BONUS EPISODE: Your Dreams Are Telling You Something with Anne Vivian
29 Jan 2026 · 41 min
A bonus podcast episode in which Summer McStravick interviews Ann Vivian (visionary/clairvoyant/coach) about dreams, dreamwork, and how dreams support integration and manifestation. They explain that REM dreams connect us to nonlinear intuition and can reveal emotional, physical, or spiritual messages; the hosts use a concrete example (Summer's pink and yellow snakes) to show how to check felt-sense then consult archetypes. Ann presents a Multidimensional Manifesting framework using a tree metaphor (roots = beliefs/support/physical; trunk = action/plan; branches = higher consciousness/intuition) and describes weekly group practices (Zoom meetings, exercises like holding a dollar to explore money beliefs) plus resources (Integrative Mystic podcast, Creative Psyche Studio YouTube, multidimensional manifesting program). The episode closes with practical tips: keep a dream journal, notice which tree-domain needs TLC, and take baby steps (e.g., yoga, calendar commitments); host also promotes MI School.

Picture a tree. The roots are your foundation. Strong, weak. Your family, circumstances around you, things you've built. The trunk is your strength and present moment, action. What you're doing, how you're creating right now. The branches, that great leafy canopy, that's the connection to the greater whole. All that is your greater self, your spirit. And yet somehow all of these communicate. They pass nutrients and information up and down between them. We're going to find out today through this integrative approach to understanding who we are, exactly what we're capable of becoming. It's all through a conversation I have with a guest, Ann Vivian, and she speaks the language of dreams. Now you guys know I love talking about dreaming, daydreaming, night dreaming, flow dreaming. And I said, Ann, you gotta tell me, how do dreams factor in? How do dreams spark our manifesting? How do dreams help us understand what to do next or where to go? So that is what you're in for. Stay with me. Here we go. Flow dreaming still kinda woo Woo is just what it sounds like. An escape into the world of woo. Also a ride into you and how to feel happier, wiser and more self aware in every way. It's your ultimate journey into personal growth and inner power. We'll explore ideas like how your energy self influences the kinds of opportunities you encounter, or how your personal growth can drive your business growth, or even how that feeling of being stuck is really always coming from something else. We just have to figure out what. That's right. We're a dash of woo woo. A sprinkle of self care, a heap.
Of problem solving and pattern busting, and.
A giant cup of encouragement. We're going to relight so much passion, purpose, self love and confidence in you that, that you practically stagger. I'm Summer McStravik, your host and welcome to Flow Dreaming. Still kind of Woo Woo. We're about to jump into a conversation with Ann Vivian. She is a visionary, an artist, writer, clairvoyant, coach and counselor.
She does all the things, you know what I'm saying?
She specializes in an integrative approach that.
Is about your self development, your intuition.
Dream work, manifestation and spiritual creativity, bringing them all together into a whole. Anne runs a weekly multidimensional manifesting program.
Via Zoom and it empowers others to create the life of their dreams in.
A fun and integrative way. She is the host of the podcast Integrative mystic and the YouTube show Creative Psych Studio.
So go check her out.
Her website is creative Psych, not psychic.
You'll hear me make that mess up later in the interview.

Anne, I am happy to be here with you. I had such a fun time when you interviewed me on Integrative mystic and having you on my show is a blessing. How are you?
Oh my gosh. It is a blessing for me to have had you on my show and also for me to be here. I'm honored to be here. I love your work, Summer, and thank you so much for having me on your show.
You're welcome. Let's start by, because I already told people a little bit about you, you know, your blah, blah, blah, basic background. But can you tell me little about you, the work that you do and who you are just to introduce yourself to everybody?
Sure, I would be happy to, Summer. Well, my name is Ann and I am a coach and counselor, a writer. I facilitate some different self development groups. I'm also clairvoyant and I integrate different dimensions of healing and understanding and how I work with clients. I integrate metaphysics and psychology and creativity studies. And I love working with people in a multi dimensional way. That's really my thing. I'm an integrative, multi dimensional person and that's how I work with people. And so a lot of my groups are working with the different dimensions of consciousness and the different, the different dimensions of dreams and our psyche and creativity and intuition and helping us to integrate these beautiful aspects of our psyches in, in a way that is balanced and helps us to grow all the little.
