15 Nov 2016 · 41 min
Summer McStravick explains alignment as an emotional state you access through deliberate daydreaming and choosing toward what feels right. Alignment brings opportunities but also draws people who match your choices, so what you select matters. She leads a short guided exercise to practice it.

Flow Dreaming. It's a show where we talk about the power of your mind to change your world around you, to literally affect the fabric of your reality. We talk about this feeling of hope and joy and relief. And that is what being aware of your flow does. It gives you a feeling of power again in your lives. And that is what being aware of your flow does. It gives you a feeling of power again in your lives. Breathe. It is the feeling that you bring forward. It is your emotional connection that really sets the tone for what is going to be happening to you and for you. And you know that feeling, when you touch it, it just spreads through you. I'm Summer McStravik and welcome to another episode of Flow Dreaming. Hi, it's Summer, and a quick request before we jump into the show. If you like this podcast, the number one reason Flow Dream has grown is because of your reviews. People rely on your opinion and frankly, they often misunderstand Flow Dreaming. The only way to correct that is through you leaving a few words about the program. So pop over to itunes or your podcast app and write a review. It means so much to me when you do. Now onto the show. Hey, everyone. Welcome to Flow Dreaming. Today's episode is called the Truth About Alignment. Alignment? Oh, you know, it's one of those, you know, metaphysical candy words they just given out like, like candy at Halloween, you know, alignment and love and all the things that we typically just say without thinking, what does it really mean? So we're going to delve into alignment. The good, the bad, the ugly and the pretty. Alignment working for us. Alignment working against us. Let's demystify it this hour. So for those of you who've never encountered Flow Dreaming before as a podcast, just a brief hello to you all. Welcome to the club. As you'll see from the many reviews that have been posted on itunes and the various app download reviews, this show has been going strong since 2005. We are in our 11th year and we explore the nature of your consciousness, what your mind can do, whether that's manifesting or opening your intuition. We explore it from the framework of Flow and Flow Dreaming. And I encourage you just to rifle through all of the old episodes. Past episodes, I shouldn't call them old. They're really good episodes. And explore the topics that that most interest you. After a while, you'll start to get a very well rounded understanding of what Flow and Flow Dreaming is as a philosophy, as a way of working through life, and hopefully you'll pick up a whole lot of neat techniques and tools along the way, I have a program called Me School and Personal Mastery, which is for students who are with me longer than a year. But Me School is built around a lot of the ideas that I present in this podcast. So in the podcast, what you're getting are little tastes. Yeah, I like that concept, like that idea. Some processes and techniques here and there. Every show, I'm actually going into a flow dream with you. I'm doing a flow dream with you in every episode. Me School is the expanded, enhanced version of that. It's where you jump from being a, you know, casual, casual listener to the podcast. Although I know some of you are devout because you email me all the time. I love you. It's where you go from being a listener of the podcast to someone who says, I'm ready to integrate all of these concepts more deeply into my life. I don't want to just hear about stuff anymore. I want to participate in it. I want to grow in it. I want to expand myself with these concepts. I'm going to give you a year summer to work your magic on me and see what you can do with me. That's Me School. It is profound, absolutely profound. I've had, you know what, three years of students now going through, and every class is better and better and just incredibly exciting. So I encourage you to check out MI school. Now let's get into alignment and what that means. That is our drill down topic for today. So I was in the shower this morning, and where I do all of my best thinking and flow dreaming, by the way, is in the shower. Because it's when I notice I give myself the most permission to daydream the rest of my day. You know, I've got two kids, they're both young. They take a lot of effort and management. I've got a husband who also takes some effort management. I'm sorry, Charles, but I'll admit I'm sure I take a lot of effort management. I run Flow Dreaming, which has become a very successful worldwide company. I have my own personal interests and desires and goals in my fitness. I'm a recent cancer survivor, was diagnosed just over a year ago and have come through that. I went through chemo, I went through radiation, I went through three surgeries, all within the course of pretty much the last 18 months. I have a lot going on in my life, a lot happening for me. So alignment, how does this relate to alignment? Where am I going with this? In the shower this morning, I gave myself the opportunity to daydream. Daydreaming, by the way. Is fundamental to the concept of flow dreaming. And if you have similarly busy lives, tons going on, I am imagining that you do. I'm hoping that you are