Flow Dreaming.
It's a show where we talk about the power of your mind to change your world around you, to literally affect the fabric of your reality. We talk about this feeling of hope.
And joy and relief. And that is what being aware of your flow does. It gives you a feeling of power.
Again in your lives.
Oh, my God.
You were so on target. You are so amazing. I can't thank you enough.
Breathe. It is the feeling that you bring forward.
It is your emotional connection that really.
Sets the tone for what is going.
To be happening to you and for you.
And you know that feeling when you touch it, it just spreads through you.
Thank you for taking my call. I don't know why I feel like crying.
I think I just feel your love, of course.
And I think I'm gonna get some ANSWERS.
I'm Summer McStravik and welcome to another episode of Flow Dre.
Welcome to Flow Dreaming. Hi, Everybody, I'm Summer McStravik. As usual, happy to see you and be with you. Each week I record this live radio broadcast as a podcast so you can pick it up anytime, anywhere. By the way, if you encounter something where your phone or computer doesn't seem to be updating the episode, that is probably a setting on the phone. Something like limit it to the last three episodes or resubscribe. There should pretty much night and day, rain or shine, almost always be a new episode up. Very occasionally, very occasionally. A couple times a year I might take a little vacation and not have one uploaded in its place. But rare, rare, rare. Certainly never two in a row or three in a row. So go check that. Just because a few people have emailed me lately saying, hey, you know where, where have you been? I said, I'm right here. Where are you? So yeah, the many ways you can get this show, of course, itunes is a fabulous way. Stitcher, of course, CTR.com where I broadcast live on Tuesdays at noon Pacific. That's where you can call in actually and reach me. That number, by the way, is 877-230-3062. So at the moment, if you are listening live, you can call me with questions and I'll look, I'll look into your flow. We'll get you in ship shape really quick. Let's see. So yeah, I think those are the best ways to get the program. And of course when you guys rate the program, it is so, so, so valuable. It really helps in itunes to get the show exposed. There's not many ways actually to get a good podcast out into the world aside from Word of mouth and rating it. That means writing a review or even pushing the number of stars, you know, next to the name of it. And I do have an. For your Android phone, your Google phone, your iPhone, your iPad. So you can get an app that's also really, really cool for cataloging, keeping track of all these podcasts. Okay, so, that being said, I am on to show number two on my newest theme. So flow dreaming, let's just put it out there itself is about manifesting and creating. It's truly a way to work with the universe that's pretty magical. It allows you to start shaping and creating your future. It allows you to manifest anything you want, which over the years, I've come to realize isn't just, you know, houses, cars, and bank accounts. Manifesting anything you want can mean manifesting a new personality trait inside yourself, a new characteristic. It can mean manifesting a situation that you would like to run into in the near future. It can mean manifesting an understanding or manifesting a healing experience. It can mean manifesting toward what I call going big, which is for those people who are truly committed to living a very powerful lifestyle where really nothing is off the table for them. Manifesting is huge in terms of what you can do and create. In be and flow, dreaming is my preferred method. To me, it is the philosophy that explains why and how it works as well as the technique I use to make it work. So in the series that I jumped into last week, I'm talking about things you can do with flow, right? Things you can do with this. Because you guys, you've probably been listening for quite a while and you know the basic understandings of what flow is, but what do you do with it? What do you do? So this week, I'm going to help you by teaching you emotional sanity with flow. Isn't that funny? Teaching how to. How to gain emotional sanity from flow dreaming. So here's what I mean by this. Some of us tend to jump into the worst possible scenario. When we imagine things, we think of it and we immediately think, oh, God, but I'm going to be late. Oh, no. But I, you know, but I don't have a dress I can wear. Oh, no. You know, my kid is probably not going to be picked because of blah, blah, blah. Oh, no. You know, we. We automatically go to the what if. The worst thing. What am I going to have to deal with? What am I going to have to prepare for? It's like we go into an immediate kind of preparatory vaccination of what horrible thing could Happen. So we better gear up just in case. Does that sound like you? In other words, we micromanage a situation before it ever happens or before it even