Flow Dreaming.
It's a show where we talk about the power of your mind to change your world around you, to literally affect the fabric of your reality. We talk about this feeling of hope.
And joy and relief, and that is what being aware of your Flow does. It gives you a feeling of power.
Again in your lives.
Oh, my God.
You were so on target. You are so amazing. I can't thank you enough.
Breathe. It is the feeling that you bring forward.
It is your emotional connection that really.
Sets the tone for what is going.
To be happening to you and for you.
And you know that feeling, when you touch it, it just spreads through you. Thank you for taking my call. I don't know why I feel like crying. I think I just feel your love. Of course. And I think I'm gonna get some ANSWERS.
I'm Summer McStravik, and welcome to another episode of Flow Dreaming.
Ah, here are. We're in Flow. Today we are getting into our emotional selves. Today we are waking that brother or sister up inside of us, and we're going to get it active and on board with where we are. So I'm Summer McStravik, and thanks for joining me on Flow Dreaming. Some of you have found me recently using the app that's floating around out there. Maybe you found me because you were looking for meditation or manifesting. Maybe you were looking up something from Hay House. Yes, yes, and yes. You have a good place here. With Flow Dreaming, we talk about how to create things in your life, how to connect, how to go deeper into your intuition, especially the mindset that is required in order to be an incredibly effective creator in the universe. An effective creator, not just wandering through, not just getting through the life and doing all the things that are expected of us, but being very effective and and beyond efficiency is getting that kind of sweetness, that fulfillment that we're all looking for. Sometimes I wonder, you know, many of you listening, you know, you come from very developed countries. We have everything around us, and yet we're not satisfied. What's up with that? How is it that the more we have, the less we have inside? Flow Dreaming kind of takes you back into that journey, but it doesn't take you into any particular religion. It takes you into a path of self development where you ask yourself, who am I? What am I made of? Who do I surround myself with? What are they like? How do I feel when I'm around them? Wait a minute. How am I feeling inside myself? Don't you wonder why as we become richer and richer, we end up having more and More prescriptions for Prozac and Zoloft and everything else. And I know psychologists, sociologists, they all have a reason why we're disconnected. We don't have the tribe, we don't have this. Really though many of us are more connected or as connected as any other community. We have our family around us. We go into the same workplace with the same sets of people. We have our children. None of that has actually changed. A few things have changed. There is less heart to heart communication. Things don't have to be worked out as quickly because it's not like we're sitting around the cook fire next to the same person every single night or the same work group day in, day out, 24 hours. Yeah, there are differences in our modern world, but a lot of it is still the same. Which makes you think after a while, maybe I can't blame outside changing circumstances like we all like to do. Everybody likes to look around and point. From economists to psychologists, everybody look around and point. Where is the problem? There, there, there. All these disciplines spring up to find it. You know what the problem is inside of us. It's inside of us and we are influenced by everything around us, yet we've created everything around us. So then it comes back to us again. One of those issues I'm looking at today in Flow dreaming is your emotional self. How you have honored it, how you have abused it. Yeah, I know. Provocative, huh? Abusing my, my own emotional self. Yeah, we do. We do that and we do it over a lifetime. Unfortunately, we do it unaware that we're doing it. We're doing it every time we shut it down. I even catch myself doing this with my kids sometimes. Just be quiet. Just shut up. Right. My son has adhd and sometimes it's like I can't handle one more continuous long. Just be quiet. Quiet. And yet a part of me recognizes. Oh my goodness. It's the same thing we do to ourselves, our own emotions. Be quiet. Stop it. I don't want to hear you. I don't want to acknowledge you. I don't want to honor you. I don't want to work with you. I don't want to respond to you. And not only that, but other people have told me they don't want to hear it, respond to it, acknowledge it either. What do I do with this? Well, I'm going to take my power and I'm going to put it in a little box. I'm going to put it away and I'm just going to get through because I've realized that I can just get through. I can go to work, I can pay the