Flow Dreaming.
It's a show where we talk about the power of your mind to change your world around you, to literally affect the fabric of your reality. We talk about this feeling of hope and joy and relief. And that is what being aware of your flow does.
It gives you a feeling of power.

Oh, my God.
You are so on target. You are so amazing. I can't thank you enough.

It is the feeling that you bring forward. It is your emotional connection that really sets the tone for what is going to be happening to you and for you. And you know that feeling when you.
Touch it, it just spreads through you.
Thank you for taking my call.
I don't know why I feel like crying.
I think I just feel your love.
Of course.
And I think I'm gonna get some ANSWERS.

Now, off we go to the show.
And off we go to our flow. Everyone, it's Summer. Welcome to today's episode of Flow Dreaming. We are going to get in flow today. That's all we're going to do. Just experience the sweetness of it, what it feels like to be in the flow state, what it means for your life, how you can create with it. Now, this isn't a tutorial show in how to Flow Dream, right? If you want that, the best thing to do is go to my website@flowdreaming.com. there's going to be an area there where I'm offering you a free gift, a little gift basket, essentially. And that gift basket contains a tutorial MP3 tutorial on how to Flow dream, as well as the Flow dream to get started with and other good stuff. So go there if you want to learn exactly what we're doing today is really just about getting you into that feeling of being on track and on purpose. And I was thinking that I wanted to do today's episode. I actually changed it from another topic because my MI schoolers have just launched, class has begun, and that's One of the very first things that they learn how to do, really ground into the flow dreaming technique. It is the core and the basis that all these other understandings about ourselves and our life spring from. Yes, you will learn to use flow dreaming to release fear, to break patterns. You will emotionally recondition yourself. You will re pattern your future and the universe. So it starts to give you the things that you're after. Your relationships will change and improve. Everything happens as a result of flow dreaming, right? Flow dreaming, even empathic intuition. For you to open up and really use that, you have to have an awareness of what flow energy is, know how to unlock it, know how to read information from it. So that is why getting yourself back into alignment is so very fundamental, right? Flow dreaming is to your emotional, energetic, spiritual self what yoga or the gym or exercise and cardio is to your heart and lungs and body. It creates ongoing, continual health and it's preventative, frankly, of a lot of icky things from happening. So getting back in alignment, what does that mean? I had someone email me a question about that a few weeks ago and it was kind of interesting because I thought, well, gosh, doesn't everybody know what alignment means? And then I realized, actually we all have different interpretations of alignment. I put up in the show description today that flow will put you back in energetic alignment. The way your chiropractor puts your spine back into alignment, right? It's that sense of straightening out. It's that sense of ease and fluidity. It's the idea that wherever there is resistance in your life, it gets worked out. You get sort of nudged back on track and away from that. I'm sure you can see how that practice in and of itself done weekly, done daily, creates this continuous and growing sense that everything is getting better for you. And you know that you've been in flow, you know you've been in alignment. If you can look at a certain area of your life and say, gosh, that area is just coming up roses, it's really bloomin, it's taken off. You know, all the watering and weeding and planting and mulching I've done, here are the results. Results. This is amazing. And you know you haven't been in alignment. If you can look at a different area of your life and say to it, oh gosh, wow, this is just not where it needs to be. This thing is falling apart. This thing feels cramped or tight or restricted. There's no communication. I feel angry. I feel like all of that out of flow, out of alignment. So it's kind of like your life continuously tells you where you are. You never have to look to be told. You don't need someone else to come in and point a finger and say, here, this is what's wrong. Fix this. Your life, your flow, that's its job. Your greater you is always looking out for you. Hey, over here. See how this is getting really sidetracked? It's like veering off a highway, right? It's nice smooth paved road and you get off, you know, you're like, I'm going to pull over here and. And then somehow you just keep going and the road gets bumpier and dirtier and pretty soon you're going over rocks and you're not getting anywhere. And you're thinking, what