Different facets of ourselves. As I like to say, I always.
Say we are all beautiful quartz crystals with a thousand facets. Everyone is a little different, all shining into the same place. That's. That for me is like the epitome of integration. All the little pieces, they actually belong to a whole.
I love that, I love the, the metaphor you use with the crystal. And we are also multi dimensional and, and I think a lot of times we forget that we have these other amazing dimensions, you know, other than this 3D reality in our body. Sometimes we can get a little overly attached or magnify in our perception those, those, you know, those certain parts of consciousness that certain parts of being that are maybe more magnified in the collective. But we are all intuitive, we are all magical. We all have a connection with this multi dimensional universe and higher consciousness and we, we can connect with these parts of ourselves and they're all important, you know, just like the, the facets of a crystal. They're all important. And we can connect with also our will and our, our physical senses and our logic. And as we're integrating, you know, our perhaps more suppressed aspects of consciousness. Excuse me. It helps to create a more powerful whole.
Well, okay, so this is an area where your work and mine, I feel, have a beautiful overlap. I talk about guided daydreaming and daydreaming a lot. I know that you use dreams and dreaming as a way to sort of facilitate this integration, facilitate, you know, this multidimensional communication. Could you talk about dreams and how do they help us and how do they help us become integrated, become more intuitive, help us with our manifestation?
Thank you for asking. I am very passionate about dreams and I do think we have um, we definitely have some things in common in, in our, our energies and, and how we work with people and daydreams are a kind of dream. But I will talk about the traditional nighttime dreams. So nighttime dreams can be really powerful to help us do just what we're talking about, integrate. And when we are in our nighttime dreams, when we're in the REM state, rapid eye movement state, we're more connected with, with our subconscious mind, our unconsc so than perhaps any other state. And this is a doorway to these parts of our psyche that a lot of people are just not very in touch with. And they're waking lives, they're non linear, intuitive, creative emotional consciousness. You know, most of us are more active in our. And we have to be to a certain extent we're more active in our analytical problem solving, logic, action oriented, maybe more of the prefrontal cortex, maybe a little bit more one side of the brain than the other. And so when you're in the dream state, you're connected more with the nonlinear, intuitive parts of your consciousness. And just being in touch with this is integrated because it can help you integrate sort of your abstract feminine with your, with your abstract masculine. You're integrating all of those non linear parts of your consciousness, the intuition, the creativity, the, the non linear ways of thinking and that can help balance out the other parts of your consciousness. Dreams are, are very integrative in nature. They're taking their. Our psyche is taking, you know, content from our day to day lives, sometimes processing that and it's helping you to integrate and process different experiences you have. Sometimes it helps you to process even an emotional experience that was traumatic or disturbing. Maybe you didn't even realize that something was upsetting for you. But in your dreams, your psyche is, is using some of this content processing it help you to helping you to see perhaps something you miss during the day. During your waking day, your intuition comes out and you might get different perspectives that you would never allow yourself to, you know, think in such a, quote, crazy loony way in your waking life. But in your dreams, your psyche is presenting you with all sorts of metaphorical and sometimes even literal solutions to problems and ideas about how to manifest, how to help you move towards your goals, how to help you heal creative ideas. You might dream something before it happens that's a precognitive or psychic dream. It helps you to understand your own energy patterns as you begin to look at your dreams and what the patterns of your dreams are. This is a reflection of your waking life energy patterns and it can help you to understand more how you're moving about your life. If you're moving towards something that your higher self really wants. If you have some fears or some other emotions that need a little attention and can help you tap into intuition. Nonlinear understand intuition is just, you know, non linear consciousness, you know, but you don't know how, you know, you know, and we can connect with that in our dreams and integrate all of this into our lives.
I have a question that's kind of concrete and definitely simplistic. I have had so many dream interpretation books I can't even tell you.
