Hey VIPs, welcome to our March live Q&A. You guys ready to fire it up? Let's give a really warm welcome to our guest, Rose Ferguson. We're really excited to have her with us.
Sleep is absolutely crucial. Circadian rhythm is our internal clock. So if you are eating outside of your natural rhythm, that can really disrupt how well you manage your glucose.
All right guys, my favorite time of these VIP calls. I see a lot of hands raised.
My A1C now is 5. 5.3, which is like amazing.
That is amazing.
So thank you so much.
That is awesome. This is the reason why I have a VIP group. You all make a choice every single day to either commit to your health or commit to other things that you think matter.
