Flow Dreaming.
It's a show where we talk about the power of your mind to change your world around you, to literally affect the fabric of your reality. We talk about this feeling of hope.
And joy and relief.
And that is what being aware of your flow does. It gives you a feeling of power again in your lives.
Oh, my God.
You were so on target. You are so amazing. I can't thank you enough. Breathe.
It is the feeling that you bring forward. It is your emotional connection that really sets the tone for what is going to be happening to you and for you. And you know that feeling, when you.
Touch it, it just spreads through you. Thank you for taking my call. I don't know why I feel like crying. I think I just feel your love. Oh, of course.

Now off we go to the show.
Indeed. Here we are. Welcome to Flow dreaming. I'm Summer McStravik, your host for the hour as we explore all things flow. Flow, of course, being the umbrella for everything that we poke our noses into, including manifesting, including intuition, empathic intuition, emotional reconditioning, inner healing, physical heal. We understand that the universe is made of vibrant energy. We're all made of energy. And the energy sometimes takes physical form. Voila. Everything we see around us and it also takes non physical form. Those aspects and things that we cannot see, yet we are also made of, yet are also existing concurrently with our physical reality. We've taken that old fashioned split between spirit and matter and recombined them and said no. That's how people used to think hundreds and hundreds of years ago. We don't think that way anymore. Science has brought us full circle. Of course, there are some tribes and some ancient cultures that never got rid of that split. They recognize that spirit and matter are always constantly intertwined. It's just with us in our Western culture, we've been able to come back and reintegrate that with our understanding of Science, quantum mechanics, synchronicity, the way things work and flow together, flow systems. So we talk about all of that is what I'm getting at in this program and how we can not just understand it, but become active creators within this new context. In other words, we don't just go about our lives feeling like all that information and knowledge is over there, but I have to deal with all of my regular stuff over here. We integrate those as well, and we say no. Now that I understand more about what life is, how it works, I'm going to elevate my role. I'm going to elevate my engagement with my life and start using some of this new understanding that I have. And if this really is true, if it really does work, I will start seeing the results of this in my life. It will start proving it to me over and over. If I do A, then it will result in B. And I'm going to continue to do this until I reach that point where I say, wow, how far does this go? This is what I have been doing and practicing for more than a decade. This is what my students are practicing with me. I have something called the Me School of Flow. The M is for manifesting. The E is for empathic intuition. And my students are living and practicing this approach, this understanding, giving them the tools, the content, the knowledge, and then saying, now watch what happens when you apply it. And we spend a great deal of time looking at the way they're applying it, trying to understand, is this working? Is this not working? How does it need to adjust? What is the response that life and flow and the universe and God and Higher Source is giving to you? We live a fully integrated life, mind and spirit together. That is very, very practical because the end result is that we're here to experience the physical world. And I say it time and again. It's a limited time opportunity, folks. I'm not one of those people who says, you know, gosh, you gotta slog through life. You can't wait till they get to the end, you know, because then you're just thrown into another life and it's the constant karma machine and can't we all just get out of it? I look at it very differently. Life is, wow, you know, you've been given 80 or 100 years if you're lucky. What are you gonna do in this framework? Wow, this is intense. This is juicy. There's so much you get to experience in this physical game. So don't you want to learn how to play it? It's what you came here for. Did you really come here to just struggle through at the minimum level? Or did you come here to master it, to understand yourself through it, to realize I actually can do this. To grow your strength, to grow your power, to grow your understanding that will then translate into every part of you, the non physical as well. In my world, you have the rest eternity to think about and play with and ruminate over everything you experienced in physical, physical. Well, that's what you've got right now. So jump in. Today our program is about healing, it's about health, it's checking in with our bodies. And of course, it's inspired by my own place in the journey. For those of you who've been listening to this podcast for the last 10 years, you know, I've moved through so much, many headspaces. I have moved through transitions and huge growth periods, inner focused, family periods. When I had my children, I was doing that on