happens, because most of the time we look back and go, oh, that actually didn't happen at all. Oh, that conversation was not actually terrible at all. Oh, and then we realize in hindsight, but we never really pause to think or do anything about it or even especially change our behavior. How about this other kind of emotional insanity that we often do, which is we react to a situation or a comment in a way that's very touchy, very personal. You know, we get riled, we get our feathers up, we feel sad. You know, I had this happen to me over the weekend. Just there was a piece of information all of my friends knew. I thought, oh, gosh, I don't know. Oh. And I immediately felt like, well, how come I was the last to know what's wrong with me? How come do they not trust me? Da, da, da da. And I went through the whole thing in my head. Now, thank God, I've been flow dreaming long enough that it lasted about 2 minutes and 39 seconds before I said to myself, wait a second here. I have done this before. I don't do this anymore. I'm going to figure out what this is about. What did this trigger in me? Why would I jump to that immediate negative interpretation? Hey, wait a second. So that is what you're going to learn today, how to stay emotionally sane in flow. Not talking about depression, anxiety, anything like that. I'm really talking about what I call pre action. Pre action. Now, pre action is the opposite of reaction. All those scenarios were a mix, right? If I'm thinking about the worst possible thing that's going to happen, I'm actually preacting. You know what preaction is? It's manifesting what you are, how your being is made. The energetic emotional template of you that guides and dictates all of your choices. That is what creates your future. Think of yourself as a mirror and your future is constantly bouncing off of you, Reading from you, taking every cue from you. It can't be set up any differently. It is reflecting you. When I'm preacting, oh my gosh, you know, five o' clock today, I'm gonna have to, you know, do this confrontation with my employee and it is going to suck. And how do I manage that? And what am I making? I'm pre acting. In fact, I'm pre feeling how that situation will go. Terrible. Terrible. I did a series, by the way. That this is related to, called the lack cycle. The lack cycle. I'll be talking off and on a lot about this, but you may want to go back and listen to those three shows. They were very potent in helping you diagnose if you're in the lack cycle. So that's a pre action. The reaction is when I said, somebody says something, something happens, someone does something in a way, you don't like it, you react, you are reacting instinctively. You have been triggered. And the weird thing is your reaction is already set. You didn't try for it, you didn't think about it. It just boom, got ticked off. So I was thinking, you know, this morning my daughter had to go get a cavity filled. And I told her before school, which normally I wouldn't. You know, it's not good to set your kids up to dread things. But she's old enough. I thought, you know, sixth grader, it's all right, she can, she can deal with this. Now she starts crying and screaming and moaning. And I looked her and I said, what are you doing? She says, it's gonna hurt so much. And I said, shush, shush, shush, shush. That is not what we flow dream. No, it is not. And I reminded her last time didn't hurt very much at all. Remember you told me that it's not going to hurt, you're barely going to feel it. I said, why don't you start anticipating it like that? And that way when it actually happens, you can deal with it. But all the lead up time to it, you don't have to torture yourself because there's nothing you can do about it between now and dentist time. As it turns out, it was very easy. The whole thing was smooth, simple, fast, minor. And she can look back now and see that her preaction was wildly out of line. That was just self torture. That was emotional insanity. Flow dreaming helps you not do that anymore. To think about something that happened to me recently, you know, I was doing a work situation and someone that was helping me with it, she did something. And I looked at it and I thought, oh, that's just not right. It's not working. And I got real ticked off. And she didn't understand. She's like, what? What's going on? And I realized, oh, the magnitude of my reaction had nothing to do with her. It was about me. I was reacting to something inside myself which was, oh, this is a situation that I haven't been able to clear up yet. And yet I created it again. And my reaction was all out of whack. So here's what I do when I flow dream. Because I'm trying to manifest more emotional stability in my life. I'm trying to manifest so that what I'm preacting or reacting to as I go through my day is not out of alignment, is not blown out of proportion, is not preacting something that may not ever even happen. That's terrible. Imagine if all of that just those simple things that we find