To change your world around you, to.
Literally affect the fabric of your reality. We talk about this feeling of hope.
And joy and relief, and that is what being aware of your flow does. It gives you a feeling of power again in your lives. Oh, my God.
You are so on target. You are so amazing. I can't thank you enough.
Breathe.
It is the feeling that you bring forward. It is your emotional connection that really sets the tone for what is going to be happening to you and for you.
And you know that feeling, when you.
Touch it, it just spreads through you. Thank you for taking my call. I don't know why I feel like crying. I think I just feel your love. Of course. And I think I'm gonna get some ANSWERS.
I'm Summer McStravik, and welcome to another.
Episode of Flow Dreaming. That's right. Welcome to the world of Flow with me, Summer McStravik. I'm so delighted and happy to be here with you all talking this pod, this show, this episode, whatever you wish to call it. About one of my favorite subjects, empathic intuition. Many of you know that my newest, biggest, brightest, most exciting thing that's sizzling on my plate and in my office and just bubbling all through my life actually at this point is the MIE School of Flow. And the MI School of Flow. My goodness. I guess this has taken 10 years to finally come into being. The M in me is manifesting. The E is empathic intuition. And it just happens that when you put those two together, those two incredible, exciting tools together, powerful, potent tools, you get me. And I just thought it was just so appropriate. Up and down, one way, up, right, left, backwards, forwards, everything. So today I thought I would explore a little bit about what great empaths can do. In the last episode, I shared some things that great manifestors do. How they wield their life. Wield like you wield a sword, like you wield a flag. You wield your life in the same way. Great manifestors are very powerful beings. And it has nothing to do with their size, their strength, their age, with their male or female. It's an internal power. It's a sense of clarity. It's a sense of commitment. It's a sense of inner trust. And all of these things, you are not born with them. They are cultivated. These are qualities. These are ways of thinking. It's a mindset. It's tools you look for, seek out. You do this all through life. I wonder if for many of us, that's not the point of life, for us to grow and develop in this very particular way as these strong beings of change. So that's what a great manifestor is. By the way, a great empath is also very similar. I could use a lot of the same words. In fact, I was thinking about that just this morning. I've been a little backstory here before we jump into it. So the MI School of Flow, I bring in students I'm anticipating about once a year, at least that's how I'm starting this. And it's a year long course where we explore, examine, I teach you everything I know about creation, manifesting, wielding the energies, as well as everything I know about intuition. You know, going back generations in my family. I'm considering it kind of a modern day mystery school. A mystery school without all the mumbo jumbo brought right up to present. Scientific. For myself, for one thing, I thought, all right, I'm going to talk to everybody one on one, because I want to know who this group is. I want to know what they're like, what are they looking for, what do they need? You know, getting to talk with every one of them is going to allow me to sort of customize the material that I offer them, knowing who they are. As a result, I have probably been in the minds of 150, 200 people in the last month, which is extraordinary. I've never done volume like this. And I called my mom yesterday and I said, mom, I think there's something wrong. I feel absolutely bonkers. This is really strange. And I had completely failed to consider because I do this empathic, I do this intuition, I do this work all the time. I had failed to even realize that being inside of so many people's minds over time is gonna wear even me down. So she went in there and she did a little cleanup job. I don't know how else to describe it. Little cleanup job for me. Thank you, Mom. I know you're probably listening, or you will be soon. And I realized, whoa, I had accumulated lot of gunk. Because here's what's been happening in a lot of the phone calls I've been doing with people. You know, they want to change their life, yet they have fear. You know, everybody has fear. Whenever you're going to jump into something that is going to make a difference in a big way. Whenever someone is going to give you a tool and say, are you going to step up and use it or not? People go into fear. So I have been going into fear with people, stepping into it with them, you know, 200 times this month, always right up to the point. And it's so clarifying and beautiful in a way, because I have now become really familiar with that energy. And, you know, of course, I've always. I have fear in me. We all have fear inside of us. But as an emotional energy, as an energy of manifestation, it's a potent little bugger. It's like picking out bedbugs. It's just like, ugh, there you are, another one. I thought we got rid of you all. Yet there it is. Yet most people walk to it in the same way. The real critical question becomes, when you walk into the brink of it, when you reach that point of change, this is where everybody splits off in a different direction. And I'm almost eager to see some people say, I can't go there. I don't trust myself. I'm determined to continue to anticipate lack. I'm not going to be able to do this. I go, okay, there you are. That's, you know, what can I say? I can't say anything to that. It's simply who they are, where they're at right now. Other people reach that point and they say, oh, this is it, isn't it? This is my opportunity. This is it. And I go, yeah. And I say, there have probably been five or 10 other opportunities that have also just passed you by recently, haven't there? And they say, yeah. And I say, so in essence, you're. You keep running up against the same doorway of fear. You're going to continue to do it until you cross it. You cross it with me, you can wait and cross it with somebody else. This is just part