air. Well, maybe not giving birth on air, but I was moving through that energy space, creating my business, moving through relationship and family issues. Now I'm moving into a health issue and it has to do with cancer. I was diagnosed a couple months ago and I have been working with Flo now saying, all right, I'm calling in healing. And I've already been saying, oddly enough all year, it's been a massive healing year for me. It's been a massive healing year. And it makes no surprise to me that it's just moving into yet deeper healing, body healing, physical healing. Up, leveling up, leveling my understanding up, leveling my knowledge of what it means to bring matter into the game. My body, right? I spent so much of my life teaching people to move out of their body, out of the physical, into flow, into creation. And now I'm being brought back into the body, into the anchor, into the object that allows us to do all of these things. So we're going to get into our bodies, we're going to get into health, we're going to get into healing today. Before I do, if any of you want to sort of follow on this journey about what flow is, things that I play with and think about, ideas that I want to toss your way, I do have a wonderful mailing list. I've been trying to send more emails more frequently to it. And I've been writing about my journey with cancer. I've been writing about my journey with healing. I've been writing about breakthroughs. And one of my favorites, of course, is being able to change the paradigm of my thinking, to see things very differently. And to do that, you really often have to have someone else giving you that other perspective. We get so locked into our own perspectives, it can be very hard to see outside of it. Right. It's like when you're having a conversation with a friend and you're talking about something and they say something that just completely puts it in a different, you know, understanding for you, and you go, oh my God, I never thought of it that way. Click. That is something I love to do and offer and inspire. Those are the kind of things I look for in my own life. So I like to translate that and send it on to you guys. So the newsletter is a place to do that. It will also let you know what the new flow dreams are that I have been creating, particularly the playlists. I realize there's so much now@flowdreaming.com that I've started a series of emails that will help you navigate. So if you have something going on in your life, I'll be able to say, oh, this is the playlist for it. For instance, this week I think we're talking about how to get unstuck, right? I created a playlist for that. Getting unstuck. There are actual flow dreams, actual energy practices you can do to lift yourself and free yourself back into flow. So do check that out. Flow dreaming.com and I have something else I wanted to just kind of share with you. I have been reading a lot lately. I've been spending a lot of time curled up in my bed. I've discovered, rediscovered perhaps, that one of my favorite things to do every day around 3 o' clock is jump in my bed for an hour or two. This is why I work from home, right? This is why I created a life like this. Well, I jump in my bed. I have my little bed tray set up. I bring my laptop in there. The very fact of moving environments. For me, getting out of my home office and into my bed relaxes and opens up my creative self. And I've been doing a lot of writing and thinking and flowing and reading. Reading in particular. Here is something. Two things. Two tidbits I came across that I thought were so telling. And they have nothing to do with today's topic. But I want to tell them to you before I forget them. The first one, actually, they both come from the same magazine. It's called the Week and I love it. It's like a compilation magazine that talks about all the latest news stories and wacky stuff from around the world. This one is about Dustin Hoffman and it Points out lack thinking. See if you can figure out what I mean. So I'm reading now from the week it says. Dustin Hoffman is still insecure about his career after a half century in films. Says Tim Roby in the Daily Telegraph uk. Even after decades of acclaim and box office hits, both Hoffman and his friend Gene Hackman never trusted their success. In 2003, the two former roommates were cast together in the thriller Runaway Jury. After the last day of shooting, we went to a bar. Hackman said, let's get drunk. And we started drinking. And he looked me right in the eye and said, do you ever get the same feeling I get at the end of a film, as if you're never going to work again? Hoffman knew exactly what he meant. It's not that you're never going to do another good piece of work, it's that you're never going to be hired again. And that's a constant fear. I read that and I just felt like, oh, I wish I could get my hands around them. That's lack and it shows you. Even the most successful people who seemingly have everything can go through their life still hounded like a dog, chasing and nipping at their heels with a constant feeling of even though I'm good at this, it could still be taken away. Even though I'm wonderful at this, it might not be here tomorrow. Now think, would you. Would you want to create a life for yourself like