Now off we go to the show and welcome to Flow Dreaming. Hello, everybody. How are you feeling this month? How's your heart? How's your energy? How are your emotions? How's your mind? Wouldn't that be cool if that's how everybody asked us? Hi, how you doing? Hi, how are you? How's your heart? How's your mind? How's your emotions? But really, we do have to ask after all of those things, not just the basics, you know, how's your health? How's your relay relationship? Today our theme is lack thinking in love. And maybe because I happen to be broadcasting this particular episode in February, but I'm finding that I've been spending the majority of the week talking with people about their relationships, their intimacy with themself, with their friends, with their partner, their family. And so I thought it was worth exploring in our subject today, how are your relationships, especially the one with yourself? So that is our theme this hour, and it's a good one. Before we drop into that, a few little notes about what's happening. Mi school is enrolling currently and it's probably going to be, well, I wouldn't even say probably it's going to be our best year ever. MI school, for those of you who aren't familiar, there is a program that I run, I teach within it and it's year long and it's where I take a group of amazing people from all over the world on a year long journey. It's a journey into your flow, a journey into yourself. We do repair work once we get in there. We do healing work, we do release. We also manifest and we build and we create new things and we create new feelings about ourself. We create new ideas, new, generate new all kinds of things in our lives, from income to moves to new partners, whatever you're looking for. So it's an extremely powerful program. It rests on these ideas of flow, dreaming and manifesting and empathic intuition. But it's so much more than that, that. So if you're interested, I bring this up because we only enroll about once a year. That is when we launch each new class of flow dreamers. So if you don't get in now, you have to wait, unfortunately. And that's my cat, you hear again. She's jumping all over. As soon as I start talking into the microphone, she just has to jump up and start knocking against it. I'll have to toss her out of the room at break. Okay, so. So that being said, go to the website flow dreaming.com. the other thing you'll find there is a whole selection of flow dreams and playlists and Flow dreams are these magical little audios that we, meaning thousands of us, have been using over the last decade to construct our lives, to reconstruct our lives. And they're all targeted to different areas, different aspects of ourself. Our inner world, our outer world. And they're pretty amazing. So go check all that out. All right? Lack thinking in love. Right? So intimacy has been the theme. Intimacy doesn't refer to just, you know, kissy kissy, smoochy, smoochy, intimacy. In my world, my language refers to the ability to really open your heart and reveal yourself to someone and likewise your ability to receive that from someone else. Them opening their, their heart, their needs, their desires. Creating a connection, creating a compassionate, open, warm, accepting connection. That's intimacy. It's what we thrive on. You know, our bodies need food, our lungs need air, our hearts, our spirits, our souls need intimacy. You can't survive without it. You know, we read those stories all the time of, you know, shut ins, the elderly, the ill, you know, who, who end up passing so much quicker when they don't have connection with other people. Why is that? We see that happen with animals who are abandoned from their flocks, from their herds. And we say, what is it? You know, they were healthy and yet they. They passed on. Intimacy is a currency. It's an emotional currency. It's an energetic currency. And it's so tempting sometimes to skip over this as a non essential in our life. I'm thinking just this morning I was doing some sessions where we were discussing these very themes that we can get very caught up in. How much money are we making? How is my career going? How's my health? How's this? How's that? And we can shove the whole intimacy thing over to the side. We'll just put that over there for a little bit. Didn't really work out. So I'm just gonna slide that whole thing over there and go about the outward world as if that's all there is. You know what happens eventually you become lonely, you become depressed. All of the color drains out of life. You say, I'm lacking passion, I'm lacking purpose. In other words, a lack of intimacy can manifest in ways that you would never expect. I'm looking for where I'm supposed to go, what I'm supposed to do. All of these are manifestations of connection. You guys get it. Connection, connection with your future, connection with your heart. Connection with what fires you up, what you're passionate about. Connection with others who play a role in all of those things. So