So when I'm on the road trying to mitigate the effects of travel, and I travel a lot, sometimes I'll travel 21 days out of the month, I always make sure that I take a mineral salt. This is in my daily stack regardless of whether I'm here or I'm traveling. So many of us are mineral deficient, and this is probably my favorite biohack, the cheapest biohack to get the most amount of minerals into the body. We used to have very mineral-dense soil. Unfortunately, we don't have mineral-dense soil anymore. So there was a time where our gut microbiome match the soil microbiome, but it's so depleted we need to replenish our minerals. And it also helps keep you hydrated. I also take my Perfect Aminos and I take H2 Tab. This is also a great way to mitigate the effects of travel. Also in my stack, I have the Symbiotica NAD and glutathione, and I will also take a vitamin C. Those are 3 things to up while you are traveling to boost your immune system and mitigate the effects of travel.
