So I find sleep to be one of those biohacks that I call passive biohacks. So passive biohacks are those things that you spend money on once and then it doesn't add any time to your day. So if you got a hyperbaric chamber, you'd spend a bunch of money on a hyperbaric chamber, but then you have to find 60 minutes to get in that thing. Things like changing your sleep environment, your mattress, water filtration, focusing on the light in your home, air filtration. Those are what I put in the category of passive biohacks. They're things that you add to your life that don't actually add time to your life. And sleep is not just our human superpower. It really is a biological necessity. It really is something that the body, that the immune system, that the remodeling system, that the waste elimination system uses on a timing basis. And that's why it's so critical to manage your sleep-wake cycle.
