Flow Dreaming.
It's a show where we talk about the power of your mind to change your world around you, to literally affect the fabric of your reality. We talk about this feeling of hope and joy and relief. And that is what being aware of your flow does.
It gives you a feeling of power.
Again in your lives.
Oh, my God.
You were so on target. You are so amazing. I can't thank you enough.
Breathe.
It is the feeling that you bring forward. It is your emotional connection that really sets the tone for what is going to be happening to you and for you.
And you know that feeling, when you.
Touch it, it just spreads through you.
Thank you for taking my call. I don't know why I feel like crying. I think I just feel your love. Of course. And I think I'm gonna get some ANSWERS.

Now off we go to the show.
And welcome to Flow Dreaming. Hi, Everybody, I'm Summer McStravik. It's a pleasure to be here with you. Every week we spend this hour, Tuesdays at 12 noon, looking inside of our own minds. We look inside of our consciousnesses as spiritual beings, as beings that transcend the physical into non physical. And we look at something I call Flow Dreaming. Flow Dreaming is many things. It's first and foremost, I guess you could say, a process, a technique. It's a way of communicating, bridging the world of the physical and the non physical. It is a world, excuse me, a way of guiding, so that what you feel about your life becomes what your life then shapes up around you. So in many ways, it parallels the ideas in the Law of Attraction and some of the other teachings out there that describe how what we feel is what our lives become for us. However, Flow Dreaming steps off. That's the. That's the boardwalk or that's the plank or that's the. The pier. How about a pier, right? Because we do get to get into a boat. We don't just drop into the water. We get Into a boat where we explore. And that exploration takes us into what are we actually capable of? How does our life listen to us best? How are we showing up in our life? Right? Are we coming to our lives as the person we want to be? Or are we coming into our life as someone who is playing smaller than we want to be? Are we waiting? Are we in a state of fear or resistance? Are we bracing? Are we coming to life with lack? All through our thinking, all through our hearts, these are the questions that Flow Dreaming goes into and explores really in detail. And over the course of the last decade, it's evolved, in fact into the Mies School of Flow. This is a year long course that I teach. In fact, it's enrolling right now. I'm bringing new students in to begin in March. So you have through March in order to get in, if you're thinking about it. After that it closes for probably another year. What happens over 12 months? Right. Well, obviously you can't just learn how to flow dream over that whole time. Or I suppose you can and get really, really good at it. But we go into so many other things too. And one of those areas that we explore is what I thought I'd make the topic of today's show be right. Stuck no more. Stuck no more. How to translate your inspired ideas into action. Okay, this is a conversation I have with a lot of people, especially potential students, and it kind of goes like this. Actually, there's two ways it goes. One, I have a lot of ideas and I think I might want to do this or I might want to do that, but I don't know. This could be fun too. Well, I can't really decide what to do. And until it all like just happens for me and just like one of them beats out the other ideas, I'm pretty much just gonna stay, you know, right here waiting for this sort of, you know, duking it out of ideas to occur inside my life. And so what the upshot is, yeah, I'm kind of stuck. I'm stuck. Every time I try and do something, it doesn't work out. So, you know, now I still try and do things, but, you know, they don't get very far and they just, they don't work out. That's a kind of stuckness. It's a kind of everything I do never works out stuck. Or I'm waiting for more information. I'm waiting to know for sure that this is the right thing to do. Therefore, I'm stuck. There's a lot of games in other Words that we play in our minds, in our energy systems, in our expectations that keep us in this position. But what it really boils down to is I don't trust. So hold that thought while I tell you about the other kind of stuck. The other kind of stuck is like this. I don't know what I want. I don't. I just don't know. I feel, like, flat and disconnected and I'm depressed and I don't know, I just. I go to work and, you know, I've got my family and, you know, I watch TV and take the dog to the park and that's it. I know that there's something more. I know there's something I could do that I feel that I'm bigger somehow, that I have a destiny. But I just. I don't know what it is. And I feel like I've been stuck in this place for a long time. Right? That's another kind of stuck. That's the stuck that you reach after you have been through quite a bit usually, and something has triggered off that depression or something has brought us to that place where we just no longer have faith at all in what we want. We don't even know if what we want is what we should want or if it's right to want that. So we've stepped back and said, basically, I'm just going to stop wanting. I'm just going to stop wanting. Now, this one also comes right down to trust. You're like, what? Where are you going with this? All right, follow