bills, I can kiss my family on the cheek. I can get through. But it leads us to this kind of flat line in our life, flatlined life, right? That leads us to survival mode. Ultimately, survival mode is where we just make it every month. Isn't that funny? Like we can look and say, yeah, every month I just make it. I'm never actually under a bridge with a shopping cart. I always just make it. But there's a lot of drama around that, just making it. There's been a lot of close calls. There's been. Then there's up times. But those up times are going to be followed by down times. What I'm describing here, it's a mindset. It's an expectation. It's an expectation of lack. It's an expectation that I will always just get my needs met, but no more. And those other people who get more than their needs met, there must be something wrong with them. They're mean rich people. They're blessed. They came from a good, happy, they had advantages. I didn't. We can find all kinds of things, all kinds of reasons to both want to be them and envy them. Whether it is you're, you know, happy, content person who's living on a modest income, they can still inspire our jealousy. Why? Because they're happy. They don't need more, they're great. They don't consider a modest income a baseline. They consider that fulfillment, peace of mind, they get everything they need. This is what we're really talking about. How do you get everything you need? It's not about money, it's not about economic level. The reason I know this is that, you know, I have moved from poverty. I mean true poverty. My mother was divorced twice. I grew up in a single parent household. There were years when I didn't. We didn't have money to buy school clothes. I had to sew my clothes, I had to cut my jeans up, I had to cut my sleeves off my shirts just to feel like I was wearing something new. And today I'm very successful. I have a beautiful home, beautiful family, thriving school of students following my heart's desire. I've been through all of it. But I know that when it comes to feeling okay, feeling like I've done, I'm finally at that place. It's not about how much you have, because every time you get more, you sink up to that level and you start spending at that level. You guys know this. When you had nothing, like right out of High school, and you were probably in college, and you're like, ugh, I hardly have anything. What can we do? What. What date can we go on that's free? I remember writing a list with my husband before he was my husband, a whole long list of free dates we could do because neither one of us had any cash. So it was like, we're gonna go to the park, we're gonna go sit at the beach at night. We're going to go for a cup of tea. Because that's only like $2. So it's not about the money, really isn't. It's about you. Your emotional satisfaction with your life, your level of contentment, your level of fear. So now that I've spent like the first 10 minutes of the podcast disabusing you of this idea that what you're looking for is out there, you're like, I know, I know. I've heard this before. We're going to go into what's actually in there. Where is that emotional self that perhaps has been shut down or ignored? This is your true source of power in the world. I work in the world of flow, the world of manifesting intuition and creating. Your emotions are your furnace. Right? The ancient Greeks, Romans, they said it was the liver, your emotions, this is where everything is stored. The emotion, the intellect, it's all coming from the gut. Your head had nothing to do with it. Isn't that interesting? Our head, where we perceive, because our eyes are connected to our head and our mouth is in our head, we tend to think our head is where it's all happening. Our brain, we know now our brain is in the head. But back thousands of years ago, they weren't sure exactly what the brain did. They felt that the vitality of a person came from the core. And it does. Your emotions, your core. Everybody out there doing pilates right now. Think of your emotions as the equivalent of the energetic core, just as your trunk is your core. Physically, if you really want to get strong in life, if you really want to get to that place where life unrolls itself for you, where you walk down a sidewalk that unrolls in front of you as you move along, offering up. Have some of this, have some of this, have some of this. It's the emotional self that has to wake up. So we're going to explore that this hour. Ways to wake up the emotional self. Some things that I have done that I've worked with my clients to do over the years, as well as kind of getting an assessment. Where are you internally how have you been treating yourself? All of this, of course, just a quick shout out. I forgot to mention the sponsor of this podcast today is flow dreaming.com, which happens to be my own website. But truly that's what makes it free for all of you. You can get the first 30 episodes