What should readers expect from The Competitive Intelligence Playbook?

A practical guide to building competitive intelligence programs based on real-world successes and failures, not textbook frameworks. The author covers team composition, budgets, tool selection, and common pitfalls drawn from personal experience.
chord in there because people like it. Magnifique. So it's influence, it is, it's all of the above and the curiosity, I guess. So talking about curiosity, let's go back to the book proper. So what readers can expect from your book? As I read your book, what should I expect?
Yeah, I would say what I was expecting in the past when I was starting, and this is what I wanted to build. I was— I wanted to find real-life examples and real-life, uh, how to say, processes working or not working. What worked, what didn't work. But I didn't want to start with the SWOT, uh, strengths, weaknesses, opportunity, and threats that we know, PESTEL or something like that, the four forces and things like that. That we know from, from, from business school, but it's not enough to build a CI program. There's the human side of things, there's budgets, there's the team, there are tools, the platforms, whether they do the job or not. So there are a lot of things that we didn't, or I didn't, let's say, come across. So I wanted to build something Like, say, I was imagining myself in the past trying to build a program, starting in CI, and what would have helped me to start on the right foot, not make some mistakes that I made in the past, and I learned from that. So this is what I wanted to do, and this is what I expect, or people can expect from the book, to find some steps, guidelines from reality, from learned experience. To, to, to, to set up their program and to, let's say, uh, make it work. And it's one perspective, of course. They can have their own perspectives, and they can maybe have better programs than what, what, what I've built so far. But it's here to help people to see better into how to build, manage, and optimize programs. Because there's a lot of fragmented knowledge out there. And you have a lot of content about how to set up a CI program, but I wanted to add to that the human side of things or real examples from experience. Yeah, this is what I tried to do, and this is what people can expect from that.
Now I have a very tough question.
Go ahead, shoot.
