Gary Brecka explains why standard lab tests missed a patient's brain fog and fatigue. A Vibrant Wellness test showed mold exposure at 49, but clearing it didn't help. Genetic testing revealed methylation issues affecting hormone balance, which finally explained what blood and urine tests had missed.

Sometimes the labs don't tell the full story. Heavy metal mold toxicity, toxins that we put into our body that don't necessarily show up on the labs, but they have other manifestations. Brain fog, weight gain, fatigue. Nothing is jumping off of this page, so we really don't have a reason for why you feel that way.
Well, and that's what got so confusing is because we also did a vibrant wellness test. When that hit, my mold was 49. I was off the charts for mold. That was probably contributing to the brain fog too. So we didn't think so much about it being hormones. It must just be mold. But then when I started to clear that out and the symptoms weren't going away, it just was confusing. The blood test says a lot. The urine test says something different. And then the gene test just helps account for a lot of it too, because so much of your genetics, your methylation is tied to hormone balance. That's what saved me.