And they all.
I just throw them away because I will look up a symbol and I'll say, that's not how it felt.
That's not.
That didn't really relate. So I'll tell you, I had a really strange dream about a week ago. There was a big pink snake and a big yellow snake. And I looked at them and I thought, are you poisonous?
I thought maybe you are.
And I mean, that was just a little fragment that I woke up with. And then I woke up and I thought, okay, snakes, maybe, you know, some people say they represent sex.
And I thought, you know, it didn't, it felt more like knowledge.
You know, the snakes of the Ouroboros. And how do you, when you, you know, wake up in the morning and you're like, I just had this dream and it was telling me something. How do you go about that process of saying, what is it telling me? How do I integrate this into my day? Or what did it. I'm sure there's a reflection or some sort of exercise that you do.
That is an excellent question. Summer. The way I work with dreams personally and the way that I encourage the folks who work with me, my clients and group participants to work with their dreams, I suggest that the first thing that you do before you crack open that dream journal, which I do believe in the helpfulness of and the validity of dream journals. I think they have their place. But before you crack open that dream journal, work with that dream image or that dream content, that character you know, or that animal as it was the creature in your dream for a moment and ask yourself, how did this feel in my dream? What do I associate with a pink snake? What do I associate with a yellow snake? What kind of feeling does it give me to think about those snakes in my dream? So you already kind of did that. You asked yourself, are they. Well, maybe in the dream you're asking, are these poisonous? Which is interesting. But when you woke up, or maybe I'm misunderstanding you, when, when you woke up, you remembered, like, sort of the cliche meanings of a snake. Not, not cliche. I'll say maybe some of them traditional. Traditional, like dream dictionary, dream dictionary, cliches of what a snake might mean. But then it didn't resonate with you. You checked in, how does this feel for me? And then you jumped to what the meaning was for you. Knowledge, which helped connect you with a more archetypal meaning having to do with higher knowledge. You know, snakes are archetypally a symbol of the goddess of the divine feminine of earth energy. They're a symbol of, you know, you can think of the, the snake in the Bible, the serpent in the Bible, and, and the, the tree, the tree of knowledge and the connection with snake archetypally all over the world and healing knowledge, higher consciousness, divine feminine. And it's so interesting because, you know, I encourage you to look at your initial relationship and associations with that, that dream image or the dream content first, then consult a dream dictionary or, you know, research the archetypal meaning even of that symbol. So go, you know, research the archetype. But you know what? Your dream may or may not have much to do with the archetype. Number one, your psyche is communicating to you with this image, with this dream character. And you being able to communicate with your dream is really about you understanding how your psyche is trying to communicate with you. And it really is an example as well of the integrative nature of dreams. When you're, when you're trying to understand the meaning of a piece of your dream. Like, you know, if you're dreaming about those two snakes, you might in an integrative way ask, is this more of a physical dream? Is this more of an emotional, mental dream, psychological dream, or is this more of a spiritual Dream. And they can be all of the above at once. So maybe, you know, the snake could be talking about something really physical, sexual. It could be talking about, like you mentioned, poison is something, you know, do I need to look at my health? Is something not good for me on an emotional level? Sexuality can be, you know, emotional and spiritual too. But is there some, you know, knowledge that I'm, I need to, you know, I need to expand my knowledge, I need to expand my learning. Is there something about, you know, being metaphorically poisoned that I'm emotionally concerned about or fears, you know, are the snakes bringing up some sort of emotional fear? So spiritually, you know, am I being guided to. Is my. Is my consciousness opening a door to goddess consciousness and to the mother Earth energy or to higher knowledge? Do I want to study something spiritual? So. So that's an integrative way to also look at what level of the dream is maybe dominant. What does it feel like? Does it feel like, you know, more of a physical dream? Or does it feel like more of. Or emotional or spiritual and it can be all at the same time.
Exactly. Yeah. I've given some thought to it. Maybe there's some knowledge that I have been a little afraid to see or hear. But let me ask you another question, because another area that we overlap a lot is manifesting my passion. Your passion. And I know that you teach into that regularly. You have a group or you have some programs that do that. Correct. Do you want to tell me about that?