me down the rabbit hole. As I like to say, when. When we make things in our life, right, we are actively engaging in the world we are creating. We are putting things together. We are taking physical things, people and materials and money and time, plunging it all together, like putting stuff in a recipe, mixing it all up and saying, poof, I made a cake. You know, I made a business. I made a love affair. I made a child, I made a book. I made a right. And that's. That's pretty much the process of life. You know, just take a bunch of things, mix them together, and whammo, you've got something. Something happened. Flow Dreaming says the flow Dreaming philosophy. The way we work with the world, that's half of it, 50%. And you can get a lot done on that 50%. In fact, it can appear that you could live a whole life on that 50%. However, there'll be a few little, you know, drawbacks to that life. For instance, you're going to get a lot of weird stuff that you didn't know what to do with. You throw that old tennis shoe into the recipe, go ahead. Or how about that laundry detergent? Throw some of that in the pot. In other words, you're going to get a lot of really random stuff that you didn't want. You don't know why it's here. And some of it really ached and hurt. And some of it just took you off path for a long time. Some of it you never understood because you never looked. You never looked at the plan, you never looked at the template, you never looked at the blueprints for the life that you were making. You just took everything someone handed you and said, what do I do with this? What do I do with this? What do I do with this? You know, it's.
What's that old saying, even a monkey.
Can recite Shakespeare if you give him a million years. Or come up with something along those lines. This is how most people create lives. And they depend heavily on their heads, their minds, their mental selves. If I can just figure it out, right? And they try and be smarter and they think that's what it takes, the smarter you are or the harder that you work, right? We come up with all of these physical mental mechanisms to get ahead. Very understandable, right? Because we are biological beings that for us, for most of us is the primary driver, the physical self. Yet what's the other 50%? What's love? What's dreaming? What's imagination? What's creativity? What's emotional connection? What's connection with God, with spirit? Right? What's the non physical? Other realms, other dimensions? What's that? What's all that stuff you can't see? What's all that stuff that organizes our universe? What's time? What's memory? What's emotion? Yes, they have physical triggers, but why do we have time? Why do we have emotion? How about all the whys in the world? Why? Why? Why? Think of all of that as falling into the non physical. The other half, the half that humanity has historically been pretty awful with, dealing with. We've cooked up some pretty crazy answers to all those whys. Through the thousands of years, through the millennia, through all of our cultures, we've also cooked up some pretty amazing answers to those whys. Some constants, some things that are present through every religion, every person connected, staring at the sky. That feeling of awe and connection, that feeling of oneness, of expansion, that feeling that. And part of something bigger. What is that? Do I have any say in that? Am I a piece of that? Am I a part of that. Today, we call that being part of source energy, being made from God's energy, being made from the universe itself. As a conscious participant, helping to direct the very flow of all of that physical around us. That's where flow dreaming steps in. And this is where, when you start to answer that question, how do I translate my inspired ideas into action? You start to see your color palette has just doubled. Right? It's doubled now. So when we start this process, and this is something that all of my MI school students start, I ask, think about some things that you want to happen outside of you, and think of some things that you want to happen inside of you. What? What does that mean? Well, what you are inside is exactly equal to what you're able to grow outside. Something I've been telling a lot of potential students. I've been doing a series of calls with them. I do this every year where I talk to everybody. One saying, hey, what do you want? What are you looking for? Would this be right for you? And I often use this metaphor that me, school, and flow dreaming, for that matter, is like creating the interior of a strong building. All right? If you want to build a house that's one story tall, you can build it out of mud. You can build it out of bricks, you can build it out of sticks. It's like the Three Little Pigs. It's not very tall, and it's probably not very strong. It can only go so high. You can only grow it so big. At a certain point, you've got a shift. And what is that shift? Ah, that's what we call shifting up, going bigger, growing. In this case, our shift is we've got to get better materials. I want to build a skyscraper. That's how I want to engage in life. I want to build something big and fulfilling and strong. I want to build something that can actually bend with the wind, like the tallest towers instead of being flattened by the wind, like that mud building. So I have to build steel inside. I have to use concrete. I've got to get strong inside so that the outside of the building can withstand, so it can