ourselves caught in. Imagine if all of those were emptied out from your day. Actually think about how many times you do this in a day. Probably 10, 15, 30. It would be high. It would be very high. Because most of the time, these thoughts and feelings, these emotional states are just drifting through us. We don't even realize. They just sail on through, like, oh, man, I got to make dinner tonight. I don't have anything in the house. What a burden. What was that? Whoa. That was just a pre action. That dinner is a burden, and I'm dreading doing it, and I have to do something about it. What? How about instead? Hmm. I haven't yet felt what dinner's gonna be like tonight. It's gonna be yummy and delicious, and best of all, it's gonna be really quick and easy, which will make me feel so happy. Right? Where does our mind go now? We tend to say, well, you're talking about negative people. It's negative people who think that way and feel that way. Not necessarily. I don't consider myself especially negative, Yet I find that happening in my head quite often, quite a bit. What do I do? All right. This is where flow dreaming comes in and changes you. It changes your day to day thinking, day to day feeling. It makes you feel happier, more optimistic. Most of all, it puts you more in control. You feel more powerful, more steady every day. I believe very strongly in making these small, daily minute changes to every little piece because it creates massive build, build, build, build that build over time. Imagine if every time I change my thinking, I manifested a different feeling state. I was putting a nickel in a jar. Oh, God, how rich would I be? Flow dreaming is an investment in who you are and who you're becoming. We're going to go to a quick break. When we get back, we will be flow dreaming for emotional sanity to help redirect this little habit of ours to manifest a new way of being and thinking and behaving and anticipating inside of ourselves. I'll also be taking your questions, and I will tell you exactly what you need to do to start weeding this old Emotional, energetic, manifesting habit. Out of your system and out of your life. So stay with me for more Flow Dreaming right after this. Foreign.

You're listening to Flow Dreaming with your host, Summer McStravic. All right, so welcome back to Flow Dreaming. Here is how you create a new preemptive emotional state inside yourself that pulls you back from that cliff that we all tumble off of about 30 times a day in our thinking, this pre action that we do. When you are feeling a fearful thought in advance of anything occurring, whether it's truly going to occur or simply made up because you've gone to the worst possible scenario, what I do is I move into my flow very quickly. The moment. Here's the key. The moment I catch myself doing it. That's probably the hardest part. Noticing that you are negatively anticipating something or noticing that you have negatively reacted to something without much basis or without understanding necessarily why. Knee jerk. Okay. Catching yourself. As you flow dream more and more through the years, you will catch yourself much quicker because you'll notice it's a strange state of mind. It becomes not your average daily state of mind, but it starts to. To poke out as being atypical, not your normal state of mind, so you see it more. It's like suddenly being able to, you know, have you ever taken those eye tests? We have to pick out the letters and all the. You know they do it for colorblindness, right? It's like being able to pick those letters out instantly when you never were able to before because you're now changing your attunement. So the moment you catch yourself doing this, I move into flow and I say to myself, something that is completely opposite what I was feeling because, hey, what you're feeling, that negative anticipation is probably just as unlikely as a fabulously positive, right? Trick yourself. Say that to yourself. So why not go with the positive? In truth, it's probably going to be a neutral event, neither plus nor minus. Or if you're an old school flow dreamer, you've been doing it a while. It's probably tending or trending toward the positive because everything in your life has been trending toward the positive because you're totally in alignment every day in all of your thinking and your emotional state and your energetic body are all together. So I go into flow. And the way that I flow dream, by the way, is I close my eyes. And perhaps you're used to the flow dreams that are@flowdreaming.com in my manifesting store. 