God gives us an endless amount of this resource. I always tell people we're trying to cold shock the body. Not cold adapt the body. That's why I say not hanging out in cold water forever is not a great idea. In fact, I was a mortality researcher for years. Eskimos had the shortest life expectancy, very little sunlight, very little vitamin D3. Their body was adapting to the cold, so it was adding fatipose layers. It was increasing the amount of visceral and body fat. This is one of those tools that you throw in the arsenal. You use it for its advantages and don't overuse it, don't abuse it. It can just be an integral part of your day.
