Flow Dreaming. It's a show where we talk about the power of your mind to change your world around you, to literally affect the fabric of your reality. We talk about this feeling of hope and joy and relief. And that is what being aware of your flow does. It gives you a feeling of power again in your lives. Breathe. I'm Summer McStravik. Hello and welcome to another episode of Flow Dreaming. Hello, everybody. Welcome to Flow Dreaming. This is Summer McStravik and we are going to have a beautiful hour or so together talking about the energy of birthdays, the energy of renewal, in particular the energy of clearing your head and diving into a new year for yourself whenever that is. So if you are a September birthday baby like me, happy birthday. If it's any other time of the year and you're listening to the podcast of this and it's your birthday month, happy birthday to you too. And if your birthday is coming up, well, happy birthday. Or has behind you. Happy birthday. In other words, celebrate it no matter when it is. Funny story. Before I get into the real heart of today's. Today's episode, by the way, which in case you're wondering, is number 576. What does a birthday mean anyway? But a funny little, funny little thing happened. So my son, you know, he's 12 and he turned 12 about six months ago and he said, when am I gonna have a party, mom? I said, well, you know, we're kind of busy right now and do you really need a party? You know, really? How about if we just do something small with the family? No. When do I get a party? When do I get a party? 6 months he has been on me about this birthday party and I said, well, you know, it's kind of weird to have a party now. It's been a while. It's been a while. He's like, no, you promise we're having a party. So I finally broke down six months after his birthday and thank God he's got a great set of friends who will put up with this, but we're having a birthday party. And I said, well, let's call it your half yearly party, right? And I said, maybe we'll, we'll celebrate Christmas in July and you know, et cetera. But it turns out it is exactly half a year, half a year later. So I guess in another six months he's gonna get another birthday party. So that's, this is gonna be very interesting. But I've got parties on the mind. I've got parties on the mind. In fact, I had a little Gathering yesterday, had my family over. My birthday fell on Labor Day this year, which is kind of cool. It's September 3rd, so everybody gets it off. Party for all of you, courtesy of me. No, no, just kidding, just kidding. But I thought it would be kind of fun to take some time to examine what is it like when you, you know, complete a revolution, essentially, you know, just the same way that the earth goes around the sun and, you know, about a year you have a birthday. Each year you complete your own year of days, you know, according to your own clock, your own calendar. And being that, you know, we as people tend to assign meaning to everything, we assign a hell of a lot of meaning to our birthdays. So let's take a peek at that. Before we do, though, I have a request for you. If you have listened to this show for a little while and if you are enjoying the show, I would love, love, love, love, love, love, love for you to rate it in itunes. Itunes really responds to the number of ratings that you have as well as the quality of ratings. And if you subscribe to the show, first of all, that's number one. Number two, though, is just leave a few comments about it or just put some stars by. Would mean so much to me. And in fact, it would be like a little birthday gift for me, which is just you taking a second to go over there and opening up your itunes or your itunes podcasting app and just pop a few little stars there. And I believe that it's as easy as you're already logged in, probably if you're on a Mac device. So I don't think there's any extra work you have to do besides just opening it up, pulling up the show there, typing it in and doing it. So anyway, that's it. Thank you. Thank you in advance. I would consider that a huge birthday present, a very happy birthday present. So, you know, every culture celebrates birthdays and this is the show Flow dreaming here where we look at the world through the lens of energy, through the lens of emotion, through the lens of our ability to co create. And yes, we will be doing some flow dreaming together. Yes, I would love to answer your calls this time. I'm not gonna put you off till the end of the show. We're gonna do it right up front. So if you jump in and give me a call. 760-456-7277. That's the studio line. I'll get you in before, not after the break. So please keep that in mind, even if it's just to wish me Happy birthday and tell me how you're doing. It'd be fun to talk. So that said, let's jump into birthday. Birthday, birthdays. Energies of birthdays, emotions of birthdays. Some of you get really depressed on your birthdays. Isn't that funny? You think, ah, you know, I should be celebrating how happy I am, but I just feel older. And I just feel like it's another year that I just, you know, slouched through life. It's sort of like holidays, you know, Christmas, Hanukkah, holiday season, Thanksgiving. A lot of us get real depressed around then, too. Birthdays are marking points, right? They're like. They're like signposts in the road for us. Signposts in the road of our. In the. In the road of our lives. Because look at this, we don't really have signposts in life. It's the things we do that create our signposts for us. It's not like you just travel five years and you get another signpost. You