happened? You're out of flow, you're out of alignment. Your life is starting to reflect that because it is not looking so good over there. What do you do? You turn that car around. How do you do that? Well, that's where a lot of people get stuck. I don't know how to do that. I've been trying everything I know I've been doing everything I can and it just gets worse. That's probably an indication that you need to try something new. Try something you haven't tried. You say, well, I've been trying flow dreaming and that hasn't worked. Really? Have you been trying flow dreaming or have you been kind of half. Can I say half acidly? Sorry, I know there's kids who watch the show, but what's another way of saying that? Have you been half committedly, kind of just dipping in and out of your personal growth here and there, reading a book, taking a class? Not really flow dreaming, Spending more time in fear zone and lack zone. Have you been developing your lack cycle, thinking more and more every day, or have you been decreasing it? If you embark on a path, even if it's just for a year, right? Everybody in me school, they come in, they know it's a year to start with, and then they can go into their sophomore year, their junior year, they can keep going as long as they want, but they've said, I'm going to give a year because these things I've been trying, I'm clearly not doing something right. And it's time in my life to figure out what that is because my life keeps showing up to me as being out of alignment here. What do I do? Well, let's learn to flow. Let's learn to read energy. Let's learn what it feels like to be deeply committed to Being in alignment. How does that look? How does that feel? What practices do you have to adopt? It's kind of like when you're really unhealthy and you say, I need to get healthy again. Okay, what practices do you adopt? What do you change and how long do you change it for? Do you change it for a few months, get a little minor improvement, and then kind of let yourself go back? Or do you go, no, I mean, really, that era of hamburgers and sodas are over. I'm really going to start eating well, treating myself well, treating my body well, de stressing, relaxing, getting clear, growing, attending to my relationships, cultivating them, spending time with myself, giving to myself, nurturing, understanding that self love is the basis. I am tired of spinning around in circles, doing everything outside of me while my insides get more and more hollowed out and empty. Flow, dreaming puts you right back on the inside of yourself and inside of your life. Alignment is a feeling of bliss. And it doesn't take years to get there. It doesn't even take very much practice, for goodness sakes. If anything, the question that most of my students and clients end up asking me over a while is, I know this works amazingly well. Why do I stop doing it? How come this thing that feels so good to do that, you know, I should probably, you know, it's like going to a spa. It's like getting a massage for my emotions, you know, Shouldn't I pay a practitioner for this? Well, I guess you can. That's why people come to me. But they say, why do I stop? Why do you stop? Is it that you get good enough and you get distracted? Is it like that dog, Squirrel. You know that joke, right? Squirrel. Squirrel. A lot of us are like that. But there's also a natural tendency that when things come up in our life that we've been working for to create and generate, we will drop into the mode of experiencing them, right? Yin Yang. Creation. And experiencing the creation. Creation. Experiencing the creation. And so we drop into the mode of experiencing what we've created. And we plunge in and we feel it and we dig into it. Mmm. We drink it up and savor it up, whatever it is. A relationship, a job, family matters, health. Just the things around us day to day that take our time. And then one day we realize, oh, I've been doing all this experiencing, dang, I forgot to. To keep programming. And you look around and you realize my fields are empty. It's like the farmer who so enjoys his crops and they make pumpkin pies and they make squashes and stews, and they love it all up. And then the farmer looks out at his fields and says, oh, I forgot to put the next crop in. Oh, okay. You have to teach yourself this cycle. You have to learn it. You enjoy what you're making, you enjoy what you've created, but you're always sowing the seeds for the next crop. You're always sowing the energies with what you want next. You continue to flow even when you're in the midst of enjoying all those things you've already created. And you know what? This is just practice. It's like sometimes I liken flow dreaming to learning to walk right. You do action and you do pre action. It takes two legs. If you hop around just doing action, action, action, or experiencing, experiencing, experiencing, it's gonna be hard. You're not gonna go real fast. If you only do pre action, if you're only in flow, if