free on iTunes. I think it's about 30 after that. There's actually hundreds more episodes on hundreds of other topics that you can subscribe to by going to website, going to the radio podcast page, and you'll find an ability to get those. It's very inexpensive. It's a great way to start learning. There's also something else going on at Flow Dreaming right now, and that is that MI School is enrolling again. I had intended to wait until next August, but there were so many people I was saying no to that I decided, hey, I'm going to open it again in the spring. I don't know if I'll open it in August. So just, just saying there's no promises. It may be 2016. Depends on how full I am. So if you're interested at all in MI School, and MI School really is a deeper level of everything you're learning here, this is the introductory level. Here's how I think. This is what you do. These are the successes people have. You get to the deeper level though. That is ongoing intensive personal development, giving you a whole huge skill set in manifesting intuition. That includes mind reading, understanding how to make good decisions, looking at your future, changing your past, communicating with other people, using your own Flow to do so. All of that wrapped up in a beautiful year program. My students are having stellar successes. If you want to hear about some of those, jump on my mailing list@flow dreaming.com and I sometimes send out sort of updates about what's going on. I also, by the way, give you a free 30 minute tutorial on how to flow dream when you register. So go grab that. It is totally free and I think you'll like it. Okay, so let's get back to this concept here of your emotional self. In the world of Flow, we use emotion to talk to the universe. We use our emotion to program ourselves to reprogram. Imagine that you are a blueprint and you're made out of energy and you're like, yeah, okay, so all my cells and muscles and blood, it's physical. Now imagine behind that there is a non physical blueprint, like an architecture's plan, right? An architect's plan. And that blueprint is corresponding exactly to the physical. Everything around you has a Blueprint as well. Everything, if it's held together in front of your eyes, there's a blueprint. Everything that you cannot see also has a blueprint. Right now you're listening to me, right? I'm going in. I'm striking your eardrum. Boom, boom, boom. It's reverberating. You're translating that into language and comprehension. And that comprehension is sparking ideas inside of you. That's a process. It's quite real. There's A, A to B to C to D. Even in what I just described, that exists, it occurred may not be physical. There may be physical parts to it. But what about that comprehension part? Yes, some of your brain's neurons are clicking, but there's something else happening as well. There is an intake of data that's occurring. An intake of data. And as soon as that data comes into you and becomes part of you, everything changes. Everything has to adjust around that new data. That's a principle of flow. What flow is, what energy is? This is the thing that you impact, that you interact with, that you become very conscious of, aware of. This is flow. This is flow dreaming. Now, how do you actually impact this data? How do you make a change to this template? Some people use their intellect. They try to think themselves into a new, energetic, you know, setup. Some people use hypnosis, use the subconscious. I like to use the emotions because the emotions are direct. The emotions rearrange everything around you. They stay in you. And emotions are also extremely powerful. So powerful. Many of you have heard this before, but it bears saying again. Think of the brightest idea you've ever had, the brightest thought that ever crossed your world and your life. If you can't think of it probably wasn't that big of a thought after all. Think of the biggest emotional experience you've had. Either an emotional collapse. Yes, I remember the day that I got divorced. Yes, I remember the day that I lost somebody I loved. Or think of the greatest emotional good thing that happened. My baby was born. I graduated college, I was promoted. Those hold inside you, right? Those hold space. If something is holding space, if it's holding energy space, if it's holding even space in the neurons in your brain's networking system, it's holding huge amounts of energy that's potent. What if you could access that and make changes to your life with it? You go, yeah, I want to do that. Okay, the next question and the real theme of today's show, by the way. What if all that emotion in you is shut down, flatlined? What then? When we get Back from this quick break we're going to go into what then? And I'll be taking your calls and we'll be doing some Flow Dreaming to wake up that emotional self. Scrub you clean, wash it up, get it rolling again. So stay with me for more right after this.