know, it's not like you just fulfill certain requirements and you get another merit badge. My sons and Boy Scouts. Instead, you create the signposts. So you have to make them up. And we take them for granted as real stuff. But really they're pretty arbitrary. Having your first child. Milestone. Getting married. Milestone. Graduating high school. Milestone. Graduating college. Milestone. Milestone. Moving out and living on your own for the first time. Milestone. Renting or buying your first place. Milestone. Right. Losing someone you love, like losing a family member. Milestone. Divorce. Milestone. Milestones can come in all different forms and shapes. Some are good, some are bad. Birthdays become these little tiny milestones in between all the rest. It's a milestone we can actually count on because most of the rest of the milestones I just said aren't very predictable. Maybe graduating high school, but after that, boy, it's anyone's guess. So knowing that you have a reliable milestone in your life is strangely comforting. Even if we ignore it and we act like, well, we don't really have it. It's just a. You know, it's just a silly little day. It's whatever. Whatever. Some part of you knows different. Some part of you are. Holds it. Some part of you hears it, feels it, remarks on it, Checks off some boxes in your mind and your heart around it. Think back to your birthday. What did you do this year? The most recent birthday that you've had. Did you mark it? Did you celebrate it? Or did you just sort of slough it off? Did you try and disregard it? Why? Why would that have Been wasn't important to you? Or did you make a big deal about it? Did you ask other people? Come celebrate this with me. This is important. Especially you. I love you. And you and you. And you're my friend. And you're my friend. So come celebrate with me. How did you treat this milestone in your life? It's a good question, huh? Because it helps you kind of see just that reflection. Helps you see the energy that you've been in for the year. The energy either of. I'm going so fast I can't even slow down for myself. So we're not going to do that this year. There's no birthday for me or the energy of. I feel like I haven't given to myself. I haven't self loved enough. I feel like I'm going to grab this moment, take it and drink it. And y' all are going to come with me and we're going to have a big party on the beach. Maybe that's the energy. Just looking at how you did or didn't honor yourself is going to tell you kind of what your year has been like so far. Fun little fact. The most popular birthday in the United States is September 19th. Excuse me? 16th. 16th. September 16th. Isn't that curious? That means there's a lot of us Virgos out there. Maybe we just are out there trying to keep the world like stable and solid or something. Another fun fact. The least popular birthday, the fewest of you guys, I bet you can guess. December 25th, right? December 25th. Because everyone's too busy saying, nope, not today. We are not going to do this today. And I also suspect it's probably the day when the least amount of cesareans are scheduled, which does tend to sway things. So I think that's really interesting. Yeah. So the December months, the 24th through the 27th, January 1st and 2nd. Oddly enough, February 6th, March 22nd, April 1st and April 25th are the 10 least common birthdays other than leap year. So if you're one of those, you're all. You're all kind of. Kind of special. And I can't really say why. Some of those are just not very highly birthed on, but there you go. So the other thing about birthdays is not only are they milestones, times of reflection, times of journaling where we can put together new thoughts, new desires for the year, we count on New Year's for that too, by the way. Have you ever thought about that? There's only two times in a year where we kind of have a trigger, a social Trigger that says to us, reflect, think, pause, reevaluate, turn a new leaf, go in a new direction. That's your birthday and that's New Year's Day. Those are the two biggies, the only two times in the year where social norms encourage us to look and check and feel. But the other thing about your birthdays are there are entire, I don't want to say sciences necessarily, there are entire modalities. I'm missing the word here, devoted to analyzing you based on your birthday. Based on your birthday, numerologically, astrologically. Are you the year of the rooster or the year of the dragon? There are so many ways that we try and figure out who we are based on this very first event, the day that you came to be. As if everything in the universe was fixed in a certain pattern that day. Whether it's a pattern based on numbers, a pattern based on energies, a pattern based on planets, pattern based on cycles. But there's a certain pattern that was in effect at that moment in time that you transformed from non physical to physical. And of course, we don't really know if that's the moment that you come out of your mom's stomach when that occurs, but that's the day we mark because we don't really know what other moment in there it may have happened. So we mark that moment that you become this independent being in the world. And then we look around the context of that. What's everything else saying about this moment in time? And then that's kind of what transfixes us, or many of us for the rest of our life. Every birthday I try to get my astrology done. I haven't this year, but the last few years I have. I love Vedic astrology in particular. I do this because I'm just curious what the moments will be like