that? Because you see, for me, even more than success, even more than being an A list movie star, more valuable for me would be to have a feeling after 30 years of this won't be taken away tomorrow. I can create whatever I need when I need it. Not only am I good, but the world and my flow will always recognize it. And everything I do now is not coming from a place of fear or lack, that I will lose it, but coming from a place of security and confidence. It will always be there for me. My flow will always gift me with it. I am equal to flow. We are in partnership and I am never fearing that it's going to leave me right. See for me that is the end of the day, end of the life lesson. I want that feeling more than 15 automobiles and and five homes and movie star success. I thought that was telling. See, you can be successful and still have that hounded. Just because you're successful doesn't mean you've overcome it. Think about that. It takes a different set of skills to overcome lack. The other thing has to do with the way that we people who flow dream who use our empathic intuition, who sort of embark on this personal growth journey through flow. The way we recognize how we can change, we really can change. I talk about flow dreaming now sometimes as a form of emotional reconditioning. An emotional fitness program. Right. We have mental fitness programs to keep us sharp. We have physical fitness programs that everybody talks about. Does anybody talk about our emotional fitness program? Oh, there's been a little buzz about emotional iq, but that's different. It's not a day to day understanding that I should be emotionally growing every day. I should be getting a stronger grasp and understanding of my emotional self so that I can navigate in a way that is incredibly effective in my life. Remember this experiment? Do you remember? Maybe you've heard of it, maybe you haven't. It was the Stanford Prison Experiment, and this also comes from this article. The scientist Philip Zimbardo is one of the most controversial figures in psychology, says Katie Kilkenny in the Pacific Standard. In 1971, the Stanford professor conducted a now notorious psychological experiment that placed 24 student volunteers as prisoners and guards in a simulated prison. The experiment quickly spun out of control as the student guards became increasingly sadistic toward their prisoners, and Zimbardo, who acted as the prison superintendent, was accused of subjecting his volunteers to psychological torture. We like to think our personality is relatively fixed, we are who we are, and that we are not influenced by things around us, says Zimbardo, now 82 years old. This study says no. That might be true sometimes, but other times when you're put in an unfamiliar situation where you don't have any guidelines or rules that contain who you are, you could be anything, right? So this psychological study also upholds this notion. We can change if we put ourselves under the right set of circumstances, with the right set of materials around us, we can change ourselves, we can change our emotional makeup, we can change our psychological makeup. We can change our personality traits. We can grow them in ways that are beautiful, strengthening, or as this experiment showed, we can grow them in ways that are hurtful and dangerous to us. This gives me such a feeling of power. Knowing this, it means that if I've been a victim, if I'm carrying around guilt, if I'm carrying around a sense of inadequacy or not being good enough or not being deserving, I do not have to keep this. This is not embedded so deeply in me that I cannot change it. I have to decide to change it. I have to embark on a program to change it. I have to use my flow to change it. If I practice these new emotions, this new perception of myself. If I practice these new methods of finding out where I give up my power and do lots of things that don't help me, I will change. And as anyone who knows what flow dreaming is will tell you, when you change, when you change, when you start behaving and flow feeling and thinking differently toward the world, you are now manifesting quite differently. And what you receive back from the world, the opportunities that come to you, the people that show up in your life, everything that comes to you is now reflecting this new person that you are. You are the mirror. Your world reflects what is inside of you. So you can change what's inside of you. A great deal of flow dreaming is not about manifesting new things into our life. If we do that without doing the necessary inner work, then those things are just going to come and go. They're just going to float in and float out, right? How many times have you already done that? Created things and lost them? Why? Well, you didn't create the necessary change inside yourself to be able to keep those things. That is what we do. We change inside so that as we bring things to us, we keep them, we grow from them, we're nourished by them. Anyway, I wanted to share that with you. I didn't realize it was going to take so darn long. So let's jump into a little bit about this feeling of what it means to really grow in your health and check in with your body. I want to spend the bulk of this doing a flow dream with you.
Where we address our body.
