#413 The Lack Cycle: Falling Back to Minimum? Over It!
29 Jan 2026 · 47 min
Live episode of the Flow Dreaming podcast (host Summer McStravick) focused on the "lack cycle": how people unconsciously settle into a safety-based "minimum" (scarcity mindset) across finances, career, relationships, and how to raise that minimum by using manifesting practices and Flow Dreaming techniques. Episode includes an announcement for Summer's MI School (Manifesting + Empathic Intuition) and enrollment/waitlist info, a guided flow-dreaming/manifesting exercise to shift scarcity energy, a live listener coaching call (Maureen, South Africa) about recurring relationship patterns, and closing promotion for the Flow Dreaming app and the Dear Venus show.

Flow Dreaming.
It's a show where we talk about the power of your mind to change your world around you, to literally affect the fabric of your reality. We talk about this feeling of hope and joy and relief. And that is what being aware of your flow does.
It gives you a feeling of power again in your lives. Oh, my God.
You were so on target. You are so amazing. I can't thank you enough.
Breathe. It is the feeling that you bring forward. It is your emotional connection that really sets the tone for what is going.
To be happening to you and for you. And you know that feeling when you.
Touch it, it just spreads through you. Thank you for taking my call.
I don't know why I feel like crying. I think I just feel your love.
Of course.
And I think I'm gonna get some ANSWERS.
I'm Summer McStravik, and welcome to another episode of Flow Dreaming.
Welcome to Flow Dreaming. Hi, everybod. Hi, everybody. I am delighted to be with you. We are dipping into the second episode in what I am affectionately calling the lack cycle. In other words, the cycle of lack that we tend to perpetuate in our lives because we simply don't know any better until we start to re educate ourselves and work to see where we perpetuate our expectation of lack. In fact, last episode, that's what we talked about a lot, your expectation of lack. And it's that expectation that forms the ceilings in your life. Not just in your career, not just in your finances, but in your relationships, in your health. Everywhere you look, there is an expectation level that you can meet that you're not sure if you can exceed. There's also often an expectation that. That you will not get your needs met. You won't get your needs met. We prepare. Think of how much time in a day, in a week, you probably spin for preparing for the idea that you will not get your needs met. And what are you going to do about it now? This is really a different energy than the energy of growth and planning. Growth and planning says, I have needs that I'm going to meet. Here's how. Here's how. It's a very active way to respond, or pre spawn, as I would say, pre act, to the flow to the universe. So I hope you enjoyed that episode. Let's dip into the second part of it, though, today before we do exciting news. I kind of let the cat out of the bag. Yes. Not yesterday, last podcast. Oh. Oddly enough, I don't think I've said the phrase cat out of the bag in probably 10 years. Ever since A listener wrote to me and said, do you know what that really refers to? And it was a pretty wild explanation. Well, there it goes. It came out again. Cat's out again. Anyway, my big announcement is that I am starting something called Me School Me. That stands for Manifesting, that's the M and Empathic Intuition. That's the Em E Me School. The Me School of Flower Flow. And it is the most comprehensive thing I have created to date in my entire career. Teaching Flow and working with flow actually, because I'm finally bringing together components that I had previously kept separate in different trainings and teachings and here and there. And those of you who know from past Empathic Intuition series know that every time I do it, I say, oh, I need three more weeks. Oh, I should have planned longer. I'm giving it longer. I'm finally doing it. I'm ecstatic about this. I anticipate absolutely full enrollment. There is a wait list already. I will be sending out newsletters very soon about it. So if you're on my email list, you'll get it. If you're not there, please go jump on because I'll be telling you everything that we're going to be exploring. You can think of it as a modern mystery school. You'll be learning how to become an impressive manifestor, a creator, a co creator using the tools and techniques of flow and emotion. You will also be learning how to read energy, read futures, read minds. I don't know what your area of expertise will end up being, but I'm going to show you all the possibilities, let you try them, play with them, see what fits. And at the end of the course, you're going to end up being really powerful. Not just creator in your life, but you will know what to create based on what's coming to you, based on what other people are thinking, based on more information that you currently get in your day to day normal life. It's the way I live, it's the way I help my clients when I go into them and their minds and work with them. And I'll be training my inaugural group of students in pretty much being me. No, in learning all of these things that I have learned myself over the years and put into practice, as well as all my pitfalls, all the successes, things to look for, things to anticipate for how to grow, how to really maximize different cycles. I mean it's huge, it's amazing and I think you're going to enjoy it. If you've ever been looking for something to teach you skills like this and have been feeling like it's been a bit too piecemeal. I have it all for you here. So enough said. That's the big, big announcement. Of course everything is going to be@flowdreaming.com. you can also go there eventually, although no information is up yet, at least as of the live taping of the podcast. It may be by the time you listen to this in the archives, but check it out. You've got a little while right now to enroll. Sooner the better. I do have a wait list already. Okay, let's talk about what falling back to minimum means or scarcity mode. How to leave scarcity mode now. Flow and flow dreaming, you recognize, are techniques that help you create and make things. Problem that I found over time is people would happily learn the technique, which I share very freely. I give you tools right there on my website for free.