also carving out times during your day where you allow yourself to daydream, where you give yourself that, you know, your own 15 minutes, your own 20 minutes. Maybe it's while you're on the treadmill at the gym. Are you daydreaming? Don't watch tv. You know, get your eyes off that screen. Daydream. Are you taking time to sit outside in the morning with a cup of tea and stare at the sky to daydream? When you daydream, things come into your mind. It's kind of like unstructured time for the soul. Unstructured time for the soul. I love that. The other thing that happens when you daydream, besides that, you are opening your awareness, opening yourself to great ideas dropping in, such as today. The idea for this very episode that I'm recording right now came in through my daydream this morning. The other thing that happens is that we tend to get more aligned when we are daydreaming. Okay? Now, this is a specific kind of daydreaming. This is not the rehash, okay? The rehash kind of daydreaming goes like this. Oh, my God. You know, I didn't get all of my errands done yesterday, and now I'm so overloaded, and there's no food in the refrigerator, and I have no idea what I'm gonna make for dinner. And I wish I had more time, but I ended up having that, you know, that weird phone call with my friend, and now I'm so upset about that. Why does she always do that? God, what am I going to make for dinner? Okay, that. That does not qualify as daydreaming. Right? That qualifies as a mental rehashing. That qualifies as mind going round and round. That is not daydreaming. Daydreaming. The kind that's connective, the kind that gets you into alignment, is like this. Mmm. This tea sure tastes good. Wonder when I'm gonna take that trip to Iceland. Hmm. Wonder where I should go. Gosh, you know that blouse that I bought a few days ago? I really think it does look nice on me. I wonder when I can wear it. I don't go out enough to wear all these clothes that I buy that are so fancy. Maybe I'll get to go out and wear my fancy clothes. I wonder what holiday parties I'll be invited to. I should throw a Holiday party. Why don't I throw that party? Then I can invite everybody. Okay, you see what's going on here. It's a kind of positive musing. Things are dropping in my mind. Things perhaps that Flo wants me to know or wants to give to me. Now, maybe that holiday party popped up because I will in fact invite a friend there and that friend will say to me, hey, Summer, I so love what you're doing. Would you like to collaborate? I'm putting out this new line of gorgeous soy candles and I think we should create a flow line. I will do all of the manufacturing and the marketing. If I can use that branding, and I'll go, hot damn, let's do it. Right. This is where things happen. You're always asking for opportunities in your life, right? You're always asking. I want good stuff to happen for me. I want just beautiful things to drop in my life. Where do you think those beautiful things get originated? Do they just happen spontaneously or are there points of origination? When does the kernel, the thought, drop in? For many of us, it's when we're daydreaming, right? Giving yourself that unstructured time to daydream in this kind of manner is where flow is allowing you to kind of sift through options, opportunities. It's kind of like saying to me, summer, what do you want? Hey, Summer, what do you want? I want to wear my pretty clothes. Great. Hey, Summer, what do you want? I want to be at a holiday party. Hey, Summer, what do you want? I want to go to Iceland. Hey, Summer, what do you want? Right? And now I'm kind of ruffling through all of these delightful possibilities. Hey, Summer, what do you want? I want to record a cool show about alignment that somehow is starting to turn into daydreaming, but I think it's still going to end up being about alignment. Hey, Summer, what do you want? This is where my daydream is taking me. Now. Do you think this line of thought is getting me deeper into my own inner alignment or taking me further away from it? Right. That's a rhetorical question. That's a no brainer. The more that I'm sifting into this sort of line of possibilities, of excitement, of feel good stuff, the more I'm naturally settling into my own inner alignment. And here is the clincher. Without even trying. I love stuff that we can get. Without even trying to. All right, I'm just thinking good thoughts, daydreaming, good stuff. It's settling me into a beautiful track of who I am and Where I should be. So what is alignment? I want you to imagine for a second that it's like the wizard of Oz and you're Dorothy and you're looking at the scarecrow and he's saying, well, I could go this way or you could go that way. Except that instead of having just two directions, there's like a hundred roads through the cornfields. And you're thinking, gosh, which one is the one of alignment? Because I'm noticing that those roads start branching off. I walk 10ft down one and it branches off and leads me to another and another. And it's almost like a web of roots under a tree. Starts with just a few at the top, but then it just. Whoa. Where. Where is my alignment? What happens if I pick? The road feels really good, you know, like, I'm looking at all hundred and I'm like, this one, this one right here. Oh, it's just the right level, you know, it's got the right sand on it. It's got some sparkly things that are attracting my eye. Oh, that one feels good. And