over the course of the year. Right? Are there, Are there times when my birth date, the moment that I moved into material, are there times that things are happening out there in the world, in the sky, in the heavens, and the numbers that are going to be impacted by that original date, Know what I'm saying? And it's one of those things, you believe it or you don't believe it, but if you do believe it, for me it comes down to energy. Everything in the universe is made of energy. All the heavenly bodies are made of energy. Every number carries an energy with it, right? And numbers describe how the universe is created. It's the language, math, the other language of the universe, aside from emotion. Right, Math. It perfectly describes and Captures. So to look at you as a being made of math or impacted by it through numbers is also very fascinating. Numbers have an energy, by extension, planetary bodies do. Your body does all kinds of things, do. And all of these subtle energies swaying around you create the kind of broth that you live in, right? The unique flavor, the unique substance. And if you look at some of these ancient modalities, ancient ways of looking at things, they're going to describe to you maybe how or what could be affecting you or impacting you, how the broth is changed this year or moved by some form of other universal energy. So I always look on my birthday to find out what's coming up for me. What's ahead, what does it feel like? And I think a lot of us have had all of our birth charts done, right? Your astrological chart or your numerological chart or any other form, your Vedic chart. I'm sure I'm missing a few. Because we want to know what the grand scheme looks like. What was going on the day that we came to be. And then we want to know each year, what can we expect around us? So that's another thing that I personally love to do around my birthday. Third thing I want you to mark and notice about the energy of birthdays is this is a beautiful, ripe time for you to go into deep reevaluation, right? There's a moment here where you can cleave off the old year and cleave into the new, right? A big chunk of time, a year of time can kind of just cleave off like an iceberg and fall into the past, fall into the waters of your life. And that's okay. Not only is it allowed to, but it's expected to. Everything that happened to me until yesterday falls into the last year of my life. 46th year of my life. Now here comes a new one, 47th. What's gonna happen here? Who will be in it? Right? There's a stirring as a freshness, right? It's like a breeze lifting up the leaves and tossing and swirling them around. That's the energy I'd love you to feel. See if you can put your finger on it. See if you can rest your heart on. Is there. If you pause and give it a moment. So one of the things I do with students in me school is we have. Well, one of. One of many, many things. We have so many worksheets and fun sheets. Call them fun sheets. They're not work, right? They're fun. There's so many fun sheets. We go through over the course of the year. And every single one, there's over 200 of these sheets that they receive over the course of the year. Every single one of them is something that opens their eyes to who they are, describes something to them about themselves, instigates or triggers some kind of aha. Or helps them see things from a different perspective so that they can better co create for themselves, so they can better speak and interact with themselves, their life, their universe, the past, their future, and other people. So one of these techniques, I'll just tell you a little. A little hint of it. I'm not going to give the whole thing away because you got to be in ME school for that. But I do ask them to describe to me their year. Right. Describe to me your year, what's coming up for you. And there's certain ways that we do it in ME school that, like I said, I can't describe here because I teach whole classes around this. But the most generic level of it is describe your year to me. Who is in it? What's in it? How do you feel? Where do you live? What do you do each day? How is your emotional state? How is your time? Are you rushed? Are you hurried? How is your body? Give me a picture, give me a statement. Write this statement, not to yourself, but to the universe, to everything that's coming up for you. Write it down. If you don't do this, who's going to do this? Right? And that, that in itself is kind of a wow question. If you don't do this, who's going to do this? Nobody else is going to write out your year for you. You're the only one. Everybody else is already hardly able to write out their own years, let alone write out yours. So you've got two ways that you can go forward right now. You've got two ways that you can move into this future happenstance, just kind of letting everything just, you know, like picking up a whole bunch of sand in your hand and dropping it on the floor and saying, yeah, however it ended up is how it ended up. Yep. Mm. Or you can drop that sand on the floor and then get down on your knees and create a beautiful sand drawing something that you have described. Now, once you start doing this, the second step there is you don't just do it once around your birthday, but every day you describe and you redescribe. This is what we're doing. Hey. This is what we're doing. Hey. This is where we're going. Hey. This is what we're doing. Hey. This is where we're going. This is what we're doing. What happens if you give something direction like that? What if you were trying to train your puppy first couple times you give