#427 The Elegant Process of Healing

Flow Dreaming.

It's a show where we talk about.

The power of your mind to change.

Your world around you, to literally affect the fabric of your reality.

We talk about this feeling of hope.

And joy and relief.

And that is what being aware of your flow does.

It gives you a feeling of power again in your lives.

Oh, my God, you are so on target. You are so amazing. I can't thank you enough.

Breathe. It is the feeling that you bring forward. It is your emotional connection that really sets the tone for what is going.

To be happening to you and for you. And you know that feeling, when you.

Touch it, it just spreads through you.

Thank you for taking my call. I don't know why I feel like crying. I think I just feel your love.

Of course. And I think I'm gonna get some ANSWERS.

I'm Summer McStravik and welcome to another.

Episode of Flow Dreaming. Ah, in the FL today. And today we have a delicious topic. It's one I haven't done in a while. I keep these new. These topics keep just popping up, like, oh, yeah, I've never done that one. You'd think after what, nine years or longer, I would have done every single one. I'm sure I. I'm sure, you know, maybe back in 05 or 06, I've done this. I don't know why it slipped past me so long. We're talking about healing. I mean, deep healing, true healing, inner healing, and kind of the process that you go through as you realize, hey, there's something in me that needs to be healed and how do I do it and who do I find to help me with it, and so on and so on. So welcome to the show. If this is your first time, my name is Summer McStravik, I am your host and I love to talk about our minds, what we can achieve through our thought, through our consciousness. I love manifesting creation. I use a process called flow dreaming, which relies on your emotional intuitive self to speak to the universe, to reflect back from the universe who you are, what you are to create. So this kind of creation is different often than a law of attraction based approach. Slightly different perspective on it, I guess you could say. Still, of course, with the same belief that your future is based on who you are, what you are offering to the universe, what your thoughts are, what your feelings are, that it doesn't just shape itself randomly in front of you, but a lot of things combine to create that for you. The future, your actions, your intellect and thoughts, as well as your emotional, energetic self. So that's What I talk a lot about, as well as how to use your intuition. And then I riff on all different kinds of of topics and areas, applying this particular perspective into them to kind of teach you, educate you, maybe entertain you along the way. I do take calls in the program. You can find that number at my website, flowdreaming.com. there's a radio area podcast, it says, and you can check out when I do my live broadcast and podcast taping. Excuse me, my live radio show, which is also my podcast taping. Does that make sense if you miss it live? Of course, you can find the show through Stitcher itunes, through my website, ctr. A lot of places carry it. So get yourself the app of choice and find yours. Oh, there's a Flow Dreaming app too, so check that out. It's totally free. Okay, so let's see any new news in the world of flow before we get down to that healing business? I would say at this point, MI School is up running. We are into our first month. It is a beautiful, extraordinary success. It was fully enrolled, I'm delighted to say. There's even a wait list for some aspects of the program, the diamond program. So if you're interested in any kind of work with me in the future, just go to my website and you'll see when MI School starts again. As well as other things that you can find. The Manifesting store there is full of flow dreams recorded, beautiful audios that you can check out to help you create and manifest in a variety of different subjects as well as open your intuition. Okay, so let's see what got me on the healing train of thought. I guess over the course of this year, a lot of you guys, you know what I'm up to. You've been following me. I tell you pretty much every week. I've had to learn, in fact, in this journey it's in really. I think of this radio show, this podcast, as kind of a chronicle of my own growth curve, my own journey into better understanding Flow. This path of ease, how the universe works, how we create in it, why stuff happens to us. I've been chronicling this over a decade, and you can see, you know, my life changing, shifting, because every week I'm telling you basically what's going on. You know, you've followed me through different companies I've worked for, through when I began my own company here, Flow Dreaming, which was really my way of just continuing to teach and share with the world what I do and what I know. And in the last year, I've kind of Taken things in a new direction. I've realized that in order for me to share this concept with the world, I've tried many different mediums, from books to this podcast to speaking events, all kinds of stuff. And the latest thing was to try a school school. The ME School of flow. M is for manifesting. E is for