You don't have enough time.
And no one does. No one has enough time. It's a finite commodity, and we're all running out of time. And that is why we can't waste any time.
Can't waste time sitting around and doing nothing. Can't waste time scrolling through social media. You can't waste time.
Flipping through the various streaming movies that are available to you. You can't do that. You can't waste time.
Not a second. In fact, what you need to do every chance you get is you need to make time.
You need to make time. You need to get up earlier. You need to pick up the pace when you're going to your car, maybe even jog a little bit.
Rest less between your sets when you're working out. Focus harder when you're at work so you can get the job done faster.
Put a schedule together and compress your meetings and your calls. See where you can save 3 minutes or 5 minutes or 10 minutes.
How can you move faster with more efficiency and maximum effectiveness? You save those three minutes, give those five minutes, and those minutes add up.
And those minutes become hours and days and weeks.
That is how you make time.
So get that sense of urgency.
And go get after it.