1015 minute long emotional experiences. Basically emotional energetic experiences, I lead you through. You don't have to use those. Those are fantastic for creating certain new things in your life. But if you're just catching yourself on the fly, just close your eyes right then you don't need an audio player next to you and you want to then start feeling the opposite of whatever it was you just were thinking about going to the dentist. It's going to be so easy. It's going to be so fast. I'm hardly feeling anything. I don't even notice when he says, oh, you're already done. Or she says, wow, that was way simpler than I thought it was going to be. Hey. And way less expensive than I thought it was going to be too. Wow, that was really a great experience. That was a fantastic experience I just had. Huh? Wow. I guess there was nothing there anyway. Nothing there to think about, dread, worry about. If anything, my teeth feel so much better. They feel cared for and babied and loved. They're gonna last me. Oh yeah, that's how I really feel. That's how I really feel. Okay, so if I'm flow dreaming, I'm just allowing myself to release and lock into that place of flow and alignment. I am feeling what I would rather have happen later today. In essence, I am pre programming what will happen three hours from now. Pre programming it. I'm saying this is how it should go, not that other way that my mind already went to. Because thinking, when you have that negative anticipation, what does it cause you to do? A whole cascade of things. One, it causes you to brace. Bracing is a term I use when we are getting rigid, getting defensive, preparing for something. And you know the feeling of bracing you do, you get rigid, you get Solid. You put that wall up, there is no flow. When you're bracing, it's like holding steady. You know, it's like fight or flight. Bracing is the. Is the. Is the, you know, the freeze. Fight, fight, flight, or freeze. That's what bracing is. It's the freezing. It's the preparing to negatively engage. That's what your flow is hearing. Oh, she's preparing to negatively engage. All right. Okay, so flow dreaming itself. By the way, if you want to know the actual technique, you may must Visit my website, flowdreaming.com the best way to get a feel for it is to sign up where it says free gift or get my newsletter. And what happens is, yes, you will start getting some emails from me welcoming you, teaching you about what flow is. But the best thing is you'll get a couple of audios from me, one that describes how to do this technique. You can learn it in, like, 15 minutes, very easy. And you'll also get a practice flow dream to work with. Everything is getting better and better and better and better. Okay, so grab those, and that will really open the door for you for how to use this in so many situations, including all of them that we're going over in this podcast. So that is exactly what I do now. What do I do when I have negatively reacted to something, when I have actually not done a preaction but a reaction and say to that. That thing that I felt that all my friends knew but me, how come they left me out? I paused and I said to myself. And most importantly, I felt to myself in flow, maybe I don't have all the information. Maybe I'm misunderstanding this. Maybe there's more that I need to know. I'm very curious what the whole story is. I'm very curious what the big picture is. Flo, would you show me the big picture? So I know that if I have a genuine need to be angry, because if I genuinely do need to be angry, I want to take care of that. I don't want to stuff it and go and sulk. I want to take care of it. But if I don't have any need to be angry, I want to know that, too. And I want to feel that because I want to open wider to my friend, circle wider to my friend group, give them more intimacy and trust, because that's my ultimate goal. That's what I'm after, right? How. Think how conscious your life would be when you start being able to do that. I mean, might sound silly, but this emotional technique using flow to change your Own daily, moment by moment emotional landscape. This is powerful stuff. You know, I would love to work with some study, some psychiatric hospital or something to figure out the efficacy of this, because I do it and I teach people to do it, and they do it. And your emotional landscape changes. It changes in the short term, and most importantly, it changes in the long term. You know how meditation creates new neural pathways in your brain? Oh, you can bet. Flow dreaming creates new emotion based neural pathways in your brain. So this is yet one more thing you can do with flow dreaming and you can extrapolate this out and think, well, maybe I can use it when I feel an onset of panic or an onset of anxiety. Maybe I can use it when I'm finding myself having that anger flood out of me. Maybe I can use it when the morning I wake up and I feel irrationally depressed and moody. Maybe I could use it. You could think about this. Ask yourself, what do you have? What are your particular set of emotional issues unique to you, that you deal with? We all have our little set of them. Some of us, irritability, impatience, negative forecasting. Oh, my gosh, whole bunch which are yours. Right. Start using flow to counter them. Day by day, moment by moment. Okay, let's go to a quick call. We'll do some flow dreaming, but the call board is packed today. Hey, Nina, you're calling from New York. How are you?
