In this YouTube video, Gedalya, known as the Folk Rock Rabbi and director of the nonprofit A New Song USA, introduces a new song titled "Song for Peace." He explains the organization’s goal of spreading positive, peace‑focused music worldwide and expresses hope that the song will touch listeners’ hearts and become part of daily life. The video then presents the song’s lyrics, which repeatedly emphasize that the world is a shared home with abundant water, air, food, and land, urging humanity to share these resources, reject hatred and greed, and prioritize human compassion over technology and narrow self‑interest. The lyrics call listeners to reflect on the value of every child, to reject being puppets of society, and to make room for humankind, ending with a plea for personal decision and solidarity.

Hi, it's Gedalya, the Folk Rock Rabbi. I'm also the director of A New Song USA, a nonprofit organization promoting songs with positive messages around the world. We have a new song, it's called Song for Peace. We're hoping to reach as many people as possible with the positive message of this song. It will get into your hearts and hopefully into our daily lives. Looking forward to sharing a beautiful, wonderful future with all of you. Only good things.
Brothers and sisters, the world is our home. Plenty for all when there is shalom. To fight with a friend, a country at war. Reason's the same, grabbin' for more. There's plenty of water, plenty of air, plenty of food if we would share, plenty of land to build what we need, too much hatred and too much greed. So many people all over the earth ask their Father what they're worth. Would you want your child living in pain? Your child and mine should be the same. There's plenty of water, plenty of air, plenty of food if we would share. Plenty of land to build what we need. Too much hatred and too much greed. Think about humanity, not about technology. Don't be a puppet of society. Put aside a narrow mind and make room for humankind. Drop me a line, let me know what you decide. I may be broken when you're doing fine, but your blood isn't redder than mine. Well, there's plenty of water, plenty of air, plenty of food if we would share, plenty of land to build what we need. Too much hatred. Plenty of water, plenty of air, plenty of food if we would share, plenty of land to build what we need. Too much hatred. Too much hatred, too much grief.