Learn it.
But once they learned it, they couldn't apply it. They stopped themselves. They couldn't put it into practice. And after looking and exploring for frankly a long time, I began to see a pattern. And it's based on this. All of us have a minimum that we sort of unconsciously live at in our lives. We know we probably won't drop below that minimum. I would like you right now to think about your finances, your career, your income. You recognize that there is a minimum level that you can probably pull off just, you know, without much effort. You can do this. You can always get your minimum. Maybe, well, I could always get a part time job. I could always get a temp job. I could always do this, do that. Maybe your minimum is, well, I've got my regular job, but it's just not enough. I've got a normal amount of savings, but it's just not enough. Maybe your minimum is a little higher. We have this point of rest. You know, all objects come to in motion, come to rest. We have a point of rest inside of us where we have achieved a certain comfort zone. We don't panic too much that will dip lower than that. Maybe occasionally, especially when we're in big transitions like, you know, divorcing or being fired, then we'll dip above and below our minimum, but the minimum is there. We often become complacent within our minimum. When we open our eyes and say, no, I want more. We just look around the edges of our minimum and the things we ask for are just already kind of right there on the tip of what we can see. You've probably had that experience where you've tried to grow your mind into accepting Believing, aiming for something bigger and better than you ever had tried before. And when it hit you, you realized, oh, my God, I never thought of that until now. How come I never even saw that? It's a feeling of kind of startled expansion when you get beyond the minimum. When you can see around the corner, it's like. See, it's like standing, you know, on a flat area and seeing the horizon. Everything that you know is within the area that you see, yet there is something beyond that horizon. And there are tons of people living lives, living at levels beyond that horizon. If you want to go there, you need to stretch yourself, get to the edges, keep walking, keep moving, and one day you'll realize you're looking at a new horizon. And that's when you go, oh, whoa. It's when you suddenly realize, I can do this. I'm now at that level. You know, often our minimums are raised for us by other people. You know, the boss who gives you a raise into a new position, the job that you kind of like are excited and kind of mystified that you got. You ever had that experience because somebody in you did not recognize your minimum. They recognized their minimum. They said, oh, well, of course you can do this, of course you'll be paid this, of course. And you go, okay, I will stretch and I'll fit into this. You don't think you can do it, but you do. You grow into it. And then that job becomes very comfortable. And after a while, you start itching for something else. Now, this is why a lot of us just live these horizontal lives, because we itch for something else, but we go right into something that's still within our comfort zone, still within what we know, still within this level that we already know. Now, the minimum is the point to which, you know, you won't sink lower. And like I said, those freaked out times aside, you kind of know what that is. You have a feeling. For instance, I can look back 20 years, you know, and I remember, oh, my God, the first time I had to pay rent, I had no clue how I was going to be able to do it, but I did it anyway. Now I think, oh, my gosh, I could pay four times that rent. Why? Because my minimum has grown, my confidence has grown, my awareness has grown. I'm comfortable now paying four times my original rent. We do this when we purchase houses for the first time. You get your first house, you go, oh, my God, can I do this? I've never had a loan that big before. You moved up past your minimum and it felt weird, but you did it. So when you are in the lack cycle, you're probably stuck at a minimum. If you are noticing that you're not moving, creating, expanding, your income is not continuously increasing, you're staying in your minimum. This is for all of you guys who are getting a 2% raise every year. I know who you are. You're not increasing your minimum. You don't have to remember, I mean it's not a requirement for a happy life. It's just if you want to. I think the more self awareness we have of what we're choosing, that's really what's critical. I just want you to know what you're choosing, what you want to do about it. So how do you raise that minimum? How do you get yourself to a new growth point? How do you get to that moment inside where you go, oh, I think I've just, I think I've just, you know, leaped up because I'm feeling really weird? Well, right there, that's an indication when you feel very uncomfortable, when you feel very nervous, when you feel like a duck out of water, you have exceeded your minimum. The more nervous you feel, the more uncomfortable you feel, the more like a duck out of water, the more you've exceeded that minimum. Now most people grow slowly, very slowly, so they don't encounter these points very often. It's kind of like, you know, when you look at your kids faces every day, they don't