empathic intuition. The ME School of flow. So this really brought me to a new level in myself to take on that role of teacher, to be working with a lot of people at this point to understand myself well enough. What are my needs? How do I do this without, you know, becoming a corporate person? How do I do this without losing myself to work? How do I keep my family life balanced? How do I keep my own pleasures? How do I better serve my students? You know, what are their needs? Because now they're always calling on me for them. So all of this has kind of caused a reorganization to go on inside of me. And you'll recognize this. This has happened to you at various points in your life. Maybe when you started something big or maybe when just a big life change happens, like when you got married or, ooh, when you had your first child. That's a big one. The exact same process goes on. Whoa, okay, so where's my husband or boyfriend in this everything? Who do I give my attention to? How do I keep everything balanced? It's the same process, the same principle. And what happens is that this is often a period when we realize the minute we're stepping into something new, all the old stuff that we thought was taken care of suddenly raises its hand and says, well, what about me? What about me? Aren't you gonna carry me into that? And you realize, no, actually, I don't want to carry you into that. In fact, I'd forgotten you were even there. In fact, here was something surprising to me. I thought that was totally irrelevant. I've had things come up from childhood, from when I was a teenager, even in the last few months, that I try and connect it. I say, well, why would this be coming up and bothering me so much? What's going on? You know, this is. This doesn't have anything to do with, you know, what I'm doing now in my life. And I don't understand it. And I eventually realized just getting in my flow, working through this, you know, having the help of some beautiful people who came into my life. And, you know, flow does that. It brings you the people you need to expose things in yourself, to bring them up to your attention. Eventually I realized there doesn't have to be a connection. If you're moving into a deeper level of healing, it's kind of like your higher self looks back and says, yeah, but you still got X, Y and Z. It's not quite tied up yet, and it won't fit in the new paradigm. It won't fit in the new way. You're starting to think about things. So if you want to go forward, those things have to be tidied up or they will be like little heavy fishing weights, you know, tied to your ankles, dragging you down. And yes, they don't have anything really to do with what you're changing or growing into necessarily. Right. But nonetheless, they're an energy drag. They're an emotional drag. Think of it as a little, you know, a heavy spot within you. You will have to carry that heavy spot into the new and lighter place. So what happens if you go lighter? If you go cleaner, purer, richer, more focused, more on fire, more on passion, more alive, and you bring something that was old and heavy with you and you're getting lighter, well, it starts to feel heavier. It's like the Princess and the pea. Certain things become more sensitive to you once you become so sensitized. So this is what occurs. This had a kind of ripple effect for me, a domino effect in my thinking. Because in my mind, I thought, okay, yeah, I healed this, family trauma, healed that. Men trauma, healed that. You know, abandonment trauma, healed that. And then here we go. Oh, things bubbling up. And I'm like, what is going on? Whenever you move into a new depth of yourself, whenever you get to know yourself deeper, when you're starting to act and behave more authentically, when you're pushing yourself in some way, maybe to open your own company or to leave a corporate job, or to go back out into the work world if you've been staying home with your kids for years, or to finally get that separation, or to finally say yes to a good relationship instead of always messing them up. Like, whenever you reach that breakthrough point, these different, you know, periods in our life, you will move through a new episode of healing. You will. So this becomes a continuous process. Continuous. And it's not like, oh, that's all completely cleared up and gone. Yes. The layer that you can now see, presently see, is all cleared up and gone. Think about guys out, girls, ladies, women, gents out on an archaeological dig, right? They dig up that first layer of dinosaur. They go, yeah, this is fantastic. You think they're done? No, give them another year. They'll reach the second layer of dinosaur. More will be revealed. It's come to my attention that healing is actually a lifelong process. Lifelong. You go through phases of it, then you go through periods where you feel like, I am free, I am done, I am flying. This newer, deeper, more authentic, beautiful, passionate, purposeful self, she's here, she's got it. And then you push a little deeper and you realize, oh, next layer, next layer. So rather than thinking now that my healing and this and that can all be just neatly tied up in a package, or, you know, that I can use