grow. I can't build something 10 stories high if what I'm building from isn't strong enough. In flow dreaming, we build the inside of ourselves. We are the inside building, and our life is what experiences us. Right? We hold a lot more in our life because we are so strong inside. How do you get that way? Well, this is where I use flow today. This is why whenever I'm thinking of, I'm Stuck. What do I do? It directly relates to this concept. Right here is why. If you are feeling like I have an inspired idea, but I just can't do anything with it, I'm waiting. Okay, what's going to happen is you're going to have a long list that comes up for you. All these reasons. This is why I can't. This is why I can't. This is why I have to wait. I don't have the money for it yet. I don't have the time yet. I don't know the right people yet. It's been done before. There's more books out there. There's more better qualified people. For me, the right person hasn't hired me into the right, you know, job yet. On and on and on and on and on we go. Really? Okay, so why haven't you done this yet? Well, I just told you. I told you all the reasons. Like, okay, great. You made all of those reasons true. You're acting like the world is doing things to you all the time, that you're not doing things to the world. You have just given over all of your control to all of those things, to the world that's doing those things to you, that's keeping you in this place Said. So you're showing up right now in the world, really powerless. Is that how you want to show up? No. Oh, my God. No, I don't. Well, how are you going to reverse that? How are you going to change that? I don't know. I guess I'll just wait for something better to happen so I can feel more powerful. No, no, no. That's still a powerless position to be in. Well, I can't just make a decision and do something. What if I'm wrong? Ah, good. Now we're talking. Now we're getting to where you need to go. Great. Do something. Just do something. Take that chance. Get into it. Start it. Try it. Well, what if I'm wrong, Summer? Do it. Here's what's going on. I call this lack thinking. Some of you listen to my Complete lack cycle. I did a series of podcasts on this about a year ago. Your lack thinking is where you say, I can't do something until X, Y, Z. I have this great idea, but I need or I have to wait for, or it's not quite ready yet, or I don't have the money for or. All of this is you acknowledging the lack of something. Here's the deal. There's always a lack of something, right? But there's always the opposite of A lack of something. There's always plenty of something else. Where are you fixing your attention? Right? Where are you fixing your attention? Are you really saying you're only lacking things in your life? Because if that's the case, that's what you're telling your flow every damn day. I don't have what I need. I don't have what I need. Turn and look the other direction. Over there. There's a whole bunch of stuff you have. Whole bunch of stuff. Flo's already given it to you. You've already taken it. Look over there. There's more stuff that you could take that you could have. But wait a minute. What do you mean I can't have that? Why can't you have that? And again, we go down the rabbit hole. This is something that in mi school we spend several months on examining person by person. What's going on in your life? What do you. What, what is it? Where is your attention? Where is your inspired action? Getting stopped, getting hung up. And there's always something, well, I need a plan or I need this or I need that. Great start. I can't just start. Why not? You see how you can start self looping, loopity, loopity, loopity loop. Again. This is something that occurs for you when you're not in a state of trust. Okay, so let's shift gears for a second and I'm going to talk to you about trust. How do you get out of the lack cycle? Well, you already kind of heard me. Hint. I said just do something. Just do something. Well, what does that mean? What if I do the wrong thing? What if it's not with the right people? So here's how it works. You have to think of yourself as a flow of energy, right? Get. Get right into the core of the way we look at the world. Your flow of energy, your flow of consciousness. Every day you're growing a bit bigger because you're adding information to yourself. Constantly. Adding, adding. You're growing. You can't even stop it if you wanted to. Even if you died, you'd still be growing because you'd just be another form of consciousness still adding information to yourself. Just like the. The universe itself is actually expanding and speeding up. What you're doing the same thing. You're expanding, you're speeding up. You're part of this universe, right? This is the. The nature of the existence we have been placed into. So here you are expanding and you're speeding up and you're moving forward into your future. And every moment that goes by, you're getting feedback. Something is giving you feedback. Like, right now, I can feel the desk under my arms. So I'm getting the feedback of something solid around me. I'm hearing my own voice in my headphones. I'm getting feedback. I can hear the. This is really occurring. I'm creating this podcast, this radio program, but I'm also getting feedback in multiple other ways. Am I on track in my life? Is anyone listening? Are my students growing and gaining? Are they telling me what I need to teach them next? Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. But in order to get this feedback, I have to be doing something. Have to be doing something. If I'm sitting and waiting, I'm not really doing much. I'm going into a holding pattern. I'm going into a stuck pattern. But if I'm taking chances, if I'm taking action, if I'm saying, this might work and this might work and this might work, then Flo is able to say, yes, that works. No, that doesn't. Yes, that works. No, that doesn't. No. Yes, yes, yes, no, yes, no. If I'm in a holding pattern, flow is just saying or no, it's got nothing to respond to. So this is where the beauty of life and time comes. In every moment, you have the potential to give your flow, to give your future something to respond to. So, for instance, if I break down the math behind this for you. Stay with me. If I try 10 things and three of them work out, then I've actually accomplished 10. Excuse me, three things. I've accomplished three things. You could say, yeah, but seven didn't work out. Great. Thank you, Flo, for not letting me do seven things that would have wasted my time and my future and that weren't in alignment with me and where I'm going. Seven directions. I should not have gone in three that I should have gone in. That worked. That felt right. That unlocked for me. Right? If there were 10 doors in front of me and I jiggled the handles on seven of them and they didn't open, would I stamp my feet and get frustrated? Or would I find the three that I could walk through and go, bye, see ya. I'm on the next set? Okay. This is how someone who flow dreams starts to think. This is how my MI schoolers, we start to think this way all through our life. This is why we create success. We're unlocking doors over and over and over. Now, what if I only do three things and one works out right? Then I've accomplished one thing. Would you rather accomplish three things or one thing? I would rather have three things. That means I have to do 10 things instead of three. Now, both of them are roughly a 30% success rate. You get where I'm going here. So what I'm saying is quantity is good. Quality is good, too. But remember, it's kind of like quantity of time versus quality of time. We have time in quantity right now. Well, at least it feels like we never really know when our time is up, right? But waking up every day, we have time in abundance. Fill it, fill it. Try things. Now here's where things really start working. Okay? Flow is like being in flow, being in a state of alignment, which is what we create for ourselves. It's a guiding tenet of flow. Dreaming of me School. We are like. We're like in the Pirates of the Caribbean. You guys ever been there? Disneyland, Disney World, Pirates of the Caribbean. We are floating this little boat thing in water. And there are these little bumper rails on either side, right? The little bumper rails is your flow. The flow of water, okay? The bumper rails is. Is part of the flow. When you start to veer off track, the bumper rails go, oh, boom. Move you back in alignment. Move you back in alignment as you go forward, trying things. As you start translating your inspired action into action. Action, action. Just. Oh, this might work. That might work. Who do I need to talk to next? I ought to try this, right? Every piece of feedback you get is bumping you back into alignment. Now. Sometimes things just really, really work and you just go whoosh. And you go straight ahead, right? It's like falling down that little waterfall in the bumper boat ride. Whoosh. Just totally frictionless. Easy. Perfect. Sometimes the bumpers come in and go, nope, not there, not there, not there, not there. Those are the seven doors that I couldn't unlock, right? I'm totally mixing metaphors with you guys, but you're getting it. So when I am deciding to get unstuck about something, what I have to do is say to myself, I'm going to trust this ride. I'm going to trust it. I'm going to trust it, because that is how I have the fortitude, the strength to step into the ride itself to start going. If, on the other hand, I am stuck in lack thinking, then I'm going to sit in the boat and I'm going to think about the ride and I'm going to just float. And Flo's going to say, I really want to guide you. I've got this all set up. Why aren't you going and say, Well, I don't trust it. I don't know what you're going to do next. I don't trust it. And instead I've got all these things that could happen that might be bad, I'm afraid of. So I'm not going to do it. Can you feel that energy? Very different energy. And this is where all kinds of things come up inside us. This, frankly, is what, you know, a third or two thirds of me school is. What are those things that come up inside you that keep you in this small life instead of allowing you to move into the biggest life that you're capable of creating? The biggest life, the biggest ride, the one that's the most lucrative, the one that's the most filled with love, the one that's the most pleasing day by day. Or you could play the smaller ride where you just sit because you're not trusting. Because all that stuff comes up in you now in flow dreaming to go back for a second. I said, I ask all of my students, tell me something you want to create outside you and tell me something you want to create inside you. Do you know why we stress the inside? Because the inside is what unlocks the door to the ride, right? The outside stuff is what you're going to fall into, what you'll lead into, what you're telling