You're listening to Flow Dreaming with your host, Summer McStravik. Welcome back to Flow Dreaming. So I have a kind of list. Sometimes, you know, I do this. I have a list of ideas that I want to share with you right now about reopening your emotional self. Remember, your emotions, they're not something you can pry open. Your emotions are a flower, right? You coax it open. You give it sunlight, you give it nutrients. Rain. They will open. But they open when they feel safe, when they feel ready. They took a long time to close. They have to believe you again in order to open. Sometimes I call this process wooing yourself. Woo woo like you're wooing, you know, a potential partner. It's a courtship. It's a development again of trust. There's patience. There's a communication. I really do value you. I really do think you're interesting. I really do think you're powerful. Let me show you. Let me amuse you. Let me entertain you. Let me dress you up. Let me make you pretty. Right? These are all things that might happen in a courtship between two people. You need to do this with yourself if your emotions have gone into hiding, if they're flatlining. I used to call this the emotional dead zone years back, referring to, well, something that happens out in the oceans or these dead zones where no fish live, nothing lives. People are not sure why. Scientists look into it. I don't know why these dead zones are there. Sometimes the cause is obvious, but often it's not. If you are resurrecting your own internal emotional dead zone, to start using this power again, you have to court it. And one of the ways you do this is you talk to your emotional self like it's a child. Hey, how are you feeling today? Why have you been so quiet? Why are you holding yourself back from me? Tell me what's happened now. A child, smart little buggers that they are. They know if you're being sincere, they know if you're trying to coerce them. They know if you have an ulterior motive, they know if you're being authentic. And if you are, they will open. If they're still fearful of you, they'll stay closed because they've learned it's safer to be closed. Safer if I'm closed. That's how your emotional self is. Safer when it's closed, you won't blame it. You won't have a meltdown. You won't freak out. You won't be constantly grindingly low key angry. Safer to just stay off. So see your emotional self like a child that you are wooing. Come to me, open up to me. Be my friend. I love you, I care for you. The next thing you should ask yourself when you're opening to your emotions again is how often have you told your emotional self to quiet down, get a hold of itself? Stop that. Don't cry. Don't get so emotional. Oh, you always make the wrong decision. You're always, you know, leading me to feel the wrong way. Oh, shut up. How often do you say that to yourself? Or have you said that to yourself? Or was there a time in your past when you said I have to control you? If I don't control you, I'll never get to stay in this relationship. How often were you asked to do that when you were growing up? Be quiet. I don't want to hear from you. Stop that. That's not appropriate. Don't just go with what I say. Did you learn to quiet your emotions down? Did you learn to mistrust them? Did they get you in trouble? When that anger flared up, did it lead you into dark places? Did you hurt yourself? Or did you maybe experience a more subtle route of I really can't trust your decisions. They're usually wrong. So we're not going to feel stuff anymore, we're just going to get by. It's deep stuff we're talking about here. And why do we talk about this in flow dreaming. Because in order to be a powerful manifestor, you've got to be powerful inside. This means self development, self growth. There is nothing you will make outside of yourself ever in your life that will be bigger than what you are inside yourself. And if you do momentarily make it, think of the old analogy of the actress who hits stardom and then flames out into drug rehab and everything else. She can't hold it. She's not strong enough inside to hold the success, to hold the fame, to hold the relationship. All those relationships that you screw up go into drama about. You're not able to hold it. Why? Because you can never sustain or hold anything big outside you until inside you're at that level. And emotionally. You can call it emotional IQ if you want, but I look at it more in terms of energy. It's an energy state. It's a relationship. It's an interior relationship. Here's another thing you can ask yourself about your emotions. Ask yourself this. Have I told myself so often that I can't have something, I can't do something, I have to wait till later for it, I can't have it yet, I'm still not ready, I don't know enough yet, etc. Etc. Have you done that so often that your emotions have pretty much given up again? Think of a child. Yes, we'll go to Disneyland someday. Not now. Nope. Not today. Can't have. Nope. Someday. No, we can't go. No. No, we can't do it today. No. Nope. But mom, there's never a good time. Well, certainly not now. Maybe if you just go to school. Maybe if you get some better grades. Maybe if you. Maybe if you. After a while, that kid will stop asking for that trip to Disneyland. It'll just know. It never happens. I never get it. Why try? Why be there? Why show up with my joy, my anticipation, my delight, my excitement? Why even show up with all of that? That's a gift. Why should I waste that when it never happens? Have you done that with yourself? Do you tell that to yourself all the time? Wait till later, not now. When I'm done with school. When I'm. When our relationship gets better, when the job gets better, when I don't have to pay