a few techniques and boop, boop, boop, eradicate it from my energy structure, I feel like, yeah, I can use certain techniques, I can eradicate it. However, once I open up a new level, I'm going to find new stuff at that new level level, and I may have to go through it all over again. You're like, ah, Summer, why did you tell me that? That's not your usual make me feel better podcast. It actually is. Because as you grow, as you get more on focus and purposeful with your life, as you become more authentic, here's what I want, here's how I'm going to get it. Here are my needs. As you become better with your manifesting and your flow dreaming and this mantra that I say and I feel into my flow all the time. I get what I need when I need it. I always get what I need when I need it. I anticipate that my needs will be met. Oh, my needs will be met, My needs will be met. Every time I say that and feel that, it sends me off on a new series of decisions I wouldn't have made if I didn't feel that way. So when I'm always moving, thinking, my needs will be met, my needs will be met. I'm growing and expanding and deepening. When my needs are always being met, new healing phases will come through more rapidly because I'm changing and growing and deepening more rapidly. I don't know when this will end. I don't know if it will ever end. I don't know if you reach a bottom layer and at some point you are completely saint. Maybe that is true enlightenment. And that's when you say, well, there's nothing more in me that needs to be healed. So I guess I'll just heal the world. Or maybe more like most of us, you know, you. You heal the world sort of in tandem with healing yourself. You realize that healing is an ongoing process because things are always being broken. No matter how well we do in life. You know, there's always that relationship that doesn't end quite right. The friendship that could use a little more love and care. The parental relationship, you know, hey, Mom, I know you haven't seen me much. I know you're listening. So that. That's healing. That will always be there, always bringing you to a new depth. For me, it's a beautiful thing because as I continue to heal, grow and become more solid, it just fits in with the rest of my self perception, the rest of who I am. The more healed I am, the deeper I am, the more strong I become, the more in my power I stand. How do you think that reflects on my ability to ask the universe for things and actually get those things? It reflects. Reflects quite well. Contrast this to somebody who's a big mess. They have all kinds of unresolved things. They're constantly sabotaging themselves. They're constantly trying to manifest and create. It's constantly blowing up in their face, not working. They're constantly getting angry at the universe saying, this doesn't work. This is a load of bs. This is na na na na na. We know these people, right? And maybe sometimes we have days when we act like those people ourselves. That's what the universe is hearing from you. That's what the universe is giving. It's serving up exactly what you're serving out to it. So contrast that person with the person who says, I love going into deeper levels because everyone is stronger, everyone is more solid. When I encounter healing now, boom, I know what to do with it. And that, perhaps for me, was one of the most beautiful aspects of this recent revelation. When I know now that I have things that need to be healed, I do them. I mean, I just flat up do them. There was a time when I would realize, oh, I need to be healed. Oh, I've got this thing wrong with me. Oh, you know, this bad thing happened. And I know I make my decisions based on it because I'm trying not to repeat that again, right? That's all me. Acknowledging I have these broken thoughts in me, these patterns that I. Ugh. And I'm trying to navigate away from them. I'm trying to not get caught in them. Well, what happens when you're doing that? You're essentially saying, that issue can stay right where it is, but I'm not doing anything about it. I'm just circling it. I'm avoiding it. I'm doing everything to not get caught in it. Acknowledging, though, that that energy stream is still there. That energy of here's what I have to avoid. I'm still allowing it to persist in me. Whereas if I'm. Oh my goodness, did I just drop off air? Ah, good, good, good. My computer just went blank and I have a swirly ball in front of me. That's a bad thing. Cameron, please let me know if I drop off. Call me, text me. I can't tell flying blind. So I'll go to a break just in a moment though. Let me wrap up. So. Oh gosh. That just threw me that through my train of thought completely. I was so in it right there. In with boom. It's gone. Okay, well there you go. I guess that's it. We're done. We're gonna go to a quick break. I'm gonna get my computer restarted. We're gonn right after this with more flow Dreaming. And by the way give me a call. 877-230-3062. Love to answer your questions and we're also going to do a flow dream. We will do some healing together. Active, emotional, energetic healing right here. The way that I find works extraordinarily quickly and beautifully. So stay tuned for more right after.

