Flow Dreaming. It's a show where we talk about the power of your mind to change your world around you, to literally affect the fabric of your reality. We talk about this feeling of hope and joy and relief. And that is what being aware of your flow does. It gives you a feeling of power again in your lives. And that is what being aware of your flow does. It gives you a feeling of power again in your lives. Breathe. It is the feeling that you bring forward. It is your emotional connection that really sets the tone for what is going to be happening to you and for you. And you know that feeling when you touch it, it just spreads through you. I'm Summer McStravik, and welcome to another episode of Flow Dreaming. Hi, it's Summer. And a quick request before we jump into the show. If you like this podcast, the number one reason Flow Dream has grown is because of your reviews. People rely on your opinion, and frankly, they often misunderstand Flow Dreaming. The only way to correct that is through you leaving a few words about the program. So pop over to itunes or your podcast app and write a review. It means so much to me when you do. Now onto the show. Welcome to Flow dreaming. I'm Summer McStravik. Lovely to be here with you. I've decided to reinstate the Lack cycle. This was an incredibly popular series of episodes that I did, oh, at least a year ago, maybe even more. And it's kind of funny. It's like it took on a life of its own. After I started talking about the Lack cycle, my students, my listeners started to talk about the Lack cycle back with me. And it's become a thing. It's a thing. Now. I'm trademarking, oh, my God. The Lack cycle. It's another way of looking at our life from the lens of I don't have enough. I don't have enough. I'm not enough. I don't have enough. There won't be enough. And it's a. It's a reframe, essentially, of what you hear a lot out in the world about manifesting, which is, you know, what you are is what you create, what you feel is what you become. And you should live in the land of abundance. Abundance, abundance. The other side of that is to point out, where are you not living in the land of abundance? Where are you caught or trapped, or were you brought up in the Lack cycle? So that's what our topic is today. Thank you for being with me as we kind of peruse this idea. What I try to do every single time in this program Is to bring up something for you to think about, right? To mull over. I always think of it like a really amazing dinner party with my friends. What would we talk about? Do we, you know? And the really good parties you're talking about? I don't know, something bigger than yourself. Who you are, what you're becoming. Why is life the way it is, questions like that. So Flow Dreaming, this podcast, this show you've tuned into is essentially that now we talk about personal growth, what your mind is able to do, what your heart is able to do, what your flow, what your emotional energy system is able to do. We look at ourselves as being bigger, as simply than our physical bodies. We're bigger. We're something larger. We're something more connected. And you can take this into any realm you want. You can take it into any religion you want. In fact, almost all religions already have built into them this idea of interconnectivity, meaning that we're all kind of connected to one another. Even if we don't believe the same things. We're connected to each other. We're connected to the earth, to the animals, to the environment, to the solar system. We can't exempt ourselves from it and say, well, we're going to do this thing, and the rest of y' all can just, you know, go yourselves. We're all together. That's the concept of flow. How do you behave in flow? Who are you in this flow? How are you showing up? It's more than just how do you run a business or how do you do your career or how do you parent or how are you in a relationship? Right? These are just facets of you, little facets like on a crystal that reflect the light. The bigger question is, who is this bigger you and how are you showing up in the world and in your life? So today, when we kind of peel back and we go into the lack cycle, I want you to see it as something really positive. It's a good thing. It's a really good thing because you're exposing ideas and thoughts and ways of being inside yourself that have become embedded in you. You don't even know they're there inside of you. You were brought up into this. You've been practicing this. You've been navigating your life by this. And what Flow Dreaming does and asks, and what I'm asking you to do is to look at this again and say, do I want to navigate my life by this? Is this working for me? Is this making me as successful as I know I can be? I mean, who here, like, raise your hand. My hands are up in the air. Who here knows that they're not at that point of success inside themselves that they could be at? Just pause, think about that. Are you. Have you reached that point of success inside yourself that you could be at? Success can be anything. It's not money. For a lot of us, it's. I'm happily married, somebody I love and care about, their kids, whose lives I'm guiding every day. I wake up and I'm happy. And I love the fact that I go out and throw pottery on a wheel every day or whatever it is. This is your life. You've only got one. How are you showing up in it? What's keeping you from being that success that you know you could be? So here's what happens. A lot of us are brought up with this idea that