Hi. Hi. Good, thanks.
How are you? Great. So what's on your mind? What can I help you with?
It's really correlated to what you just said. I'm an actor and I was offered a role, so. So I kind of like, you know, it sounds exciting. I just wanted to know if it's something that would be good for my career, if it would portray me in a good light, if I would, you know, portray the character well as well.
Okay, so tell me, is this. Tell me what genre it's in. Is it stage movie?
TV movie, and it's a spiritual genre film.
Mm. Oh, a spiritual film movie. Okay. And your first name is? Nina. Is that your real name?
It's my middle name.
Okay. I had to ask because it didn't feel like it was your.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I just didn't want to, you know, a little bit of privacy.
But you're good.
It says you're good.
I got you, I gotcha. You got me. Okay.
I love your name, by the way. I think that's beautiful.
Thank you. By the way, a lot of actors love flow dreaming because you guys, you are used to taking on other People's emotional states. That's what being an actor is. You know, you take on other people's characters, they're emotional beings. So you have learned already to play with emotion and to use them. So now it's more like, okay, how do I take on emotions and use them in my own life to create my own play? Okay, so here you are doing a movie. I'm looking at you, I'm actually looking at the project. I'm getting a sense for that. You know, as with a lot of things, it feels like there's a funding, certain shakiness or certain. It feels like someone feels like they've, they've got it, it's gonna happen. It's good. It's pretty solid. But there is still. There are elements of possible fall through. Beware of that. Okay, okay, there's, there's elements that could say this could be fallen through, even though the people who are putting it on or feeling right now like, no, no, we've got it, we've got it, we've got the money, we got the backer, we have the studio, etc. Now let me look at you specifically in this role. Is this role about someone who's been hurt or damaged in some way?
Yeah, I believe they overcome it in the end. See, that's the thing. I haven't.
Yeah, yeah. It feels like a real sense of, you know, you would be playing a victim to some degree. A person who's been hurt, damaged, etc. And maybe that's the transformation, maybe that's the character arc I'm seeing. That'll be an interesting place for you to go into and really experience what it feels like to be powerless. So for your own growth, for your own acting, your own methodology, I think it would be good. I'm still a little uncertain if the whole project is going to fully come together. Okay. Beware. Just keep an eye on things.
Okay.
All right. Good luck. I think you. If it, if it were me, I would say yes, but I would roll with it. Okay.
Okay.
Say yes and roll. All right, Nina, thank you.
Thank you, Summer. I appreciate it greatly. Thank you.
You're welcome. Bye. Very, very interesting. Who else do we have here? Is Susan Nebraska. How are you?
Hi.
Hi, Susan. Hello. Hi. What can I help you with?
Well, my husband is like, he's been pretty much out of work for the last three years except for short contracts. And in 2012 he was offered a six month contract that only lasted two months. And then he was offered, in the next year was another six month contract and that didn't, that was just. It turned out to be just periodic. And he picks up contracts in between, you know, short ones. And then we thought everything was coming together. This spring he was offered a long term contract with the company for three years. And now he's only been here for four months. And they, you know, they've replaced him because the contract was more involved than they thought it was. And so now he's looking for work again. And it's just, it's like we think, we think everything's, you know, because I've been doing the flow dream since about January or so, and we thought everything was just coming together so wonderfully and everything really felt like it was wonderful. And then he gets the phone call at work and within a week he's out of work.
And you say, here we go again.
Yeah. And so it's just. You get to the point where you wonder, okay, what do I do now?
You know, are you guys considering moving?
Pardon me?
Moving. You have a huge energy of moving around you.
Ever since I was a little girl, I. Probably the longest I've ever lived anywhere was five years.
Moving, moving, moving, moving, moving. Yeah. Yeah.
And I. So ready for a home.
Yeah.
It's like been, you know, the gypsy life on steroids.