Welcome back. I'm sorry, Summer Mixtravic. And here we go into the second segment of our show. I'll be taking your calls and I think, though, we're going to do a flow dream on healing, deep inner healing, stitching up, repairing. All those little unrelated things you think aren't affecting you at all, but they're there. They're that heaviness in you that is being, carrying forward even as you grow and expand, even as your sight, your thinking becomes more and more limitless. It's that stuff from the past. Oh, I remember exactly what I was talking about before I left for the break. The stuff from your past that you think isn't relating to you at all, and yet it is there and it's still present and it has to be let go of in order for you to get deeper into who you are. Okay, so I'm going to fold that into a flow dream. We're going to do this together. Now, a flow dream, by the way, is not meditation. It is not self hypnosis. It's not a series of affirmations. I do speak. You don't have to if you're doing your own flow dream. I speak because you know, you're listening. And if I just close my eyes and did it inside my head, you wouldn't know what was going on in there. You can imagine what's going on in my head, I'm sure. So I speak them and when I record them for people, what I do is I speak them as well. Because if there is someone else telling you the narrative of what to feel next, what to work on, what emotion to bring out in yourself next, it's like a crutch. It's a little bit easier to do. That's why I've created a whole library of these flow dreams@flowdreaming.com on all different topics and subjects. So here's what I want you to do. You're going to close your eyes and you want to relax, relax your body. You're not going to carry any tension into this. No stress. This is all about feeling. It's all about flow. It's a sense of daydreaming. I'm going to daydream. I'm going to Daydream now. Let my mind wander. Detach, like it always does all through the day at work, folding laundry in the car when I'm walking. Minutes go by. Where was I? Oh, I was lost. I was lost someplace else. My mind just went someplace. I'm not even sure what I was thinking or feeling. Your mind does this. It detaches. And it moves very naturally, easily, gracefully, into a different place, a place of pure emotion, a place of pure feeling where maybe thoughts or faces, images streak through and passed, identifying. But it's the feeling, the sensation. Like reading a novel and forgetting. You're reading the words. You're feeling the story. You're feeling the emotion between the two characters speaking. Oh, yes, this is you. You. You. You're one of these characters. And you're speaking, you're feeling, you're feeling into something greater and broad and beautiful. Like a flowing river of blue light in front of you. And you're kneeling down, kneeling down with a cup in hand. Beautiful cup. Ancient, old. All yours. You've had this cup forever. It feels right and perfect and comfortable and balanced in your hand. You dip this cup into the light, into the swirling energy that flows past you. And when you hold this cup up, you see the liquid inside. It's not really liquid. It's a light. It's an energy. It's a bouncing collection of little drops of something, something precious, something pure. A sweet elixir, a healing elixir. And you can drink this light. You can pour it over you. It seems to come from the cup in an unending stream. And everywhere, this light touches this energy, this emotion comes to you and feels you and through you. You. It's all through you. It does. It fills you. Here's the emotion. The emotion is saying, you're all right. It's all good. You don't have to live your life circling that anymore. You don't have to live your life avoiding that anymore. You don't have to live making choices against that happening anymore. All those things you've been doing that have kept acknowledging that broken part, that betrayal, that anger, that person who hurt you so deeply, that sense of I'll never repeat that, that feeling of it should never happen again. I'll never let it. All of that that's being healed. Can you sense it knitting up? It's knitting up inside you like white lines of a scarf, energetically going right through all those parts of you. And you're realizing, I can let that go. I can fully, fully release that. All the energy in me that's Been tied up in avoiding this thing of acknowledging it and trying not to repeat it. All of. All of the energy that's been tied up in just bearing the burden of it in me of saying it happened, it will never go away. I don't need that anymore. I don't need it. I trust myself. I trust all of my choices. I won't make choices that allow that to happen again. So I don't need to hold the concern about it. I don't need to hold it, circle it, carry it, live my life against it. No, that's healed in me. There's nothing I'm avoiding now. Nothing I'm afraid will happen now. Nothing I'm anticipating will go wrong now. Nothing I think will repeat itself. Nothing where I say, oh, well, it's just kind of how I am. I have to watch out for that. No, because you realize that's not how you are anymore. You're healed. You are healed. You feel the healing. Your flow heals you. You are being healed. You are flowing forward through time and space, flowing along with this beautiful river, ever more healed. You can't help it, but you're being healed. Every moment that ticks by, you're more and more