there is a certain kind of success you should reach. You should make a certain amount of money, live in a certain city, wear a certain kind of clothes, put on those little pointy heels or that fancy silk tie, and bam, Everybody thinks you are a success. Different cultures varies. You know, Some of us have certain professions that we elevate. Some of us have certain, you know, societal roles that you're supposed to get into. Donator, charitable person, fundraiser, whatever. Some of us are like, I don't even know what you're talking about, Summer. Frankly, if I could just have a decent job. That's my family's idea of success. Do you guys. What I'm trying to get through to you is it's all relative. The idea of success, that you have been sold. You've been sold on. You've been sold on. It's. It's been. It's been verified and tested. If you make more than $50,000 a year in US income, US currency, you're probably going to be happy. Gonna be happy. I'm sure this excludes some major cities, and I don't know what goes on in the rest of the world, but the concept is there's a minimum baseline of income it takes to be happy. After that, you can't blame it on money anymore. Can't blame it on money. Oh, I know you're like, oh, don't say that. I'm gonna turn you off right now. But it's true. Something else going on inside you. That is what I'm speaking into today. I'm not enough. I'm not enough. Okay, so here's what's happened. My wave three of me, school. That's my third year. Of me. School students, they're wrapping up in the next couple of months, right? Kind of winding up their program for the year. And what I've started hearing is I didn't as much as I wanted. I didn't get the breakthroughs. I fell behind on my homework. I haven't listened to classes. Why did I invest in this if I'm not doing it? If I'm just not? And I'm like, stop, stop this. You've taken 9, 10 months to reach this point where finally you've exposed your pattern. Just stop getting down on yourself for a second. This is your pattern. It just took a while to get there. Some people reach it sooner, some people reach it later. But your pattern in particular is no matter what I do, I'm not enough. I don't do as well as I think. I don't advance as much as I think. I'm not paid as much as I think. Other people don't see me to the degree that they should. This translates into everything. I don't have as many clients as I should. I haven't gotten as many raises as I should. I don't get as many dates as I should be asked out on. Maybe I shouldn't even be asked out on dates. Maybe I'm just really not good enough. Do you see this? We're getting right into this lack spiral. I want you to ask yourself this question right now. Why are you not enough? What else has to happen? Who else do you have to be? What does someone else have that's better than you? Like, think about it for a second. List it. Write it on paper. Scroll through it in your head. If you're driving your car, think right now behind the steering wheel, what does someone else have? Or who are they that's so much better than me? Okay, you're probably going to come up with some thoughts like, well, they applied themselves more. They did their homework. They actually, you know, put the time in. They did all the things I didn't do. And why did they do those things? Well, because they had more, I don't know, energy than me. They had more drive than me. More, more better personality than they were smarter than me. They're prettier than me, handsomer than me. Why? How come they got to do that and you didn't? I want you to dig for a second. Just dig inside of you. Why is that other person better than you? Why are you admiring their success? Why are you not enough in comparison to them? And here is the million dollar question. How long are you going to stay. Not enough in comparison to them. How long are you going to stay there? Do you really believe it is built into your bones, built into your genes, that you are lesser than? Do you think that get really real? Do you think that this is what your flow is hearing from you every second of every minute of every hour of every day? So flow dreaming, right? It's this concept. It's this idea. Then what we are is what we emanate from us. We're like, constantly vibing the world. Vibing, vibing, vibing. Here's who I am. Here's what I should receive. Here's what the world should give back to me. Here's how I'm showing up inside it. What are you vibing? Are you vibing? I'm not enough? Because if you are, the universe, it's like your happy little puppy dog. It's gonna say, okay. Okay, I do whatever you tell me to do. If you're not enough, I'm gonna make sure that I give you opportunities that are not enough. And if you can't be seen, then I'm gonna make sure you're not seen. Because I want to make you happy. Because I'm your happy little friendly puppy dog. I do everything. I love you. Do you get it? The universe loves you. It wants to please you. It's listening to you. It's not judging you. It's not telling you, oh, you're wrong. You should do this. And this and this. It's just showing up for you, what you expect of it. And some of us show up for it in a big way. We say, hey, I am enough. I am enough. And someday I'll even be more. And I don't even know what that looks like, but right now, I'm enough. I'm good at this, this, this. You guys ever had that experience where you're really good at something and then you switch careers or professions or whatever it may be, and suddenly you're not good at