Flo. Hey, I want to experience this. I want to be a. As I spoke with one of my students this morning, I want to be a scriptwriter. I want to be a screenwriter. I want to work in the movies. I want to, you know, run a huge charity. I want to. Whatever it is, you know, I want to get. I want to get tenure. I want to. Those are things outside of you. Inside of you is. Hey, this is the thing that's keeping my ride from fully going forward. I want to get rid of all fear in my life or I want to learn that I am an extremely lovable person. And I let people love me. I let them love me up and down all through my life. I let them just tell me how much they love me. I let them do wonderful things for me. I let them take me places. I let them spend money on me. I let them bring me food. I let them. Maybe that's. Maybe that's your thing, right? We get to pick. We get to choose. When we choose those things that we develop inside of us, we are unlocking things that can happen outside of us. You got that? When we choose things to develop inside of us, we are unlocking things, unlocking doors to next sets of Experiences outside of us. That building inside of us is becoming strong and sturdy. I can add another floor physically into my life. I can hold more, right? My building just grew. I have a whole bunch more space up there. I can turn into lofts or, you know, business offices. My life grows. And the people who have the tallest buildings are the people who have grown those pieces inside themselves to create that. Got it. This is the point of devoting yourself to your understanding of flow, to alignment, to who you are, to the power of your consciousness, to opening up this willingness to say, I'm going to learn how to trust. I am going to learn how to be loved. I'm going to learn how to allow income into my life. I'm going to any of these things, right? This is how you get unstuck. This is how you take that idea that's been brewing. And I'm gonna leave you on this thought now before we go to break. It's how you take that idea and you say to it, finally, I need to know if you're gonna work or not. We need to start getting you into testing. Let's go. And not be afraid of it and start doing it, playing around with it, putting your money into it, lining up the right people to help you with it, quitting the job for it, whatever it takes. It was given to you, this idea to fulfill something in you. If you just keep holding it, well, it's like holding a baby bird. You got to let it fly. Think about that. When we get back, I'm going to take some of your calls, and of course we're going to do a flow dream this hour where we get into that feeling of, yeah, I can do this, and I'm going to do this. And I'm filled with inspiration, filled with action. So stay with me for more flow dreaming.
Hey, it's summer again, and yes, we're on break, but I wanted to share some important stuff with you about the hugely amazing and gorgeous ME School of Flow. Right now, it's either enrolling or it's accepting names onto the wait list. This means that I'm accepting students that I work with personally over the year ahead. And I teach you to do what I do, how to think, how I think, how to work with flow, manifest, create and use the universe the way it's meant to be used. You're going to create amazing things using flow. You'll also open and expand your empathic intuition. After doing this for a number of years, I can tell you MI schoolers make strides and hit goals way beyond what they think they're going to be able to do going in over and over. You don't have to be a superstar going in because that's what we're going to turn you into once you get there. If you're ready to go big, if you know you need to deepen your spiritual practice and your personal growth, then this is where you need to be. Your life, after all, only grows as big as you do. So MI School is online. That means you'll connect with me from all over the world.
What to do next?
Click or swipe over to flow dreaming.com. you'll see an area that talks about MI School. During enrollment, you can set up a free 20 minute call with me. And during wait list times, I invite.
You to send me a note telling me about your interest. Okay.
I look forward to hearing from you and even more to getting to know you as one of my personal students in MI School. Now let's get back to the episode.
That's right back we are. Thank you for staying with me. Let's go to Susan from Sydney, Australia. Hey, Susan. How are you?
Oh, hello.
Hi. Hey. What was that? Oh, you're going in and out. Eek.
Oh, sorry, I'm in Australia.
That's all right. I heard you there. So try it again. What can I help you with?
That's probably better. I am focusing on and committing to going bigger this year. And you were mentioning today actually you'd help on my question. Can you please help me with something that is inside? You're talking about what you're developing, things that are inside you and something that's outside you. Is there something inside me that I couldn't develop that will help my flow flow forward faster and more smoother?
So you want me to look in and see what's sort of holding you back, holding you up? Give me an example that I could look at. Particularly something that you're trying to make or wanting to do and the feeling that comes up in you when you think about it.
Yeah, I seem to. I've had sort of. I haven't had many jobs. I've just got a job, but I feel like I'm not moving forward fully flowing and I'm just sort of disjointed.