direction, Nothing. Good luck, Keep it up, be consistent, be constant, be clear, be repetitious as crazy. And your puppy becomes a very fine companion. One who listens, obeys, loves you, knows what's expected of him or her, wants to please, wants to do those things for you because it knows you love them and approve of them. Think of the universe, think of your future as kind of being like that puppy. You need to give it this constant description, this constant stream of information. This is what we're doing. This is where we're going now. This isn't. This is what's happening, like currently. No, no, no. We all know what's happening currently in our lives. This is a different set of instructions. This is what should be happening. This is what you want to be happening. You don't say it like this should be happening or this, I want this to be happening. You say this is happening. It's like giving the universe a secondary description. There's the stuff that's actually happening. Then there's the stuff that's happening. Stuff that I direct so that the universe knows what to do. It knows what plans to execute next. So these are three things that I kind of move through, three different thought processes, understandings, ideas that always come to mind for me during my birthday. Let's talk about another thing, though, that I mentioned briefly, which is those of you who you're like, I hate birthdays. They get me so depressed. Everything falls apart on my birthday. So I'm laughing because, you know, I kind of call these your falling apart months. We all have them, by the way, if you want to call me. I forgot to mention, I'm happy to look at you, look in you, give you some ideas, give you some advice, look in your flow, look in your situation, maybe look in someone's mind for you, right? I'm right there, ready and willing to help by examining your flow, looking in it. Come on, guys, give me a chance to show off my skills here. Strut my stuff. And then of course, you want to stay tuned because right after this show is broadcast live, which by the way, is Every Tuesday at 1pm Pacific Time, 4pm Eastern Time. Right afterwards is the Dear Venus show. That's my mom's show. And that's where she also goes into your mind and looks at people, reads for you and so forth. Followed by Susan Dentino's in Power Hour. And a new host coming up in just a few weeks. I can't wait to see her surfing the psychic waves with Christy Walsh. Tuesdays are going to be action packed here@inflowradio.com, so you should come listen live. You know, if you're at work, just pop on the. Pop on the radio here. You know, it's on a computer or your phone. Just put your earbuds in one o', clock, get it going. Anyway, what was I saying? I completely lost my train of thought. Birthdays. Fourth thing. Fourth thing I do. Fourth thing I think about. No, no, we moved past that. We were into. Those of you who have months where you feel like this is not never a good month. For me, my birthday is never a good month. Right. For me, I just feel like I'm older. For me, I just. I feel like, ugh, you know, the good years are behind me. Sometimes this is your birthday month. Sometimes it's a totally different month, Right. My mom tends to have trouble, I think in December is her month. Other people, I've heard, they say it's February. This is the month when your boyfriend leaves you, you lose your job, you know, your health goes downhill. You know, these are the months where every year you look back over the. Over the course of your life and you're like, it's always that month. What is going on with that month? It's almost like we get ourselves psychologically set up for it. It's almost like you have another milestone, a secret milestone year, I mean, month. In the course of your year, it's not your birthday month, it's that other month. So whether it's your birthday month or another month, you need to look at this as a moment for beginnings and endings, a moment for change. In some cases, upheaval. In other cases, a nice, big, beautiful push right down the mountain on your skis, right? A moment where you get an extra energy burst. And that energy is either to create something or to release something, whatever needs to be done the most. Because birthdays give you that opportunity. They give you the opportunity to turn corners, to turn direction, to build or release in a larger measure than before. And I don't think it's because it's particularly just set up for that. I think we participate in that because for us, we often feel it's a big month. We empower the month, we empower the day. We empower this part of our cycle with our own expectation. And your own expectation is your emotion. And your emotion, of course, is what powers flow. Empowers your creation. So you self empower this month or this date with this particular divine energy. If you wanted truly, you could empower any month of the year you wanted with it. You could say, well, my birthday's in June, but I'm always going to empower myself in August because I feel like that is more my month. So June can come and go, but August, big stuff happens. I happen. I change direction, I release. I, you know, buckle up and get myself ready for something more. So notice if that's something that you feel like doing and when you feel like doing that over the course of your year. I know personally, for me, September and October are really big. October is often even bigger than September. It's like September, you know, it's like the whistle goes and the race starts. But October is when things really heat up. October is always my busiest month. My month where the most stuff