and more healed. Until one day you wake up and that layer, it's all healed. All of it. Every last little molecule of it. Healed. Healed. Whole, complete, strong, firm. No longer afraid. You move into the next phase of yourself and your life. You say, whatever is here, I'm now ready to see it. Whatever comes next, I'm now ready for that. Keep me moving, keep me growing. Because every time I do, I feel better. And my body feels better. My body lets go of any injuries and illness that it may have been expressing to sort of reflect those damaged and broken ideas I had about myself. Well, those are all gone now. I'm not damaged. I'm not broken. No one has betrayed me. No one has broken my heart. No one has left me. No one has hurt me. No one has been evil to me. Everything that's occurred has been between myself and others. And I was as active a participant. I recognize that. And that's part of my healing. Some people have been villains. Some people have been saints. I've been a villain. I've been a saint. And with that perspective, I realize I can let it go. I've realized that healing is for me. Forgiveness, that's for me. That's for me. So I can move on, so I don't stay tied, so my behaviors aren't locked into trying not to have something Happen. I willingly heal. I willingly forgive. It's all okay. It's all okay now. It's all okay. I allow this feeling to just bloom and they blossom up through my abdomen, into my heart, all through my chest. It's all okay. It's all good. It's all exactly, exactly as it should be. I receive this, I rest in this. I allow this layer of myself to be fully and completely healed. And now I allow anyone or anything to enter my life that can further facilitate this healing. Any practice, any idea, any conversation, any practitioner, any book, any website, any dawning, sudden understanding, any love, I feel it walking in. It's coming into my life. In the days ahead, here it is. My flow is serving it up to me. My flow is saying, oh, we feel your healing here, let's make this more solid here, let's take this deeper here. This is what you need. This is the next step. You asked, will we deliver? Here you go. And I laugh with joy. Oh, you thank. Thank you, I say. It's so funny. The moment I committed to this, the moment I said, yes, I'm ready for this. Bam, bam, bam, bam. All the right people and things and thoughts fell right into place for me. Of course they did. Of course they did. Because that is how I live. I live in state of constant, ongoing healing. I live in a state of flow offering up to me everything I need. Here you go, this is for you. Oh, this is what you need next. Of course. Here you go. And as it blows these things my way, like bubbles blown in the wind, I happily receive them and take them all in. Oh, more for me. More in my basket. More, more, more. I see skip down that road of flow, happily filling my basket with healing, feeling myself waking up, waking up, filling with love, realizing I'm going to let that go and that go and that go. And that thing I say about myself and that thing that happened to me, they're all becoming absolutely irrelevant. Irrelevant to my life. Not because I'm rejecting them, but because I've simply moved so far past them. I've healed so much. They don't align to me anymore. They're like antiques I can put up on the shelf. Not really part of me there, but no bearing on the tools I'm using today. And that's the feeling I stay in. I cruise forward in as I move into every day ahead of me. Light joy is gladly picking up every healing opportunity that flow gives me. Trusting completely. Oh, yes, this is it. This is it for me. This is my next step. Thank you, thank you Universe. Universe. Thank you, Flo. Thank you, God. Thank you, Source. Thank you, thank you. And now at the count of three, down to one, I'm opening my eyes and I'm returning from flow. Three, two, one. Eyes open. That was a bit of an extended flow dream, taking you through a couple different possible ways that we can approach healing within flow energy. If you liked that, go visit my web shop, manifestingstore. @flowdreaming.com I have beautiful playlists based around healing. So you can download a playlist that's usually three or four different flow dreams packed together a good hour or more. And I hope you noticed that this was a very active emotional process. You were feeling this, sometimes you were seeing it, sometimes you're recognizing. Oh, that's right. Gosh, I've been saying the same old thing about myself for years. I am so over that. I'm so done that this is all triggering the process of allowing the rest of it to bubble up. It's like letting a soda go flat. Right? You set it on the table. A lot of bubbles in the beginning. Couple hours later, not so many bubbles. Next morning, all gone. Ready for the next layer? Okay, we're gonna go to a quick break. I have some open lines. How can that be possible? It's a toll free number. It's 1-862-303062. Go ahead and give me a call and let me look into your flow. Let me see what I can see. Check out your state of energy. Find out what's going on in your life. Look into anyone's thinking or other energy that you need me to look and see. Yes, I do look in people's minds because the consciousness is in flow as much as anything else is where I go. It's like a bird's eye view of everything, the whole world, and all of the interconnections that move between it. So again, quick break and getting to you right after this.