you're only programming and planning and feeling, but you're never taking up the action, never biting into the juice of what you've made, then you're just going to watch stuff flow past you and say, why isn't anything happening? For me, it's like, yeah, it's actually all happening. You just haven't reached in and grabbed anything. You're hopping along on your other leg. The way manifestors live is yin yang. It's action preaction. It's experiencing and it's creating and then experiencing and then creating one foot, the other foot, one foot, the other foot. And then you can run, then you can fly. That's how you learn to live when you flow dream. So let's get into alignment today. I'm going to jump, in fact, right into our flow dream right now because I want you guys to have the experience up front. And then we're going to get into calls and I see a bunch of them. So that's wonderful. Okay, when we flow dream, first thing we do is we recognize you might want to pigeonhole it into a practice you've already heard of or experienced. It's natural to do that. If you've studied hypnosis, if you've studied guided imagery, if you've studied affirmations, even past life regression eft, you might get a sense of, oh, it's kind of like this, it's kind of like that. And yeah, it can be kind of like any of those. The way I experience it, though, is more like taking a combination of combination of things and putting them together in such a way that what comes up from it is even Bigger, right. If I'm a seamstress and I'm going to sew an outfit, I'm going to use some scissors. I'm going to use a needle and thread and some fabric right by themself. Each one of those is a very useful tool. Scissors, incredibly useful, can use it for many things. Needle, thread, fabric, all of them can be used to make something. But to make what I want to make a garment, I have to bring them together in combination. And this is what flow dreaming does. It creates something exceptional out of pre existing tools. One of those tools is your own emotion, your emotion. The greatest communicative way of expressing yourself, of showing up. You know how you show up to the world? You don't do it by just standing there. You show up through your presence, through, what do they call it? Your energy, your aura. You show up through your beingness. Your beingness is expressed by the emotional content of yourself. The catalog of who you are, the dreams, the experiences, the hopes, the fears. Almost all of this information has been cataloged in you emotionally. Why do you think so many clearing techniques and releasing techniques and healing techniques dig right into your emotional self? Because that's what catalogs everything. If it were as simple as just combing through the intellectual mind, the memories stored, imagery, thoughts, well, that would be one thing. The fact is, that's not how we catalog and store information in our lives. That's not how our souls catalog and store information. We catalog it emotionally because that's how we ultimately relate to each other and to source energy. So you use your emotion when you flow. The next thing we use is guided daydreaming. Right? What's guided daydreaming? Daydreaming is when you allow yourself to drift, to let go for a second of time and space the way we know it. It's when you say, all right, I'm gonna forget I'm here. I'm forgetting I'm even doing anything. I'm doing, my mind is checking out. Why is it doing that? Why do people daydream? Isn't it fascinating that science doesn't know? I love mysteries like that, especially the simplest ones. Why do we sleep? What's the point of dreams? Why do we daydream? Science says, I don't know, I don't know. Typically, the simplest things that we've yet to unlock are the most profound. Ask Einstein equals MC squared. When they figure out these big bad boys, they're going to have a huge understanding of how the nature of science and spirituality truly combine and come together. Until Then it's just one of those things. We don't know how it works. We don't know how it works. I do know one thing about daydreaming, though. Of the many reasons and ways that it appears in our life, one of them is to help us access the state of flow. It will allow us to unhook from time. It's one of the few things that can do that, right? Daydreams just naturally yank you right out of time, the same way that meditation does, except much quicker and simpler without any practice. When you go outside of time, by definition you're also releasing a bit from space, because time and space go together. They're twins, twin brothers, twin sisters. And when you move out of time and space, you enter a kind of bridge zone. A place neither here nor there, but in both. A place both physical and non physical. This is where flow exists. This is where you wake up to that sense that there is an ongoing river or flow of time that I'm normally in. And in this river or flow of time, all these events happen one after