all? Oh, God, what a feeling. You've got to start all over. You're a beginner. You don't know what you're doing. It's scary. You can't trust the decisions you're making. You used to be so good over here, and now you suck over there. Ever had that feeling? This is what happens as we flow through life and we change and we grow. Sometimes we're super enough. Yeah, I'm great. I work with a lot of. Oddly enough, I work with a lot of doctors and teachers, and they get to points in their world where they are enough. They are everything. And then they want to do something else. They say, well, I want to coach people now, or I want to become intuitive. I mean, I want to do things that my profession would think I'm just crazy for. I say, great, you're confronting not enough. You are enough over there. Because other people said you were enough. They clapped for you, they give you accolades for being enough. You jumped through all the right hoops, you put in all the right number of years. You saw all the right number of clients or customers or whatever, students, and now you don't have that. Are you still enough? And that's such an amazing experience for them because they realize, oh, my God, I've built my whole concept of being enough on this kind of external validation. But you're right. Some are, God, I'm not enough. I'm not enough to just be a proud psychic, right? To say, no, this is who I am and what I'm doing, and I'm enough here. If I was enough there, why am I not enough here? I'm kind of stirring the pot right now. Can you feel it? You're like, oh, I don't know. Why? Listen to this. I'm stirring the pot. The not enough pot. The pot that says, are you filled with lack or not? Here's what lack does. Lack says, you're not enough until you do X, Y, Z. Okay, so what's X, Y, and Z? Usually it's stuff that other people have filled up inside you. It's their validation telling you you're okay now. You're an expert now. You're good enough now. And depending on the kind of people around you, you may or may not be getting this validation. Sometimes you can be amazing and your family can still say, you're not enough for us. Why? Because you don't do all the things that we do. So what I'm trying to float past you right now is this concept that being not enough is very relative. It's an energy state. It's an emotional state that you pick, you choose. There is no baseline across all of humanity for who is enough and who isn't enough. There isn't. You look at certain people and you say, well, obviously they felt they were enough. Look at the president. Look at this saint. Look at this person over here. Do you know if they feel like they're enough inside them? You're judging them as enough because it's you. You don't know what they're feeling. Okay? Relativity, it's your friend. Let's get into this lack, did you do enough in your business this year? Were you close enough to your family? Were you a good enough friend? Were you a good enough daughter this year? Were you a good enough son or brother? Were you a good enough husband? Were you a good enough wife? Were you a good enough employee? Were you a good enough coach? Were you? Notice those feelings. This is what you tell Flo every day. And by telling Flow, you're telling your future every day. I am this. So am I telling you get a giant ego. Some of you are like, yeah, it sounds like you get a giant ego. No, what I'm saying is let go of the lack, thinking it's different. A giant ego is I'm blind, I'm oblivious, I'm amazing. Everybody should like me and love me. I don't ever see or sense other people. Whoopi hear my computer in the background. Sorry. Sometimes I forget to turn it down when I'm. When I'm podcasting. That's what somebody is who is full of their own inner ego. But I'm gonna bet you're not like that. I'm gonna bet most people aren't. There are. There's a small sliver. The vast majority of us, 97, 99% of us, are operating from a place of lack. If I were only better, then this would be happening in my life. Think about that right now. Is there an area of your life you could apply that statement to? If I were only better with blah, blah, blah, blah, this area of my life would be amazing, solved. Fantastic. I'd be rich. I'd be loved. I'd be. What is it? Isn't that funny too? Because so many of us who are involved in personal growth, we're in personal growth because we have an awareness that there's something in us, that we want to improve, right? So it's kind of like we have to have some awareness of lack of. That's why we're driven to grow, evolve, get better. What I'm asking you to do is get a little, I don't know Buddhist about it. You are enough. Do you want to play? I'm enough. Do I want to play? What does that mean? Like, that's a head scramble. I'm enough. Do I want to play? I'm enough. I'm a good enough mom. I'm a good enough coach. I'm a good enough teacher. I'm a good enough employee. I'm a good enough brother, sister, mother in law, whatever. I'm good enough. Do you want to play? Do you know what do you want to play? Means it says, I really love who I am now. I am very open to seeing what I can become. I'm excited by it. It thrills me. I love that idea. What could I become? How many people can I help? Who can I show up for and pull through this and be connected to or whatever it may be that thrills you? That's play. That's a whole different thought inside of you than I'm scraping by to get up to be enough. What happens when Flo is listening to you in these different states? If you say, I want