Foreign. Hi, it's summer, but on break. And I know that some of you are still wondering, what is flow dreaming and what is MI School?

Because I refer to both of these.

Quite a bit in my podcast. Me School is a transformational program. It's a gorgeous and deeply revealing empowering online school worldwide where I teach you how to remodel your life in any way you choose, using the technique of flow dreaming as well as a bunch of other deeply powerful life changing processes. So me school is either enrolling or it's accepting names onto the wait list. And that means that I'm accepting students who Work with me for the year and you can learn how to do.

What I do in life.

The way I think, the way I build things, make things, heal things. Everything I talk about, you will learn directly from me how to do. You're going to create some amazing things. My MI schoolers, their lives change way beyond the norm.

And you don't even have to be.

A superstar when you go in. Some of you are, and you're ready to go bigger, play in that bigger field. And some of you are just saying, hey, help.

What's next? Where should I go?

And both are fine. Both are great if you're ready to go big. But you know that you need to deepen your own spiritual practice and your personal growth, because that's where it all comes from, right? Then this is where you need to be. Your life only grows as big you do. So here's what to do. Go over to flowdreaming.com and click on MI School. And during these enrollment periods, you can actually set up a free phone call with me or my staff and we'll talk about it.

Is it a fit? Is it interesting?

During waitlist times, we just put you on a list of people who've expressed interest, so we can notify you as soon, as soon as the doors open.

All right.

I look forward to hearing from you and even more to getting to know you as one of my personal students in me school. Now, let's get back to the episode.

Welcome back. I'm Summer McStravic. This is is called Flow Dreaming, and let's go get some calls. Oh, my goodness. Now you guys are all piled up. Sherry, let's start with you. You're in Kansas City. How are you today?

I'm good. How are you?

Great. What can I help you with?

Oh, so many things. But I think what I'd like to talk about is if I can start up a new career and get out of the one I'm in right now successfully.

Okay, so tell me, what are you in right now?

I hate to say, but.

Insurance. Oh, insurance. Oh, my goodness. And where is your heart taking you?

I would like to have a web based home business. That is what I would really like to have.

And what is the one thing that holds you up from doing that?

Fear that I can't make it. You know, I.

It's.

It's unchartered territory. I've not done it before.

Yeah. So that's. Really.

Don't know if I can do it or not.