I walk a little ways and then it branches. Oh, which one feels good? Which one feels better? Hmm, that one feels a little better than this one. I think I'm going to nudge over in that direction. And then it branches again, and I'm again faced with these choices. I'm continuously putting myself back on alignment, through choosing things that feel good, that feel right now. By good, I'm not just saying be a total hedonist and only pick pleasure and sex and fattening foods all at the expense of everything else. Because ultimately those things, they always carry a penalty, right? You know, the difference inside you between something that really feels good and is good versus something that's kind of like, yeah, this is a guilty kind of good. I'm gonna smoke that cigarette. It's a guilty good, real good aligned good is. Settle into that for a second with me. That feeling at the end of a perfect day. Like, we've had days like this. When was your last one? A month ago? Six months ago yesterday. He just felt like, God, everything really came together. I got everything done that I wanted. My energy was up, my health was good, my family was happy. My hair looked amazing. Such a. Just a really good day. I connected with somebody and shared love with them. God, it was such a good day, right? That feeling, that's you in your alignment. If there are a hundred roads in front of you, that is the very best of the hundred. The best of the hundred. Now maybe 10 or 20 of those roads are really darn good. Another 20, 30, 40 of those roads are just, they're okay. Another 20 or those roads are terrible. Ugh, we wouldn't want to align to those at all. And by and large, we actually stay off those roads each day. If you think about it, you think to the last 365 days, the number of really good days probably outweighs the number of really terrible days. 2 to 1. The bulk of your days, they're in the middle toward good, right? They're in the middle toward good. Unless you know, which is great. Because we forget that we get so wrapped up and it's gotta be better, better, better, better. We forget most of our days are actually pretty darn good. We wake up, we're healthy, we have a decent day. We share love with people. We have some frustrations or stress that flow in and out. But on balance, I'm glad I had that day. I really am glad I had that day. Most of us are actually in alignment more often than we recognize. What you're really trying to do is get into hyper good alignment. The very best best. What happens when you get into the very, very best alignment? You're picking the a road, the 100% road, the perfect top of the line, good feeling road. Every moment you are continuously nudging towards that. Well, this is what flow is hearing from you. It's responding to you. She is always picking toward the best. Or is a phrase I use a lot in flow dreaming and in me school. Choosing toward right. Life is a process of continuously choosing toward things as opposed to choosing away from things. If you are beset and lack thinking, you're living your life by choosing away from things, avoiding right. It's the things you don't want that are kind of creating the corral for you of what your choices are. When you're choosing toward things, it's like choosing toward the better road. If you have something in mind that you really want a big, beautiful, extraordinary thing you want to have happen in your life. I want to fall in love with my soulmate. I want to start my own business. I want to have a baby. I want to move to Europe. I want to, you know, get $50,000 in savings by the end of the year, how do you think you really get that? You get aligned to it, right? You get aligned to that. That desire becomes a deep part of you. You are daydreaming that desire. You are continuously picking the road toward that desire. You're choosing toward that desire through an experience of one good feeling after another. I'm definitely going to be saving up 50,000, doll. Definitely going to be saving up. How am I saving up 50,000 this year? I don't know. But, ooh, today I had all these choices in front of me, and I kept choosing toward the one that felt the most right, that it was actually most in alignment with that 50,000 a year savings goal. Okay, so now I'm actually splintering off. There's just alignment in general, and then there's alignment towards specific goals. Right. I'm doing both every day. I'm generally aligned in my life, generally aligned in my flow. I'm always choosing toward the best feelings. The best feelings are generally bringing me the best opportunities, the best options. You see where this is going? Now that I'm staring at more great options than bad options, I'm starting to plug in. Well, here are some specifics that I would like for these best options. I want to save $50,000 this year. I want a trip to Europe. I want to fall in love with my soulmate. And now I'm choosing towards those as well. I'm aligning to the series of smaller desires, aligning to the big desire, my overall flow. And now I'm aligning to smaller desires. I'm constantly choosing toward them. They feel good. Now what happens? I know you're like, okay, I'm getting this, but what happens when I'm not in alignment? This is actually what happens for most of us. We choose toward. Choose toward. It's starting to feel good. Yeah, I'm getting there. And then, ooh, we hit a wall, a ceiling, some lack thinking, and we go, no, no, no, I can't actually do that. I have to