as we look at intimacy, I want you to start by asking yourself this one basic question. Do you love yourself? If the answer is yes, ask the next question. Am I lovable? Now, these are very different questions, but they are partners. Do you love yourself and are you lovable? And a lot of us will raise our hands, yes, Yes, I love myself. I've done so much work on that. But do you expect other people will love you? Do you think they'd be crazy not to love you? That's my cat again. When we think about how lovable we are, who should fall in love with us? How many friends should we have? Should our children like us? We start to get into these deeper parts of ourself, right? We realize, well, I am lovable, except for the part of me that's broken. Well, yeah, what's broken? What part of you do you think is broken? And then you say, well, yeah, actually I do have some parts I think are broken. I'm. I'm overweight. I don't like that about myself. I don't think other people will like it? I don't think a man would like it. I don't think a partner, a lover, a woman would like it. I don't have enough time. That part of my life is broken. I don't have time for a relationship. I'm too busy. That part is broken. I don't have enough money. Right. That's one that men often have. I don't have enough money for a relationship to be lovable, to be wanted like other, other men. So we start to create this. This feeling of no one wants me. Or if they want me, they want me even though I'm broken. Which means they're probably not someone I want because I don't want someone who's broken like me. See where the head tripping starts to come in? All of this is lack thinking. It's all lack thinking. There's something wrong with you, something not quite right, something that needs to be improved. Something you're not good enough in or at or just who you are yet. And if someone else that you would like, would like you back, you have this secret feeling, well, they don't know about that. I don't think I want to share that. I better make sure they don't see that. If they do see that, I don't know, they might not love me as much. So that's one thing to think about. Sometimes we reverse it though, and we say, oh, I don't see anybody I like. I don't want anybody. I don't see anybody. I just haven't met them. They're not out there. I don't. I don't. I don't know. You know. And these are friends. I don't see any friends. Nobody gets me. Nobody likes me. They've never liked me. They've never got me. Or they did, but that was back in college. That's not today. So all of these, I guess you can tell, are lack, right? Lack thoughts. Lack thoughts around you. Your lovability, who wants you. And sometimes we say it's the other person's fault they're not good enough. And sometimes it's something in us, we're not good enough. But it always comes down to that. Them or you who's not good enough. Which way are you projecting that feeling of lack? So here's something else that sometimes we fall into energetically, emotionally. We think, well, if I only act a certain way or be a certain way or appear a certain way or do certain things, I'll have more friends, I'll have more love in my life. And I. I Look at this as a question of being diluted or undiluted. Right. Do you give the world your undiluted self? Would you be afraid to do that? Or do you dilute yourself so you can be more tolerable to others? And I'm not talking about the ways that we sometimes, you know, moderately kind of moderate ourselves because we know one of our friends is more shy, so we try not to be so loud and boisterous around her. We try to kind of come down to her level a little bit more. Right. That's a small thing. I'm talking bigger ways. Right? Bigger ways that we dilute ourselves. Well, I can't tell him how much money I earn. It might make him feel bad. Well, you know, my friend is always jealous of me, so I have to kind of play small in her. In her sphere. What are you doing right at that point? You're starting to try and manage other people. You're saying there's something that is broken about either myself or her or him, and I have to manage it. I have to manage this other person, manage how they think about me, how they feel about me. You know, that's exhausting. You have to manage people like that all the time. Manage how they. How you show up, how. How you want them to perceive you. Right. It means that not only are you worrying about your own self, your own life, but how they're seeing you. You're trying to make sure that they're doing it the way you want them to. Exhausting. Exhausting. You don't need to do that. Why do we do that? It's a trust thing. It's trust. If you really trusted that they would love you, that they would care about you anyway. You wouldn't worry about managing them. You wouldn't worry about how you were showing up to them or what they would think about it or think about you. That you're needy, that you're unreliable, that you're. Or always, you know, crying on their shoulder