happens, biggest stuff happens. October is the month where things that maybe I set in motion in September are really starting to hit, like, full capacity. October is the month where I just know, okay, do everything you can to ride this wave. It's gonna be the biggest one of the year. It's one of the reasons why, you know, I typically start MI School in October. In fact, if you guys want to get in MI School, please, please, please, I am here. Call me. We're gonna have another beautiful class getting going, and I'm starting with interviewing students right now. Starting here in September, this week, all the way through October, I will be talking with you about MI School. So if you're curious, just go to my website, by the way, or be on my mailing list. I like to email about it a lot. Sorry, but I do, because I recognize most people don't open all of their emails anymore, so I have to send more, knowing that you'll open every one in five. So if you're curious about that, get ahold of me. But October is my month. What is your month? Is that month coming up? What do you have planned for that month? Do you have some direction in store for yourself? Do you have a foreboding of it? Can you shift that energy instead to excitement and glee? It's really important because if in this big month, you have that foreboding, you have that dread, you have that depression, it's like a statement to the year. Woof. When things get too big, when the cycle wraps around and restarts, ugh. It's hard. And I expect it to be hard. I expect it to be difficult. That's what your flow ends up hearing. From you. That is not what we want your future to hear from you. What we want your future to hear from you is. This is exciting. This is gonna work out really well. I am so happy to be moving into this next phase, this new phase. This is going to be a better year than I have had in ages. This is going to be a banner year, a number one year, a stellar year. I'm gonna look back on this year and say, wow, this, that was the best, best one of the decade. That's what I want to do. So in a way, I'm going to use the word impregnating. Ooh, sexy word. But I am. I am impregnating my year's energy with those feelings, those intentions. That oomph is inside of me now. When I go and write my list of what's going to happen to me for the year, I'm not just writing it. I am feeling it. I am co creating it. With expectation, with belief, with knowing, with energy and with flow. So think about those things. We're going to go to a quick break and when we get back, we're going to do some flow dreaming around the energy of your year ahead the moment that you hit the end of one cycle and bump into the next, possibly based around your birthday, possibly not. So stay with me. We're coming right back for more flow dreaming. While we're on break. Have you checked out me school? I look forward to this time of year so much where I get to meet and greet a whole new wonderful group of students. Speaking of meet and greets, though, this is timely. If you're listening to this on a podcast later, it's probably come and go on. But if you're listening live, if you're listening this week in particular, I am going to be up in Huntington beach this September 9th for a live broadcast, Facebook live broadcast with myself and all the other hosts on of Inflow Radio. And if this has already occurred because it's way past September 9th for you now, go ahead and do it anyway because we do all kinds of things there and if you want to be notified about them, you need to like or follow a page. So keep that in mind. That's coming right up. So we're going to do some flow dreaming. But before we do, I love these little fun birthday facts, things that, you know, just kind of seem cool according to more statistics that I'm pulling right up off the interwebs right now. So take them with a grain of salt. Can you guess when the least popular day for spontaneous births and cesarean births are? Least popular day, meaning if you're going to have the baby, you clamp down and say, no, not today. And if you're scheduling to have the baby, you say, heck, no, not today. Can you guys guess the day? At least here in the U.S. okay, it's Halloween. Halloween. Apparently nobody wants to have their baby born on Halloween. Superstitious. Personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with it. It would just be a drag because then you'd be forced to decide between celebrating her birthday or going out trick or treating. Oh, that would be tough. The day, though, where most people. Where there's an actual increase. You can't say most people are born on these days, so they're just showing statistical increases of significance. Pick the day of the year when you think most people would like to have their baby born. Where most people's. There's a. There's an increase. Increased average for spontaneous births and cesarean births. People love this day. They want this day. They think it's an awesome, cool day to have a baby. It's unexpected. I know some of you are like, January 1st, maybe? No. Ding, ding. Valentine's Day. Who would have guessed? A Valentine's baby? I guess it's a thing. It's interesting because, you know, Halloween is spooky and scary. It's kind of related to death, right? So that does make cultural sense. And on the flip side, Valentine's Day is related to love and partnership and belonging and family. So it really does make cultural sense. I'm sure it's something no one ever thinks about or talks about or, you know, maybe you've never even thought of it yourself. It's just one of those gut level things that happens that's just