pick this other thing. I have to do that other thing. I can't give myself the goodest, best feeling. Goodest. The best feeling. I have to pick a feeling that is not so good because of XYZ reason. And we'll come up with all kinds of rationales and justifications why we need to do that Instead. Now we are actually choosing to get out of alignment. There's some compelling reason we have to do so, but it's there now. Some of us have made these compelling reasons be fundamental facts and pieces of our lives. That crappy job you go to every day, that's your compelling reason for not being in alignment every day? You're saying, I need the money. No one else will hire me. This is the best I can do. Is that choosing toward alignment, good feeling, a great job? Or is that actually choosing Against. Right. That's where you're saying, I don't want. Lack. I don't want to be out of a job. No one will want me lack. Thinking is dictating that entire part of your life. No wonder you're not in alignment. Now, how do you know when you're not in alignment? So easy. You feel crummy. That's it. Period. Not in alignment means you feel crummy. Some of you guys are like, yeah, this is kind of like Abraham Hicks. Yeah, it kind of is. You feel crummy. You're not in alignment. You're in something that doesn't fit you, that doesn't match you. Have you ever tried to, like, you know the old saying, grind a square peg in a round hole? That's you grinding, grinding, grinding. It wears you down. It sucks. It feels bad. It causes depression. It causes irritability. It causes you to drink too much. It causes you to smoke. It causes you to yell at your partner. You're not in alignment. It wears you out. Trying to keep yourself like two magnets. You guys remember playing with magnets as a kid? And you reverse the polarities, and you kind of push them together, and they kind of like, push apart. That's you. When you are in a situation that you should not be in, you are the magnet trying to shove yourself into that situation. You know how much effort that takes. And you could say, yeah, but somewhere it's the lack of effort. Actually, I haven't done anything, and that's why I'm here. Exactly. That lack of effort is still you pushing yourself into that situation. You have just forgotten how much effort it takes to keep yourself in misery. You really have. You've completely forgotten how much effort it takes to keep yourself in misery because you've gotten used to it. You've gotten used to it. Ditto for stress, right? The people who are out there. You, me, I've done this. I've been guilty for years of this. Keeping ourselves in stress. We get so used to keeping ourselves in stress, we forget that the bar is so high. We can handle so much stress. We're used to it. We have been shoving those magnets together. Me in this situation. Align, align, align. Stress, stress, stress. Until it feels natural. Natural. Eventually, though, we realize it doesn't actually feel natural anymore. I hate this. I want out of this. I don't want to align to this anymore. When you don't align to something anymore, what happens drops away. A lot of us are afraid of those things that we're trying to align to they're going to drop away. We're afraid they'll never be replaced. We'll never get as good as. We will be hurt, we will hurt someone else. All of these fears are keeping us locked into these non aligned spaces. We can't choose good feelings there because we're choosing all of these other feelings, guilt, shame, fear, to keep us aligned to these things that we don't fit. We don't fit. Hear me. Some things like that, I know you're like, they're, oh, you're thinking about it in your own life. I'm thinking, for goodness sakes, as I'm saying this about things in my life, I'm like, yeah, I'm not aligned to that anymore. I need to let go of that too because I have made a commitment that I don't let fear run me. I don't let stress run me. I don't let these things run me anymore. Whenever I see an identify it is I make a change. Even my staff knows this. Last week I said I'm feeling really stressed. There's some things that have to adjust right now. I refuse to align to these things because I'm not building a business based around these things. Boom, we made a change instantly within like a day. I do this all the time. I've trained myself to, because I've also trained myself that the minute I get back in alignment, I have profound trust. Profound trust. Now being in alignment and being in trust doesn't mean just sitting there with your hands in the air going, okay, universe, hit me up with good stuff. I put myself out there. When I'm aligned, it means I'm taking a lot of action. Why? Because I'm aligned. Because I feel good. I know it's going to work. If you're saying I'm aligned and I'm going to kick back and just wait, you're actually not aligned. What you're saying is I'm actually too scared to trust by actually doing things toward this. I'm going to sit back and wait to prove it to me first before I do things. Really aligned people get a lot done. They're not afraid to take action and they're always choosing toward the best feelings. Now one thing I wanted to say about alignment, a question I get a bit, quite a bit. How come I'm aligning to all of these situations that are like so icky, you know, like this person in my life is very depressed and I'm very depressed and I'm very or my relationship isn't good or whatever it May be. Why am I aligning to these negative