This is something that I teach in MI school. In particular, I do a very long segment in the second year of MI School in the Personal Mastery Program, where it's kind of like a mystery school. I teach people how to talk to their body, work with their body, change their body from the molecular level on up. We're gonna play with that a little bit here through a flow dream we're going to do in just a few minutes. I'll also be taking your calls today if you have anything on your mind. Love to talk with you. So, tell you what, why don't we go to a quick break? When we come back, we'll jump into some of this work on your body, do some calls, and then of course, we'll get into our flow brain. So hang on for more right after this. I'll be right back.
Hey, it's summer on break and just wanted to tell you this podcast, it is supported entirely by FlowDreaming.com, my website where you can find hundreds of very cool flow dreams to purchase and download so you can begin reinventing every aspect of your life. Now back to the show.
And we are in fact back. Welcome, welcome. So let me give you an overview on body and health. And obviously what I can say in 15 minutes is going to be limited. We could spend hours and weeks on this subject, getting very deep into the learning. When I am working with my body, one of the first things I do is I understand that my body is the anchor. It's the anchor. Like, you know those balloons you buy at the party shop and you get the little anchors that keep him held down onto the table. Well, we have to have that anchor. If we want to be in physical, we have to have it, we have to give to it, we have to honor it, we have to keep it up. If we're constantly ignoring it, if we're constantly running it ragged, it's going to get used up and we have to come back and say, body, what do you need right now? What can I give to you? Every day you support me. Every day, you allow me to walk out of bed, get up, walk out of bed, go out, do something meaningful with my life, feel things, experience love. You allow me to have thoughts and ideas. You allow me to feel joy, creativity, expression. You facilitate all of this. It's you, right? That recognition of the importance, that absolute value of our body, it goes way beyond what our, what our body looks like. Whether it's overweight, whether it has an illness, all of that becomes secondary. Your body is your best friend. It's the only one you'll have with you your entire life. Other people may come and go. You have your body from day one to the very last day, returning to that thought, honoring your body with that feeling. Gratitude to your body is number one. Now, when your body begins to communicate things to you, it does so for a reason, for purpose, right? If it's saying, you know, I'm feeling very tired, I don't have energy anymore, if it's saying, my hair is thinning, if it's saying, I'm putting on weight, if it's saying, you know, I've developed psoriasis, if it's Saying, I'm having migraines. Your body isn't doing this to get back at you, to get even with you, even necessarily to slow you down, although sometimes that's what it's doing because the rest of you hasn't slowed itself down. What your body is saying is, I need something. Remember, your body has only one way of communicating with you that's incredibly effective, that is through physical symptoms. It's a body. That's what it does. That is how it talks to you. If it talks to you through the brain, it's really the brain. It's the mental self who's then deciphering what the body is saying. Right, you're getting in there, interfering body. Why are you overweight? Well, mental self says, you haven't had enough exercise. Well, mental self says, that's mental self getting in there. As a translator, there is a more core communication coming on straight up from the body. Well, how do you understand what that communication is? How do you feel that communication? One of the ways that I do is I open up to not just the mental self deciphering. Because if you've noticed, the mental self likes to get tangled up in its own thoughts. Tends to specialize in that it'll tell us one thing, then it'll tell us another thing, then it will backtrack on the thing it said yesterday, then it will give us excuses of why it isn't that thing. After all, the mental self is always trying to talk us into something that it wants to hear. Really, that's what it does, trying to talk us in and out of things that it wants to hear for whatever purpose or goal it has in its mind. Therefore, it can be not as trustworthy. The emotional self, on the other hand, and the intuitive self, they more like, they just report, right? They just report. They're more like children, right? When it. When a child begins to cry, that child doesn't have a mental self saying, well, I'm crying because I'm feeling momentarily unloved and rejected by your presence. And I'm scared that I don't want to be left in the hands of this weird person who smells bad. Their mental self isn't doing that. They're just crying. They're saying something feels not right, something feels uncomfortable, and they're expressing. And that expressing is coming through their emotion. And it's coming from often a deeper part of themselves that's saying, this is new and different, and this change or whatever it is that's causing the emotion to erupt. Think of yourself as having that same capacity still, even though you're an adult, when your body has something to say to you, if you're quieting down, if you're closing your eyes, if you're telling your mental self, you know, go play handball over there for a while. You know, go over there. Unmemorized president names do anything but interfere with me right now. Just chill out for a while and you feel. What is my emotional self saying? How do I feel right now? How's my body feeling? What does my body need? If my body could send me an emotion right now about itself, what would it be? What would it be?