to play, Flo says, let's play. Here, let me throw this at you. Do you want to catch it? Wow, that's a big opportunity, Flo. Awesome. Well, you wanted to play. Can you play with this? Sure I can. I'm enough. You ever had something thrown at you that felt too big for you? Scary. Why do you think you got it? You think it was just an accident? I know some of you think that because I coach you, I talk to you. You're my students. It's not an accident. You're ready. Flo is saying, oh, you stepped up. You're playing. Here you go. And you were like, oh, I guess I'm big enough for this now. It's always us. We're the ones who have to adjust our thinking. We're the ones who get caught or stalled out in these things. Ways of feeling about ourselves where we say, no, I'm not ready for that yet. I'm not up for that yet. No one will want that from me yet. I've got to do xyz. I've got to do more here. Better there before I get that. What happens when Flo says, no, you don't? We go into doubt. Scary. I talked to MI school students. People who are coming in right now. Wave 4 have started to talk to MI school students. Are you ready for this? Oh, no, no, no. I can't have this yet. Really? How come? Why? Well, because of this and this and this and this. When are you going to be ready to have something like this? Oh, I don't know. I've got to do all these other things. I've got to make more money. I've got to take care of this. I've got to do that. Will it really? Okay? You can commit your life to all these other things. When are you going to say, I'm ready and I'm deserving of this? It's not just me. School, me. School is just a conversation. I'm happening like to have with different people over the next month or two. But this conversation happens inside us all year long. When are you ready for getting your new job? When are you ready for getting that new relationship or getting out of this one that you're in that's not working. When are you ready for. It's always this question, when are you enough? When are you enough? The lack of cycle is based in a deep fear. It's a fear that was inculcated in many of us as we grew up, which said, do this and you'll be safe. Graduate high school, you'll be safe. Go to college, you'll be safe. Marry rich, you'll be safe. Have someone take care of you, you'll be safe. I don't know what you got. You got probably some variation of this, something along the way, and you'll be safe. Or if you came from a really difficult house, nothing will keep you safe. You've got to constantly fear the universe, constantly fear life. You will never be safe. Which, I mean, you know which one instinctively that you're in. I want you to look at those things. You'll be safe. You'll be safe. Because if you go deep in, it's a lie. It's a lie. Doing those things probably has not kept you safe. Maybe they've kept you stifled, maybe they've kept you less than. Maybe they've kept you safe within a certain group of people or a certain level of income or a certain type of job. But is that safety elevating you, promoting you? Or is it rotting your soul? You know, I've gotten more and more this way, more and more, this kind of thinking. Ever since I went through breast cancer last year, I realized life is not safe. Life is filled with love and flow and change. It's offering itself up to you. Every day you wake up. That's what life is. But it's not safe. Safe is something you try to make of it by putting these little controls on. There are no controls. You can't force it down one avenue or another. That 30 year career that you retire out of, that's a legacy. And even then, it didn't always go right. Think about my dad, right? He worked for the government for, gosh, 30 years. At the end, he thought he was gonna have his good old government retirement and they changed the rules. He had to get into a big fight with them about it. The safest things aren't safe. Do you know what is safe? The safest thing I have found being in flow. I know I'm a Preacher being in Flow. Why? Because it means every time I encounter change, I say I'm enough for you. I have what I need to flow through you. I trust you. I trust that you won't give me anything bigger than I can handle. You won't. I'm ready for this. This is my next step. I have it inside me that I don't want to live a small, tiny, safe, miserable life. I want to live something that's exciting and beautiful, that inspires me when I wake up where I say, oh, my God, I can't believe my job. I have the best family ever. I get to do all of these things that I've wanted to do. Like, in my case, I get to travel and I get to fix up my Triumph TR3 sports car, and I get to, you know, buy a new house. And I. Anything I put on my list make my life exciting, get to help other people. I get to spend my life in a place of service as a job that forces me to get better at it every day, that's impressive to me. I want that flow. Give me that. Help me stand up in that place where I can say, every day I experience change. And because I'm getting really good at experiencing change, it becomes safe to me. Change becomes safe. How does change become safe? I trust myself. I'm good enough. I trust Flow. It's not going to let me down. I'm in a relationship with God, with the universe, with my life. And in this relationship, I'm good enough. Imagine if in your own relationship, you never felt good enough. Would that relationship go well? No, it'd be hard. Imagine if you felt good enough. I am good enough to do, be, or attempt anything. And if along