of your path. It's so fascinating to see what people do at this point. Because, see, I feel this, and I have been picking up on this. This is the backstory. So I have been going to this over and over, and I was like. It was like a slimy residue on my window shield last night. I'm like, what is this? Why do I feel so not right? And then, of course, just I end up today, yesterday, talking with a few potential students who say to me, you know, I'm so emotional. I have so much emotion. If I could just learn to guide it and direct it. And I say, well, you can. You really, really can. And in fact, the more emotion you have inside you, the bigger and more beautiful a tool you've been given to use, right? This is the same emotion that's crushed you in all of those bad relationships. The same emotion that's held you back in your job for fear of change. The same emotion, right? That huge Huge force. You know how big it is, what I'm talking about. Imagine if that became your best friend. Imagine if you could go surf the waves of light and information with that emotion as your friend, helping you scoop up answers. Being a big filter. Imagine you're a big baleen whale, right? And all the little planktons going through you. I mean, I always thought, blows my mind, how does a whale survive on microscopic creatures? Boy, what a lot. What a huge amount of information that whale in terms of seawater, it has to take in every day. Yet that's who we are. We take in mass amounts of information like that every day. Where do you think it goes? Well, if you're a natural empath, a lot of it is just flowing in you and through you, and a lot of it is frankly sticking in you. It's getting caught. You know, there's a lint trap in every dryer. There is a lint trap in your mind. And all that information that comes in, some of it just gets stuck. And the more you're around emotionally fueled situations, the more that emotional lint gets stuck inside you. Great empaths know how to recognize that and dump it. So you see, I don't know if I can. I guess I just shot myself in the foot there because I got, I got caught. And I'm. I consider myself pretty darn good at what I do. Yet, you know, I reached my capacity, I think, is what I saw. Thank God I was able to pull my head out and say, hey, something's wrong, and reach out and ask my mom, hey, please clear this out of me. Great. Empaths recognize, though, that they are a continuous sieve, meaning a filter. And information is running across you all the time. And we know when to dump it. We start recognizing emotional states inside people. We start recognizing the emotion, the confusion that often comes with those states. In the work I do, looking in people's minds, looking in their flow, looking in the future, looking in the past, People always say, you know, what's so and so thinking? And I go, well, let's go ask so and so. So I go in and we pose the question. And you know what? Sometimes I get the same exact confusing answer that they gave my client. And my client says, what? But I already knew that. And I say, yeah, but I didn't know that. And now you know that this person genuinely is confused. They would give you a better answer if they knew, but they don't. And that's all there is that's in there. It's the energy of Confusion, energy of disruption. Now, even that can be hugely beneficial in your life. A great empath knows any extra information you receive is there for you to take in to do something with. Some people say to me, oh, I don't know if I, you know, reading minds, that's dangerous. I don't know if I should be allowed to do that. And I think, why don't we all strive to get closer to other people, to know them intimately? Don't we always say, talk to me, share with me if we care? Yes, we do. And if you're already receiving layers of information coming to you in flow that your emotional self is constantly interpreting, your energetic self is interpreting, wouldn't you like to be a little more aware of what's actually being said and shown and given to you? Or do you want it to just kind of get caught up in you, this big stinky trash pile of stuff you don't know is there? Or on the opposite, what if it's good stuff? What if someone you care about is truly, deeply, hugely in love with you and you're able to feel them empathically? And, you know, you say, yeah, you really are. You really are who I think you are. You know, I believe you all the way through. I trust you from tip down to bottom because I can feel everything about you and I who you are. How would that make you feel? Would that make your relationship become spectacular? Isn't that something now that you want to go for once you realize you can sense that? Or do you want to just ignore it and be in the dark? A great empath not only knows how to rid him or herself of all that extra energy, they also know how to not pick it up in the first place. Okay, this is. This is you when you go to the county fair, when you go to the theme park, this is you in the airport. Ever wonder why you always feel so blech there? This can even be you in a crowded shopping mall. This can even be you at the school picnic. Wherever there's a crowd of people's energy, they are just flinging information out about themselves. Now, mind you, I work with flow energy. Flow is an energy of information, of transportation. It's an energy of creation. It does all of that pretend for a second that it's the most fundamental stuff in the universe. Everything springs from it, even matter. But at some level, there's an organizing force that it springs from. And that organizing force says, this is something. This is. This is. And then we build up all kinds of things on top of that. Well, this is a quark, this is an atom, this is a, this is the thought or a feeling that occurred. This is a piece of physical matter, this is a piece of non physical spirit matter. This is a piece of right and just you can kind of go up the levels from there. But everything at basis is this flowing web, flowing fabric of information. Great manifestors know how to go in and they can stitch that fabric in any shape or form or costume. They feel like great empaths know how to go into that fabric and say, hmm, tell me what I need to know. Tell me what is it about my, you know, my wife that