seem like they're getting older. But if you don't see your kids faces for two weeks because you were on a vacation and grandma had them and you come back, you realize, oh my God, you've grown so much in two weeks. You look different. That's how we are in our lives as our minimum grows. That's why you can look back and see your first, you know, the first time you paid rent compared to the first time you paid a mortgage, you did a very slow daily growth. But what if you came from, I don't know, a family that started kind of with a very low minimum, a high expectation of scarcity, a very low expectation of growth. A lot of families are like that and they say, I'm just making you be secure, I just want you to have security. That's what we tell ourselves. That's the justification makes a lot of sense. It rationalizes to us why we have a high expectation of scarcity and a low expectation of growth because we're being safe. Remember though, everything changes and moves, okay? Everything moves. Safety is really an illusion in most cases. Safety used to be the concept of getting a job, staying with it 30, 40 years, retiring, getting a pension, that was safety. Things didn't change much today. Things are always changing. Things change in a heartbeat. Companies are bought, employers expand, they contract, businesses grow. Your profession, even so called professions that don't have a lot of fluctuation, teachers, you guys, you're supposed to be protected. And yet I know what you go through. I work with a lot of you guys. You don't feel protected, right? Everything changes. How do you be safe in change? You can't stick in the minimum, you can't be there. You can't just allow things to evolve slowly, day to day, unseen. It pays to try to expand, to say, hey, I've got to do this and I'm going to do it now. I'm going to go for that stretched, uncomfortable feeling for a little bit because I need to grow. Growing is changing. Changing is movement forward. Movement forward means there's a bunch of stuff that's now behind me, what's going to happen ahead of me. You see how change and safety can be sort of at odds. Well, they don't have to be. The way that I have found to be safe, frankly, in all of my work and my life and everything is to create massive sense of empowerment inside myself. It's worked for me. Share it with you guys. It won't work for everybody. This is why I think manifesting works so well for me, because it creates, it helps support that massive sense of empowerment. I know a method where I can make something and if I lose that something, I can make it again. I could make it as a teacher teaching about flow, dreaming and manifesting. If I wasn't doing this, if something prevented me from doing it, tomorrow I take the same method. I'd apply it in some other career that made sense to me and I would do it there. For me, safety is now my ability to create and recreate, to know that nothing I lose cannot be rebuilt. However, I want it in whatever way I want it. I have those tools. I have the energy tools, I have the focus tools, I have the mindset tools, I have the physical tools that I've cultivated through, you know, the connections I've created, the education I've given myself, that for me is strength, that for me is ultimate safety. Because it means I can change every moment and I'm not afraid to. I have no fear. I have no fear changing. What do you think this does to my sense of a minimum? I look down and I think, huh, I don't see much below me. My minimum, frankly, right now is exactly where I'm at. This is my new minimum. Exactly how well I'm doing now. And I'm doing very well because I've invested all of this in this process, in learning it. I share it with you. This is very achievable. I'm not something special, out of the ordinary. I just did it. I looked at my minimum. I said, I'm not content with the slow road. I'm going to stretch. And now I practice, practice doing it. So I want you to think, what happens? When do you get in survival mode? Did you see your family in survival mode? They had a pattern. You've probably done enough inner work. You know what it is was their family, their pattern. We get money and we lose it. Up and down, up and down was their pattern. We get money just never quite enough for what the things are that would deeply satisfy us. We get enough to pay for food and shelter, but, you know, there's no extras. Is that the pattern? Is that your scarcity mode is the pattern? You know, my mother divorced and we had nothing, so I'm deathly afraid of divorce. I will never let myself be in a vulnerable position. So I'll stay in something that's. That's hideous and. And squeezes the life out of me. Was that your upbringing? Was your upbringing? I saw my father never really succeed the way he wanted to. He did it for the family. He sacrificed himself, but he hated every moment. Is that your scarcity mode? Right? There's so many. I mean, you can pick from a million different storylines that are out there. They became ingrained in your energy. They exist within you. Your first step, break that. Break it. Just break it. See it, break it, see it, recognize it, look for every way that it's playing out. And the way it plays out is in the decisions you make every day. Are you making a decision towards scarcity mode, toward protecting that minimum, or are you making a decision away from that scarcity mode into