the way, I reach that state where I start to feel like, oh, I fell down. I lost the. You know, I lost it. I just. Ugh, you know, I stumbled. So what do you want to play? You want to play? Like, I see my son. He's 10. He loves handball. He loves to play handball. Four square. Do you want to play? Oh, I got out. He comes back in. Do you want to play? He doesn't say, oh, I'm not good enough for handball. I'll never play again. Why do we do that to ourselves? Who taught us that? Who taught us you have to be better, better, better? What is that invisible standard? There is no invisible standard. Nobel Peace Prizes and Pulitzer prizes and MacArthur foundation prizes and X Foundation prizes. You know what? So what? You're playing over there. You're playing over there. Maybe you're just Playing four square. Maybe you're just playing to be. I want to be the most generous and helpful person in my neighborhood. Maybe you're playing with I'm care. I am so filled with love for this person. It's brimming over me. How do you want to play? The external is not the reward. You don't need to hear it from anyone out there. If they do clap their hands for you, great, wonderful. You don't need that from them. You're already enough. You were born enough. The moment that source decided, I am going to infuse this body with a little piece of soul, a little piece of consciousness, a little piece of awareness. I'm going to give it 10 or 20 or 40 or 90 years. The moment God said that you became enough. It's not sitting there with a scorecard. It's saying, I believe in you enough. Go become. Enjoy feeling. If you're not feeling enough, move toward flow. Move toward pleasure. Move toward joy. Move toward an open heart. Move toward. Why can't I do this? Of course I can do this. I'll figure this out. Someone else figured it out. I want you to know something. We all have a handicap. Every single person. A handicap. Yeah. We don't know what it is. That's. That's what makes it kind of fun. Someone has a handicap. They have a really terrible family. Always brings them down. They have to succeed despite them. Someone else has a handicap that's physical. In their body. They've got Lyme disease, or they were born blind, or they have cancer like me. They got a handicap. Someone else has a handicap of I'm not very bright. Right. I can't pass an IQ test to save my life. But you know what? Everybody loves them. Another handicap. Nobody loves me. I'm an outsider. Nobody likes me. Maybe that's your handicap. You're brilliant in some other way. We all have a handicap. Are you getting that? Every single one of us. There is not one person you can look at. You can say they are successful because they have no handicap. If you believe that. I don't know what to say. Go into flow more. Work it out of you. Work it out of you. That's the big block. That's the resentment. That's the I'm not good enough. You're good enough. Do what you want to do. Do what you came here to do. Your good enough. Source already decided it. Who are you to say no to that? And yet we do. Day after day. So this is where flow dreaming comes in. This is where me school comes in this is this shift in your life, in your thinking, in your mind. You have a certain number of years allotted to you. There's got to be a point where you say, at one of those years, I'm enough. I can do what I want. I am who I want to be. I'm becoming this person. I don't need external validation. I'll figure it out. You know what? You will. Once you start operating from that emotional set point. I'm enough. I've always been enough. I'll always be enough. Oh, my God. Look what I can do now. Look what's on the table in front of me. And so what if someone here or there or this boss or that child or that parent or that friend can't see it? They're not the arbitrators of your life. You are. Don't give them that power. You are. You're enough. What are you gonna be? Can you get out of that lack thinking now? Can you spot it when it comes up inside you? Every time it comes up inside you, every time lack thinking comes up inside you, you are saying to flow. You are manifesting. Nope, I can't have that. Nope. Not ready for that yet. Nope. I shouldn't be allowed that. Nope. Somebody else deserves that more than me. In fact, I'm running a little contest actually, in me school right now. I have an event coming up. It's called In Flow. And I've told all of my students, bring your friends to Inflow. You know what's happening. They're going into these horrible states of fear. Nobody's going to want to do this. Nobody I know likes this with me. They all think I'm weird. I can't share this. Who would do it? Like, are you kidding me? You're not good enough. What? Break out of that. What? What? What? What? I love it because it took them until this moment to figure it out. It's perfect now. It's there in front of them. I mean, where do you always habitually pass over the prize to someone else? That's a. I'm not enough. I'm not enough. Someone else is better. Someone else will get it. It'll be easier for them. I'm not even going to try. I'm not enough. This is the lack cycle. When you start to get an awareness of where this is embedded in you. It doesn't take just one episode, one podcast to get it out of you. You have to pick it out of you. Like picking little bits of glass out of a cut, you pick it out of you Slowly, thoughtfully, conscientiously, over time. It's called healing, right? It's another word for healing. You think you're just healing that divorce. You