off these bills. When I. When I. When I. When I. When I. That's like taking your emotional self and putting it in a cage. A holding zone. And that holding zone becomes perpetual. No longer becomes a holding zone. It becomes just the zone. It's where we live. We live now in this state of not now. Can't have it now. Don't reach for that now. Not going to happen. Be safe. You're safe here. We're not safe over there. Stay here. Don't go. No, don't go there. What about the big thing? The big, scary thing? By that, I mean the divorce, the depression, the firing, the leaving, your relationship, the death, the illness. What about that big thing that your emotions got very involved with, and then you thought, oh, I can't. I can't have this anymore. The pain is too great. Let's just turn this off for a while. Let's just close our eyes to it and move away from it. I don't want to go there anymore. I'm done. What if you got as far as turning them off and somewhere along the way you forgot to turn them back on? And then you realized, oh, my goodness, I'm living a very unsatisfied life. I don't have my emotions as this gorgeous tool that I can pull out like a magic wand and inscribe across the energies of my future with. No, I turn them all off, and then I forgot that they were turned off. And now I can't even cultivate that feeling inside of me of what it would feel like to be deliriously happy. What if when you say to yourself, I don't know how to make myself feeling, to feel something I've never felt before. I hear this sometimes when I'm teaching people how to flow, but I've never felt that before. How do I feel it? I want you to look at that assumption very carefully. What you're saying is, until something physical comes up in my life to trigger that response in me, a response that, by the way, will come out of nowhere because you still haven't felt it before, but you magically assume what will happen when XYZ happens ahead of it to trigger it. So you trust that it will just spontaneously come up when something is provoking it, but you don't trust that you could actually make it come up without that outside physical thing triggering it. Do you get it? It's a kind of weird, circular logic. You know, you'll have that feeling it could come up, and you know what? Things could trigger it, but you can't feel it until it's been actually triggered. So it's there in you, in a dormant state. You've just decided there's only one way it can come out of me. Think about that. That's. That's pretty damn illogical, isn't it? It's in me, in a dormant State. Because I know I could feel that way, but I can't now because I've never felt it before. What? Let's just pick that apart. No, it's in you. It's in a dormant state. Ergo, you could pick it up out of you right now. Why do you have to wait for something to draw it out of you? Why not just feel it? Why not just feel it right now? Maybe it's the sense. I am healed. And healed of my bitterness. I'm healed of my despair. I'm healed of the sense of doom and negativity that this will never happen for me. I can't have it. I can't get it. I've tried everything. I give up. It won't work. There is no solution. Whoa. You got those emotions pretty well. I ask people, students, often. They, like. They're saying, I can't come up. I can't feel. I can't feel. I'm like, can you feel something negative? Yeah. Can you cry? Yeah. And you're saying you can't feel. No. You just can't feel the positive stuff. Oh, okay. So why can't you feel the positive stuff? Ah, because you don't believe you can have the positive stuff. You won't even give yourself permission to feel the positive stuff ahead of having anything real positive happen in your life because you feel you'll be teasing yourself. You're being like a strict parent. Don't get your hopes up, honey. Don't get your hopes up. Probably not going to happen again. Think of a parent. Would you say that to your kid? Oh, just don't bother entering that contest. You probably won't win. I want to spare you from that. No, no, don't take all those dance lessons. No. Quit soccer. You're never going to be good at it. I don't want you to have that experience of feeling that way. Just stop. Now. It's time to reverse all of that in you. Reverse it. Your emotional self is your greatest and strongest ally. That is why all of Western culture has sought to contain it, to clamp it down, to regulate it with religion and laws. It is the most powerful thing in you. And you say, oh, my God. That's my animal nature. That's my ego. Oh, that's just another way of saying it's scary. We don't trust you. We're gonna make you think in every possible way. It's scary and untrustable. Well, I'm gonna stand over here on my side of the road where nobody else is standing. All the protesters are over on the other side. And I'm going to say your emotional self is your strength. It's your guidance system. It's the strongest power you have. And if you're medicating it, if you're repressing it, if you're refusing to give it any sense of power inside you, then you have bought hook, line and sinker into what the rest of the world wants and expects. And that's not who you are. It's not who you are. All right, we're going to go do a flow dream a little later on where we're going to explore that. In the meantime, let's take a quick call and then we'll go to another break and we'll come back and maybe do some calls and some flow dreams and kind of explore this topic with you guys. Love to talk with you. By the way, if you want to know how to reach me, just go to my website, check out the call in number, check out the time that I record this live every single week of the month for the last nine years. Leanne, you're in Santa Fe. Hey, Leanne.