I need to know? Tell me what is it about my boss? Tell me what's really going on in my workplace. Because I'm feeling these cross currents and I've just been interpreting it as me being confused, but now I'm actually seeing it's not me. I have just been putting myself in a position where all that confusing energy is crashing into me all day long. I haven't been noticing it. So when I walk home with it at night, I think it's just me being confused. To go back to what I said about being in the shopping mall, being in the county fair, being in the school picnic, all of that information crashing around you. Personally, I can't often stand more than a few hours. I was talking with my husband the other day about why we don't like going to Disneyland anymore. And he says, well, the tickets are like a hundred bucks a person. And I said, I know. Which wouldn't be terrible if I planned on being there from 9:00am to 10:00pm you know, that would be a full day. It would be just, you know, mind blowingly exciting for the kids. But if I'm only able to stand it for three hours, it really becomes harder for me to justify because I know my limit. I know when I turn down. And maybe you recognize this in yourself. It's when you get grumpy, you get irritable, you get short tempered, or you start to feel, here's another one, fuzzy. Everyone says, do you have low blood sugar? I'm like, yes. And I am empathically overwhelmed. So yeah, it's easy to say low blood sugar, but the fact is, you know, I blitz out. It's. You just, it's like you just get very, very dull and foggy. How about when you go shopping and you can't make a decision to save your life? Like this pants or the other pants? These pants or the other pants? I have no idea. Why can't I Decide on anything today, you're on overload. That's why so great empaths learn to recognize themselves in these different states. That's just one thing great empaths can do. You know, before I even got on today, I pulled up a whole bunch of notes from all the empathic intuition courses I've taught over the years. And I realized I haven't even. I haven't even looked at my computer screen to offer you any of those notes. There was this amazing course quiz I created. It was to figure out if you're naturally empathic. I made that a few years ago. 20 questions kind of rated you on how empathically open, how much awareness you're receiving. I don't know if I have time to go through that, though. Well, we'll see. I'll think about it over break. But we are going to be doing a flow dream. Of course I'm going to be taking your calls today. I'll demonstrate. Hey, this is what is. It's like if I am an empathically aware intuitive. And just so you know, intuitives and psychics and mediums, sometimes they get really particular and picky and they say, well, a medium is a person who talks to dead people. An intuitive is a person who, you know, uses their universal awareness. A psychic is somebody who reads people's minds, you know, And I say, well, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. These terms, these terms, let's just do away with them for the moment here. Just assume that within flow energy you can pretty much do all of that stuff. It's just a choice. It's just a matter of what interests you most. What are you naturally best at? What do you want to practice? Yes, I do look at people who have passed on to the other side and communicate. Yes, I do look inside people's minds because, frankly, it's so easy for me. And I enjoy it. I enjoy reaching out to people. That level. It's different. It's a sort of larger being often that you encounter when you go to a person direct like that. Yes, I love looking into the future, seeing where the probabilities are going in your life. Right. You always wonder why psychics are wrong. I'll tell you. Psychics are wrong because they are looking at probabilities, probabilities. They're looking at something. They're looking at an arrow you threw a while back in your life and saying, I believe it's going to hit the ground right there. That's about the day and that's about in what area. And they're Reading that information, things that you set in motion, they're just looking to see where it's going. Or things you're choosing to set in motion. Right now, they're looking to see where it's going. Here's the thing, though. We manifest. We change every day. We're making new decisions, we're putting new emotional content in different areas of our life. All of that changes your future. Moment by moment, some probabilities increase, some of them decrease. So that man that the psychic has been telling you you're going to meet for the last 10 years and you haven't, that man is a probability. Yeah, he's there. He exists, boy. Yes, he does. Probably more than one man exists that you could meet and fall in love with. However, day to day, your priorities, your emotional content you're manifesting is changing. So that path is always not quite straight. Where that person was seeing you go, that's where I would say to you, hey, let's work on your manifesting. Right? Because right now you're just living with this sort of hope and anticipation. That's not what you want to manifest. Anyway, I'm getting off track. We do have to go to a quick break. When we get back, though, I will talk to you a little bit more about what great empaths are able to see, feel, and do within their life, as well as what it actually feels like to receive intuitive information through this particular conduit in this particular form. One other thing before we go. This is going to form a huge chunk of MI School, this kind of training. So if you're thinking about emailing me after the show saying, look inside someone for me or whatever, or, how can you teach me this? It's through MI School and you need to jump on that, hop on that right away. It is filling up like gangbusters. Just a few spots are left. So email me as soon as you can. If you're listening to this podcast and it's obviously this has already aired or aired even months ago, just send me an email. You know, ask me when the next school is enrolling and we'll take it from there. Okay, quick break. When we get back, I'll be answering your questions, we'll be going in flow together, and I'll be teaching and talking just a little bit more. Hi.