Yeah. Because I had. Like I was saying, I haven't felt this as strongly from anyone in a long time. Like, you're ready to move again. You will move again. Moving has become an out for you guys. It's always, well, we could always move. We could always go someplace else. We could always have it. There's another contract over here. There's always something on the other side of the rainbow, you know, and sometimes our life kind of sets us in a path where it'll just keep giving us the same thing over and over until we make a very different decision about it. I don't even know what your husband does for a living. But if you guys are ready to settle and stay, you could make that decision now. And yeah, you guys may have to shift priorities, maybe shift industries. And already there's resistance. You say, well, we can't, we can't. We've got ourselves locked into this. I want you to step back and think to yourself, no, we can. All the stuff we've been telling ourselves is not true. We are not locked into this. This is not the only option. Because this sense that you guys are like pieces of paper that can be picked up and blown to the next place and settling down for a few months and you think it's A while, and then, woof, up you go again. You're not that lightweight little paper anymore. You're heavy. It's hard to move you. It's hard to move him out of his position. So if you're flow dreaming with me, and I'll flow dream with you here for a second, if you close your eyes, you guys are landing, and you're landing soon. And it may not be in Nebraska, maybe someplace else. It may be a place you pick, you choose, you land. It may be based on another contract, maybe based on something else, but the sensation is, I am heavy. I'm a lead weight on a fishing line. Down, down, down, down we go. We're landing in that sense. Soft mud. It feels cool and refreshing and good to relax here. My husband is earning. He's transitioning into something where he earns and earns and he never has to go anyplace again. Our future, we only take vacations. We don't have to move. We go where we want, when we want, not because someone else has told us, over here is where the work is. Over there is where the work is. That chapter in our lives is finished. We're done. We did it. We got to the point where we realized we don't want to do that anymore. That's not us. It's not who we are. My husband is skilled enough and he's smart enough. I'm smart enough, I'm skilled enough. We can land where we want now. We give ourselves permission to think and feel this way now flow. Do you hear us? Do you feel us? Because we're not just making this up. This is true. We really do feel this way. Okay, so, Susan, this is what your flow dripping should be feeling like to you. And your challenge is going to be to be really real with it, to honestly believe it when you feel this, and not let all those other reasons and rationales because those things have built up over time to justify the moving, to justify this energy, and those can be let go of. You can construct new energy that will pull in new things around you to support that sensation. But as long as you believe that, it just can't happen. That's not how this is going to work. It's not his industry. You're not going to let yourself fully go there, and you'll still be those little pieces of paper blown in the wind. Okay?
Yeah.
So I know I didn't answer your question about your husband's job in particular, but I feel like I'm kind of addressing a bigger question, which is how to End the cycle because you're truly done.
Candles. I mean, we were a military family for years, and then when he retired, we thought that would be it, you know? But it didn't stop.
So can you see? You actually have adopted a pattern of energy that you just haven't put down yet. You got so used to it, you expect it. Even when you say you don't, that's part of the pattern. We expect we'll get that, but we know we won't, because that always happens. Definitely.
I mean, I moved there. I was in three different schools in grade one.
You have to settle down. You've got to give yourself permission to do it and be scared doing it, because when you actually settle, the fear is going to come up. It's going to feel unfamiliar, and you will think, well, we're going to have to go. Our good stuff is going to start happening someplace else. That'll be your battle. But you'll. You'll move through it. You can. Okay. I gotta let you. Thank you. Yeah. You're off on a brand new path. Go take it. It's yours. It's time. It's yours, Susan. Thank you. Oh, my goodness. Why don't we go with another call today? And gotta tell you, these last few weeks, I don't know what it is. Maybe that super moon I've been talking about. That. Those. All of those super moons we've been having, I just feel like, wow. I hate to say it, but I am on fire. So easy to see everything. It's been even making my own eyes boggle and goggle. Jessica, Iowa, how you doing, hon? Jessica, you there? You're on air.
Yes, thank you. Yeah, hi. I'm in a new relationship, and he's not a talker. He shows me how he feels with his touch and with his time and attention, but there's still part of me that wants to hear all of the words and a lot of anxiety with it.