that all of those things. Wouldn't worry about those. All right. Flow and relationships, really. Intimacy is about trust. It's about trust and authenticity and being who you are, the full, unmoderated, undiluted you. It's about giving other people the open honor of making their own decisions about us. Right. You're. You're actually giving somebody an honor in saying that, here I am. This is who I am. I'm honoring you by not trying to come across or portray or shut down or open up any little parts of myself to try and, you know, Manage how you think, because I honor you so much. Think about relationships in your life that are based on that feeling right now. They're very mutual, they're very equal, they're very balanced. And they usually go deep. They usually go really deep. Now, how do you get that self worth? See how all of these big things are tying together in just this one little conversation we're having right now about intimacy, what it means to be intimate, what it means to feel and give and exchange love and time with each other. You play in the areas of trust and worth, vulnerability, authenticity. This is why for so many of us, it's easier to just shut it down and shut it off. Because we can get so distracted by the kind of car we drive and the football games that are on and the work, you know, that's piled up on the desk and the emails to answer. We can let all of that distract us every day, for years, for years, until one day something happens. We find ourselves in the hospital, maybe, or we find ourselves, you know, out of work. That. That moment that happens when everything changes and all the distractions get shaken up and you realize who's there. Who am I deep with in my life? Who am I deep with in my life? And that's when you cry. You're like, I'm not deep with anyone in my life. What happened? Where did it go? So guess the happy news on that is, you can change all of this. You can change it. You can change it right now, today, in this instant, starting immediately. You don't have to wait for anything else to happen. It happens inside of you. It happens in a decision inside of you. You do that in an instant. Your flow is responsive, source is responsive. The universe, God is responsive. And the response is, you're not the only one who's ready to go deep. I could name a thousand people in the suburbs surrounding you right now who feel the same way. Let's get this started. And then the build begins. I'm showing up for my friends. I'm inviting people out. I'm going to get vulnerable. I'm going to let myself crack open like an egg. I'm going to reconnect with my husband. I'm going to call that woman that I started to see and then stop myself from continuing to date. I'm going to. Whatever it is in your head, you know where it is. It's not hiding from you. You know exactly where it. What the next step is for you to go deep. Start creating that feeling in your life. Who do you want in it? What are the feelings that you want to have. How are you going to nourish yourself that way? How are you going to nourish your heart that way? You're going to nourish your heart. You're going to create that connection. And then the outward gifts from that, the outward expansion from that is the overflow, the joy in your life, the trips that you take, that sense of purpose and passion that you're able to now suddenly feel again. Can you see how passion is like a dial? You start turning it off, turning it down, clicking away from those relationships. Well, that's all relationships. That's not just other people. That's your relationship with you, too. You're in that dial. So if you're standing with this lack of passion, the lack of purpose, the lack of trust, the lack of people you can be deep with, Dial it up. Make that be your vision this month, this year, I'm going to do that. I'm not living another year without that. In fact, it's going to be a game inside myself. How many good, close, deep friendships, partnerships, family relationships? How many can I develop? How many can I nourish? What's the number it takes for me to start to feel like, this is perfect? This is perfect? What old outdated thoughts inside my head can I shed that nobody wanted me, that I wasn't. That I was the odd man out? Nobody understood me, nobody talked to me after my divorce? Nobody. How much of that can you get rid of? How much of that was just shoved in there like, you know, shoving stuff up against a door to try and keep it closed? It's all. That's all that stuff is stuff you put in you for a reason, a justification at some point, and it's no longer true, may not have ever been true. You don't need to use that anymore. Just let it go. Okay, we're gonna go on a quick break. When we get back, I want to talk with you a little bit more about this idea of going deep, getting connected, getting passionate, growing your intimacy and your friendships. We'll also take some calls. And never fear, we'll be doing a flow dream together at the end of this episode to help you