also integrated into the cab roof. With the automatic door cinch you can get a perfect seal and the cab is positively pressurised as a result so dust doesn't blow in when you open the door. It's a very comfortable and modern workspace identical to that of the X9. This is something that current T series owners today will be really blown away by. We even have the active seat too which has superb suspension isolating up to 90% of all vertical movement. It's also fully adjustable and even comes with ventilation and a massage function. We have updated the digital backbone of the new T5 and T series combines with new electrical architecture allowing for faster data transfer speeds for a more responsive experience, plus enabling the combines for future precision upgrades. This update has also enabled the introduction of Ground Speed Automation which is now in base ON All ProDrive T5 and T6 combines and replaces Harvest Smart GroundSpeed Automation automatically adjusts your harvesting speed for more productivity. Up in the headlining you have a new screen infotainment system. It's so easy to use, it has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless phone connectivity. We have two speakers and a subwoofer for superb all round immersive sound experience. Then on the corner post you can see we now have this new beautiful high quality display for all the main combine functions. We've moved the programmable joystick from our S and X combines now to the T so the command arm is very familiar to any John Deere driver, but the highl really is the G5 Plus Command center display. The thin tablet style edges and high definition 1080p screen have a real feel of quality and keep you updated on machine performance and settings. But it's more than that. The screen is so much bigger so you can display more information and it has super fast processing which makes it highly responsive. It's also packed with powerful software applications that may be familiar to you today. AutoTrack DataSync plus JDLink connectivity are included in base. If you're looking for that next level of Precision ag we have our advanced license for you where you get features such as Starfire RTK Infield Data Sharing, Autopath Machine Sync for easy unloading on the go and Autotrack Turn Automation Thaw stress free headlands Grain sensing with a harvest lab 3000 sensor enables protein maps to be generated. Then these maps are automatically stored on our John Deere operations centre for next year's crop and fertiliser planning. This cab is a real transformation, a huge uplift in comfort and importantly all the digital technology and control systems for better, more efficient and precision harvesting. Inside the combine we keep and maintain that well proven and unique multi drum threshing and separation system. It has the largest active separation area of any walker combine on the market. The large diameter threshing cylinder with its extra long concave and gentle over the top crop flow provide excellent threshing and separation. It also minimises grain damage whilst preserving straw quality. A booster bar can also be engaged at the front of the threshing concave. It increases the aggressiveness of the threshing without the need to insert the awning plates that reduce the active separation area and deliver a performance boost of up to 10% in hard to thresh crops. The patented tangential plus separator is where the T series gets its name. This is the heart of the machine. The large separating drum has a wide wrap angle and fingers that create a combing effect to facilitate better crop separation. If you are changing between crops, the clearance between the concave and the drum can be reduced for greater separation or in fact opened for different crops such as corn or rapeseed. In addition to the large active separation area, the T5 and T6 also has one of the largest cleaning shoes on the market. This brings huge advantages in both capacity, grain quality and reduced sensitivity to when harvesting on slopes. We've also added terrain settings automation from the new S7 combines which is the replacement to active terrain adjustment. So when on rolling hills this improves the cleanliness of the grain and reduces losses. It's another example of technology transfer right across the range of our combines with DEA na. When the combine starts moving uphill, the system will automatically slow the cleaning fan and open the chaffer and the sieve to reduce losses. Then when the combine starts going downhill, the cleaning fan speed increases and the chaffer and sieve close to reduce the amount of chaff entering the grain tank. For the ultimate harvesting solution on side hills we have our Hillmaster system available on all wheeled models. Hillmaster compensates for slopes up to 22% to level grain across the sieve area allowing for more crop retention. We have also upgraded the system now so adjustment is even more responsive and delivers operators a smoother experience to match the huge installed capacity of These combines we've made increases to the grain tank capacities as well. The T5 can now be specified with an up to an 11,500 litre grain tank. And the T6 is now available to be specified with a 13,500 litre grain tank that you can see here. You'll also notice the much larger auger that's been carried over from the S7 with peak and loading rates at 150 liters per second. On top of that, we even have the adjustable unloading auger spout from our X9 on the new T5 and T6 combine. When you put all of these items together plus machine sink, you'll enjoy fewer, faster and more precise and even more comfortable grain tank unloading. A new power plant has also been added to the new T5 and T6 range, the JD9X which sits in seven of the eight models. The exhaust treatment system has also been redesigned to provide a more efficient gas flow which reduces power loss. Another area of improvement is the residue management system which now has design elements from the new S7 such as the rotor and the knives, now featuring more knives and a lower RPM for better efficiency. It also features remote from the cab counter knife adjustment which can be operated very conveniently from the driver's seat. The grouser bar can now be also engaged without the requirement for any tools. This new combine all also has autoswap, another piece of technology Featured from the S7. Compensating for winds on residue distribution, autoswap automatically changes the direction of the spread veins at the headland.