kind of right. It's just kind of right. Anyway, so I thought that was super cool, you know, and then there's. I don't even want to go into it. But all different cultures. I think it's one of the few things that we all just about all celebrate. I know there's one or two faiths that don't celebrate birthdays, but the majority, it's one thing that humanity and humanity through the ages. I mean, going back to ancient Persia, going back to Rome, ancient China, it's all about the birthdays, right? It's all about our birthdays. We all recognize the energetic significance and let ourselves go into it and let other people go into it with us. So I want you all to go out right now and buy a whole bunch of birthday cards and get ready and send them to at least five friends over the course of the year. Make people feel good, right? Who uses snail mail anymore? But it's Just a little reminder. I love you. Happy birthday. Happy birthday. Okay, so let's go ahead and jump into a flow dream that is about beginnings and endings and birthdays and your future and all that comes next. And if you don't know what a flow dream is, briefly, briefly, briefly, hop over to flowdreaming.com and, and get my kit, right? There's a flow dreaming kit. In fact, I've been offering it right now for free for my birthday as well. Just kind of getting it out to as many people as I can. And it will teach you how to flow dream. It is not meditation. It's not self hypnosis. I say this like a broken record all the time because of the misunderstanding that oftentimes in the confusion around what is flow dreaming. Isn't it just like meditation? No, it's not. It is a form of emotional, highly emotional energy based communication with your greater self and the energies of everything with your future. You do it by closing your eyes and daydreaming, right? Daydreaming, just like you'd normally daydream, except you don't drift off and forget that you're daydreaming, which is what normally happens. And we just come back to ourselves like, where was I for those few minutes. This is conscious daydreaming. It's kind of like conscious or lucid dreaming at night, right? It's the daytime correlate to that. So you're daydreaming and then you're bringing up this rich and beautiful strong emotion. You get to choose the emotions, any emotions you want, emotions that are related to whatever it is that we're letting our minds see in the daydream. It's not the seeing, it's not the things that you visualize. That is not it. You're only visualizing things to give your mind something to do, right? If you weren't visualizing and daydreaming, then perhaps it would be more like a meditation. But we want your mind to stay busy, so we're gonna throw at some, some action. You know, do this, see this, see that? But that's not where the magic is. The magic is in the feeling that you're able to generate. So your eyes are closed, you're daydreaming, you're generating this big beautiful emotion. And then what makes. What's the secret sauce? Right? What just takes this from you, just feeling something with your eyes closed to that next level? Well, the secret sauce is called flow and flow state. And there's a real thing flow state by the way psychologically observed. It's a known state of being. Your flow state though, is intimately connected to you opening yourself energetically and emotionally to something higher and something greater. You can call this source, you can call this God, you can call this flow, you can call this universal consciousness, the flow of time in your future, quantum energy, call it whatever makes sense in your heart, but you are letting yourself move into a connected state of being with that. And that is pure, unbridled, gorgeous power, right? It is the stuff that the universe is made of. That is what you are going right into. So you're feeling flow state, you're bringing up the gorgeous emotion and, and you're daydreaming. It's not hard, it's really, really easy. When I describe it and break it down like that, it seems very complicated, but it's not really. You get in there and you feel it once or twice. You're like, haha, I got this now, I got it. So practice it, practice it, practice it. And if you haven't ever practiced it before, just jump in right now for the first time. And we're going to have some music. And the music just really helps you kind of float and relax and get in the mood for what we're about to do. Floating, relaxing and getting in the mood. Ah, deep breath, releasing, Relaxing, letting go. Ah, breathe down all the way to your abdomen and release and let your shoulders drop and relax your jaw, Relax your brow, relax your body, relax your heart, your mind and just flow. Feel yourself letting go like a little leaf in a bubbling stream. A leaf that was hooked on a twig. And then the gentle energies just come and lift you. And now you are unsnagged and you float and you flow and you move, you drift forward, forward in energy, forward in time, forward in your life. Feel that energy right now coming up around you like a wall of white light. Energy of renewal, energy of cleansing. As if you yourself were stepping into a bright white pool of light energy. Shallow, bright, beautiful baptism in flow. You kneel, you feel the light surrounding you. You scoop some and you pour, pour it over. You pour it over your brow, pour it through your hair, let it drop down over your shoulders. Let your body drink in this light. Light of renewal, light of new, light of next, light of finishing, light of healing, light of letting go, light of releasing. Let the light pour down, streaming over you. Feel