Mm. Yeah. Trust. Give me his first name. Do you mind?
Bill.
Bill. How old is Bill?
46.
All right, Bill. 46. Previously married.
Yes.
Mm. Okay. All right, Bill. I'm just going to take a quick peek in him and his flow and see where he's at, because I can feel you. You need to be spoken to to create trust. You know, if you don't hear the words, you have an issue with trust, and that's how he can reassure you. Okay, so let me see what his perspective is. Bill. Bill, what do you think of Jessica Bell? What do you think of Jessica? He's. He's feeling like he's really hoping it works with you. He's hoping, you know, he's got a little relationship damage, too, that he's carrying, which is he doesn't have full faith in things. He's prepared for things to be broken. Okay, sure. Yeah. Just reminding him of that. That just because he's got that in him, he doesn't. He doesn't want. Just sort of like today's show. He doesn't want to. He doesn't want to create that through his anticipation, you know, accidentally create it. But he's very much hoping. I'm encouraging him that he doesn't need to hope anymore. He can choose. Hope is a powerless position to be in. Choosing is a strong position to be in. He can choose you unequivocally. He can say yes to you, yes to your relationship, yes to everything working. He can start to own that. He gets afraid, you know, he's got a lot more fear than he lets on. Okay. Yeah. I can see asking him why he doesn't express or talk, it's hard for him. The words don't come. They're not right. They seem. He says that when he says things, it's not what he really means to say. He can never quite get the right feeling in the words. It's like he feels like he's 14 again, stumbling around his own tongue. Okay, so is that why he. You show her. Show, not tell. Show, not tell. He really takes that to heart. Show, not tell. Maybe that was something in his family that they used to say or something he picked up. He wants to do that. He feels that that's stronger anyway. So what I would suggest is that the real issue here is with you and your feelings of trust and learning to interpret his actions as your measure of trust as opposed to his words. Okay. Because that's. You're right. That's how he'll show it to you. And if you praise him on his actions, he will feel valued. Thank you for picking me up. Thank you for the flowers. Thank you for planning our weekend. Thank you for, you know, taking time to visit my family. Thank you for. I acknowledge that. I see that. I see that. Okay. So I would suggest shift toward that. And that's an internal thing in you to learn to trust someone based on their actions, not their words. It'll be good for you.
I think so, too.
Yeah. Okay.
Thank you so much, Jessica.
You take care. Thank you. Bye now.
Thank you.

Manifest your life with summer mcstravic in flow dreaming. Welcome back to Flow Dreaming. And we are going to go into Flow together to do some emotional reconditioning. I like that term, emotional reconditioning again. Yes. I made it up. I don't think you could wiki it. Maybe. Maybe we need to put an entry in there. In fact, I don't think there's any entry for Flow Dreaming in Wikipedia. That's strange. We should fix that, huh? Yeah. Anybody? You're welcome to add something. We'll add on it onto it together. Emotional reconditioning in my book is where you consciously use your emotions to create on behalf of your inner makeup, your inner landscape, inner emotional landscape, as well as the energetic landscape that is the quantum self, the quantum data that is you. If you don't know about the history, the understanding of what flow is, the sort of quantum spiritual backstory, you can find all that@flowdreaming.com in my blog post. In particular, you can find that in my first book, which is called Flow Dreaming, which will soon be re released in epub format, ebook format, as well as downloadable format, maybe even in printed format, I am not sure. So those are great resources to learn what, what Flow Dream actually does, why it works, how it works, how it is light years sort of different than Law of Attraction. Yes, Law of Attraction is definitely a big part of the understanding. In fact, most people, it's kind of weird, they say that Jerry and Esther Hicks, or Esther Hicks is Abraham. A lot of those teachings they find embodied in flow. And they recognize Flow Dreaming as a technique, a way to bring teachings into reality into fruition, into a physical form that you can do to actually change yourself. Because so often, you know, we learn things, they stay in our minds, but they never translate into Our bodies and our lives. We know stuff, but we don't behave stuff, right. And it's the behaving stuff that creates most of what's around you, not just the stuff you know. Gosh, if my life was based on what I knew, I'd be, you know, king of a continent. But I don't. It's the behaviors. And the behaviors come from our emotional, energetic selves. So let's go in and do some flow dreaming right now. Flow dreaming, very briefly, in case you're new, consists of three things. Huge emotional energy. Emotions. 