Right?
This is an exercise. I'm sharing it with you. You can do it right now or you can just remember it for later. And you'll be surprised sometimes what your body self will say, right? You have to kind of be, you know, a two personality being for a moment here. Your body will say, right now I feel tired, I feel overwhelmed. Right now I just want to read trashy magazines and sit in bed. Right? And this is where your mental self will try to come in and say, well, you can't do that. That's, you know, you're always like that and you never want to get anything done. Shush. Why? Why body? How come you're feeling that way? What's beneath that? What's beneath that urge? Well, I just don't feel a lot of energy anymore in my life. I'm feeling a lack of desire. I'm feeling like I've done so much, I'm squeezed or I'm missing something necessary. I'm dehydrated. You haven't been letting me play and do fun things as much anymore. Your body will start to have a conversation with you through its emotional self. Now I'm translating, of course into words. I'm having to access the mental because I'm explaining it to you. But what you're looking for are emotional pulses of information. Hey buddy, what's up? This is the first step in your journey of starting to reintegrate with your body. To bring it into the club of your mental, emotional, spiritual self, right? Those guys are always running the show. Now your body gets to come in and feel honored and accepted. But you have to learn how to communicate with it right? Without letting it getting stomped over. Your body is what will urge you and say, go get a massage. Your body is what will say to you, let's try acupuncture. And your mind will step in, well, wait, I don't think that's covered by insurance. And why do you really want to do that? And I don't know, we tried that before and it didn't work. Stay out of it. Mental self, body says I want it. Why are you questioning? Allow your body to speak. Allow your body to feel. Honor it. It is strong. It's strong. Your body has intelligent opinions. Think of that. My body has intelligent opinions and I honor those opinions. That could be an affirmation you could write down right now. My body has intelligent opinions and I honor those opinions. When I started working with my cancer, my body told me pretty much from the start what it wanted to do. It said to me, you need to find a multidisciplinary approach. You need integrative oncology, you need to let the orthodoxy have their time with you. And you need a long term plan involving a lot of other natural, complementary, ongoing methods. You need both. And I said, okay. And then what happened after that in the weeks that intervened? Because whenever you're experiencing a significant illness, anyone who's been through it knows you get caught in a whirlwind of people's advice and opinions and doctors who can be very dogmatic and even alternative practitioners who are equally dogmatic. And everyone has the answer and everybody doesn't like everybody else's answers. And you're in the middle trying to navigate this and you get swept back and forth all over the place. And I kept having to return body. I'm getting so many new opinions, so much information. What do you need still? And Bodi kept saying from the start, it's what I said in the first place. Why do you think I would change midway through? Just because you're getting more information doesn't mean you need to turn away from what I originally told you. The information should be fitting into the pieces, the puzzle of what I originally told you I need. I already know what I need. I created this illness. We know how to uncreate this illness. The resources that come in will help you uncreate it. Got it? Got it. I'm listening. I've had to really learn to listen, to recognize my body has an intelligence. Now, of course, the mind always wants to come in and say, well, what if you're wrong? What if you screw up? What if it's just more wasted money? What if it's more wasted trips? Or if your illness is significant? What if you die? What if it really is a wrong choice? Who's saying this? Your mental self? Right, the mental self, the body self will tell you, this is what I need, this is what I want. This is what I feel. Please listen to me. I'm intelligent too. And after all, we're not treating your mental self right now. This is not a mental illness I have with cancer. It's a physical illness. So who do I listen to? My physical self. And how is it talking to Me? Through my urges, through my intuition, through my emotional response. And I have been learning. Oh, this modality makes me feel good. I have a positive emotional feeling toward it. This particular practitioner made me feel upset and worried. Bad emotional response, right. This is becoming part of my navigation. This is part of your navigation. This can be used for big things and for little things. How does it make you feel now? I'm