really feel that love. Love for yourself, love for others, and actually to ask, hey, come into my life. Come love me, too. All right, so stay with me. We'll be back right after this. Hey, it's summer again, and yes, we're on break, but I wanted to share some important stuff with you about the hugely amazing and gorgeous Me School of Flo right now. It's either enrolling or it's accepting names onto the wait list. This means that I'm accepting students that I work with personally over the year ahead. And I teach you to do what I do. How to think, how I think, how to work with flow, manifest, create and use the universe the way it's meant to be used. You're going to create amazing things using flow. You'll also open and expand your empathic intuition. After doing this for a number of years, I can tell you MI schoolers make strides and hit goals way beyond what they think they're going to be able to do. Going in over and over. You don't have to be a superstar going in, because that's what we're going to turn you into once you get there. If you're ready to go big, if you know you need to deepen your spiritual practice and your personal growth, then this is where you need to be. Your life, after all, only grows as big as you do. So MI School is online. That means you'll connect with me from all over the place, the world. What to do next? Click or swipe over to flowgrooming.com. you'll see an area that talks about me school. During enrollment, you can set up a free 20 minute call with me. And during weightless times, I invite you to send me a note telling me about your interest. Okay, I look forward to hearing from you. And even more to getting to know you as one of my personal students in MI school. Now let's get back to the episode. Welcome back to Flow Dreaming. Hope you're enjoying today's topic. The lack thinking in love, right? Which is really about the lack thinking inside of ourselves. About who we are, how we feel about ourselves, what we deserve, right? What we ultimately deserve. Do we deserve to be connected? Do we deserve to be nourished by other people? Do we deserve to have good, deep friendships, relationships? Do we believe that there are other people willing to do that with us? And if we don't, why? What is so intrinsically broken in us that no one would want us, would pass us up like a broken china cup in a shop? And if that's the case, do you think that everyone else is perfectly made? That they too don't have their cracks and their breaks? That's what we all are, right? We're perfect and we're imperfect, all in one beautiful kind of contradictory bundle. And that's the excitement about getting to know other people. You get to see that about them, know that about them. Where are you Perfect and beautiful. Where are you imperfect and afraid? That's intimacy. That's sharing. That's real connectedness. And you know, that's what drives everything in this world. Everything. You used to think business was just business, right? Just phone calls and paper pushing and emails. No, business is all relationships. Do you like this person? Are you going to keep working with them? Do you want them in your life? Do you want them servicing your company? Do you want them teaching your kids? Do you want them? Etc. Etc. Etc. Everything is relationships. That's why today's show is. Let's just say it's surprisingly relevant because it's often one of the things we consider the least relevant in our lives. Right. We feel ashamed if we're having trouble in our relationships, we feel like we don't want to share about it. Like it's some personal defect. Like it's the last thing that we should be talking about, really. It's everything. All the rest of the world is just in support of our relationships. Look at it that way. Flip it on its head. We eat, breathe, go to work. Why? So we can have relationships with our family and our children and our friends. Okay, on that note, let's go to some calls. All right. Tim calling from West Virginia. Hey, Tim, can I help you?
Hello, Summer.
Yeah, hi.
Okay. Thank you for taking my call.
Sure. What's going on?
So I guess I have a sort of two part question that actually relates really well to what you've just been talking about, ironically enough. First of all, I've noticed that in front of people, I often shut down and I can't be my true self, especially in front of my parents. And then the other part is this weekend I was reflecting on my relationship with money and I realized that if I was doing a job I didn't like, I was sort of like demand money. Like the way I feel like money was coming to me was as recompense for something I wasn't enjoying. But when I do something I enjoy, I feel like, oh, I'll go out of my way to even donate and volunteer my time to do that. You don't need to pay me. Yeah, I feel like these two things are related and it's sort of perplexing. It's like feels like something is pressing down on me. So I was wondering if you could go into my flow and help me perceive this a little better.