Yeah. Okay, so I was asking you to do that. As I tuned into you, you know, when I see you, you tend to feel like there's a bit of confusion inside of you. A lack of clarity, a lack of focus. And it's like you'll turn towards something and you'll feel focused toward it for a little bit and then it'll just kind of like a balloon losing air. That's how I feel. You losing air. A sense of, oh, I don't know how I'd reach that. Oh, I don't know how I'd really get there. Almost like shooting yourself down before you, you start. Right. I feel like you've perhaps cycled through this in your life around a lot of different ideas that you've had. You get it, you get excited and then that kind of goes, ooh, I don't know if I can do that. I don't know. And it's right there. It's like I just want to grab that point and pinch it and hold it where I would say, no, don't let all the air out. You need to stay with it. And you need to stay in focus.
Lately, because I've done that too many times.
Yeah, yeah.
So you not given up on myself, but come to a halt.
Yeah, yeah, right. And then you. And then you felt a little bit lost afterward. Like, what just happened? Right. What just happened? What I would work on in your flow, as you go into flow, I would start creating this sort of new characteristic inside yourself, a new energy state inside yourself which goes like this. I am an extremely focused person. I can feel the focus like a strong river, a raging, roaring, strong river. Nothing can stop that river. Nothing can pull it off of track. I stay in focus even if I don't know what I'm feeling focused about right now. Just the general essence, that feeling. What is focus? Like, what does it mean to grab something, hold it and not let go and just keep holding it and holding it and holding it and staying in that space. That is where I'm staying. That is who I am. And the next thing that I hold, the next thing that I get focused on, I'm going to stay in this strong river of straight fueled direction longer than I ever have before. Whereas most of the time I'll have felt like, oh, the ride ended after like two minutes. This one is going to go on and on and on. And 20 minutes later and two hours later, I'm going to say, wow, I am still doing this. And then that's the new feeling I'm going to go into. Wow. I am amazed and pleasantly surprised and proud of myself. I've been in focus. I've been in that energy. How beautiful, right? That really deep acknowledgement of yourself. Okay.
Does that help pick up. So, you know, if during that process I might lose my confidence Or I have, you know, doubt about my ability or something like that. If I stay focused on that.
Those are other. Those are other things that you need to work on. Yeah, See, those are other things. Oftentimes it's not just one. Right. Those are the other aspects. But that you asked for the one thing. If you go back, you did. What's the one thing I can work on? So that's the one thing that is.
The main, major thing.
Yeah, it is the major thing. Yeah. Here's the. Here's the other thing. People will probably be surprised that you could just focus on one emotional state. Like, really? Shouldn't she be doing other things in her life? Yes, yes and yes. But what we identified is an emotional state in you that is weak and that's gotten kind of battered over time. You're creating now this emotional state before you've even decided on something to get focused about. You're just working. It's like if I said, you need to work your biceps, you know, it'd be like, oh, okay, I'm just going to work on my biceps then and my arms, you know, getting those strong before I decide to start lifting the heaviest weights. This is what you're doing. You're going, oh, I've been suffering with the lack of capacity to focus. I'm going to emotionally practice that state, practice it in flow every single day until I believe that about myself, until I know that to be a strong part of myself. And then I'm going to see what I can create based on that. Does it make sense? Good. Okay. Thank you so much for your call. Take care. So. You're welcome. So, you know, that's a really good example. Last year, many of you know, I've said this before. I practiced that with fear. I said, you know, there's too much fear in me. There are too many times when I pause and I hit the stop button because I'm afraid, right? I come up and I'm like, I don't know how to do that. That's too big for me. I don't know. And I go into a state of fear. I can't say that. I can't look like that. I can't. Whatever it was that came up. And I'd say, fear, fear, fear, fear. I want to practice no longer being in a state of fear. How do I not have that inside me anymore? So that's what I did. I practiced the opposite of fear. I practiced a feeling of whenever fear pops up. I've now got to say to myself, you got to do it right, you got to do it now. You got to do it. You have to do it. And that's a feeling that I have to do it. You could call it resolve. You could call it fearlessness. What is the word for the opposite of fear? I practiced that and I practiced it and I practiced it so much that now when I need that quality, when I need that feeling, because I need to build something and I need to talk to flow using that emotion, I can now absolutely know with confidence, with a complete, energetic, you know, kind of overflow that I can. I can be completely resolved around that. I will be able to do that, get it. All right, let's go now to Tatiana. You've been holding a long time, North Carolina. Hey, Tatiana. Hello. Hello. Hey. How are you? I'm good. How are you? Great. What can I help you with? You're. You're alive. You're on air.