That's a trust issue. Yeah, it's A trust issue on multiple levels. As I feel you, the trust is in, you know, I can make it in someone else's business. How do I make it in my own? Am I good enough? Will I figure it out in time? Can I trust myself? Then the other trust issue you've got going on is do I trust the universe will help me? Do I trust Flo will help me? Do I trust God will help me? Do I trust that I'll be taken care of? Or do I believe that I will have to battle my way through? Okay, so you've got not just one, but you've got two. And I think if you examine that after the call, you'll realize they're both there almost in equal measure. I think that the self trust issue is a little bit bigger. So that's the one I'd want to begin with inside of you. So you, here's what I would do with you. And you can close your eyes with me. We'll do this together, right? This is the active energy work. You close your eyes, move into Sherry's flow. Here you go. Oh, look at this life you've got right now. And insurance. It's so steady. You've learned it. You went past the learning curve. You know how to do this work. It's so routine, it bores you to tears. You're feeling like your life is passing. And here you are doing the same thing every year. Are you growing or are you treading water? That's the feeling you're in right now. There is your energy. Then you look at the home business and you think, that is exciting. There is where I prove myself. There is where I find out who I really am. There is where I get to come up against every block and restriction in my thinking and figure out if I can get past it. Because I know that I'll have something so wonderful, so good, that clients and customers will naturally want to come to me if I can just get out of my own way. It's like they're all circling me. They're surrounding me. All the clients and customers are saying, we would love to buy from you. We would love to participate in this thing with you, but you have to let us. You have to allow us. And every time we get close, we feel your fear. We feel that lack of trust in you, that you can do this. And they're saying to you, how can we trust you if you're not trusting yourself? How can we trust you if you don't know that you will do this? You can do this. That you have it within you. It's just that you haven't tried. Remember when you first rode a bicycle? Remember that? You were so young and so scared, and you thought, I'm gonna fall off. I'm gonna get all scraped up. If I could just have someone hold onto the back of it for me, hold onto the handles and not let go. And then suddenly they let go. When you realize, I'm writing, I'm doing this, I'm doing this, I'm doing this, I'm doing this. And now here I am wanting to launch my own company, and I see other women doing it all the time. And I think, what do they have that I don't have? I know I can do this. I just have to hold my own bike to hold my own bike. And I'm smart. I can put together the resources. I can do this. I can do this. I am doing this. I'm going to prove to myself I can do this. Not just so I can have the benefits of doing my own thing and working from home and making what I want to make and living a life that's more in alignment with me, not just for those perks and reasons, but because once I realize that, I will absolutely trust myself to do anything else. Anything. Nothing will be off the table after that. Nothing. And that is who I really am. That is who I am. Okay, Sherry, open your eyes. See, in just like two minutes, we kind of dropped down the levels, got into the heart of it, right? Did you notice that what you were doing, what we were actually doing, was healing work? It was healing a lack of trust in yourself, and then reminding you, bringing in your flow, hey, you can do this. You can do anything. Don't you want to do this? Are you going to let that stop you? You're going to let that broken part of you, that broken part of your thinking stop you? Right? And that's where you kind of go, hell, no. That's the other energy that you want to call up when you flow, dream, Hell, no. Because that's what you need to have in you. And you. You won't let yourself go there and touch it or feel that you're a little scared of it. So a little tibbin of it. Go on and start embracing that hell no feeling. Embrace it. You don't have to do anything but start making that emotion in your flow. Make lots and lots of it until it reaches a critical capacity. And one day you're going in your flow and you're feeling all of the things, and you realize, oh, my Gosh, I think I can actually do this. You see, it's like filling your well. Fill your well with this emotion first as you gear up to it. And one day, believe me, you close your eyes, you'll go in and you'll be like, oh, God, I should just do this. And you'll realize, wow, something in me healed because the fear didn't actually pull me under this time. And that's when you get your web domain. Does that make sense?

Yes, it does make sense. It really does. So, yeah, I just have to get. Get that fear out of the way.

Mm. Let's call it self trust even instead of fear, because that makes it feel more empowering. Now it's something you can do something about. I totally trust myself.

Yeah.

And if I set my mind to something, I can do it. Absolutely. I'm smart enough to find the resources. I'm smart enough to find the people. I can absolutely do this. That's trust. It's not confidence. It's trust. All right, I'm gonna let you go. Gave you a lot to chew on for the rest of your day. Thank you for calling in. I really liked your question. Bye, Sari. Bye. Bye. I liked your question a lot because this is an issue that I think a lot of us have struggled with. You know, it's certainly something I went through myself. You know, can I do this? Can I give up something that's everyday? Paycheck W2 at the end of the year. Nice. Cushy, kind of glamorous. I mean. Yeah. Am I glad now? Oh, my God, I am so, so, so glad, you know? But listen, developing self trust, that's a. That's directly tied to healing. I trust myself. The more strong you make yourself, it's like a muscle, right? It's like working it out. The stronger that self trust becomes, the easier it is for you to do things. So easy. So easy now, you know, So I just keep pushing myself to the next level. What do I want to do next? What do I think I can't do? I'm really curious to know. It's almost like a game. What could I do now? I don't know. Could I really take the kids on a three week trip overseas? I think I might, you know, go mental. No, I think I could. I think it will work out. I think we could do this. I trust it. I trust myself. I trust my family. I trust it all. Know what I need to know. I'm just giving any random example of something that, you know, in my mind at the moment seems Hard. But I think it's because I've been home with the kids all summer. Three months. All of you moms out there, you guys know exactly what I'm talking about. Let's see, we have time for Leslie in Vancouver. Oh, Washington. Hi, Leslie.