It's summer, but on break. And I know that some of you are still wondering, what is flow Dreaming and what what is MI School?
Because I refer to both of these.
Quite a bit in my podcast. MI School is a transformational program. It's a gorgeous and deeply revealing, empowering online school worldwide where I teach you how to remodel your life in any way you choose, using the technique of flow dreaming as well as a bunch of other deeply powerful life changing processes. So me school is either enrolling or it's accepting names onto the wait list. And that means that I'm accepting students who work with me for the year. And you can learn how to do.
What I do in life.
The way I think, the way I build things, make things, heal things. Everything I talk about you will learn directly from me how to do. You're going to create some amazing things, my MI schoolers. Their lives change way beyond the norm.
And you don't even have to be.
A superstar when you go in. Some of you are, and you're ready to go bigger, play in that bigger field.
And some of you are just saying, hey, help. What's next? Where should I go?
And both are fine. Both are great if you're ready to go big. But you know that you need to get deepen your own spiritual practice and your personal growth because that's where it all comes from, right? Then this is where you need to be. Your life only grows as big as you do. So here's what to do. Go over to flowdreaming.com and click on MI School. And during these enrollment periods, you can actually set up a free phone call with me or my staff and we'll talk about it.
Is it a fit? Is it interesting?
During wait list times, we just put you on a list of people who've expressed interest, so we can notify you as soon as the doors open.
All right.
I look forward to hearing from you and even more to getting to know you as one of my personal students in MI school. Now let's get back to the episode.
Hello, friends. Thank you guys for sticking with me. I was just thinking that we're going to do a flow dream a little bit from here where we're going to open your empathic intuition just a little bit. Maybe you're already pretty intuitive, pretty attuned. So I want to open it in such a way that you're getting more of the emotion going. You're really using that strong, strong material, which is your emotional, energetic self. Still cracks me up how today people rely so much on the mental to do things and the subconscious. I was having another discussion this week with again, another potential M.E. school student about how there's really a place for self hypnosis. There is a place for affirmations. There's a place for visualization, place for all of that. But for me, without the emotional content there, I'm just asking my brain to do the work. I'm asking my mind to do the work. And frankly, whenever I ask my mind to do the work, it will do it. But where is it really going? Is it going truly out of me? Is it connecting deep into flow? Because when I connect deep into flow, my heart opens. There is a connection that is through my entire self. My mind is there, my heart is there. My solar plexus, my abdomen, it's all open. I pulse it, I sense it. It's a deep sensation that I can only describe as emotion based. Whereas, you know, the strongest thought I've ever had? Well, think about the strongest thought you've ever had. I've been telling that to people lately. It's perfect. Perfect analogy. Strongest thought you've ever had. You probably can't even remember what it is. Think about all that stuff that you shoved in your head, test after test in school. Hey, think about the latest Reiki training, right? All those thoughts, all that content material it filtered in, it's in there somewhere, locked away in your brain. But is it activating for you? Is it creating your life every day? Maybe the larger pool of it all lumped together, yes, is forming your expectations. But you know what really affects your subconscious? All those emotional things that happen to you, right? All those experiences that you've had piling up one on top of another. When we talk about self love and we talk about self trust, we talk about healing, we talk about any of that stuff, those are all ways of saying my emotion trust. Emotion, right, Healing. You're not talking about necessarily, you know, healing up your scab on your leg, you're talking about a deeper kind of healing, a healing that stitches up your, what, emotional self? Even when you say, well, I need mental healing, it's my mind that's bad. What part of your mind? Oh, you mean your anxiety, you mean your emotional self? You see where I'm going here? When you become expert at working with life from this perspective, even if you don't become expert, even if you just become better, you can imagine how all those things you've been trying for, for years, the healing, the intuition, the self love, all of that just finally shakes itself off and says, oh my gosh, it's finally arrived. It's here. This is it. This is what I've needed all along. So when you are being emotionally aware, empathically aware, I mentioned before we went to the Break. I was going to tell you what that felt like for me, what that means, how I actually receive information about the past, the future. Look at other people's minds, talk with other