So here's what I'm having for breakfast today after a pretty intense workout. I take my supplements with my breakfast. Sourdough toast, that's a live grain, excellent for you. I put some grass-fed butter on there, uh, 4 eggs, a big pile of sauerkraut. I'm a big believer in fermented vegetables. They have free fatty acids, they have soluble fiber, insoluble fiber, really good for you unless you have SIBO, or SIBO, um, which is small intestinal bacterial growth, can irritate you. But most people can tolerate sauerkraut. It's excellent for your gut. And then berries, all the fruits that end in berries are lowest on the glycemic index. So strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry. I always make sure that they're organic and I do wash them in a little bit of vinegar and, and, um, and some baking soda. But that's it. Super simple breakfast. Eggs, fermented vegetables, sourdough toast, and berries.
