Andy Glaze runs because he loves it and uses his platform to inspire millions. He also works in the fire service to help others, and sees his running as a third career that lets him impact people globally through social media.
I think a lot of people looking from the outside in have got to be thinking, what is this guy running from? Or what is he running towards? How would you answer that?
I always tell people, I just really love to run. So I get an incredible amount of joy doing this. And then obviously social media has become like a huge part of my life and being able to inspire people and change people's lives through my videos has been really rewarding for me. I got into the fire service as a secondary career because I wanted to help people and I wanted to make a difference. And now I have this third sort of career where I'm able to help people internationally on like a huge scale, millions of people, because I like to run.
