In this YouTube lyric‑video release, New York‑based singer‑songwriter Gedalya Folk Rock Rabbi introduces his new single “I Walk Along,” describing it as a contemplative piece about moving through life, observing others, and learning from experience. The video interleaves Gedalya’s spoken verses with a secondary vocalist (Speaker C) who repeats a refrain about an external world and the impossibility of fully comprehending it, even with a million or a billion years. The lyrics explore themes of observation, impermanence, personal mistakes, resilience, and the idea that one does not need a “pretty face” to improve the world. After the song, Gedalya thanks listeners, directs them to stream the track on Spotify, and invites them to follow him on social media and comment on the song. The overall tone is reflective yet upbeat, with an enthusiastic promotional closing.

Hey, it's Gedalya Folk Rock Rabbi. I got a new song out called "I Walk Along," and it's a song about walking along, kind of going through life contemplating, learning, a common theme of mine. I'm gonna let you watch the lyric video, and then I'll be back after for some after-the-video words. I hope you enjoy it.
I go through life, I walk along, I see and hear what's going on. Some people thrive, some just survive. I wonder why as I walk along.
There's a world outside.
Inside of me, surrounding me, a reality beyond me.
If I had a million years to comprehend, I'd never get to the end.
I'll travel on and see some more. I'll make mistakes. Some I can't ignore. I missed a turn. What's gone is gone. I can't go back, so I keep moving on.
There's a world outside of me, surrounding me, a reality beyond me. If I had a billion years to comprehend, I'd never get to the end.
Through it all, win or lose, get the blues, and still I choose to be strong and keep on walking along. There's so much here under Under the sun, I try to learn from everyone. You don't need to have a pretty face to make the world a better place.
There's a world outside of me, surrounding me, a reality beyond me. If I had a million years to comprehend I'd never get to this— There's a world outside! Oh ho ho ho ho ho I walk along if I had 1 billion years walking on every hand yeah man, I just keep on walking along.