I would love to tell you about that summer. Well, I have a group that makes weekly. It's called Multi Dimensional Manifesting. And it. We, we meet weekly through Zoom. And it's based on a program that I developed and I'm developing and expanding the program and creating more of a class. And I'm also writing a workbook and I'm inspired by amazing writers like you and some of my other friends and colleagues. And so I'm making some great progress on it. But what's happening now is the group meets and we're really looking at manifesting in a multi dimensional way. Like we're talking about very integrative approaches here. So one of the symbols that I use in the multi dimensional manifesting program is a tree. And we look at the roots, the trunk and the branches as these three major realms in manifesting, not just in ourselves, but in consciousness. So the roots are representing our roots, our, our support, our core beliefs, our life energy, our, our physical life energy. The trunk is representing the here and now, the realm of action. This this earth reality, this time, space, continuum, routines, taking action, logic, planning, bringing, bringing it into this world. The branches represents higher consciousness. Creativity, expanded states of states of consciousness, intuition, spiritual revelation, understanding that is beyond the logic or, or perhaps the, the root type of consciousness, more cosmic. And I do believe that a root type of consciousness can be very spiritual and so can, you know, be practicing our routines. But this is just sort of the diagram that I created for one of the diagrams for the group. And yeah, I would love to sort of lead your audience in a little exercise to explore this further if you'd like to.
I would absolutely love that. That was going to be my very next question. Tell me, show me. Give us a taste. If I were in your group, what would we be doing?
Yeah, so we'd hand out the tree diagram and we'd look at it and then I'd explain that these are all important realms in us, in our own being. The roots, the trunk, the branches. They're important realms just to, in, you know, being human and, and collectively and the consciousness. And we need all of them in order to successfully manifest and to successfully manifest also in harmony with our true self, our higher self, in my opinion. Because if we're, if we're just manifesting from say, the root level, you know, maybe we're just focused on the material, the material world or survival or, or ignoring maybe some of the higher parts of our consciousness. And so we're not going to be as, we're not going to be as happy, right? And if we're just in the cosmic realm and we're, you know, hey, we're getting all these insights, Snake has handed me all this wisdom. I know, you know, I can see all the potential, I have the ideas, but we don't actually apply it. Then that's kind of stuck energy. And in the multidimensional manifesting program, we connect with all of these realms. We connect with our higher self and cosmic expanded consciousness. We connect with practicality, the earthly plane, we connect with our beliefs. What's actually happening physically in your life and your actual support system in your career and in your physical experience and applying that, taking those actions, writing it down, making a plan, taking a step. How do, how can I actually apply this, you know, cosmic knowledge or this reprogram belief that we reprogrammed from the roots and, and create positive change in my life. So I want to just suggest for your audience, visualize that tree. Visualize the tree of your own multi dimensional manifesting. That's your consciousness, your life energy. And just ask Yourself, where am I pretty strong in that tree? Do I have a really solid support system? My health is really strong. That would be roots. I'm really in touch with my beliefs and I use that in a really strong intentional way. The physical plane is where I feel most thriving and strong. Is it the trunk? I'm very practical. I'm, I am great at planning. I'm great at taking action. I'm great at actually taking a risk and trying something. I'm great at organizing myself and coming up with a plan and following it. Is it the branches? I'm very sensitive, spiritual, intuitive. I imagine a lot of your, your listeners tuning in summer are, are strong in the cosmic. But, but I'm sure there's, there's viewers, people tuning in, listening that are strong in, in all of these realms. But I know I'm pretty strong instinctually in, in the branches. Are you very imaginative and spiritual? Cosmic? I'm very intuitive. I get lots of ideas, I get lots of inspirations, I get lots of ideas. I tune in and connect with spiritual regularly. You have a very active spiritual practice or you're just naturally connected with more of a cosmic, non linear, expanded, intuitive, creative energy. So ask yourself, where am I strong in this tree? And then ask yourself, is there one of these realms that could maybe use some TLC that I could maybe intentionally invest some more energy in? And for me it's, it's often the, the roots and the physical part I, I get, I'm a very imaginative, imaginative, intuitive, more thinking, cerebral kind of person. But, but it's really helpful for me to bring myself down to the earth and think about the physical plane, think about my body, think about, you know, who I have around me in my, in my life, and the support is.