something that feels awkward and different and unfamiliar, like walking into someone else's family? You guys remember having sleepovers as a kid? You'd go to your friend's house, and it was so weird. Even though you knew your friend well, it was still weird. Their house was so different. It smelled different, it looked different. They ate at different times. Their parents were weird. I mean, looking back, you knew it was a perfectly normal house, probably, but it was outside of your known zone. You felt a little awkward. Now, as adults, of course, we get a lot more Comfortable. We can navigate the world better. But you remember that feeling. That's what it's like when you enter another level inside yourself that's not in your scarcity mode. So if you get anything out of today's podcast, ask. Am I in scarcity mode? Am I in a defensive place? Am I holding on? Do I know what my minimum is? Do I know this about myself? Do I know the boundaries of the minimum? What feels comfortable and uncomfortable? I know I could get another job just like this one, but to get something in a whole new industry or career, I couldn't do that. Boom. You hit it. You hit your wall, you hit the upper. You hit the ever left upper level. Excuse me, of your minimum. Of your scarcity boat. There it is. Just find those thoughts that start to make you feel freaked out. There they are. Find the thoughts that make you feel freaked out. Boy, is that what this is all boiling down to? But yes, find them. You know them, they're there. They're the ones you play with and toy with and think about. Think about. Okay? Also, look for those things that you think about all the time you've been thinking about forever. It's the thing you've been rolling around in your head for 11 years, but you've never done anything about it. And you say to yourself, I don't know what to do, and you suddenly realize, oh, my God, I have devoted years of my thought to this, yet I have never acted on it. What is up with that? Why have I allowed this idea, feeling, wanting, yearning, desire to exist in me that long without ever feeding it? What is up with that? Okay, we have those things. Anything right now that you've been dealing with for a long time, maybe your job sucks, right? I hear from a lot of people. That's why I use that example. Job sucks. You've been dealing with it for five years, six years, eight years, never really making a difference. Though you've brought it into your minimum, it's now part of your scarcity load. And one day you go, oh, my God, I'm empowered today to change this. I can change this. I don't know how yet, but this will change. This will change. Now all of this leads back to manifesting, leads back to flow, leads back to saying, great, now that you see this stuff, you spot this stuff, what do you do about it? How do you change it? How do you break into these new rooms in the museum, these new corridors, these new places that were formerly only for the VIPs to go? How do you do that? Then once you get there. How do you act like you belong there and not like you just snuck in? Well, I use flow for that. That's the kind of stuff I ask for when I manifest. It's funny, I did a poll here recently because I just finished a series called Money Intuition and I asked people, you know, one of the questions was, do you know what to manifest for? You know, do you know what to ask for? And pretty much everybody said, yeah, yeah, I know, I know what to. I know what to ask for. And I'm just thinking, do you really? Because we all think we know. But if we knew what to add, if we really knew what to manifest for and we really were working toward it, we would have it. You would have it. Okay, you'd have it. And you'd be able to look backwards and see all the things that you are, you knew in the past to manifest. And you would have had those too. Do you have them? If you know what you're getting, if you know what to ask for, why don't you have it? Okay, Presuming, of course, that you've had a few months or six months or a year, that you have been focusing the energies toward that flowing, using flow, dreaming to reach it, or whatever method you use, if you've had your desire, if it's a big desire, if you've had it for more than a year, if it's a small desire and you've had it for more than a week, then you don't probably know what to ask for because there's something else. You should be looking at something else. Otherwise you'd have means that there is a block, it means that there's a minimum, means there's something that you're not able to go past. You should be asking to manifest, to see that, to get past that, to grow through that. Then you're going to move, then you're going to get out of minimum. Sometimes, you know, I think when I talk, I make it seem like you're on this constant elevator up, you can never get off. It's like a chore. No, it's not. I don't mean it like that. There are plenty of times in life to bask in a feeling of contentment. In fact, you should do that every day because the energy you exude out from you every day is what life continues to manifest around you. Alright, so like today, for instance, I'm having a wonderful day. I get to do my podcast. I love it, having some friends over, it's beautiful, warm weather, we're gonna Go swimming in a little while. Have some newsletters that I started last night in a fit of inspiration. I'm gonna get those written