Hi, Summer.

How are you? I'm great.

Thank you for taking my call.

Yeah. So what's happening with you today?

Previous call was helpful. I moved several months ago to a new location. It wasn't my first choice, and there's still some looking for work. And now I'm in a position where I need to find something quickly. So I'm thinking more like temporary work or an interim job. And underneath it, I'm feeling. Dealing with the feeling of, like, stranger in a strange land where things just, you know, it's like not having the enthusiasm. It's hard to even do the flow dream of finding perfect work.

Because finding my dream job. Yeah.

It's like it doesn't quite fit. And so I realized there's something underneath. It's more like the difficult feeling of what I went through and, you know, but knowing that I still need to find something. You know, an interim might be better, but I've done contract work, so that might be. Yeah, I'm kind of getting geared up to.

Leslie, can you turn your speakers down a little bit? I'm hearing myself feedback. Is that okay?

Yeah, it might be amp. This is Skype.

Oh, maybe it's just the Skype thing. Okay, well, I'll work around it. So what I feel going on with you is you've got an energy conflict happening. Why would you want to find your dream job in a location that's not your dream? It wouldn't therefore be your dream job. It would be the job that was good enough in a location you had to be in. You see? So when you're doing the dream job, flow dream, you're already negating it. Okay, so why are you settled there? Why can't you move? What's going on with that? Why are you feeling stuck in a place you don't want to be?

I had to move quickly. My place had flooding. I was looking for work. I didn't. Things didn't come together, so I moved in with a relative.

So. Okay.

You know, it was kind of like I had to go someplace, and this was the best place.

Right.

And I didn't know what it would be like.

Yeah. So you have to get out of that, and you know that it's time to go. You have to kiss those relatives on both cheeks and Say bye. Bye. I'll be leaving within a month because I'm getting a great job. And it may even be not just a different part of town, but a different town altogether. I don't know. And I know I've let myself come to this. I'm just closing my eyes. I'm kind of going in flow with you here. I know it's come down to this because I've been stalling all this time. I should have been looking, I've kind of been stalling. A little bit in me has been saying, eh, I don't really want any of this. I don't want to be here and I don't want any of this. I don't even want these jobs I'm looking at. And so unfortunately I led myself to this place of crisis. Oh, I see what I did. Silly, silly me. Okay. Letting that feeling go and you flushing it out. Silly, silly me. That's a little forgiveness like, ah, I wish I'd realized sooner, but I guess I had to go this far to wake up. All right, got it. I hear you now. I hear you now, Flo. And I know that there is another place I need to be. And I know that there is a job that will amply support me and sustain me there. I believe that. I know that to be true. And I have the strength to step into that. I have the strength to find it and to step into it. I have that strength. I do. And I'm doing it. I'm feeling it. Yes, it's a whole new line of work. It's a whole new place I'm in. It is new in every way. And I'm not scared of that. In fact, I'm cherishing that because I want that. I want that freshness, I want that fresh start. I want that fresh feeling that yes, this is new and this is fitting me. And I have completely left that old space that I was in. I look back at that now and I think, who was that woman? How did she get there? And then I realized, oh, that was me. Oh, and I have such compassion for myself. And I remember, ah, I won't let myself get like that again. No, I stay in this great work in my own home. Okay, so that's just a little bite sized, like little bit of energy there that you can work with. Okay, Leslie?

Okay.

I hope it helps.

I'm also getting going to classes and so good, you know, a lot that will be very useful.