consciousness. Embodied or disembodied. Right? That's an interesting way of putting it. Embodied or disembodied, but it's true. A consciousness is like a material imprint of everything a person has been. It's a collection of experience. What kind of experience? Often very emotional based experience that creates a personality. So when you're talking or relating to that being, that person or that future, I open up the emotional core inside me to do so. And you can understand, you can learn how to do this in such a way that you don't lose yourself. By the way, I know that sounds weird. Open your emotional core. Oh my God. Everybody says, protect myself with white light. What are you talking about? Truthfully, for me to teach you this, it does take weeks, it takes months. We practice together. You get so good at this. And I'm not also trying to train people to be, you know, a whole, you know, the new frontier of psychic intuitives out there. Of course you can if you want to use it that way. I just want you to be very empowered. So that if you feel something in your life, you can call it, you can say, yes, no, I'm right. I know this to be true. I don't need any more proof. I got it. I feel it. I know it. Right? That kind of profound self awareness and trust based on what you receive intuitively, emotionally, I mean, that changes the way you live. It changes the decisions you make every day. It changes the way you embrace people or decide to hold them at arm's reach. Changes everything for the better. When I'm feeling empathic connection to someone, it is a. It's a feeling that I am becoming a bit of a chameleon with them. As if we are standing both in front of the same mirror. And the mirror is their deeper self. And I'm reflecting it and they're standing beside me and they're reflecting it. And I know exactly where they're going. I know what they're thinking. I know what things they've set in motion and what things they've buried or turned off. Feel that I feel it as much as they allow themselves to feel it. But often I feel it even deeper because they're invested in keeping certain shells up or certain restrictions up. I'm not. Why? Because it doesn't truly affect who I am. It's like looking at a painting. The Painting is not me. Even though I can mirror it for a while, the painting is not me. So I'm not invested in it. I can look at it with this kind of extra, additional clarity. Yet when I read it, I say, you feel like this. He feels like that. The energy in this workplace is feeling like this. Now on the heels of that, behind that, other information can slide in on my other senses. I don't know how else to describe it. Slides in on my other senses. So, you know, for instance, like this is very common. You know, someone will ask me, can you look into someone for me and tell me what he says? And I'll say, okay, well, look in. I will get the emotional content. How do you really feel about her? What are your thoughts? Do you feel happy? Are you angry? Are you confused? Tell me how you feel about this particular thing. How do you feel about that particular thing? Do you love her? I will get emotional content and then I may hear something. It comes to me like words in my head often. And I'll say, oh, he says this. He says that I receive the essence of their personality. I'm like, he's laughing. Or I get a sense of bewilderment. Or he's feeling impatient with me right now, so we better make this quick. He's distracted right now. All of that. I'm filtering and I'm going, oh, I understand. This is a person who maybe doesn't fully believe in what we're doing right now. So I'm only getting half this person's attention. I may bring up, how are you feeling at work? Your wife is really nervous for you. She's concerned. And I will get. This is how he feels. And sometimes other information will flow in on the other senses. Because of the boss with the blonde hair. Because there's a flash of that, a sense of it. It's like. It's like a poof of information because, you know, a feeling of long term frustration that's just grinding through him. I say, he feels worn down, he feels hopeless. He's not sure what to do next. He feels like he's disappointing you, right? Imagine what you could do if you had this information. Imagine what you could do. This is why for the people who are listening, who are getting really excited about this, really intrigued by it, you should pursue it. I mean, why not? It's already in you. It's already in you. It's just a choice. Do I flip the switch on or do I keep it turned off? If I flip it on, do I grow it bigger or do I keep it at a smaller, quieter level, just using for my own personal use. But my point is it's in you. It's already there for you. You know, it's like, it's like language. It's like, do you choose to speak or do you choose to be mute? That's your choice. In life, most of us choose to speak. All right, if you're choosing to speak, do you choose to use your language carefully and well to master it, or are you going to keep your, your amount of knowledge limited so you only have a few words to express yourself with? Most people will say, no, I want to become masterful. I want to truly use language to express who I am. That gives me freedom. I say, bingo. That's what being empathic gives me. Me. It gives me freedom. It