up and sent out. It's a good day. I'm content in this day now. What does the energy around me hear? It hears. Summer is content. Summer's happy. Summer's feeling productive. Summer's also feeling relaxed. Mmm. This must be what her intention is. This must be her manifesting goal because she's spitting it out there right now in her feelings, in her energy that's constantly moving forward, right? So this is what I will be continuing to manifest until I somehow stumble or fall or something intercedes in my life, usually another person or something, and I have to make an adjustment. Now, this doesn't mean that I'm not still thinking from time to time when I'm going into my flow. This is all good and well. I really enjoy this and I love this. However, I also have an intention to stretch. I also have an intention that I don't know. In a week, something amazing is going to happen. In a month, Plunk. I'm going to be stretched to a new level. It's going to be fantastic. Right? This is what got me excited about starting mi school. I haven't done this. This is a big thing to bite off, but it's so exciting. I know some fantastic things are going to come because of this. Not just in my life, but in all of our lives. In my tribe, in my group, in my students, you know, we form a community. I get bonded. There are students, there are people I've been working with for years and years, and they become friends. I love the fact that I can work, you know, I do work with people that I become friends with. How glorious is that? And nobody's ever going to fire me. It's not like I have to lose these work friends. Don't you hate that you have to lose your work friends and you get fired and your whole life, I don't have to deal with that. I made that for myself, okay? That's part of my minimum now. I know I won't ever work for someone else again. Maybe I'll eat my words. That would be extremely tempting, but you can bet I would be autonomous in one way or another because that pleases me. I love that feeling of total freedom, the feeling that no one can take something from me. No one can reward me either. But I don't care. I don't need it from anybody else. Another part of my minimum now is I make my own rewards. If I want a reward. I make it. I find it. I figure it out. I have it happen. And I don't just mean money things. I mean, like, I take a trip or, you know, I spend, you know, at lunch with my mom. Mom, you're listening, right? That's a reward for me. She always complains I don't spend enough time with her. So I hope this is, you know, this, this kind of running dialogue, monologue riffing is stirring you up and thinking, yeah, I gotta get past this. I'm insecure. I'm in this safe mode. This, this minimum mode. This, this focus on my scarcity. Stop focusing on your scarcity. Focus on your abundance. Feel it. It's there. Find it. Look for it. Tell yourself, I'm ready to grow. I'm ready to get bigger. I'm ready to expand. I want to see what's next. I'm committing to that. Now, if that is your energy, that's going to translate into career, into your income, into your relationships, interpersonal relationships, it's going to translate into your personality. All kinds of things about you will change. And you won't change into somebody who's unfamiliar. You'll actually just start finding these outer edges of you that have always been there, These edges of potential, of who you are, who your soul is, who your source is. You'll be heading into those zones and you will see that greater part of you. People always say, I want to see my greater self. I want to see my higher self. It's like, you know how to get there. Just start probing those places that you haven't felt before, you haven't allowed yourself to go before, those expectations you haven't let yourself have before. Go bigger. Stretch out those limits. You'll see. You'll discover that's where your source is. That's where the bigger you is. It's been wanting you to come there your whole life. It's been begging you to get out of scarcity. It knows that in. In our little Earth society here, that's what we're programmed to begin with. Safety, family. Raise the kids. Keep them safe. Don't let the tigers get them. But the greater opportunity comes as you grow in life. As you expand in life, as you reach certain maturing levels, you should be maturing at those levels. You should be growing at those levels. If you're not, you started hanging on to that minimum and that stern little lecture. I'm gonna go to a quick break. I'll be back in just a moment or two. We'll do some more Flow Dreaming. I will do a flow dream with you to help you get out of scarcity mode. Just change that energy, change it up right now. We can do that? Seriously, right now you can start to change that energy. Flow Dreaming is actual energy work. It changes your state of being. It changes who you are the moment you do it. So we're going to actually get in, do some of that. And I'm checking to see if there are any calls I forgot to mention. When I tape my show live, you're welcome to call me. That's why I do it live, actually, because there's a phone number you can reach me and ask me questions. I'll look in you, I'll look in your life, I'll look at your scarcity, I'll look at your minimums. I'll do a little empathic intuition, little manifesting, whatever combination you need. Okay? So stay with me. I'll be back right after this.