another. Ticket, ticket, ticket, ticket, ticket, ticket, ticket, Event, event, event, event, thing, thing, thing, thing. Experience, experience, experience. If I can get into that river of time a slightly different way, in a way where it's just there, being made, it hasn't been made yet, right? Because most moments have either passed or you're in them in the present, or they're coming to you in the future. When you're in a flow state, you are in your present. But in an altered present, a timeless present, you've taken your now and you've actually extended, you've pulled it out, you've made it bigger. And why do you do that? Because that's what being in alignment means. Being aligned to a bigger state. The present, the moment of creation. And what do you want to do in that moment of creation? If you just slowed it down like that and dropped into that, wouldn't you like to do something there? Well, you can just be present in it and get aligned to it and say, ah, this is my life. This is my natural flowing state. This is what it feels like when everything is just right, when everything is in a state of ease and clarity, when my direction is known and assured. And then if you want, you can take it to the next level and say, not only am I in this state, but I want to add some instructions here. So I'm going to bring up the emotion inside me. Oh, let's bring up some beautiful emotion right now. About tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow I'm Getting a sense of tomorrow. Tomorrow. Right. Just a little slip away from today. It's really not that far. It's quite soon. What will it feel like tomorrow? Well, you have a list of things in your head that might happen tomorrow. Those are irrelevant. We're not working with that mundane daily list. We're working with a list of, how do you want to feel tomorrow? Oh, tomorrow. I want something really exquisitely wonderful to happen to me. I want to have a surprise. A surprise that fixes something in my life that just seamlessly, just takes care of it for me where I can say, ah, oh, God, what a relief. How wonderful this is. Oh, God, I want to experience that. Wouldn't that be a delicious thing to program in tomorrow? We don't know even what area it's going to come to you in. Why. Why squeeze so tight? Why not just let it happen in whatever area it's most likely to happen that it's the easiest to happen in that can happen in the biggest way. Don't you trust flow? Do you trust your higher self to figure that out for you? I do. So I'm going to say I want some big, beautiful resolution tomorrow. I want something to just come together for me. And this can be resolution of something that already happened, or it can be something that needs to happen that's just resolved and figured out. Ah, but I know how that feels. It's like a weight is lifted. I feel lighter. I'm like, God, that's taken care of. Oh, amazing. Juicy. Oh, I can't wait. I love this feeling. It is now. It's set up. It's there for me. It's happening. It was. It's been done. Oh, what a gorgeous collection of feelings that is. Right? You getting this? Getting where we're going here? Okay, so I'm dropping those feelings into my flow like seeds. And these feelings are creating for me. These feelings are now making something for me. And I didn't put too many restrictions on. I said, any way you think is good, whatever needs it most. Right? Whatever is the best for me. Whatever is my next step. Put it there. So what did I do? I gave. I gave Flo carte blanche. I said, go for it. Give me the best. Give me the next thing I need to walk into. Let's feel that. Let's have that. Let's do that. Now I return from my flow dreaming. And what have I done? I've just created something very real, totally real. I created an emotional state. I created it in this expanded flow. Place. Place that is naturally filled with ease and my best direction. Isn't that wonderful? Really? What happens if I do that every day? Do you think that will add up in my life? Do you think those energies, repetitive like this are going to change me? Do you think they'll begin impacting the things that happen to me and around me? Do you think they'll spill over and affect the people in my life? Because those people have to show up and agree with what I'm creating. If they don't, they're going to leave. And if I'm asking for only really great things, they're going to get the benefit of that. Or they're going to say, no, thank you, I don't want those great things. Which is going to clue me in. Ah, maybe they're not exactly the person for me. You see, this way of looking at the world is so comprehensive. It's the glue that holds everything together. And it's also the slippery stuff that lets everything move and change and move in different directions as it needs to. It's everything. Now that I've set that up for you, I just realized it's break time. So when we get right back, we're going to drop right into Flow and we're going to hop in your calls after that. So stay with me for more Flow Dreaming.