Hello.
Hey. What can I help you with? Wow.
I feel like I love your talk today. I've been listening to you for about 5 or 6 months. Love everything you offer. I feel like I am in the process of waking up and I feel like I'm on a threshold and I just wanted to check in with you about that.
Okay. Waking up in what sense? I'm just going to take a look at you.
Two possibilities of going bigger in my life, of being more present in the world and taking a more active in terms of a profession and impacting other people.
Okay. What kind of work are you doing right now?
Right now I am on an extended hiatus in the service industry. So I've been waiting tables for many years and I'm looking to up this service to the next level. I'm going back to school in the fall or spring rather.
Wonderful. So as I look at you, you know what? It's a feeling like. For many years you had been walking forward with your head staring at the sidewalk. Where am I going? Don't step on the gum. Oh, there might be money on the sidewalk. It's a good thing to look down. There's always something there that I need to be aware of. And just recently the feeling is there's motorcycles outside your window. Yes, there is. But just recently the feeling is, what happens if I look up and look forward? What happens if I not just look forward but look up into the sky, what's above me? Where am I going? Oh, Leanne, I'm sorry, but we lost you. So I'm going to answer this anyway for you. Off air. Okay. I see you looking up and looking around. It's like somebody just cracked something. A crack in your shell, a crack in your armor. That is the sensation that you're experiencing. It is a shift, and I'll validate that for you. And you took a proactive approach by going back to school and saying, who am I? What do I really want? The thing that I feel coming up for you that I want to caution you about. And caution meaning, here is how I want you to work with this. Caution isn't like, oh, avoid this. It's scary. It's like, ooh, this is your next big thing to sink your teeth into. Let's figure out how to do this the best way we can. As you go back to school, as you start thinking, a lot of questions are coming up inside you of, what, what will I be able to do? Is this going to work out? Can I actually pull this off? And that's how you feel. Like you're like. It's a caper you're trying to pull off the whole way through the flow dream you should be experiencing. The pre action you should be experiencing is, yes, I can pull this off. I wouldn't have been brought to this point if I could not pull it off. In fact, there's a greater likelihood that I have been ready for this point even longer than I know that I'm actually late to the game because that's what most of us tend to do. Most of us tend to wake up and immediately jump. We wake up and then we sit on that awakening for months or years, and we get riper and riper and riper till we practically fall off the tree. And that's where you are. So your answer to can I do this? Is yes. Everything you ask of yourself, can I do this? Yes. Can I have this? Yes, Play with that. It's an extremely strong energy, and you need to grow that inside you. Can I have it? Yes. Can I be it? Yes. It's the energy of yes. In fact, at my website, Flow Dreaming, There is an MP3 I created called the Yellow Brick Road of Yeses. That is the one for you to use right now. Don't know why. It's just the energy that you're in. Okay, Leanne, thank you so much for your call, my dear. I'm sure you'll listen to this and you'll get the rest of my answer. All right, quick break. When we get back, we're going to do some flow and we're going to look into a few more of you guys, all right? So stay with me.

Manifest your life with summer mcstravic and flow dreaming. Welcome back to Flow Dreaming. Hey, Kelly from Ontario, how are you today?
I am just so grateful that I got through. I'm needing some guidance. I went through a physical trauma in August. I had a medical procedure that I was not in the right frame of mind to get it because it's not something I wanted. I agreed to it for the wrong reasons. It's supposed to be a five minute procedure turned into four hour bloodbath, turn my life upside down and my, I thought that my physical body would have recovered by now. I've done a lot of the emotional stuff and it's interesting what you're saying about can't have this, can't have that. What has come up for me in the last couple days is my anger around my food sensitivities. Like my, my list of food sensitivities and drug sensitivities grows every day. I'm right now in the midst of terrible side effects from drugs that I finally agreed to and I, I'm just, I thought I had, I thought I was on the right track and now I'm like, I don't know what do to.
What is the original condition that you took the surgery for and that you're taking the drugs for?