Going to dive in and say the same thing. My, my leafy green canopy is just extraordinary. But my root system, I need to give it some TLC down there, put in some nice nutrients and you know, give it a little more support. I'm the same way. I think a lot of us are who are. You know. Another image I love of this is as I think about the tree, it's the tree of life, the divinity of the Trinity, you know, of the three aspects of it. I can see how you're really sort of playing into those archetypes and helping us sort of expand ourselves through them. And I perfectly see the integration in that.
It's so beautiful. Thank you. Yeah, the tree. You know, speaking of archetypes, the tree is an archetypal symbol, you know, like the Tree of Life. In the Jewish Kabbalah, there's, you know, lots of trees all over religion, and they're exploring, you know, often something very similar. But in the. In the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, you know, the bottom of the tree, it really is the earthly realm, and it's just as important as the very tippity top of the tree. I think the bottom of the tree is Malkuth, and the very top of the tree is. I'm drawing a blank now. Hokma. And that's. That's cosmic energy. I hope I didn't get that wrong. If you're a Tree of. Of Life fanatic, and that's really sacred to you, we forgive you.
We forgive you.
I'm just having a. Mercury's in its shadow, so I'm still. I'm still recovering. But yes, the tippity top of the tree is very cosmic. And, you know, you. You look at all the different branches on the Tree of Life, the Sephora, and you see, it's. It's, you know, like that faceted crystal. It's all these different facets of one consciousness. And I love how in the Kabbalah, the Tree of Life is showing us not one is better than the other. They are all equally valid. And I think that can help a lot of us on the spiritual path understand that the physical is just as important as we are human, as we are in this form, as the cosmic. You can't get by in this life, let alone thrive if you're completely ignoring that. And it actually deserves the, you know, the honoring and respect of the upper part. So I love, you know, archetypally. And trees can represent so many things, but that's one of the things they represent. The cosmic tree, the Tree of Life, is all these different dimensions are integrated and part of consciousness.
So that means in your program, multidimensional manifesting. Boy, that's a tongue twister.
I know.
Multidimensional. I gotta slow that one down. Multidimensional manifesting.
Better pronunciation skills for everyone.
Yeah, thank you. But with your students, do you spend time then, you know, working on each of these sections, like the trunk or the leaves? You know how if you're an individual student, you're like, okay, yeah, my roots suck, my trunk is okay, my canopy's strong. What's the process, then, for kind of balancing? I guess that's what I'm getting at. How do I. How do I rebalance, get everything working in harmony?
In harmony? That is an excellent question, Summer. Well, if folks are in My group, we explore different, different subjects and, and exercises that, that are working with different parts of the tree. And I usually relate back what we're doing. You know, today was a. For instance, today we explored the energy of money and our relationship with money. And so it was a roots day today, multi dimensional manifesting.
And today was roots day. That's like leg day. Today was roots day, not leg day.