Welcome back to Flow Dreaming. Okay, let's close our eyes right now. Right. Remember, Flow Dreaming. Stay dreaming. Pretend you're reading a great book and you're so involved with those characters. You're feeling what they're feeling. You're seeing the scenery that the words are evoking in your mind, and you've lost track of time. You've been transported. You're somewhere else. You're in flow. As you relax your body, you let your stomach out and your hips settle. Breathe deeply and easily, breathing out, setting aside any thought or stress or worry. Anything on the to do list. Ah, you can pick that up in another 10 minutes. It'll be there. It's not going anywhere. But it does not need to be front and center. Right now. Set it aside, push it aside, Sweep it aside with your arm. And as you do, your shoulders relax and drop. And your neck is loose, rolls, rolls on your shoulders, your head rolls, your jaw releases between your eyes. Relax you, relax you. Release into flow. Release into flow. Flow right now feels like cherry blossoms in the wind, standing out somewhere, somewhere, not here, somewhere in here. Energy, somewhere deeper in your life, as if you've found an empty space, a corner, a place, a little niche in the universe all your own. Under a big, broad, vast, beautiful sky that rains down petals, cherry blossoms, sweetly scented, soft and white, and yet they don't stick in your hair, they don't fall on your clothes, because they're made of energy, these petals, and they dissolve and they wink in and out of existence. And you realize this is truly a flow of energy, a flow of information, a flow of me. And the blowing, billowing feeling. It's just a subtle sense of their direction. And you realize you too are being nudged in that direction, almost as if you didn't realize it, but in fact you've been being carried, just like on a people mover. One of those things in airports that sort of gently moves you along between. Between places. You're on one of those. The whole place is one of those. A gently moving carpet of petals, a wind that blows. You're moving. Maybe you're flying or floating or gliding. And you're starting to realize there's a sense of being drawn. And this drawing sense is getting stronger and stronger. And it feels pleasant. Feels pleasant. Pleasant. It's good. It's like. It's like water starting to find its direction, flowing down a hill. It's totally natural. Totally. And the steeper the hill, the more the water flows. And you find yourself flowing, moving, being drawn at just the right speed, your speed. A speed that's working perfectly for you. Perfectly for you. Oh, and you laugh. You think, how can this be so right? How can it just know? What if I want to play and I want to stop and I want to pause and I. I want to spin and I want to duck and dive and, and. And fly up into the air and twirl in circles? Can I do that? Go ahead. The movement is still there. You're still moving. It moves without you. You're just in this, in this flow of time. You can't help it. You are in the fabric of time. You are in the fabric of life. The universe itself is flowing around you. And you are but one small little bit of it, a wondrous bit of it. A snowflake eddying through the sky. And you realize there's nothing wrong with this. There's nothing out of proportion. There's nothing out of alignment. I'm exactly where I need to be right now. Absolutely and completely and utterly. Even if there are things in my life that I want to change. I brought myself here. I did this. I brought myself to this point. And the reason is because this is my next step into change. I need to be here because my next step is right in front of me. I need to be here because this is where I'm at. This is the combined greater me. Everything I have ever done, thought or felt has led to these points in these moments. What an odd feeling, because some of these moments are not so great. Why would I do that? And Flo says, so you can learn a better moment, so you can learn what the next moment could feel like, should feel like. How do you want it to feel? When do you want to step into it? It's right there for you. And it can be in any direction. And you notice, oh, yeah, maybe this area was a bit out of alignment because I realized I've been pushing and I've been twisting it and I've been tugging on it, pulling it and pummeling it with my fists. And I've been crying over it and my heart energy have been sinking low around it, but I don't want it to stay that way. So I'm not going to keep responding to it like that, am I? No. I'm going to change. I'M going to flow. The next moment does not have to look like the moment before. All I have to do is turn around. And as you say that, as you feel that you do. And now what are you looking at? It's a bright place, place you haven't walked into yet. It's a new place. Place. It's your next step. It's unfamiliar, but it's ready for you. You're in alignment. It was made for you personally, with love. And you release into that. And that is the feeling you linger in. Even now as you open your eyes and you return from flow. Just give you a moment, check in with yourself, get a sense of, huh? What did I experience? Did you know that almost 10 minutes flew past? Where were you? Did you feel dizzy? Did you feel lighter? Did your body react? What kinds of sensations did you feel? Did information get passed through to you unexpectedly? Was there someone else with you in your flow? All of these things can happen because we're reactive beings. Everything we do creates a reaction, a beautiful response. As a creator, as a manifestor, you're learning to both create and then respond to the response that life gives you. You act and you preact, you act and you pre act. And that's what flow dreaming is. That is the first step across a beautiful bridge into deep personal self awareness and huge change in your life. That is it, the first step across the waters. So if you like the feeling of that, really, I encourage you. Practice more, play more. I have a whole shop@flowdreaming.com filled. I call it the Manifesting Store. Hello, It's Marie.
There you are. How are you?
I'm good.
I'm good.
Summer, I haven't spoke to you for a long time after the, the. The diamond, the class. So I think it's almost a year.