also paying attention. Am I just doing things that aren't scary? Right? Because a part of me is like, I don't want to be that. I want to do anything that's scary and I want to have surgery. That's scary. Right? I check in body, this might be scary. My mental self is scared witless and body says you have to do it. You have to get good at this conversation. It's a conversation that takes practice. It's a conversation that takes utter willingness to listen, to hear, to feel. Now, for me, it's become easy. Why? It's a side effect of flow dreaming. All these years, I've become very good at contacting my emotional self, listening to my emotional self, bringing my emotional self into the fore and saying, go create some things for me. Go listen for me. Go bring in some information I need to hear. Right? It's a practice that overflows now into any area that I need. I'm so fortunate and grateful that I have this notice. I don't have to go out and learn any new healing modality. I don't have to go out and pick up a whole bunch of new stuff. I'm only just deepening and using better what I already know. And if modalities come in, that will augment and help me. If there's a particular kind of energy healing, perhaps. And that's one of the realms I've been looking into. My body says it wants energy healing. It needs some energy and emotional release. And I'm recognizing that. Okay, all right. Looks like I've got some qigong in my future. My body is telling me that not my mind. My emotional self is saying, this feels good. Do it. This is your guidance. It is always there. You don't need to look for it outside of you. How brilliant is that? The only thing you need to do is follow through it outside of you. So Think of this as the 101 tutorial on opening your communication with your body. How someone who looks at life from an energy perspective works with and encounters their physical self. How they elevate it, what position of honor. They put it inside their realm, inside their world. How they use their body to be able to make decisions. How they listen to their body, what it needs, what it wants. So we're going to practice this in a flow drain toward the end of today's episode. Before we get to that, though, let's see. There's a few calls today. Let's grab one. How about. How about Lenny in New Mexico? Hi, Lenny. How are you? Hi. Hi.
Hi. I'm so great to talk to you. Just wanted to say that you're so inspiring, talking about, like, healing and going through cancer. And I just wanted to wish you, like, all the love and healing that I can send to you.
Thank you. Thank you.
No problem. I guess my question is I just got out of a relationship with a person, and it's kind of hard for me to kind of move on from him because we left things in. Like, we just didn't communicate about a lot of things. And I just want to know, I guess, just, like, how he feels about me because it seems like he is still angry.
Mm. Okay, Lenny, let me ask you a question before I get into his mind and his energy and his flow. You left without a really good understanding of how you were both feeling, correct? Yeah, it was more like, let's just end this. We don't even want to go in and figure out all the reasons why it went bad.
Yeah.
Okay. Okay. So this is leaving you feeling, like, unfinished, you know, like the unfinished edge of a piece of cloth, kind of stringy and dangling and not. Not tidied up. Look at this for a second. Energetically. It's sort of like you pulled apart from someone, but, like, if you've ever ripped a piece of cloth in half, you know that the threads dangle out. That's sort of like what's happened with you two. Your threads, your energy threads, your emotional threads are kind of raw and dangling. They're not seamed up yet. And it's more than just a metaphor. It's an actual energy state that you are in. So it makes sense that you're feeling this way and you're now having to go ahead and tidy up those edges yourself, even though you want to tidy them up with understanding, with insight, with a sense of clarity, with a sense of, this is right and good, we should be moving on and you're not receiving that because he's not giving that to you. So that's the pressure you feel. That's the burden and the uncertainty you feel as you heal up. Okay, what is his name?
Can I just give you the first letter of his name? Because he would definitely respond to it.
Okay, first letter. But I want you to think very strongly of him right now, because I'm going to use you. It's like skipping stones when I'm using you energetically like this. It's like the first stone lands in your energy because you're holding him in yourself. It will move into him. Okay, so his first letter.
First letter is D. Did you say D?
Like dog?
Be like boy.
Be like boy. Okay, and what do you want me to ask him? Just.
Just, like, what happened or what? Why did he stop communicating with me? Why. Why did it get so messy in the end?