think you're just healing that body issue. You're. You think you're just healing that career trauma. You know what you're really healing? I'm not enough? Because I tell you what, the moment you become enough life flowers for you, it opens up for you. It says you're enough. What do you want? I'm here. I'm a wide open rose. Just drink of me. And if you don't believe that, then when you really need to get inside of you, in fact, that's my next episode. If you don't believe that God will give you enough, that source will give you enough, that flow will give you enough. But if you believe that it will, that you were given a life to grow, to experiment, just like you give your kids a life, right? Do you bring kids in this world? The feeling of, no, I'm going to screw you over big time. I'm going to make you small and miserable. I'm not going to give you anything need. What parent ever thought that? None. Unless they were so buried in their own misery and their own not enough. But that's not our world, that's not our universe, that's not our God, that's not our source, our consciousness. It's saying to you, I will give you whatever you can accept right there. That's the key. I will give you whatever you can accept. So that is the thought I leave you with. What can you accept and what are you going to commit to to get there? Okay, we're going to go to a quick break. When we come back, we're going to do some flow dreaming. Flow dreaming is the technique that I use to change you emotionally, to change your energy, to change everything about you. It's an active process that shifts things around inside of you. We're gonna get rid of some of this lack thinking, dig it right out. So stay with me and I'll see you in just a minute. Hi. It's summer, but on break and I know that some of you are still wondering, what is flow dreaming and what is MI School? Because I refer to both of these quite a bit in my podcast. I MI School is a transformational program. It's a gorgeous and deeply revealing, empowering online school worldwide where I teach you how to remodel your life in any way you choose using the technique of flow dreaming as well as a bunch of other deeply powerful life changing processes. So me school is either enrolling or it's accepting names onto the wait list. And that means that I'm accepting students who work with me for the year. And you can learn how to do what I do in life. The way I think, the way I build things, make things, heal things. Everything I talk about, you will learn directly from me how to do. You're going to create some amazing things. My MI schoolers, their lives change way beyond the norm. And you don't even have to be a superstar when you go in. Some of you are, and you're ready to go bigger, play in that bigger field. And some of you are just saying, hey, help. What's next? Where should I go? And both are fine. Both are great if you're ready to go big. But you know that you need to deepen your own spiritual practice and your personal growth, because that's where it all comes from, right? Then this is where you need to be. Your life only grows as big as you do. So here's what to do. Go over to flowdreaming.com and click on MI School. And during these enrollment periods, you can actually set up a free phone call with me or my staff, and we'll talk about it. Is it a fit? Is it interesting? During waitlist times, we just put you on a list of people who've expressed interest, so we can notify you as soon as the doors open. All right? I look forward to hearing from you and even more to getting to know you as one of my personal students in MI school. Now, let's get back to the episode. Welcome back. Are you guys ready to flow dream? Okay, so flow dreaming is a process where we enter a kind of altered state. But it's not a scary or spooky altered state. It's the altered state you enter all day long. It's daydreaming, guys. Ever thought about that? Daydreaming? We're always drifting off. What happens when we drift off? We lose track of where we are, oftentimes how much time is passing. It's the most natural, authentic altered state you could possibly be in. It doesn't even require practice. It's not even like meditation where you've got to, like, work on it. You just are it. You become it. Wouldn't it make sense that if you were really given the keys to the universe as a conscious being evolving through life, that you'd be given some form of connectivity that would just be built into your cells, built into who you are? For me, that's become flow dreaming. Other people? Yeah. It's prayer, perhaps meditation. There are other forms. For me, it's flow, dreaming. This means I let myself drift into a daydream. I create that daydream. Often when I go into it in the beginning, make it up in my head, it's imagination. Oh, yeah. I'm gonna feel myself relaxing, letting go, drifting, swirling. Then I begin to imagine the universe is flowing forward. The universe, right now, it's expanding. Time is pushing in one direction, forward into the future. My body is evolving forward into the future, growing, aging. There is a weave of time, a weft and a weave. And in that woven, beautiful rope of experiences that are coming together in front of me. Some are mine, some are things that I'm co creating with other people. They're experiencing with me. A million beautiful ribbons flowing together, weaving together into what's happening next for me. Is this random? Certainly some little ribbons are random, lifelike surprises. Source loves surprises. It loves