allows me to expand and it allows me to expand in every area where I have questions, where I need to know. I make business decisions based on my intuition and often nothing more. But for me, my intuition is extremely sound, often more sound than all the mental stuff that my mind is popping up because my mental mind is just popping up. Stuff from the archives going, well, you did this and you did that. And let's, let's compare it to this. You know, it's the. My mental man is the statistician. You know, four out of five times when we did this, this happened, and I say, yes, but I remind you, I already did it four times. I didn't do it the fifth time. I probably won't have that happen the sixth time. Maybe I actually figured that out. Oh, right. But the mental mind doesn't realize that it's just popping up. All the stuff it's job take stuff out of archives, remind you, keep you, keep you where you are often. Or, you know, the flip side of the mental mind is you can call on it for willpower. Willpower, that's mental. That's again, why it doesn't last. Willpower is steering yourself, gearing yourself. It's often not. Here's the difference. The side note, okay, now I'm really just going off. But the side note, the difference between willpower and commitment. Willpower, all happening in your head. That's why it leaves true commitment happens in your emotional self. That's why when you commit, it's always there. It's always there pulling you back. You commit when you get married, you use willpower when you start your new gym routine. See the difference? You know, if you truly, truly committed, you'd probably still be at the gym. Likewise, you don't really use willpower to get married. Right? Think on that. Nice distinction. Okay, let's see here. I think I'm going to hold off the flow dream because I'd rather kind of demonstrate a little empathic intuition right now with you guys. So, by the way, if you're wondering how to reach me when I tape this live, it actually goes out as a live radio broadcast. And you can call in. There's a whole bank of phone numbers that you can reach me at. You can find all that at my website, which is Flow dreaming dot com. Oh, my gosh. I haven't even given that out the whole show. How terrible I am. Oh, and I Forgot to mention, FlowDreaming.com is what underwrites the whole show and the podcast. It's because of you guys going there and looking through all of my MP3s. Yes, I have flow dreams and I have meditations that I have custom crafted, created that will help you open and expand, expand your empathic intuition. So look for those. You can also access your intuition using some of my materials that way. And obviously, you know how I'm going to teach you. That's really important. By the way, your teacher who teaches you how to become empathic or how to become intuitive. Incredibly important. It directly impacts the kind of information you're going to both be seeking and receiving because it clarifies the level at which you're working. And I hate to say it, but some people are really high and pure and clear, and some people are bogged down with, you know, they believe in a lot of just kind of, I don't know, old school stuff. I'm not sure how else to describe it. You know what I mean? Low energy. So be real cautious. Choose the teacher who speaks to you, who speaks your language, who you know just by hearing them or working with them, takes you to that place because that's going to become the kind of intuitive you will become. Okay. All right, so without further ado. Lee, you're calling from Portland. How are you today? Is it Lee or Leah? Leah, are you there?
I had myself on mute. Sorry, it's Leah.
Hi, Leah. What can I help you with?
Well, I think it's changed now since I've heard your talk today. So my body feels. I've been contemplating a move. I feel this move, energy coming in. I'm completely bogged down. My heart is closed, My mind is really active and I'm overstimulated very easily. So I was thinking of just moving to the country and nurturing myself and self Love, but perhaps maybe in youthful is probably a better option. So I can actually take care of that.
But anyway, you have to think about what is going to give you the tools you need to function where you want to be. So if you need to move and take yourself out of something, that's definitely one way of doing it. However, if you want to acquire tools that will let you live in a place where you do want to live or doing work you do want to do, then that's another option. It's just choices, right? People. Yeah. I often see people move because they're unhappy with where they are. It's not giving them what they need. And so the instinct is to search elsewhere, to go somewhere. And, you know, it's partly biological. Gosh, it's what our ancestors did. You know, there's. There's no deer here. Move to the next forest. You know, I point out because I work with a lot of people and I see them and they move and I go, well, here you are. You're still you, aren't you? You brought everything with you, didn't you? And they go, oh, yeah. I say, let the real work begin. So what is it that you're trying to move from? That's where you want to start. What is it you're trying to move from? Over being overstimulated and what's over stimulating you? Everything. Okay.