Hi, it's summer, but on break. And I know that some of you are still wondering, what is Flow Dreaming and what is MI School?
Because I refer to both of these.
Quite a bit in my podcast. Me School is a transformational program. It's a gorgeous and deeply revealing, empowering online school worldwide where I teach you how to remodel your life in any way you choose, using the technique of flow dreaming as well as a bunch of other deeply powerful life changing processes. So ME School is either enrolling or it's accepting names onto the wait list. And that means that I'm accepting students who work with me for the year. And you can learn how to do.
What I do in life.
The way I think, the way I build things, make things, heal things. Everything I talk about you will learn directly from me how to do. You're going to create some amazing things. My MI schoolers, their lives change way beyond the norm.
And you don't even have to be.
A superstar when you go in. Some of you are, and you're ready to go bigger, play in that bigger field. And some of you are just saying, hey, help.
What's next? Where should I go?
And both are fine, both are great if you're ready to go big. But you know that you need to deepen your own spiritual practice and your personal growth, because that's where it all comes from, right? Then this is where you need to be. Your life only grows as big as you do. So here's what to do. Go over to flowdreaming.com and click on MI School. And during these enrollment periods, you can.
Actually set up a free phone call.
With me or my staff and we'll talk about it.
Is it a fit? Is it interesting?
During waitlist times, we just put you on a list of people who've expressed interest, so we can notify you as soon as the doors open. All right, I look forward to hearing from you and even more to getting to know you as one of my personal students in MI school. Now let's get back to the episode foreign.
You're listening to Flow Dreaming with your host, Summer McStravic. Welcome back to Flow Dreaming. Oh, my goodness. I guess I should have been watching my calls. I was having some computer problems before the show today. I just realized you guys have been waiting forever. Oh, my gosh, the lines are full. So I tell you what, we're gonna do a quick flow dream because you've been listening and hopefully I've psyched you up. And I know I was kind of hammering on you a little bit, but that's why you listen to me, right? Because I tell you how it is and I stir up your brain and I stir up your mind and I make you ask these questions to yourself. If you want to be a great manifestor, you've got to push the edges of your comfort. You have to push the edges of yourself, of your growth. You got to know where your scarcity zone is. You got to have. You have to know when you're reacting with a scarcity mindset. Critical, critical. And then, well, there's so many other things we can do to pile on top. I mean, the techniques, the things we can use together are endless, literally. Because I have been teaching for 10 years now, and I still think of new ways, still think of new techniques, still think of it. Anyway, okay, so let's go ahead and do a flow dream together and then I'll get in as many of your calls here as I possibly can. So you should be hearing some nice music. Just a note about music, by the way. You know, in this podcast I use often kind of meditation style music, very soft. A lot of the flow dreams I have at my store, by the way, it's called the Manifesting store. It's@flowdreaming.com. i have tons of pre recorded MP3s to help you manifest all kinds of things. It's like a smorgasbord. Is that how you say it? Smorgasbord. You could. It's like the grocery store, you know, put your cart down the aisle and, you know, pick up that box. That's to get a great new romance in your life. Oh, there's another little box over there. That's to get an unexpected source of income. Oh, there's a box over there. That's so you can create some super luckiness. Oh, over there. That one's beyond fear because you've been trying to get through that this week. Over here. Better communication with family. Put that in your. In your cart. Right? These are all flow dreams, pretty much, that I have created that will help you generate, create, manifest this energy around you that you ping the universe with continuously to create with it is a fantastic resource. And frankly, I don't know of anything else like them. And my God, they're effective. Just check out the reviews. Okay. We're supposed to be flow dreaming right now. Okay, so here we go. Oh, I was gonna say the music. I often use more upbeat music in those flow dreams because I like to vavoom them with emotional intensity and energy. This is why flow dreaming is not meditation. Not, not, not, not. It is huge emotional bombardments inside your flow, inside this living, gorgeous river of yourself that creates for us all. Right, so my eyes are closed and your eyes are closed.