Great question. Set of questions, actually. So we'll start with the latter. When you're doing something you don't like, you feel that you should be paid More for it. When you're doing something you love, you feel like, God, I'm already getting payment for it. That's really what you're saying? I'm already getting enough payment. The payment is the joy. So this plays into that must mean that you think that work is often something you don't enjoy, right? Yeah, that creates it directly sets that scenario up. If I get paid for it, I must not be enjoying it. Okay. So you can see how this creates a set of very limiting conditions in your flow and a kind of a contradictory space where if you're doing something you love, you don't know how you're making. You don't know how would I make money at that. But if I hate it, all right, now that's work. I guess I better do that. Okay. So, you know, you need to pull that apart in your mind and just kind of shift things around. If I'm loving something, yes, I'm getting the compensation for it in terms of the fact that I enjoy it and it's feeding me. But it can also feed me in terms of finances as well. If I'm doing work that I hate, it's actually sucking from me, it's taking from me. And there's no amount that someone could pay that would cover what's being sucked away from me, my time, my joy. Right. So it's kind of like reallocating. Nobody could pay you enough for that, you know, and maybe it seems like you can for a few years, but you know, look at people who work for 20, 30 years at jobs they hate and their shells, they're sucked dry. Was the money worth it? No. Never? Never. Okay. So that's like a mind shift, a mental shift, emotional shift that has to happen now. When you're looking at, you know, your parents and perhaps being yourself, you are projecting this feeling again of they expect a certain thing from me, they expect me to be a certain way. I want to please them, I want to uphold that. I don't want to be a disappointment. And this is just basic psychological, you know, kind of logical stuff, right?
Yeah, yeah.
But it's the emotional piece that makes it stick, that makes it just be like. You try and shake it off and you can't just sticks. Sticks to your foot.
Exactly.
Yeah. Yeah. So here you are trying to, in essence, just like what I mentioned before, manage your parents perception of who you are. Exhausting and tiring and irrelevant. Because what you're saying is, I don't trust you to really love me. I don't trust it. If I really trusted it. I wouldn't play this game anymore. I would just be who I am. I'd be comfortable. And at first it would feel awkward because it's new and different and I'm scared. But ultimately, I trust you. Can you think on those two ideas?
Yeah, I'll definitely listen to this podcast again. Think over all that.
Yeah. You know, the other thing that you can do in your flow is start to emotionally work through this. Right now that you have these two little pieces of knowledge. When you go into your flow, when you go into that space, you can start to create that feeling of trust with your parents. I know what I think about you. I know that I believe that you're gonna, you know, act a certain way. And maybe I'm doing things to kind of preserve a semi relationship. And if I'm doing that for you because you really are gonna be unaccepting of me, then I'm sacrificing for you, just like you've sacrificed for me. And I realize I'm in that compromise with you. And I'm doing it because I love you and I'm willing. Right. You might discover that that's the feeling that comes up. Or you might discover an opposite feeling, which is I have been not giving you enough. What's the word? Credit, all these years. Maybe you really will love me no matter what. Maybe I'm willing to try and see that. And then you would flow that feeling. Flow for the feeling of acceptance and trust, intimacy and joy between you. Okay, so now you're energetically setting that condition, that probability up as an expression, as something that will happen between you guys in the future.
Okay, yeah, I'll do that. Thank you.
Take care. Great call. Thanks. Bye. Now, I hope that. I know the beginning of the program was a little somber, and that's intentional. I really want to wake you up, you know, I want you to get in there and really feel. Because our tendency so often is to just avoid, shove, gloss over, you know, I'll save it for another day, I'm not going to date for another year, et cetera, et cetera. And that's why I wanted to just get in and get you to feel that. Right? Wake up that passion, wake up that emotion, wake up that desire for intimacy. And I'm not kidding when I say you wake it up now, if you felt that you have just woken it, you know, there's no fear. From that point, from that point onward, it's a feeling of increasing. I'm loved. I'm in this world to Be loved. I'm learning how to love. Flo, teach me how to love. Teach me how to be loved. Have the right people come into my life. Have the right relationships show up for me. That will teach me how to be loved. That will teach me how to love someone else. Have them come in. And I don't need them to be painful, and I don't need them to be difficult. I've done that before. I've already learned that lesson. I don't need to learn those again. I'm learning the lesson of how to be loved, how to be intimate. That's what I'm learning. Flow. I can feel you helping me with that now. All right, now. Now you're flow dreaming. Now you've really started yourself on a whole new track. And do you hear me when I say you don't have to wait for it? It's not like it has to show up, and there's got to be a sign from the universe, you know, plopping down. No, you're. You're the one who instigates the shift. You're the one who finds the teacher. You're the one who finds the teaching. And the moment you say, I'm finding it, and now I found it, and I'm placing this into flow. This has now become my. My focus, my feeling, my intention, my desire. Then you have chosen it, right? You have this. There's. Do you know what power there is in choice? You have chosen this. Now it doesn't belong to anybody else. It's yours. And now you're on that road to healing. Okay, let's see. Who else do we have here? Elka San Jose. Hey.