Okay, I have him right now. He feels he's also very burdened by this. Right? So if you think he's just ignoring it, pretending it's not there, it's there. He's shoving it underneath. It's like being shoved under the rug. But the rug is very mounded up. It's very full. Meaning he still has a lot of emotions churning around under the surface about you, about the relationship, and he is struggling to keep the lid on them. So I'm asking, okay, B. Why did you just pull away like that? Why did you stop? What was that about? He's telling me that he felt he was trying for a while, and everything he did, everything he tried just kept. Like he felt after a while, like he was just throwing stuff against the wall. Is this gonna work? Is that gonna work? It just doesn't. It doesn't. It doesn't. There was a kind of mounting frustration. Everything he said, everything he tried and just kept not. Kept not working out, it was a frustration that built up where he finally said, I can't. I give up. Just can't do it. I give up. It's just not working. We can't communicate. Every time we make a decision or we say yes to something or figure it out, it goes and gets messed up again. Did you guys have that experience?
Yeah, I felt like I had that experience, but I didn't think that he did.
He did as well. He did as well. This continuous frustration. And so for him, it was like getting to a point where he finally said, it's just. I can't do this anymore. It's not changing. It's not changing. It's not getting any better. I can't do it. I'm done. And it's like by just pulling away and just sealing you off completely, he is now he's like, he's trying to just let go of all of that confusion. You, he left in a very confused state. And it's like the final straw was to just say, I'm so confused. I cannot interact anymore. Boom. And that's what you're left with.
Wow. Is there any kind of, like, flow that I can do to kind of seal it or to heal from it. When it's like two people like that?
Yeah. So you have to recognize that, you know, he's the king of his own castle. He has to do his own emotional healing. You're not part of that. You need to give him the opportunity, the honor, the respect of allowing him to complete that on his own. You. I have a flow dream that would be helpful for you. It's called perfect closure. Perfect closure.
I have that one.
Good. Do it.
Okay, I'll do it.
Do it. Yeah. It's hard because people often, they want to end something, but they don't really want to end something, and they're afraid, afraid to do it. So they leave themselves in this no man's land, this limbo, for so much longer than they need to be in. And perfect closure says to you, you can start your own healing now. It doesn't mean that you're leaving this person forever and for good, but it does mean that you said yes to your own healing and climbing out of where you've been. The other thing is because you have so much confusion inside of yourself. That's the other area that I'd want to see you tackle. Right. Because this can become a pattern for you. My relationships end in this mess of confusion and anxiety. I feel in a way that the lack of understanding is something that I've had before and might happen again. And that scares me. That doesn't have to be true for you. Right. This could be a one time occurrence with one sort of person. Your next relationship doesn't have to do the same thing. So you need to be looking at that inside yourself and saying, okay, my next relationship, if we stay together, wonderful. If it happens to end, we're going to end with incredible clarity about why it's ending. No matter what. I'm resolving this. I'm resolving it.
Okay.
Okay. So that would be the flow dream. I would do. All right, Lenny. Well, thanks so much for your call. I gotta let you go now. Hope that's enough to get you going. All right, we'll go to a quick break. When we get back, we're going to do some flow energy healing in my body and I'm going to introduce the way that I have been practicing it, particularly just for the last couple of months. As I communicate with my body, allow it to express itself to me and the number one emotion that I am using as I heal myself. So stay with me. We'll be back right after this.