We worked out our roots, man, we, we fluffed them out, we watered them, we, we expanded them. So, so we all, I asked everybody to bring a dollar bill to the group and we really, we held the dollar bill, we explored the feelings that that dollar bill brought up, the beliefs that that dollar bill brought up. We explored our relationship with literal physical money in that group as well as the belief. So it was a very root oriented day, very powerful. And, and you know, I talked about how today we, we explored something having to do with our, our beliefs about money and the, you know, manifesting and the material plane. So if someone's working with me, so we're going through kind of a flow and a process in the group as it is now or it may change in the future. And I'm expanding the program to offer more of a class and the group works in conjunction with the class. And I'm also, like I said, writing a workbook. Folks can also work with me one on one. And I've had a lot of people working with me over the years, the past like 14 years or so in exploring how to create the life they want to create. And those years of coaching and counseling have helped me and helping others manifest what they want has helped me to see so many other people's process and help me to like, condense some of this. So working with me one on one, you might explore with me where your, your strength and where your growing edge is with the tree. And then we might hone in on where you really want to expand, you know, more specifically. And in one on one sessions, we'll, we'll explore, okay, what, why are your, your roots, you know, in need of some tlc. Let's talk about that. Let's talk about, you know, what's worked for you in the past. Let's talk about what's in your control now. To help. We'll help you tune into your own intuition about what you know is most helpful. And I'll use my intuition and we'll, we'll go on a journey together. And so working with me one on one, we'll look at all of the dimensions and part of that is taking your strength. So for you, Summer, you know, would be like taking that big, beautiful, giant canopy and channeling that into the other areas of your life and, you know, embracing that as part of the, the strength and using that as some momentum to move forward. So you might want to do root type things in more of a branch type way, you know, so, but we're, we're focusing on strengths, but we're also going through a process. It's kind of like a circuit where we're gonna, you know, we might focus on where you want to grow, where you realize you need some more tlc and that's your growing edge. But it's really the group. And working with me is like a circuit. It's like this, this flow where we're looking at all these different realms and exploring each in, in a series and we're big picture helping you to connect them all together. Because in multi dimensional manifesting, it really is, it's like a battery. It's connecting the yin and the yang. It's connecting all the different dimensions and helping you flow that circuit so that, you know that Summer's branch canopy energy doesn't get stuck up in the branches, that she's, she's bringing that down to the trunk and the roots, and the roots are coming back up and feeding her trunk and her branches.
I'm getting this image of a cosmic.
Electrician who is rewiring all the frayed wires and getting all the stuff stuck points to start moving and literally flowing again.
I love it. I love it. Yes. I'm totally stealing that. We are all cosmic electricians, but that's sort of the flow of multi dimensional manifesting.
Yeah, that's beautiful.
Really beautiful.
Thank you.
And we are almost at the end of our time together and I love the exercise that you gave for everyone to sort of understand where they are right now in, in the space of their tree self, their multi dimensional self, and which areas maybe they should be focusing on to strengthen or heal or integrate with the other stronger parts of themselves. So that was fabulous. Thank you for doing that. Is there anything else you want to leave us with? Any other ideas we can kind of go with and play with after the show is over and we're still sitting in our car or jogging and thinking about this.
Sure. Thank you again. And I'm glad you liked the exercise. I would just like to encourage everyone to listen to your dreams, write them down. It's a great way to tune into the trunk, the roots and the branches. It's a great way to tune in, especially to your intuition. And if you want more tips about how to remember your dreams, because I work with a lot of people and they're like, well, that sounds great, Anne, but I never remember them or I don't dream. Check out my YouTube channel. I have a playlist and one of those, a dreams playlist. And one of those has some tips. I did a show a long time ago for tips to remember your dreams. And that's Creative Psyche Studio is my YouTube channel. But I encourage you to, you know, think about your manifestation. Practice not just money, but what you want to what your soul, what your spirit, what your higher self wants to create in this life. And you know, to not guilt trip yourself if you're, if you have a growing edge. As you know, you can see, Summer and I both have our growing itch, but, but to embrace. I have strengths. We all have, you know, areas for growth and just, you know, thinking about what baby steps can I take if, if my roots do need a little bit of water? Well, you know, what can I do to actually make a positive change in my life? You know, maybe I can write down or type into my device calendar or download an app, make some sort of commitment to do something for my body. If, you know, the body is something in your roots that is needing a little tlc. Maybe I'll take that baby step and go to a yoga class. So think about, you know, where you are with that and what little baby step you could take this week.
I love that.
Well, thank you so much. And I want to remind everybody she has a great podcast, the Integrative Mystic. Please go look it up. Also, her website is Creative Psychic Studio. And actually, yeah, Creative.
Creative Psyche Studio. I know it's Psyche.