variety. It's not going to tell you you can be in total control because you know what? You would control yourself into the safest spot imaginable provokes you. It's like a board game. It's like rolling the dice. Here are your options. But there's always room for variation. So my flow generally feels really good. It feels really clear and bright. There's a forward momentum to it. It's for my benefit. It's blessed. It's in a state of grace. I'm daydreaming my way into that feeling. What is that state of grace? If I was in that state, what does it feel like? If that state is flowing into my future, what does that feel like? Oh, now that I'm there, am I passive? Am I just sitting there? Or am I actually wanting to have a conversation? Am I wanting to talk? Turns out I am wanting to talk. Flow doesn't need my words. It doesn't need my language. That's primitive. What flow wants is deeper in me. It's who I am. How do I communicate to Flow who I am? I feel it. I'm a joyful being. I'm a loving being. I'm a progressive being, a compassionate being. I'm a being who's up for great challenges. I'm a being who wants to explore. I'm a being who wants to support. I'm a being who wants to be. In truth, those are feelings, feelings about myself, feelings I put into flow. This is what I mean when I say, when you're in flow, it's an emotional communication that opens up with the universe. Now Flow is co creating with me. It's reading this data spilling out of me and it's saying, hmm, I guess we better match that. I guess we better keep up with that. Can't be out of balance with that. She's feeling like this and we're giving her that. That won't work. We need to get in balance and alignment. She's feeling joy. What can we set her up with to help her co create that? She's feeling abundance. What could we set her up with to help her co create that? We don't feel any lack inside of her. Does that mean she's ego driven? No. Means she's in a state of joyful completion inside of herself. What would a state of joyful completion create or look like in her life if we responded to her with that? I'll tell you more, you get more, more, more, more. That's what joyful completion feels like. And I want to play. So I always leave those outer edges open. What's next? What can we do? Who can I become? What career should I do? What should happen in my relationship? What kind of parent should I be? Give me some more joyful completion. I want to feel that. See how there's no lack thinking at all here. Now that I've set it up for you, let's close your eyes. We're not going to flow dream very long. I just want you to feel the state, feel the communication. Take a deep breath all the way down to your abdomen. And release that breath. Lower your shoulders, Relax your jaw, release your brow. Just release. Let go. Move into your flow. Move into that alignment. You're like a speedboat cruising along the top of the most placid and still beautiful waters. Speedboat. It just goes, goes, goes, goes. You're going into your future exactly where you should be. Fully supported. Fully supported by the universe, by God, by source, by life, by everyone who loves you. If they knew how to support you that way, they would. They truly would if they knew how and they tried. You are supported. You are given everything you need. You are good enough. Yeah, you can get better. Yes, you can grow. Yes, you can explore all of your potential. But you're good enough. Coming in, nothing is there saying to you, no, not enough. Can you get rid of that? You feel any of those come up? Any of that? Swipe it away. It's like swiping cobwebs or mists away from the front of your beautiful speedboat. You're always enough. You've always been enough. What more do you need from you? If you're disappointed, I haven't done this. I haven't done that. I should have let it go. Is that helping you? Is that inspiring you? Is that helping you to grow to the next step? Those feelings probably not. Probably keeping you mired instead, your only enemy, your only enemy in the whole universe is lack. Thinking not enough. I won't get. I can't. No one will feel that. Let it go. Let it peel off from you, fall behind you, flow backward from you. It's a choice. What emotional state are you in right now? Who are you? Are you enough? Or are you in lack? Did you choose lack? Did you say yes? I'll take you. Lack. No again. Throw it off your shoulders. Go on. Let Flo recycle it. What will happen now that you said you're enough? What can flow now? Give you with excitement? A happy little puppy dog around your legs? What can I give you? Oh, oh, now you're enough now. Oh, we can do so much. Let that feeling come through you. You are. Let that joy come through you. What would that mean? What would that mean tomorrow in your life? What would happen? What would immediately jump tracks? What would change to be with you? It's yours. Take it. Hold it. Take it in. Embrace it right now. Go on. Reach out in your flow and embrace it. You're enough. You always have been. You always will be. Perfect. Exactly as you are, warts and all perfect. Be that perfection. Drive forward in it. Now. Thank you, Flo. Grateful gratitude. Love connection. That's right. This is who I am on that steady and beautiful feeling. Return. Return from flow from your daydream and open your eyes. And there you are. That is an experience of being in flow, being emotionally connected and making choices that your future can now respond to. Got it? Okay. I hope you're feeling good. I am. So.