And we're feeling ourselves relax.
And we're feeling what a good day it is. Doesn't matter what happens before yesterday, the week before, the hour before. Today is a good day. Starts right now. Today is a good day. Starting at this very moment. You are good. You feel good. I feel good. The whole world feels good. We feel good. The zone of energy that we are inhabiting is good. Doesn't matter if there's anything, any wrinkles in it that you know of, they can still be there, but your feelings about them have now changed. Instead of feeling upset or worry or concern or anger, confusion, you just watch them. You know they exist. Anything that doesn't feel good is just existing around you. Your feelings shift. You just see them, you note them. You know that they have to be worked with and dealt with. However you feel really good, you allow this to percolate up in you. Who says you can't feel really good right now? Whose law is it that says you can't feel good right now? Who said so? What social law are you listening to? What parental guideline are you still following says you can't feel good right now? Even though. Even though. Even though. Doesn't matter what the even though is, you say, yeah, I'm getting the hang of this. I'm feeling good. I'm feeling focused now. Feeling focused and feeling very present. I'm feeling here. I'm feeling like I Want to do something here. I want to do something powerful here. Feeling flow and flow to me is this energy rises up from behind me, flows around me, flows past me. Me, I'm in this energy. I'm part of this energy. And within this energy state right now. Because there's time that has just passed by me a moment ago, and there's the moment I'm in, and there's the moment I'm heading into. And every second that I try to identify where I am, I realize I'm already rippling through several different states. The past, the present, and future, they're all happening, rolling forward, rippling and rolling. I can't stay still, can I? No, I can't stay still. That's an illusion that I'm staying still. That means every moment is a choice, Every moment is a possibility. Every moment is a different potential energy field that I can exhibit and put around me. And so what I choose right now, what I choose right now is to recognize, have I been reacting towards scarcity in my life? Have I been anticipating scarcity? Have I. Where have I. Have I been doing this in my relationship? Have I been expecting my needs won't get met? Have I been expecting that this person just isn't quite good enough, or I'm not quite good enough for them, or it's just not where I want it to be? Have I been settling with that? Was that shown to me to be okay, that I can stay with that, That I can settle with that, that I should stay with that? Don't be, don't go anymore. Oh, you could be afraid if you do that might change things or rock the boat because you don't know what happens next. Is that what I feel at work? Is that what I'm feeling in my career? Is that what I'm just feeling about expressing myself, my real honest to God self in the world? That's scarcity. Is that who I am? And you're waking up to that feeling? Is that who I am? Is that who I am? Is that the scarcity I'm playing out? Am I doing that? Oh, where am I doing that? So funny, that feeling inside you. It's not shocking when you realize it. You're grateful when you realize it. Say, oh, yeah, show it to me. Show me every little bit I want to see every place where I am playing with scarcity, where I'm playing that minimum game, where I'm sticking to it, not letting myself stray too far from it, like. Like a dog who's been chained to the tree. That's cruelty. Yet I've been chaining myself to that tree. I've been not letting myself stray too far from it. What's gonna happen if I let go? And that's when you realize I am letting go. I'm letting go. I'm letting go. I'm gonna go bigger. I'm gonna raise that minimum. That minimum. That old one no longer acceptable. I've got a new minimum. New one a little higher up. Those things I used to be patient with, I used to tolerate. I used to connect with. I used to say, well, I can always go back to that. No, I can't. I won't. I won't. I know I could. But that would be like enrolling myself in the fifth grade again. How strange would that be? A full grown human enrolling themselves in fifth grade. People would think I was crazy. Yet I do that. In my thinking, I do it all the time. In the way I plan things, in the way I anticipate them, in the things I even ask for. I stop. I feel myself stopping. I feel myself letting go of that. I feel myself changing. I'm changing in my flow. I'm changing in the energy. I'm changing all through me, all around me. Right now. I am lifted. I feel higher. I feel bigger. I feel greater. This