Oh, no. Oh, no. Okay, well, thank you for correcting that because everybody's going to be looking up Creative Psychic, and they're like, I don't find her creative psyche like your psyche. Got it. Creativepsychistudio.com and you mentioned that you also have a YouTube channel of the same name. If you want to see a picture of Ann in action, talking and moving, you can, can see her there.
Thank you.
And of course, please check out Multi Dimensional Manifesting. And thank you so much for your time today. It's been a blessing and I feel, I feel psyched. Can I use that word again? After our conversation? Thank you.
Thank you so much. I appreciate it, Summer. I feel inspired. I appreciate it.
There you have it, my darlings. An interesting discussion, I hope, about the presence of dreams in our Lives the. You know, a few things that struck me were, in fact, when she was.
Dissecting my really weird dream.
I know in Ouroboros, these two snakes.
I was like, who.
What's a magenta? It was kind of crazy.
But she positioned it like, well, there's.
A spiritual message, There's a mental message or a bodily message, a physical message.
Which one?
And I thought, you're right. Sometimes we just land on the obvious and we don't open up things and look a little further to discover exactly how our dreams are connecting all these different parts of our fabulous little leafy tree. So I hope you know this got your mind stirring. What part of you? There were a few little nuggets in there of asking you straight up, like, what part of you, which one needs some attention right now? And do you want to give it some love there.
I was thinking personally, you know, I.
Mentioned earlier, yeah, my roots can get a little.
Little, you know, janky.
Because I tend to spend a lot.
Of time up there on the leafy canopy.
I like to look at the sky.
But I realize my tree falls over.
If the roots aren't strong and solid. So I need to go back down there and I need to ground into them and give my darn body some gorgeous, sweet and loving attention and importance.
And I, of all people, should know to do that by now, if you know my history. But it's a continuous message.
Maybe my dreams are reminding me of that. What are yours reminding you of? And also, can we integrate a bunch.
Of these different aspects and parts of ourselves?
Like, what does integration really mean to you? I thought that was another beautiful sub point in today's conversation. So with that, I'm going to wrap up.
Thank you so much for enjoying our episode and sticking with me today.
I have a little message for you at the end. Yes, my darlings, it is about MI School I am getting all through the next few months. I'm just so pumped on this. Even if you're listening to this show as an archive, show me. School does run once a year. It is a man. I was gonna say bombshell of a program, but maybe that's not. Maybe that's not the right term. It will. It will change you. It will take care of a lot of those things that have just been sitting there unchangeable in your life for so many years. I know it's a big promise, but I'm very confident making that promise now after having done this with so many people for 10 years. I am not Tony Robbins. You guys you know that my approach to growth and change is a kind of gentle song. I am the siren. But not taking you to crash like the sailors on the shore of the old myth. But I want to draw you out of you and remind you there's a beautiful gentle meadow here. Come explore it. Come grab the treasure and the tools. And there is often a certain point in our lives where we suddenly hear that message like we didn't hear it before. We didn't hear it 10 years ago, five years ago, two years ago, six months ago. And then suddenly, oh my God. I know what she is talking about. You. I want to talk with you because that's why you're here and that's why you're being lovingly enveloped in this world of flow dreaming. Still kind of woo woo. And you're going to meet some fabulous people here.

We are a beautiful, vibrant, loving, intimate community of very powerful, accepting creators, seekers and dreamers. We make things happen. You will be intensely surprised by the quality of people who are around you. And why? Because I spend my time with you for a whole year. And I'm picky. I am. Which means that everyone in MI school is a choice cut man. They're the top. They're the best people. Doesn't mean they're the biggest in their careers or this or that. But they're good people and they're people who do the work and they're generous people and they're loving people. They're the people I want to hang out with. And I'm inviting you to come in with us because over the course of the year, we're going to talk together every month, multiple times a month. You're going to be learning things, you're going to be testing things, trying things. I have hundreds of techniques that I teach you, and we go over them together, and they will reveal you and unfold you to yourself in a way you have never seen before. So, please, come join me. At least get on my schedule to talk to me. I open up times throughout my work month where I talk to potential new students. And it's gentle. We just discuss. Hey, are you ready? Are you almost ready?