I am working on self development and also manifesting, and I've been working with a few sources, and I've noticed minor, you know, difference and changes, but.
I.
Feel like I'm stuck. I know that there's a lot more that I'm capable of when it comes to contributing and also utilizing my challenge and the job that I'm in now. I just feel like there's no outlet for me to do that. And I really want to serve a greater purpose than just going to a job. And Julie actually suggested for me to call in the show today when we were talking about financing at school, so.
Good. I love it. All right, so let's see here. So thank you for calling about me. School, too, by the way. Are you in? Did you. Are you joining?
No, not yet, but she called. I mean, she advised me to call and maybe you can give me some suggestions.
Okay. To work on a way. Okay, so your goal then. You have. You have a couple of ambitions. One, you want to make a difference, right? You want to have a greater feeling of purpose and direction in your life. And secondarily, you want to earn more, right. You want to be rewarded more for that contribution that you're making. So if you close. If you close your eyes and you go into flow, tell me something that lights you up, that makes you just feel amazing inside. Tell me something that makes you feel really good.
I feel hopeful. I feel relaxed. I don't feel any worries about, you know, what is. What's coming or the challenges that I might say.
Tell me something that you do that you physically do that makes you feel that way. Something at work or the Kind of people that you work with or kind of products that you work with.
I feel that way when I'm able to provide a resolution. I'm really good in problem solving and it just makes me feel connected when I'm able to give someone a resolution, it just makes me feel like I'm empowering another individual. I love learning. I'm an avid learner and I'm constantly learning about different things that have many interests.
Okay, so let's just take those two powerful feelings right now. Right? We don't want to connect them to any particular industry, but we want to say to your flow. Tatiana is a wonderful problem solver. She loves to figure out how to fix things. And she wants to do this on a bigger level. She wants to do it on a grander scale. On the lower end of the scale, she might just be doing some customer service, but then she might be paid as a customer service person. And perhaps she's done something like that in her past. She's discovered the joy there. And that was very useful. Thank you. Because it helped her discover the joy with that. Now, though, she needs to bring that up to a bigger level. She wants to solve bigger problems. She wants to solve problems in whole companies. She wants to solve problems in the world. She wants to find resolutions, she wants to find ways of making things work. And she wants that feeling of, yeah, I made a big difference. I didn't just solve one person's problem. I solved 20 people's problems. I solved 100 people's problems. And I was paid well for that. And I receive that and I bring that in. Flow. What can we line up? What can we line up for me in my life that would generate that for me, that would constantly give me that feeling every day? What could that be? Yeah, let's bring that in. I'm ready to start solving on a bigger level now. Right. And you stay in that energy and you stay in that feeling. Got it? Okay. Practice that. Right? That's the first up leveling that you do. Alrighty.
Alright.
Thank you so much. Take care.
All right.

Okay, back to the program. Welcome back to Flow Dreaming. We are going to sneak one more caller in because I think I know who it is. Beth, how are you? Beth, you're calling from Florida. Is this the Beth that I know? My email pinned by pen pal.
Yes, it is.
All right, what's up?
I've got the lac flu.
I need a booster shot.
Yeah, I know. You emailed me the other day. You read my newsletter and you said, I think I figured this out. All right, so what. What happened? What. What did you discover in a nutshell? You've got two minutes.
Just my, I guess, trust. I'm not trusting myself. I mean, I have. I got a call and I might have an interview. And then I replied to a email. I may have an interview on Friday for position, but I guess just. I don't know, I'm just not trusting myself. Okay, I need a booster shot.
