or problem for people to tackle? I think honestly I will be, uh, knowing our own organization. That's the first and most important problem to tackle before knowing the competition or learning about the competition. And when I, when I say that, what can make a competition beat us is us, not them. And there is a proverb for that: when there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm. And I think really the— and this is, maybe you can ask people who I worked with, I always say we need to know ourselves, master everything about ourselves, our products, our processes, our customer satisfaction or frustration. Everything, everything. And then we can go to know about competitors and we can have a real accurate comparison. Because if we just go, let's say, go to competitors' reviews and say, hey, they are bad, they are not doing— their app is not good, etc., well, if we didn't see our app, I mean, sometimes it's, it's— so for me it's just an example, but really I believe that We need to know our organization, our people, our products, and everything around it better than anyone else inside our own organization. To that sense, I think I would say we are, how to say, well positioned to be the gray eminences with that knowledge that we develop. And we have to build it, not just be interested in it. Document it wherever you have a conversation with people, etc., about products, etc. Okay, put it somewhere because you will use it when you compare our product with competitor's product or process or anything. So yeah, I hope it helps.
It certainly does. Well, you know, thank you so very much for being here. You know, merci