2. Conscious or guided daydreaming, which means letting go, allowing yourself to make up pictures, make up pictures, make up stories. Let yourself go into that place where you truly do daydream. Or where you're reading a book. You don't know what time it is. You've lost track. You don't know how you got your car in the garage. You forgot you were driving. You were daydreaming, you were someplace else. You were connected in, your awareness shifted. And usually that starts by telling yourself a little story in your mind. Or reading a little story on the page. Imagination moves you from one level of reality into another. The third component of flow dreaming is flow itself. Flow energy. Flow is a huge concept. Essentially, it means that you're an absolute, utterly perfect alignment. You are like an arrow that has been shot forward, just like the arrow of time. You don't get off track. You don't get messed up. You don't go into side realities. You don't go backwards. No, you're perfect just as you are. You may be mad at your circumstances at some points, but you're perfect. You're where you should be. And you release into that. And you say, okay, what am I here to experience? What am I in this particular place right now to experience? What is this pain telling me? What is this pleasure telling me? I release into flow this arc of perfection as I grow and explore in my journey to see who I am. So my eyes closed and I release. My stomach releases. My shoulders drop. My jaw is letting go. I feel relaxed, I feel at ease. But I don't feel tired. I don't feel sleepy. I'm not going into any kind of hypnotic state now. I want my emotional self. I want my conscious mind here with me. Want to play together? Come on, let's play. Like gathering a group of friends, your very best friends. Let's go play. Let's open our imagination into that place where we become something else for a little while. If we're really Good at it. It'll feel like that. And I'm walking into a room. It's my playroom. If I was a child and I was a rich child, like I always imagined a little princess or a prince, there is my playroom. Everything in there, toys and jewels and dress ups and fake coins and money, whatever it is, it's all there. My tea party set over there. My trains, my cars, all my video games, my arcade. It's a vast playroom. Yet it's funny, it's changed a little bit since I've gotten older. Maybe the video games have been replaced by computers. Maybe the toy trains are replaced by cars. The tea set has been replaced by my friends and family as real people gathered around in support of me. Yes, my real life. And I'm still playing, I'm still creating, I'm still delighted in this. So why is it sometimes I look forward in my life and I think, ooh, this terrible thing will happen? And I wonder, was I like that as a kid? Did we say, and now Barbie's going to get in the most terrible situation? What happened to Barbie? Did she get out of it? Was she okay? Was she always safe? Yes, she was. And she didn't ever need to get into any of those situations. Neither do I. In fact, most of the time they're never going to happen. Most of the time, those things that I interpret badly and wrong as making me angry or feel bad or sad or scared or unloved or unwanted, those are made up. Most the time. Most of the time they're made up. That was me. It wasn't anyone else. It was just me. Like making up a scary game for my, for my, for my. My Matchbox cars, my toy soldiers. Scary game to play through. Not real. What is real? Putting my toys away, having dinner, growing. Becoming an adult. Blooming into something magnificent and gorgeous and powerful and in control. That is real destiny. What actually happens. And that is what actually happens to me. Day to day, moment by moment. Everything that rolls into my life. I say, oh goody, what does this mean? Oh boy. What does that mean? Oh, where are we going to go with this? What's going to happen with that? Every day is a delight. Absolutely a delight. I look forward to it. Even things that would have thrown me before now. I look at them and, and I say, oh, you. What are you going to turn into? I am so curious to see how this is going to happen. And that's always how I feel. Always. Exactly. I create this, I manifest this, I flow this. And that's the feeling you linger on as you open your eyes and return there. That was not a meditation. That was a Flow dream. Active, Engaged, Beautiful, Shifting, Changing.