You need a booster? All right, Beth, let's close your eyes with me here. Getting into that feeling of your flow you going forward in your life into the next best thing. You have a call for a good job and you have all kinds of feelings coming up. Hope, fear. You're a little scared. What if I don't get it? What if it's another near miss? But what if it's not? What if it's not? What if your flow is a cornucopia? What if your flow is bountiful? What if it's always handing you new things all the time. Jobs, opportunities, the next step. And sometimes you feel like, oh, it's a conveyor belt of food going by. I just sometimes forget I'm allowed to go and reach and pluck from it. And sometimes I have to wait a little bit between dishes because the kitchen's cooking up something extra special. I'm gonna let myself trust right now. I'm gonna feel trust. Feel that? Yes, Flo, I hear you. You want the best for me. It's the feeling of being in God's hands. It's a feeling of knowing I've got a lot to give. I could do great at this job. This could be the job that is the stepping stone to the next job. To the next job. I could really get in there and be like, yeah, I can give you exactly what you need. You will never be sorry you hired me. You'll want to keep me forever. That's how good I am. And that's how I show up. I show up with that feeling. I'm really good at this. You won't regret it. Can you feel how I feel that way already about this? That's what I feel. So this is you talking, feeling emoting in your flow. Right? It's a building up, building up, building up. You can acknowledge all the lack that's in there, all the fear. You don't even have to tell it to go away. It's just like telling a dog to sit. Just sit. Just stay over there for a second. Why? Leave me alert? Yeah, leave me alone for a second while I do this thing over here. And this thing over here is. I'm talking to my flow. This is who I really am, you know? And you'll discover, as I'm sure you already know, the trust for you. There's a lot of worth issues. Self worth. And that's where it takes you to next. I'm worthy. I'm worth it. I'm worth it. I can do more. I can give more. I am more. And once I know that, other people will see it too, because they will feel that in my energy. They'll feel it when I walk in the room. They will just know it. They'll say, she's the one we're looking for. Give it to her. All right, so play with that feeling. Practice that feeling. All right, Beth? Okay, take care.
Thank you so much.
Thanks for the call. Bye. My dear. As always. I always want to stay longer. Oh, I want to stay longer, but I can't because I promised you all we would do a flow dream, right? We're gonna get into this massive healing state, this massive feeling state, the healing, feeling, creation state. Really? We do all three. That's something else that's really come up in. In the last few years of teaching for me, all my students. Healing, right? Every time we create something new, we have to shovel out the rubble of the old. It's just like rhyming day for me here. But it's true. You create something new, you shovel the rubble of the old because you're getting rid of it. To build the skyscraper, you gotta shove out the rubble of the mud hut, right? You gotta let it go. And that's the healing that always happens. Every time we up level. I could do a whole show on that. Maybe I already have done a show on that. To think of it, I lose track after all this time. So we're going to flow dream and close your eyes. And you're going to notice that this is not meditation. This is an active feeling, emotion based technique. It's like daydreaming. It's like reading a book. Getting very absorbed in the characters, in the sense seen. And some of us have very well developed visuals and we can see the whole book traveling before our eyes. Others of us, we still love to read, but we're more like feeling, feeling the words, understanding the words without seeing much at all. Both ways are fine as you let go. Eyes closed into the flow. Feeling yourself drifting, drifting. You're a little feather. You've been caught in the wind over a great long plain. Out in the beautiful sunshine beneath you there are desert sands and scrub brush. It's all brightly lit with flowers, glorious flowers coating this gorgeous desert floor. You're realizing I'm not in a place of emptiness. I'm in a place of something that's very full. Living, thriving, filled with energy. And I float and I float on these gorgeous sweet winds that blow, blow, blow me. They're blowing me where I need to go. And I'm thinking, what do I want to do in my life? What are my next steps? What's that thing I've been thinking of? Why am I not doing it? What were the holdbacks that I put up in front of me? What were the restrictions again. Oh, yeah. But there's this beautiful wind around me. There's this great sense of direction. There's this flow, this energy, the push forward of my life. What were those things that I was throwing up in front of me that I said I couldn't because. Oh, yeah, you know, I don't think I need those anymore. I think I can get around those. I think I can let those go. Why don't I just try that? Or how about that? Hey, flow, could you give me some things to try? Could you give me some steps I could take? Ones that I'm at the level of my comfort zone that I could just start with and do you feel the answer? Do you feel that extra big gust of energy, that blowing beautiful energy behind you? It says, yeah, of course. Let's get going. Did you build it up too big in your head? That's okay. We can take it down a notch to the level you need. Whatever you need. Just say whatever you need. We give you where your life. We're next steps. We are growth. We are alignment your flow. And with that, you let go and you release the picture and you release the state and you return from your daydream. And you've just done it. A little mini flow. Hope you felt the emotion in that. If it confused you at all, go to my website, check it out, learn how to flow dream and call me up for me school. And I'll talk with you all again next week for more flow dreaming.
