18 years ago, I lost my health. I was self-injured. My body had broken down. At the same time, I went, all right, how am I going to fix my body? But once I decided it was weight, get my body back faster, I needed a tool. And so I ordered every weight vest on the market, and it not only hurt my body, but it compromised my movement.

And I thought, what if I could tap into my metabolism every day, tone a little bit all day, and look good doing it?
There's science around compression. There's science around weighted exercise, improving metabolism, raising body temperature, and increasing the rate for this adaptive response.
Most weighted vests give you weight because of the compression, heat, and the load. We give you a transformational body.
Someone listening to this podcast, new to weight, new to rucking, sort of piqued their interest about a lightly weighted lifestyle. Where do they start?