Hi, Summer. Thank you so much for taking my call.
Sure. What's up?
And thank you for speaking about this topic. I think many parts of my life are currently stuck, and I think a lot of this. And I've done manifestation before, and I've done a lot of, like, self, you know, analysis, and it's almost like analysis paralysis to some extent at this point. But, yeah, so I'm actually just. I mean, there's a lot of stuck energy around intimacy and passion and just really my relationship with myself. And it's kind of affecting. You know, I'm. I'm trying to have a baby. I've got all this weight and baggage that I'm carrying around, and I've kind of almost used that as a barrier. And then I think that is affecting my confidence. So I can't even really take any gutsy chances in my career. So I'M wondering if you can dip into my flow and kind of release that stuck energy.
I'm.
Yeah, that's where I am.
All right, so the stuck energy, emotionally, you know, does this come because you, you know how he's referring to someone as being quote, unquote broken? Right. This is that relationship that wasn't resolved. This is that thing that somebody else said about you that you still are wondering if it could possibly be true. That person who. Yeah, exactly, didn't accept you, rejected you, that you still are wondering. Yep. Mm. Right. Okay. So going into your flow, it's really a feeling of, you know, you starting to. I feel. I see you embracing. Right. I see you embracing, embracing those, all of those questions. Am I broken? Am I wrong? Am I not good enough? Am I less desirable than someone else? Or was this true just at one time, at one point with one person? Is this true about all of me or just in that circumstance? Because that circumstance gave me a feeling. The end result of all of it was this feeling that I'm still carrying today about myself. But is that true for all of me, all of my life? Or did I just want to have that one time experience of it, or two time, or three time, however many times I did it? So now you're looking at that end feeling that you got. It's sort of like walking away from dinner out with a doggy bag you took home. Right. Is that doggy bag now representing all the rest of the meals in the world or is that just the leftovers that you receive from that particular experience and you realize those are the leftovers particularly around that experience? Now, my next set of experiences, this person I may be in love with now or will be in love with in my future, we're going to have a different result. I'll be taking a dessert home. I'll be doing something different. I feel different about myself. I'm not defined by that. It's a piece of me, a piece I wanted to feel experience grow from. But I've done that and I'm ready for my next. And it doesn't have to be the same. I'm not the same. My flow is not the same. And whatever it is in me that I still feel that I need to work out, that I want to continue to probe and develop and, and maybe quote, unquote, fix, I'll have enough experiences to do that. And I feel that whoever comes into my life or is in my life, even in my work or career, it's all going to support me in that it's not going to hurt me because of that. It's going to support me in that. That's my critical difference. It's going to support me in that, not hurt me because of that. I have no lack thinking there. Okay, so that's the feeling in flow that it took a little bit to get to, but we found it.
Yeah. Yeah.
That was wonderful. Thank you.
Okay. Thank you, Summer. You're so welcome. Go flow. Dream on that. Meditate on it, ruminate on it. See what comes up. That it's going to support you, not hurt you. Okay.
Okay. Thank you so much.
You're welcome, Elka. Thank you so much. Take care. Bye. Bye.
Bye.
Bye. All right, and we have time for one more caller. Susan. Hey, Susan, how are you?
Hi, Summer. How are you?
Great. I have a little note. You're in me school. Yay. Yes.
I just signed up for MI school.
Oh, wonderful. I love it.