It's just. It's people, it's noise, it's. I don't like shopping. It's like all the, all the things that you talked about today was like, ding, ding, ding. That's me.
So you're in a city then?
I'm in Portland and I left the urban part of Portland and I'm living out in the hills. So that feels better. But it's just kind of much for me and being in a less area, more with nature, and I miss nature. I feel cut off from nature and. Yeah, yeah.
So, Leah, what you're describing, I call it the energy of place. I actually wrote about it extensively in one of my books called Creative Flow Dreaming. Places carry their own unique energy, their energy signature, let's put it that way. And when you are habitually in that energy signature, you pick it up, it becomes part of you. Where you choose to live is very important because you are. Think of it like immersing yourself. Some people like to be immersed in a hot tub. Some people like an icy cold pool. It affects you, all that energy around you. You feel to me as if you're really seeking something inside yourself. And you Keep distancing yourself from the city. You are there in the city because you want it to be successful. You want, on one hand, your life to represent success, that you've done well, that your work is going well, that you've. You know that you can handle the world, that you're competent and capable. Another part of you is more in hermit mode, saying, but I feel like there's something after this. I'm not sure what it is. I haven't quite reached that yet. I want to go back inside myself in a place that's more still so I can find it. I think that is what is urging your move. So if I were you, what I feel is that you could move back into a natural setting for three months, for six months. Don't. Don't sign anything longer than six months or a year at the most, because once you find yourself in that place, you will get the urge to come back out of it again. I don't know if you're going to go back into the city, but you are going to come back out of it because you're going to want to play with all the new things you figured out. And in order to do that, you're going to want to involve other people and other energies again. Can you feel that? I feel that in you. It's pretty. Pretty open. Pretty obvious.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah. All right, Leah, that's my advice to you. Good luck with it, my dear.
Thank you so much.
You're so welcome. I hope I help validate that. Take care. Sure. Bye. Bye. So. Oh, that was interesting. I should do a whole show on the topic of place. The energy of place. The workplace, your city, even your country. Even your socioeconomic level. Oh, all of it. Remember what I said about airports? I was alluding to the energy of place. All that energy flying in, going out, in, out. People moving, transitioning. Nobody ever lives there. No one stays there. Everybody's always moving. It's just like being buffeted through a hurricane. The crosswinds are just nuts. Okay. Hey, Alex in the uk, I think we have a few minutes for you. Are you my regular Alex in the UK or a new Alex in the.
UK being buffeted through a hurricane?
Nuts.
Okay, wait.
Hey, Alex in the uk, I think we have a.
Wait, wait, I'm having. Alex, you gotta turn your radio off. What? What we're getting here is. Yeah, my producer's gonna help you a second. Is it? Turn your radio off, Alex. Yeah. So my producer, Cameron, he's going to talk to you. Isn't that funny? I Just said it was like the cross currents of a hurricane. And Alex pops on. See, this is how, you know, you're in the flow. And her radio is on and so she's talking and then there's a delay. The crosswind of me is coming across it. And it's like she and I were going back and forth in my headphones. I don't know if you heard that on air, but it was a perfect example of what I just said. Oh my gosh, I love it. Okay, mind you, this is my life, right? This is my everyday stuff. Like, this is my everyday. I was in some other gal's head two days ago again, a me school student. And she. I said, you know, you look like a yellow buttercup. I said, I don't know why, you look like a daffodil. You're spinning around like a daffodil, this gorgeous yellow, bright energy. And I thought, gosh, I hope she likes the color yellow. You know, that little part of my brain that still. It should have been switched off, but it was saying that anyway. She's all there. Okay, so let's try and get Alex back on, but we'll have to be quick, quick, quick, honey, because I want to get people into their empathic senses.
Here I am. Can you hear me?
I hear you.
Hi.
Hello. Tell me what, what, what's going on? I was asking if. If you are the Alex that I know over in the UK or if you're a new Alex.
Yes, I am. I am the Alex that you know from the uk. We had a reading together before.
My lovely model.
Okay, so let me give you, let me give you some quick advice very quickly. I do have a question. I seem to be having a relationship problem.
Okay.
And I'm actually very scared of getting involved.
Can you give me his first name? First name's fine.
His first name is Adam.
Okay. Tell me your fear of getting involved and I'm going to go see Adam and see if he's even aware of it.
