Flow Dreaming Still Kinda Woo Woo is just what it sounds like. An escape into the world of woo. Also a ride into you and how to feel happier, wiser and more self aware in every way. It's your ultimate journey into personal growth and inner power. We'll explore ideas like how your energy self influences the kinds of opportunities you encounter, or how your personal growth can drive your business growth, or even how that feeling of being stuck is really always coming from something else. We just have to figure out what. That's right, we're a dash of Woo Woo. A sprinkle of self care, a heap of problem solving and pattern busting, and a giant cup of encouragement. We're going to relight so much passion, purpose, self love and confidence in you that you practically stagger. I'm Summer McStream. Hello, I'm Stravik, your host and welcome to Flow Dreaming. Still Kinda Woo Woo. Oh my loves, it is so good to be back with you. It's like diving into a cool pool on a hot day. And here is what I want to brief you on as this new beautiful sunny day begins to dawn. Let's start with this. In Tarot, there is a card called the Fool. Maybe some of you know it, right? The Fool. It's classically that picture of that person carrying a little stick with a knapsack tied to the end of it. And the idea is that whenever you embark on a new journey, you go in without knowing anything. You have to go in blind. You have to go in with a sense of I don't know where this destination is taking me and therefore I am a fool. A fool to trust. A fool with a blank, open mind willing to discover. Well, like I said in the very last episode of Traditional Flow Dreaming 683, I have become the fool again. Or as I like to call it, I've gone into child mind. I noticed about a year ago I just kind of dribbled and petered out with this show. You guys all saw it happen. You hear me? I think I hide things, but I'm not very good at it. What happened is I began producing so much content, especially over the pandemic years. I wrote multiple books and put together over 24, 26 online courses. So much content was coming out that the podcast I just felt like, what else can I say? What else? So I said I'm going to just pause it for a moment here and go on a journey, see where I really want to go. And I feel in hindsight it was pretty darn instructive because I got to spend a year looking at other things going in other directions, getting new things produced and put out. I told you guys, I got this great book coming out. Stuff nobody taught you. It comes out in two months. Now, that was a big, big, big fool's journey. Of course, you know, the fool card leads to the magician card. So I know what the payoff is for this kind of journey. But I'm here today because I really want to introduce you to the new branded show. And that's why this is a bonus episode. It's not really part of the new show. The new show literally starts the next episode, 684. But I want you to know what it's going to taste like a little bit, right? It's your favorite restaurant, and they just came out with a new menu, and you know how that feels. You're like, oh, wait a minute, you took one of my favorites off. Oh, but this, you know, garlic arugula looks great. So going forward, flow dreaming will always infuse this show. I will still flow Dream, but my need to teach it over and over, the way I have been. I've got hundreds of episodes in the archives for you guys all doing that teaching, sharing, taking you into the space. I run monthly programs now at my own website where you can come into the space with me. We do it live together. What I wanted to do and what we are about to do is go on a journey again. Yes, we are back to exploring. Back to the very earliest days of this show where I interviewed people. If something seemed fascinating, called them up. Hey, do you want to go talk about it on air with me? That's what we're going to do. So you're going to notice that the topics are wide ranging. They're things that have just piqued my interest. And interspersed with that, there'll be teachings that I can't help myself. If there's something that I have figured out or learned, I want to shout it to the rooftop. So you're going to have these beautiful little, what I hope are gems of teaching, interspersed with some interesting interviews and something else I'm kind of excited about. I went back and looked at all these shows, all these topics over the years, almost 700, and I thought, boy, I probably could do that one again. Mm. Got a lot more to say over there. So I will be doing updated versions of some of my most ancient shows, which I'm pretty darn excited about, because what it shows is the growth of concept and understanding. If you pursue something, what do you learn about it over time. So, you guys, I've got all of this set up for us. And the very last thing I want to say before I say jump into the episode like it's here. It's like the very next one. The very last thing I want to say is this. I apologize for having taken a year away from you. And with very little explanation, I might add, I realized that at a certain point, this show was ready to go. I mean, it was in the can. It could have happened six months ago. But then I thought, you know, I really ought to launch it the right way. I ought to make a big deal about it, get it back up on those charts again. And my head took over. And it's one of those things. It's ironic because it's something I work with my students with, how not to let your head get in the way, your perfectionism, your. I've got to get it all right. And partly again, when you are a professional and expert, that need to get it right just goes wild in your mind because you should know what you're doing. You should do it right. And so it stopped me in my tracks because I was doing other things, frankly, a lot of things. And so I just put it off. Well, until pretty much about three days ago. And it's a funny little thing that broke the spell. I'm going to a podcast conference and I realized I'm showing up with a podcast that hasn't been updated in a year. And the thought was so cringy and embarrassing that I realized my embarrassment is actually gonna trump my need to launch this correctly. So, my darlings, I am just going for it. I'm laying out my little Uzi guts and you guys are gonna hear this show, and then we're gonna cross our fingers together and hope it's good and hope you love it and hope you love the freshness and the new direction and the feel. Because ultimately for me, that's what I am mostly aiming for, how this show makes you feel. And that's where my focus is. I want you feeling extraordinary. I want you reinvented. I want you awake. I want you alive. I want you wondering what weird rabbit hole of strangeness is Summer gonna lead me into this week? I want adventure together. And that's exactly what we're going to do in this very next first episode of Flow Dreaming. Still kinda woo woo. I'll see you there. So this show is in its 19th season. 19 years, folks, which means if you wanna see Baby Summer and all that she was obsessed, you can I just put 10 seasons of archives up into Apple Podcasts and at the moment there's a seven day free trial.