More than a year now. Oh, you're that Marie. Wonderful.
I am that Marie Pierre.
Yes, yes, I recognize your voice now. Tell me what's up? How are you doing? I'm great.
Thank you for the great workflow. But I had a question.
I feel.
I'm trying to really kind of create or feel a new work environment and I want to really manifest joining a better team. And I also want to learn from other people now. I'm kind of stall. I'm by myself, always in a room. And what can you help me to manifest that change?
Okay, so you're ready to move forward in your work. And I remember we worked on this before for you and got you a good job. And so what happened exactly?
Now it's like the next level.
Yeah, that's exactly what happens. You know, people think that they're going to get one good job and stay there the rest of their life and everything is taken care of. No, you know, we're growing beings and we grow into things and we grow out of things and we have to then grow into the next level. And if we don't, it becomes painful. It's like wearing clothes that are three sizes too small. You get really uncomfortable because you're growing. So you're growing into your next level. What does your next job feel like to you? What characteristics would you use to describe it? Feeling wise?
I would describe it as.
You know.
When I wake up in the morning and either I open my computer, I do a few phone calls with the right creative people, I get my day going, I walk to the office and there's actually a group. It could be a small group, but there's a group of people collaborating together. And you know, we prepare for a product launch, we create the launch and we speak about it and it's kind of a long term preparation to bring the company. And I visit client and I present the product and it's a real kind of nice interaction between a big group.
Okay, so you've described a lot of details here. I'm going to extract from this the emotional nature of what you just described. Right. I wake up in the morning and I'm very eager for my day. I love to get to work. My fingers just. I have to remind myself, don't check your email till after you've done your flow dreaming and taken your shower and had breakfast. Because I love what I do so much. I can't wait to see what's happened in the time that I've been gone. And I don't feel like I'm overworking. It's more just like a beautiful enthusiasm because I love the team I'm with so much. Wow. I'm surrounded by the most creative, sparkling, positive people and I respect them. There's a tremendous sense of respect and admiration every time I'm with my team. I am learning, I am guiding them and teaching them, but I'm also learning from them. It's like the energy just goes around in a circle between all of us. And I recognize that the end product of this is the thing that we're actually working on. Whatever that product is, whatever that thing is, it is getting all of this amazing good feeling, this creative juice, this, this joy, this excitement. We're all behind it. We're like rocket fuel. And I can, I can taste that sense that rocket fuel and the product, that's what we lift into space. And when we lift it out there, it goes big. I mean we just dance around. We are like mission control. We're like, yes, we made that. I did that. What a beautiful feeling that is. And then afterwards, when we're all sort of relaxing from the big events, there's that sense of and I'm well cared for and well taken care of. I love my team. My team loves me. I love management. Management loves me. I am management. I don't know what I am exactly, except that I know I am so well taken care of. I feel content. I feel like this is my place. Every need I have will be met here. I don't worry and wonder, am I good enough? Will they reward me? I just know it's taken care of. It's there for me. And that is the safety and the security that I just coast on that, that, that buoys me up while I wait for that next moment of feeling. Alright team, what have we got now? Okay, did you feel that? Yeah, right. That was like a very active flow dream. But we distilled that that is the emotional nature of what you're after next. And that doesn't even. I mean, that could mean your current team, your current workplace could start to develop toward that. Or it can mean that you are brought into a new workplace that exhibits those feelings, creates that around you. But that if I were you and I remember you are so good at manifesting. Right. When you put your mind to it, you get, you get it works. Yeah. You're really good at it. So you know that is what you want to do right now. Feel that. Okay.
Thank you.