people? How do I get them out of my life? Well, I want you to know that's the downside of alignment. You align to whoever you're aligned to. For you to say it's their fault. They're the negative person. They're in my life. How do I get them out of my life is shifting the responsibility. It's you you're aligning to that negative person. It's not them. They're negative. They're just being who they are. Big deal. They are just being who they are. You're the one who's choosing to stay in alignment with them. The next thing you ask yourself is why? Why? Well, I'm afraid I'll hurt their feelings if I don't. I'm afraid I'll hurt their feelings if I tell them I don't want to hear it anymore. I'm afraid that this. I'm afraid of that, or, I don't know, I was so used to it, or they're my family, so I have to. All right, go ahead. Create all of those reasons why. Now you know why you're aligning to negativity. So you don't even have to ask the question. How do I not align the negativity? How do I get these negative people out of my life? You know how you're just choosing not to act on that? Do you see? So the same alignment that will get you really, really good and wonderful things is the alignment that will get you really crummy and upsetting and unhappy things. It works in both directions, depending on what you are choosing to align to. I have very few negative people in my life. Very, very few. I have some people in my life who are maybe depressed. You know, friends, family. I love them. That doesn't bother me. I love them. They're my family. I accept that. I don't align to their depression. I hold them gently. I care for them. I love them. I don't take it in me. I don't take it on to. To me. I love them. I help them when I can. I cherish them, right? So I keep them in my life. But I don't necessarily align to those aspects of them. Therefore, I don't feel any burden being with them. I don't feel any burden being with them. You can do that, too. Think about who you're aligning to, the things you're tolerating. Think about the things that you want. Whatever is going on in your life outside you is a direct reflection of what is going on inside you. That is one of the most core principles of flow. Core principles of flow. So take a look at what you're aligning to. It is very easy to wash, scrub 90% of the negativity out of your life. It's just a choice. Now what about that last 10%? I will not stand here and say you can live a perfectly charmed 100% gorgeous, aligned life. Why not? Because we live in the world. We are co creators. We are not dictators. If we were dictators, then yeah, we would set up everything perfect. We would all be bajillionaires in perfect health. I would look about 30 years old. I know what I'd weigh, I know how my kids would all be perfect. I mean, it set up everything perfectly right. But that's not what we're here for. You're not here to be a dictator. You're a co creator. The co part means you're going to get some things that aren't aligned to you. They're just going to happen. They're going to happen in your city, they're going to happen in your country, they're going to happen in your culture. You won't align to them. You'll be challenged by them, you'll be provoked by them. You'll be inspired to make movement based on them. Right? This is the part of life that provokes you that says, do something, change, respond. You get this. This is the part of life like me getting cancer, summer, do something, change, respond. What are you gonna do with this? Like, did I really align to cancer? Geez. Well, I do know that I co created it. I co created it. No, I didn't cause it all myself, nor was it thrust upon me. There was a co creation involved. And I know it's hard for the most difficult subjects to understand that co creation, but I know in my life, in my case, yes, I co created this. Not everything is easily explained. What I'm offering here with alignment. And this philosophy is something that describes 90% of what's going on. Kind of like, you know, Einstein. Oh God, I'm not comparing myself to Einstein. Just, just hear me out. It's just I'm something else. When Einstein discovered the theory of relativity, it was a breakthrough. It was mass. It explained so much, so much, 90%. But then there were these things that were still unexplainable. And that's where quantum mechanics came in and said, oh, here you are. Here are the other things that you still can't explain. Understand, this is what explains that Part now, now, oddly enough, quantum mechanics and the theory of relativity are actually in many ways confrontational to each other. In some ways, they act like the other one should not exist. I know I'm getting all sciency here, but I'm trying to describe to you the same is true when it comes to alignment. You can live your life choosing toward alignment, understand these basic ideas behind it without understanding the other 10%, the quantum mechanics part that says, and here you go, here, here's the fly and the ointment. Here's that other thing, okay? And so this is what kind of lets you live well without having to say, no, I need a theory of everything. I don't have a theory of everything. Science doesn't have a theory of everything. So use what works. Use the pieces that do work where they work. And this theory of alignment, for me at least, has worked very, very well as a guidance post, a guiding light in my life. All I need to do to sum up to know that I'm in alignment is