Yeah, I've got a little bit of a frog in my throat, so forgive the breaks in my voice here. So I spoke to you a couple of months ago, and you had given me some advice regarding emotions. I was having trouble getting to the emotional place and did the work that you had given me and made a very. I think self worth has been a very big obstacle for me, and signing up for muschool has been. I think I haven't done something for myself like this in forever, never and ever. And finances are one of my hurdles, shall we say. I also got your overnight riches flow dream, and that been helping keeping me calm and kind of focusing on what I need to do. But I feel like there's still this worth issue at the center of this debt is still impeding me. And I was wondering if you could go into my flow and kind of help identify what I need to do in this meantime to help me get over the worth or lack of worth that I'm feeling about myself right now so I can utilize the flow, dreams, etc. To kind of get the money together to do the things that I need to do in MI school. Because I really feel that MI school is going to be that catalyst in my life, you know, to kind of push me where I need to go, if that makes sense.
Yeah, it does. You're right there where a lot of people in me school are and having a very similar feeling of, am I allowed to do this? I mean, am I allowed to do this? Is this acceptable? Is it selfish? Is it crazy? And then you realize no one else is going to do this for you. Right. There's Nobody else in your life who could give you something like this, you have to do it for yourself. And all those feelings of nervousness or not being worthy enough, you know, to receive a year like this, it's smack dab in the middle of where God, so many of us are. You know, we'll willingly spend money on all kinds of other things that other people say are okay. Get, you know, buy a car, take a trip, or, you know, everybody says that's okay, so it's allowed, right? But somehow this sense that we're gonna go in and make ourselves be better and grow and increase our fortunes, increase our intimacy, increase our love, people look at us like, wow, why would you. Who What? You can't do that. As if we're not allowed to change and not allowed to grow. And this plays right into that self worth thing that you, you know, you were just talking about. You are allowed to change. You are allowed to grow. You are allowed to grow how worthy you are to grow your understanding of that worth. And if other people don't get it, if they don't see it, it's because they haven't attempted it yet. You're just one step ahead. And being one step ahead makes you feel a bit lonely sometimes, a little misunderstood sometimes. But you're going to find all kinds of people around you now who are doing the same thing, right? So this feeling is rapidly going to start letting go. You're going to say, wow, I have all of these people doing this with me and we're all allowed to do it. And I'm seeing the changes everybody's making in their lives, changes that I'm allowed to make now, too. I'm allowed to ask for more income, I'm allowed to earn more. I'm allowed to let this old lousy job that I hate go get one that I love. I'm allowing myself to take these risks. And you see how all of this allowing now is really subtly creating a build for you. It's going to build the worth. So, you know, the self worth is not something that you can fix in like a five minute, you know, phone call. It has to be built. And it's built through action. It's built through daily, weekly, monthly action, you know, taking these considerations, consecutive steps in a place of trust inside yourself. I'm allowed to have this. I can have this. This is being a yes for me now. I can, I can receive this right in every little step, every little piece builds, builds, builds. And I'm explaining this to you because I feel like this Is your process. Right? And you're, you're, you're just stepping into it. So if anything, I hope I'm just kind of giving you some clarity on what's going to happen for, for you, because I can't solve it for you in 30 seconds right now.
No, absolutely not. No, it makes sense.
I want you to come into class with this understanding of what you're going to do. Right. And commit to this understanding, commit to this direction, you know, and when we're all talking in our Facebook group together, you know, you'll post, this is what I've committed to do. You know, I have to take action. I have to build my own inner trust because this is going to build my worth, and then I can ask for more. Okay.
All right. Thank you so much.
You're so welcome. Take care. Bye.
Bye.