You're so welcome. You take care. Bye, Reese. So good hearing from you again. Bye. She really is good. She's really good. She has manifested. If it's the Maria, I'm thinking of a gorgeous marriage for herself. Great work, beautiful home. She just does so well. So we took the particulars. Right? This was instructive for you because when you get into flow and alignment, you're tempted to think I have to manage all the little variables and put everything in alignment one by one. I've got to fix my boyfriend. Then I've got to fix my boss, then I've got to fix my body. Then I've got to do X, Y and Z and I need to walk three days a week and then I need to, you know. And you come up with this list of all these things that you think you have to do. Really though, you have to distill it. What does that list generate for you? What's the feeling behind that list? Oh, well, the feeling is that I feel emotional freedom. The feeling is I feel joy around my body. My feeling is that work is just something that I feel like is taking me to the next level in so many ways. Right. Those are the feelings you're going for. Then you give that to Flo and Flo says, alright, now we know where to adjust next because she's just given us the big feeling picture and she's in alignment. Which means she's not too tempted now to veer off in all these crazy, you know, resistance filled directions because she keeps putting herself back in alignment. She's doing it every week, she's doing it every day. Boy, it's really hard for her to get off the road very far if every day she's turning right back on that straightaway highway. Right? Imagine that versus the person who gets off the highway and three weeks later says, oh wow, I've really traveled pretty far off this highway. Versus the person who gets themself into flow. They're only gone for a day. That means they've only got a day to get back on again. See what I'm saying? All right, we have another Maria, A Maria, this time in New York. Hey Maria, what's up?
Hi Summer, how are you?
I'm great.
So happy to be speaking with you. I just personally wanted to say thank you so much for this work.
It's been.
I'm actually getting a little emotional. It's been very magical in my life. So thank you so much.
Oh, you're welcome. I do have.
I just have more of a technical question. That actually was fluid dreaming. Something very strange happened to me a few like few weeks ago. I was speaking with somebody. It's strange to me, possibly not to you, but I was speaking with somebody who had experienced a very intense loss and her loved ones came through to me from the other side and I wondered. I've been dreaming for several years now and so I don't know if something is. I don't know if there's something new happening to my brain. I don't know.
Flow dreaming tweets. Woman headline really now she talks to dead people. What happened?
I'm like, what is going on? Like, they were hunting me down. Like, tell her this information, right? So I wondered if.
Yeah, totally natural, totally natural. That's why it kind of makes me giggle inside when people, you know, they're like, oh, you're a medium. You talk to dead people. It's like, yeah, I do a lot of other things too, right. When you're working with energy like flow, and you're putting yourself in that state, remember you're going into this bridge state, you know, it's outside of time. Where do you think your loved ones are? Where do you think your consciousness is right now? It's not just locked in your brain. And more and more physicists are knowing this, more and more scientists are knowing this. Your consciousness is tied to your brain, but it also exists outside of your brain. And if you hold the one single belief that when your body dies, the rest of your consciousness is let go of like a balloon, right? You're still there. It's just stop being tied to the ground with one of those little heavy party things that holds it on the table, right? That's right. Okay, so you can, if you can at least get to that idea that my consciousness is both inside my body and external to it. Then when you think about a person who's passed on, all you're doing is talking to a consciousness that's no longer tied to a body, just like you currently are. And that means they're not typically hanging out, you know, someplace way far away in a heaven that's God knows where. Well, literally God knows where, it means that just like your consciousness is existing somewhere right now, so is theirs. They're probably actually communicating. It's just not filtering through into your brain because we don't have that apparatus. It's been shut off in us until you wake it up and open it up. And then you realize you can talk with anybody anywhere, and it can get wilder and more interesting as it goes on. So all that's happened is the consciousnesses of these people. And believe me, if you're with your friends and they experience heavy loss, right, they have that person's energy, their consciousness there. They've woken themselves up to it. It's like a phone line, right? So their phone is open and their, and their partner, whoever it is, that person's phone is open. You step into that and you go, whoa. I'm like in a three, three way phone call here, right? Yes. That person. Yeah. You went through her or his consciousness to Reach that other person. Three way phone call. When I look in a live person's head, it's the exact same feeling. Okay, so welcome to the next level, Maria.
Yeah, really.
Because you should be. Because we teach you how to control that.
I am not. I actually made a couple of appointments to speak with you, but one I couldn't make and the other one they asked to reschedule and I haven't. I have a client, so I wasn't able to do that.
Oh, no. Well, this is your last week, actually, to get in. So if you have any interest, you are ripe and ready. We spend about six months learning how to use that intuitive, emotional side of ourselves to talk with anybody, anywhere. Sounds like you're already starting to do it. So wonderful. Yeah.