yourself now as you become lighter and lighter, lighter and freer. You're like a helium balloon lifting up, lifting off. There you go, up, up, up you go, there you go. Lighter and lighter, freer and freer, releasing. You look ahead. Right now you look out into the distance and you can see out there, tall golden trees. It's a golden forest shimmering in the distance. A beautiful windy path leading there, leading into the light of your future, in the light of the year ahead. You say and feel to yourself, happy birthday. Every day is my birthday. Every day I birth into a new day, into a new week, into a new way of being and feeling. Every day I birth into something new. New in myself, new in my life, new experiences, all new things. Every day I birth into them. You walk on this path now, gliding, flowing, drawn forward effortlessly, excitedly looking around the path. Most gorgeous imagery. The golden trees are beginning to rise up around you, filled with flocks of beautiful birds, peacocks, parrots. Bright colors, the energy of growth, of flying, of beauty, of wealth. Flies. And it floats around you. And you walk further and further, more and more, into the heart of it, into the heart of this energy, the heart of your future. Where you're going next, life is giving you next. Your birthday, year, your birthday day, this day that has been birthed for you. It has a gift for you. It has a present. And you see it shimmering right there before you. So, sitting in the path or levitating in the air, a big beautiful box filled with ribbons, covered with ribbons, paper that flashes and gleams in the light. And you can lift off the lid of this gorgeous box and inside your flag. Flow is gifting you something. Your year is gifting you something. Your greater self, higher self, soul self, God, Source is gifting you something, something for the year. A new tool, an ally, a new opportunity, a release. It's gifting you something that you need, something that you've needed for a long time. Something you've been wishing for. It's right there. Happy birthday. Happy birthday. And you say, I receive this. I deserve this. I can have this. Thank you. Thank you. And you take this. You take the energy of it. Even if you don't know exactly what it is, you can feel what it does. That's what you feel. You feel what it does for you, what it does. And you receive that. You receive that. Take it in. You say, I will. And I do. And I have. I have this. I receive this. Got that feeling now. Beautiful, beautiful. Go ahead now. Thank your flow. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Find yourself returning and coming back, back from flow. And you open your eyes. Ah, isn't that beautiful? Oh, it is beautiful. So that is flow. And that is your birthday gift to yourself. And that Is the energy that your birthday wants to give to you. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. So before we wrap up, very last thing I want to do is give you some ideas for how you can do a little space clearing, energy clearing little ritual around your birthday. Not just one with your friends, but you just to acknowledge to yourself, to all. It is like you to consider doing a small ceremony, a small ritual. You want to have a candle perhaps that's lit, maybe a collection of your favorite crystals or objects that feel like they radiate good rich energy. Maybe something special, piece of jewelry from someone that you love, you can hold in your hand. You might also get something that's a something you can burn for purification. A bundle of rosemary, a bundle of sage, a bundle of pine. These are all good plants for burning that create clarity, cleaning, release and light the candle. Light the candle. Light the smudge stick as they call it. Let it burn, let the air fill with the cleansing scent. And take that journal, take your writings, take your year ahead and describe to yourself, describe to flow exactly where you're going and exactly what gift that life has given you for the year. What gift has life given you for the year? So that is a very simple little ritual that brings together everything we talked about over the course of the hour. And of course the last little piece to that ritual. After you've done all that, you want to go into flow and you want to feel that energy of abundance. You want to feel that energy of receiving. You want to feel that energy of co creation and making and really having and becoming everything that you wanted for your birthday. How does that feel? Is that the best birthday present ever? Yes, I think it is. Yes. Yes, yes. So plan some time for that. Right? I did a variation of that last night. I took a long hot soak in the tub. I used salt, use candles, I used flow. And I just let myself shift, let myself shift into a new, different way of being. And after you've done that, see what you feel is different in you. What do you feel? What did that make for you? What did that create for you? Notice it. Notice it each day. Tomorrow, the next day, the next, the next. Notice if you want to repeat the ritual, you're allowed to notice. If you want to stay in flow and repeat that over and over each day. Notice if you want to make this year be the year where you say it was the best one of the decades, it was the best one of the decade. Because that's exactly what you can do. This shifts you so far out of lack. It is unbelievable. Ride this wave. Ride this vision. Ride this clarity. Ride this way of being and feeling. Just ride it. Every year, life gifts you with it. Flow gifts you with it. Every year, receive that gift. Do something with it. Okay you guys. Love you all.