Are you guys ready? All right, so Flow dreaming is itself is an emotional energetic process where we speak to the universe. We create through the language of our emotion. We speak through the language of our feelings. We go into this place that I call flow, right? Which is a natural state. We're already existing in it. If you think of your consciousness as being partly in your mind and partly outside of your mind, what you're going to recognize is the flow state is where we naturally drift to whenever we daydream, whenever we're sort of half here and half someplace else. The flow state is the connection between your physical state and the non physical state. And it's easy to get into, right? You can recognize it. You know, scientists have long spoken about it, psychologists as that place where, you know, the scientific inventions, the breakthroughs happen as the lapses in time where you're so engulfed in something, you actually lose track of your, of your, of your time space identity for, for a bit. We just happen to use this space because we know that when we're active in it, when we're programming in it, it becomes a very fundamental place, you know, a foundational place in our lives. So if we're speaking in this space using emotion, using feeling, what we are doing is we're actually creating something, right? When you have a thought, think of it like a real creation. When you have an emotion, it's a real thing. Like you could hold it in your hand, you've made it, it existed, you marked time, right? You imprinted a moment of time with a particular emotional state. It doesn't disappear after that. It goes, it gets recorded, it goes into the big library of everything that you are. So what happens if you start to flow, dream more and more and you start to feel these particular emotional states more and more, it builds up inside of you, it becomes you. First it's 10% you, then it's 20%, then it's 50%, then it's 80% you. Now what if these emotional states you're creating are around specific things in your life that you're working on, like your finances or your deep internal self, your healing, your relationships. Well, all you're doing now is you're taking these emotions and you're sort of draping them over these different groupings of energy in your life. By groupings of energy, I mean the people in places that form your career, the. The particular people who you are in relationships with or people you're not yet in relationships with. Get what I'm saying here? Kind of describing flow dreaming in a slightly different way than I typically do. Anyway, long story short, you want to close your eyes with me. You want to just daydream and let go. You want to feel emotion. And then you want to feel this sense that your life is moving right now in the right direction, at the right speed, exactly where it needs to go. Your eyes closed and we're getting in flow. And it doesn't matter if you feel like, no, there are things that aren't quite right. No, for the moment, you are right, you are in alignment. Doesn't matter what's really going on outside there. And the rest of your life, right here, right now, you're in perfect and glorious alignment. This is you on your best day of your entire life. Best day of the year. A moment when everything was perfect. You were happy, perhaps in love, doing something you enjoy, enough money in the bank, friends, family surrounding you. When you felt incredibly connected, incredibly wanted, incredibly part of something, part of other people's lives. Necessary. When you felt valuable, really, really valuable. And maybe you're feeling like, I don't know if I've ever felt that all together at once, it's okay. Feel it right now. Feel it first, here, now, as a signal to the universe that this is what you want to have happen. Show it. Construct it for your flow. Show it. Show it to your future right now. It's going to be okay for me. I can feel needed. I can feel wanted, I can feel loved. I will feel adored. I will feel valuable, I will feel necessary, I will feel important. I will feel as if I'm really giving of something gorgeous and beautiful inside myself to people around me. But I feel are worthy of that. Worthy of who I am and what I offer, and vice versa. They are worthy too. I value them, I love them, I adore them. We're open and we're intimate and we're connected and we are there for one another. And you might be a family member, you might be my partner, you might be a friend or several friends, doesn't matter. You're there for me. There is no scarcity in intimacy in my life. There is no lack. There's just more. More. Always more. Lots more. More, more, more, more, more. There's more everywhere. In fact, sometimes I wonder if I have enough time for all of this love and intimacy and connection in my life. I'm at that point. There's so much of it. Boy, I need to work a little less and spend a little more time just playing. And all this love, that's what I feel. And why can't this be true? Why not really? Who says it can't? I bet there are plenty of people who'd like to play this with me. Playing this game with me, playing this feeling with me. If I went out and offered it to 10 people I know, I bet they'd all say, I want that. I want that. Everyone is a yes. This means that I have my group and someone else has their group. We all have our groups. Everyone's a yes on this. And so this is how it is. This is. This is it. This month, this week, I. I feel more and more of this. Just a sign, a signal from flow saying, yeah, you can have this. Of course you can have as much as you want. I say thank you and I bring it right back into my heart, into my energy, into my body. As now I open my eyes, having returned from flow. And there you have it. An example of a flow dream, kind of an on the fly one. I love to do these because I never know exactly what's going to happen, whatever comes out, whatever it is you all need. So as a little bit of follow up, I do have some flow dreams on my website I'd love to recommend for you. One is I have a lot of great friends Flow Dream just for creating friendships. There's another one there for bringing in the love of your life. There's another one for reawakening to love and intimacy. So explore these playlists. I think you'll enjoy them.