Well, nothing has really started to begin with, but I'm afraid that something might start. And I do love you very much. Yeah, but I am you.
You feel that he's not going to be able to commit to you. And I don't know where this barrier is coming from. If it's a question of him being married or otherwise already involved or him being younger. But I'm feeling inside you there's a fear of a gulf. It's. It's not, it's not you being afraid or not ready for a Relationship. It's the fear of you're looking at what looks like an impassable gulf. And I can. I feel this in you and I sense it. And it's like you're drawn, you're drawn, you're drawn, but as you get closer, your toes are hanging off the edge of a cliff. That's the fear. And you can't go anywhere until you are able to clearly address that. That would be one of the first things I would talk with him about. If you're at that point, you know, I'm going to look at him right now and tell him, you know, he finds something attractive about you too. You know, he looks to you for guidance, by the way. He sees you as a kind of figure who can lead him out of something or lead him in a new direction. But you would have to tell him, you know, the risk is that I'm going to feel this way. What will we do about this? Is this on the table for me or not? Do I want to have this kind of relationship with you or not? It's the only thing I can offer to you as a way around this, aside from just stepping back from it. Because I feel the gulf. And that's why I'm not pushing you wholeheartedly into it. I know that there is something there. Okay.
Okay.
It's time for that conversation to happen. And, you know, if you worry that he's not ready for it, that he would be blown away by it, make it a gentle conversation. It doesn't have to be like, hey, man, what are we gonna do? You know, it can be very gentle, just so that there's clarity from the get go. What I want you to do. Here's what I want you to do. Instill that energy in the relationship. Now. Just instill it. Pretend you're just starting to color it with a certain energy that you want to run through it all. You don't have to throw a whole ton of it in. Just put a few drops in so it's there and you can build on it. If the relationship builds, it's better than having it missing from the beginning. You don't want to go in with this feeling of holding back in fear. And that's. You know that. I don't have to tell you that. You already know that. Okay. All right, my dear. I do have to let you go. So I have a little time to do some flow dreaming.
Okay, thank you so much, Summer. That was very helpful. Thank you.
You're welcome. All right, bye, my dear. Bye. Okay, here we Go. We have a few moments, just a few, to open you up a little bit. Close your eyes with me. And you'll notice we are not going to meditate. Flow dreaming is very active. You find your emotional self. You open her up. You open him up. You allow yourself to become that thing that you're wishing to experience or create. You become it right now. It's no longer ahead of you. It's no longer in the distance. It's no longer something you have to run into in weeks or months. You are it. You are already it. Why wait? Why wait for someone or something to give it to you? Why not make it now inside yourself? Start from the emotion. Allow life to catch up and give you all the physical things. That's its job. So here you are. Relaxing, deeply breathing, eyes closed, moving into what feels like flow. A river of blue light of energy. You walk along a path and you touch your fingers to the wall beside you. This moving blue clear light. You realize this place is vast and beautiful, gorgeous, potent and powerful. And yet where you walk is safe and transparent. It's crystal clear. There is such clarity here. You feel as if you were to press your eyes to this glass. Press your cheek to the glass. Press your heart up to this beautiful flowing, glassy light beside you. It would open up and show you anything you needed. With utter, clear feeling. You would just know. You would know. It would tell you. Not through imagery necessarily, or even words or anything. You would just feel it. It would be an all over rush. Perhaps it would be a rush through your body, but it would be a knowing. You would hear it. You would feel it. You would know it. You'd sense it. Yes. All through you. Or no. Or this or that. The feeling is there. You know it. You already know it. There's no information to look for. See that? Look at that. There's no information to look for. Everything you need to know is already there. It's already there. The answers, they're already right in front of you. They're already right there. There's no looking. There's no searching. There's no place to go. It's already there. It's up to you to just to reach out your hand, reach your hand into that energy. Now scoop it up. Take it in. Take it. Take the answer. Take the awareness. Do you feel that? Take the answer. Take the clarity. Doesn't even matter what area or thing you have on your mind. Just take the clarity. Say I receive and I accept clarity. I receive and I accept clarity and everything. I open my eyes. I am not afraid to do this. I am Absolutely feeling 100% right about this. This is where I need to go. This is me. This is the strongest me rising up, taking it like I'm rising out of the ocean waves. This is me. I'm taking it. I am so clear, so clear.
Wow.
Let it settle in you let it settle you feel the birthday. Feel your body respond. Do you feel lightheaded? Did you have shivers? Now your daydream ends, your flow dream ends.
Do you open your eyes.