close my eyes, release, let go, daydream. I can get into flow, start, flow, dreaming. And then I just feel the very best I can possibly feel. I feel full of love, optimism, hope. I bring in my family. I feel gratitude for them. I feel joy toward the universe that it's allowed me to have this life that I've created, that it's offered itself up to me, that it's been so abundant for me. I'm feeling these things, grateful to my body. Thank you for continuing to support me. Doesn't that feel aligned? Don't you feel like that's getting the closest into your true soul that you can get? When you're feeling that way, feeling that love, that's alignment. Everything below that is just like a little step beneath that perfect alignment. A little less, a little less, a little less. All the way down to the bottom of the ladder, where you're aligning to things that you're forcing an alignment with, or in fact, you yourself are that way. You yourself are mean and nasty and vindictive. So you have a lot of mean, nasty, vindictive situations going on, right? We're all operating somewhere in this spectrum, and believe me, it's not the same everywhere. I can be mean and vindictive in one teensy little area and all the rest of me can be love and butterflies. Same with you. We align differently in all different areas of our lives. You got it. Anyway, that's a nice little overview, a scoop on alignment. So if you enjoy this topic, I'm going to Recommend something before we go to break here. I have created a series of flow dreams around alignment. Like getting your life totally aligned, waking up, getting in alignment, feeling amazing, feeling wonderful all day, day, not slipping out of alignment throughout the day. This is not meditation or hypnosis or affirmations. Go check it out@flowdreaming.com if you're unclear what we're doing, we want to create a heightened emotional state, strong emotional state, around this feeling of being aligned in our hearts, in our bodies. So take a nice deep breath and as you exhale, release your stomach, drop your shoulders and roll your neck and wiggle your jaw and release your flow forehead. We want all tension out of your body. Just tell your body it can just relax for a few minutes. It's getting a five minute break. Continue to breathe. Nice, deep, long breaths connecting into your body, your feet to the ground as another part of you lifts off into flow your feelings, your heart. Your heart is like a white bird, a beautiful white dove, or a snowy egret flying out into the sky. You feel your heart. It's so powerful. This is the purest part of you. It's your essence, who you really are. If you had to distill yourself into something so pure, this is me. Without all the fears, without all the drama, without anything. This is who I am. This is what is flying right now. Up and out into flow. Notice as this being that you are, this beautiful snowy white bird catches the wind. The wind lifts. It doesn't even need to flap its wings. You are lifted. You fly, you float. You are carried straight for miles, Gliding, caught on the winds of your flow. The winds, the energies of life moving you forward. There is an alignment that you are swept in already there. You do not need to create it. It's got a life of its own, an awareness of its own, a greater awareness that you're part of your soul awareness, your spirit's awareness, your heart's awareness. The bigger you, its awareness. It's caught you in its arms, in its love. It carries the you. It's always there, never goes away. It's like one of those grand ocean currents that all the sea creatures use to travel around the earth. You've got that current too. It's always there. You can always align to it. It's never far away. It's just a matter of opening your eyes to it. There it is. Oh, I want to get in it. How does it feel to be in it? Oh, it feels so good. How do I know that I'm in it? Because it feels so good. How do I really know? Because there's nothing else that feels this good. This is pure, unadulterated alignment. This is the nectar of the gods. I feel my alignment. I am my alignment. Alignment. When I'm in my alignment, all good things come to me. Everywhere in my life. All good things come to me. Everywhere in my life. All good things are coming to me today. All good things are coming to me tomorrow. All good things are coming to me next week. I see and feel these things stacking up out there. I can sense them. They're stacking up out there, ready for me to glide into them, to scoop them up, up, to drink them in, to experience them. I say yes. I want that. Align me to that. Mmm. This feels so good. All good things are coming to me every day, every moment. Starting right now. And so it is. So it is. You feel that. Acknowledge it, claim it, accept it. And now, whenever you're ready, go ahead and open your eyes and return from flow. There you just completely changed your emotional state. Can you feel a difference? Check in. You should be able to feel a little more in line, especially the more out of alignment you were, perhaps the more movement back into alignment you got. If you are already pretty well in alignment, you maybe just made a little nudge up into greater alignment. All right, I'm so happy I could have shared that with you. Thank you guys for letting me share that with you. This wraps up our episode today, so I love you guys. I wish you all good things coming to you all day, all night, all tomorrow and I'll talk with you again.