Well, the original condition, why I had the surgery is what they call dysplasia. It's just pre cancerous cells on the cervix. Now I personally was not even worried about getting cancer. I'm just like. But keep my loved ones who are quite afraid of it. And so I agreed to it for the wrong reasons. I was not in the right frame of mind and the doctors never had a case like mine. They just could not get me to stop bleeding. And I ended up having a dissociative freak out in the middle of the procedure. It was. It was very traumatic. I've gotten help with all of that.
Right.
I've shifted a lot of stuff. And since I've been listening to you for the last couple of weeks, I'm getting physical evidence of finances changing and other things changing. But it's like my physical body, I'm having like issues coming up every week.
Yeah. And there's a lot of fear and distrust in you right now about your physical body. Is it going to happen? What will happen? I can't trust my body. And it's like a buildup. It's like two people, two countries going to war. One person posture is higher, the other posture is higher back. You say, I don't want to take drugs. I don't trust you. Your body says, oh yeah, I'm going to throw them right back at you. I'm going of get you. You know where it hurts. It's like. It's like a back and forth you've got going on inside yourself. Yeah. Right. And you get. You're very angry about this. I don't know if you. I don't know if you would pinpoint anger, but it's just anger. And it's not so much anger at your loved ones. It's. It's. It's like you. You already hit the. The part about you being angry at yourself that you didn't listen initially and now you're experiencing a kind of payback for that. Yet the anger is just kept on melting. Anger, I mean, melting. Melting. Interesting. Wonder why I said melting. Melting. Needs to be melting. Yeah. It's almost like you and your body have become enemies with each other. And the feeling I get is you and your body are needing to come back into a place of trust with each other. I trust you. You know what? I should have trusted that you weren't going to get cancer. I didn't. I understand. And now, body, you're afraid because you had something traumatic happen. You're in lockdown mode. Everything I do, you reject. You're afraid. You're protecting me. Right? So let's shift this. Your body is trying to protect you. It is not at war with you.
Okay.
Right. If you. If you can emotionally come around to that, I understand. You're trying to protect me. And we're not at war. How can we do this if we're both on the same side? If we are both trying to protect each other? What can I do for you? What do you need from me? I'm all yours. I'm all yours. So, you know, as I'm telling you this, you're responding. And it's not just your emotional self. This is your body responding. You're physically responding. It wants it, too. Here's how I'd work with you in flow. And you should do this yourself. Right? Your eyes are closed, and you're saying, oh, body boy, did we get off on a strange ride. Yeah, you're right. You know what? I made a choice, and it wasn't my best. I had no idea you would respond like this. It wasn't my intention. And I'm not mad at you for responding. I'm not even mad at the doctors. It just is. And as long as I'm holding blame, holding anger, then I'm holding the whole thing close to my heart. We can't do that anymore. We have to give it up for us. We have to heal. And we're looking at everything in our life now that may be connected to this, that may have brought us to this place with each other. Because there's more than just this one tiny incident. There always is. There's always a buildup. Everything in our life is just like a balloon being blown up, and the weakest spot pops. And this was the shift that I needed in a bigger part of my life and body. You were part of this. And now I'm. I'm seeing it, and I'm loving you. And I know you're responding negatively to medication. Do you understand? I'm just trying everything I can with you because I don't know yet. Have. Have patience with me. Have patience with me, and I'll have patience with you because I know you're strong. I know you're a hard worker. I know you will repair yourself. You know your natural state. You know what it is to be in a state of pure 100% health. That memory is not lost in you. You've been in that place before. And we can return to that. That's my intention with you. And we will explore whatever we need to, but we are best friends. And I love you. And I love you, my cervix. I love you. All of my parts. I love you. So let's do this. Okay. So I just opened my eyes. Did you get that sense of joy that just started peeking out?
I just feel relief.
Yeah. I've worked with my own body several times like this. I developed a chronic condition about five years ago that I've been in deeper and deeper levels of Healing ever since, you know, I'm. I'm 90% in remission at this point. This is something you can fix. I've talked to my cervix, too. When I went into premature labor with my second child, I talked it right out of it. I said, you don't have to be scared. You don't have to do this. Your body is an energy. It will listen to you as long as you're on its side. Apologize and say we're best friends again. What do you need? Okay. Kelly, thank you so much. You're welcome. I wish you all the best. I think you're going to be on the right track. I feel it. You don't need to keep this going in your life. And if you do keep it going, it's because there's a higher purpose that you're reaching for that you're trying to get an understanding about. That's why that bit about, what are the other things in your life that drew this in. There's something else that you'll be looking at, but not right away. Right now. Just get a handle.