You can get a complete tutorial about Flow Dreaming by going to my website, flow dreaming.com. it's a free download. I teach you how to do the process and give you a flow dream to start working with. And yeah, I suggest you get it because I can't teach you and train you here. It's not meditation. It's not guided visualization. It is not self hypnosis. If you slip into any of those states, then you are not flow dreaming. Okay, eyes closed. And we're going to go on a little mission, right? Like Mission Impossible, Mission to the center of the Earth or those old 1950s movies. We go inside your body in a little tiny submarine while you're relaxing. Right now, your body's releasing all of its stress. Your body is saying, oh, I know this process. We're going to go do something together, aren't we? And you're saying, yes, but this time we're not going any place. We're not making things, creating things. We're not going into our future. We're not moving into other people's minds or futures or Feelings. This time we're going into you, yes, you, body, my physical self, you. We're giving all of the attention to you. And the body says, oh, well, my shoulders are relaxing, my abdomen is letting go, my jaw is releasing, my brow is releasing and breathing deeply. My body says, oh, what's it going to feel like when it's all just me? And you say, well, depends on what you share with me. Because I have this feeling you've been experiencing a lot lately, all kinds of things. And I'm realizing it's been a while, perhaps since I've checked in and asked you, what are you experiencing? What have you been taking in? What have you been navigating, what have you been shouldering, dealing with what energies are in you? And as you say this, you can feel your body. You feel it physically, but you also feel it as if there was a template of energy, a blueprint of energy rippling all through you. You recognize this blueprint, the streams of energy that work their way through you. An acupuncture, acupressure, Reiki, ki, gong, all of the healing disciplines, they recognize healing touch. They recognize these energy pathways that move through your body just as your veins and arteries move through and your skin. This is your body pulsing with energy and movement. Your body says, we regulate all of this. This, the physical, the non physical. You say, yes, I can see this and I feel this body. I'd like you to show me right now where do you feel the most need for some rejuvenation, for some attention? Move my awareness right now to that part of the me and you can feel it's like a magnet being led. Perhaps it's moving towards your heart, towards your abdomen, towards your ovaries, toward your lungs, your brain, your endocrine system. Perhaps it's all of these places and you begin to, to see your body as if there were high, high spots and low spots, places where there are a lot of energy and a little bit of energy. And you notice you're being tugged to one area. Your awareness arrives at that area and you don't need to understand it yet, you don't need to feel that. You have to be medically intuitive. Your body is just saying, here, here, this is what we've been working on. And it's telling you, it's showing you your body has already been working on this area. Perhaps it's an area that's had symptoms, perhaps it hasn't, but your body is already, it's just bringing you into the knowledge. You say, oh, I see. And you Say to it, body, I'm to going. Going to give you something now. We're going to generate a feeling together, an emotion together, right now. Because I recognize there's so many feelings I could give you, so many different kinds of healing energies or modalities that could be placed into this. But there's one energy that is always on tap for me, always available for me every moment of my day. And best of all, it's not an energy that I have to learn or be taught. It's one I already know. It's one that Source gifted me with. Just like Source gifted me with my immune system. The most powerful thing I have. Of course, it has gifted me with the most powerful energy to address anything that's going on inside you, my body. And as you say that, you begin to. To feel a beautiful rosy light beginning to swirl and bubble right through your chest. A feeling of love like the softest pink of roses. Love. It's a geyser that opens up love. Like caressing a baby on its tender cheek and hearing it giggle. Love. Like the first time you felt it in your chest as you thought of the very first person that triggered that feeling in you. That sense of I think and feel about this person all the time. I'm so anxious and. And happy whenever I wonder what are they feeling about me? That feeling of knowing that they feel the exact same way toward you. That is love. Love. The first time you held your own child in your arms and you realized the momentous change that was happening inside your lives. Love. Love. The deepest expression of love you've ever felt.
Love.
Having your animal companion curled up against you, remembering them the first day you. You got them, or the last day that you were able to. To hold them in your arms. That feeling, overpouring, overriding. It's welling up inside you. It's pouring out of your heart. It's sending shivers through you. And you're saying, body, I send this love right to where you need it. And you can feel that it's gushing toward that area. It's running toward it like a beautiful strong ribbon of lida, a river of energy. It's just filling, filling, filling up that area of your body that's been saying, we need something. We're working on this. The love is pouring in like a dam that's been broken. It's busted through. The love is gushing in. It's pouring all through there. This area of your body is being healed and it's being given exactly what it needs. You are topping it up it is no longer empty. It is full, full, full. You have juiced it up with what it needs and now you feel that energy settle having risen to the top, filling you completely. And you know that you've done the good thing and the right thing. And with that you say, I'm done and we'll do this again. And you open your eyes returning from Flow. And that, my friends, is a very potent technique. Use it whenever you need. Well, I have to wrap because I ran long, so my love goes to all of you. Please say hi to me on Facebook and I'll talk to you all again in the next episode of Flow Dreaming.