reverberates around me. I am like a supernova. The energy just slides off from me, moving out from me, moving into my future. It is done. I have changed. I have planted the seed of expectation and awareness. Now that I have seen it, it is now real. It is now continuing. And I'm done. I am done. And with that, you can open your eyes. Some of you will notice now that that was a slightly different flow dream. I didn't take you to a river. I didn't make you get aligned to it. To feel the forward current so much. That's because sometimes flow dreams are different. When you are working to manifest a new emotional condition, when you are working to manifest a new characteristic inside yourself, manifest a new set of guidelines, Changing your own internal template. Sometimes it's all really focused on the emotional work in that potent place. Okay, so just one of many variations and ways to use this energy again. All that will be revealed to you at MI school. We have time. Very quickly. I do apologize making you guys wait this time. Let's do Maureen. South Africa. Hey, Maureen.
Hi. I'm so glad I got through.
Oh, me too. Have we spoken?
Yes, we have spoken a couple of times. And I've had like a couple of sessions with you.
Oh, Wonderful. Well, what are you doing in South Africa? Did I know this?
I live here. I work for the government.
Oh, that's right. That's right. Okay, well, what can I do for you real quick then?
It's my love life. I think I have recognized that I have gotten into this pattern or had gotten into a pattern of scarcity, especially when I start something and doesn't seem to work out. I just wonder if you can look into my flow, let me know what I can do to start the momentum of a healthy love life going, or for the men that are in my life, in the peripheral, to guess, step up to the plate, for a lack of a better term.
Maureen. Maureen. That requires a nice, deep energy session to find what those patterns are inside you. That is accepting the scarcity. Now, you know, this could be scarcity. Like, nobody comes into my life. There's just no one to pick from. That's one form of scarcity you may have adopted. The other one is great men come in, unfortunately, they're all married and I can't have them. That's another form of scarcity. It's the halfway there road. That's how I like to call it. Another form of scarcity is I get men in my life, I have relationships, but they never work out. They don't have all the qualities I need. That's another form of expectation of scarcity. You might be playing through any combination of those. Are they ringing any bells?
I definitely have one that was identified starting things and then they end like a flame. They burn out. Something like that.
Mm. Okay, so your expectation then, your minimum is, okay, I can have relationships. They just don't go anywhere. And you're pretty comfortable with that because you believe it?
Well, I thought I had gotten out of it. Now it seems like it's manifesting again. Although I thought I had worked on that energy pattern.
Okay, here's. Here's what happens when you believe that you are getting out of a pattern and you're starting to truly feel the shifting of that. You will be given opportunities to kind of go through completion is what I call it. So you'll probably. If you are truly moving and shifting through this, you will be given an opportunity to see what you do with it. Basically, the universe, the flow, is looking at you and saying, how is she going to handle it this time? That's different than she handled it last time, because the way she handles it differently is giving us more information now, and we have to adjust and change in response so you get these opportunities to handle it. Differently until you get to the point where you no longer handle it at all because flow can't give you that opportunity anymore because you're no longer resonating to it at all. That's how you work through the tail end of a pattern. That's how you truly, truly change.
Okay?
Okay. So you can expect that probably whatever it is you're experiencing right now is giving you that opportunity. How will you do different? Here's your little homework for you. How differently can you possibly handle this? And if you're out of the relationship already, how differently can you think about it now? Post relationship, don't think about it the same way you've thought about others. Shift your interpretation of what just happened.
Okay, there's some. There's a relationship that is has not completely butted and I don't know if it should end. Me trying to figure out this guy.
Like me or Maureen. I've got 30 seconds. I can't do it, my dear. That's why I didn't even look in you. I'm just giving you what I know you need to do. So try and follow that. Thank you for your call.