Yeah. I was supposed to be going back to school in January, and I'm questioning whether timing is off. My physical body's not ready.
You've got some time to think about that still. Try this new relationship for a few weeks. Try it for four weeks and then decide.
Thank you.
All right, my dear. Take care. Bye.
Thank you so much. Bye.
Welcome. Okay, so what you all heard happen in that call was a way that I use flow. Basically, I move through the energy, move through the information soup that we're all in. And your body is made of it, too. You know, we're talking about emotion, and what do we have happen there? Her emotion came up. Her emotional self and her body are. They're braided together. They can't separate. You can never be in conflict with yourself or with your body and. Or what? That's what happens. You get torn up. Your body stays torn up. Okay, let's go in right now, everyone. And flow together. I'm going to demonstrate what this feels like, to be in a place of flow, to be in a place where your emotional self feels free to come out again and be loved. Sort of like how we loved up her body. You want to love up your own emotional being? Honor it. Recognize it. It's the emperor in you, the Empress in you. They shouldn't be chained. They should be leading, and you should be trusting them in their leadership. All right, so we're closing our eyes, and this is not Meditation. It's way too full of emotion to be meditation. It's not hypnosis because you're daydreaming. You're moving into flow and you're feeling in this place. You're in a garden in your mind. Imagine it. Just daydream it. A beautiful garden. What does your garden look like? Remember the book, the Secret Garden? Those high old stone walls? And that garden so untended. Love left alone, lost for so many years. Remember that. There's a little girl who enters the garden. And there are roses that are 30 years old, haven't been pruned or trained. There are fruit trees that are sprawling along the ground. There are grasses up to your waist. You're in your own garden, your emotional garden. And you might be saying, my garden isn't overgrown at all. In fact, my garden feels empty. It feels barren. No one's watered it in 30 years. The ground is dry. There's some weeds. Those are my negative thoughts, my spinning anxiety, my little pinwheels of anxiety. I can see those rolling, rolling, sticking out from the dirt here and there. And yet I'm still staring at the earth, staring at the ground, the rich earth. No matter how dry it is, it will still grow. Even the desert sands grow. The most magnificent cacti, the most magnificent flower. Ever seen the desert in bloom. Painted desert. It's beautiful. My own emotional landscape is reflecting my treatment of it, my connection to it, my use of it. I haven't used it. Why did I stop using you? I turn in circles and I look. Why did I stop using you? What lesson did I learn? What did I get afraid of? Why did I put you down? Was I hurt? What wind was that? Oh, yes. And now you feel how much time has transpired since then. How much have you changed? What's happened? How have you grown? How many? What distance has unfolded between you and your putting down of your emotions? That's your growth. You grew. You grew in that distance. You're different. You're not the same person. Is it time to reach back in and pick up a handful of that soil? Watch it. Look what happens to that soil in your hand. Does become rich and brown. And lo me, what's it gonna grow? That's you. You can do this. You were built with this. You came in with emotion. You came in with the skill. You came in with this guidance system. You came in with it for a reason and a purpose. And it was not to deny it or put it down. Now look around. Is it rain? Is there a mist of energy coming down in sheets and waves of light, beautiful and shimmering. Oh, yeah, there is. There is. It's time to wake up, you whisper. It's time to grow. It's time to see the little green shoots of life and feelings and longings coming up for you. It's time to wake up. Trust again. Trust. Trust your garden. Trust your flow will never go away, will only go dormant. With that realization, you realize you can wake up and you can come out of your flow. Eyes open. There you go. That was the experience of a flow dream. One where instead of manifesting something, we manifested a characteristic inside you, a behavior, a perception and understanding. That's growth. That's the basis of everything, of who you are. And with that, I will bid all of you a wonderful rest of your day, a wonderful rest of your evening, and I hope to see you at the ME School of Flow. Some of you will become my students that I will get to know very well in the year ahead.