It happens upon me.
Don't be afraid of it. Right. There's nothing going on in dead people's minds that isn't going on in live people's minds. So if you don't like them live, you're not going to like them dead. It's the same thing. One other thing on that note, people who've passed on, they usually have reconnected with a, let's say, more expanded version of themselves. Most of them have done this, meaning that they can feel a bit different than they felt here. It's like they wear a personality, like they wear clothes. And depending on, you know, what they're doing, when you talk to them, they may seem a lot like the person you remember, or they may seem like, wow, you have insights and knowledge that you didn't have when you were here. It's like, yeah, they're expanded, which is kind of cool.
That's really cool. Yeah, Very, very neat.
Thanks. Wonderful, Maria. I'm sending you some good your way. All right. Tingles. You take care. Thank you. Thank you. Bye. Bye. Bye. And you know what? We had an open line. We have an open line. Oh, my gosh. If you guys want to call in real quick, it's there for you. You can find my dial in number by going to my website, clicking on radio or podcast. You'll see an area there for it. And I'm happy to take your question. We. We have time for one more. And it was all full. And then it looks like somebody had to hang up. So there's now a line open that I can get to. I'm waiting for you. No, nobody really not going to take advantage of this. Okay, well, then I'm going to keep talking to you a little bit more about alignment and flow and your feeling of being in it or out it? Let's do a quick technique together. I like to throw techniques in. They're my favorites. Little techniques, little processes, mini processes. I love these because I find that different people respond to different techniques and what works for one doesn't work for another. This is why I like to have, you know, hundreds of them on hand. I can just kind of pull up when I need them. I want you to envision right now in your mind, eyes closed, pick an area of your life, something going on, something. Some present thing. Now you're all choosing stuff all over the place. It's scattered across the board right now. Some of you are picking things that are difficult, that have an energy of conflict in them. Some of you are picking things that have an energy of hope and desire and wishing I want, I need, if only. Some of you are picking things that already feel good. You're thinking about that person you're in love with, the child that you get to visit with and spend time with. Notice. Where did you go? Did you pick something that needs to be resolved that's difficult? Did you go into an area of resistance? Or did you go into an area of pleasure? Or did you go into an area of what's next? This is showing you something about yourself. It's showing you where do you naturally fall? Probably most of the time, do you go into resistance and lack? Do you go into yearning and desire? Or do you go into something present? A present. Goodness. Interesting, huh? Now, this isn't to say that all the time. You'll go into the same thing. A lot of the time. It's based on whatever has most recently happened to you. But if you can catch yourself from time to time, if you can set a little alarm on your phone that rings and says, check your desire. Where are you? You're going to start to get a really good idea of how often in your day you're in alignment or flow and how often you're backwards or forwards from where you want to be. You're going to see where you spend most of your energy and emotional time. This can be very instructive. This is not an easy task, by the way. It's not an easy task. It sounds absurdly easy, but 90% of you won't do it. And of the 10% of you who do, you'll do it for about two days and you'll stop because it means that you're really looking at the ground that you're in right now. You're taking a nice, wide open view. Oh, I spend most of my time creating resistance. I spend most of my time creating frustration or hope or lack of. I spend most of my time in appreciation and present moment joy for something good. You want to spend more of your time in present moment joy, right? That's obvious. That almost goes without stating. It sounded silly even when I said it. Do you know why? Because it's the present moment joy that creates more present moments moment joys. And the more you stay in that state, the more your flow begins to replicate it for you and turns out more and more. Stay in alignment, feel alignment, let your flow, then pick it up and turn out more. Got it? That summarizes pretty much the whole show, you guys. My love to you all. I'm gonna see you next week, same time, same place. Until then, keep flow dreaming. Well, look at that. Show's over.
But before you go, did you know that my mom has a podcast, too? Her show airs live right after mine. It comes up next. We tape our live shows back to back. Her show is called the Dear Venus show. So stay listening and you can call in or look it up live on itunes if you're listening via podcast.
Her show is really good.
It's really funny. And she reads people's minds and futures and talks to dead people for real.
It's called the Dear Venus show on itunes.
