In this brief introductory video, Gianna Miceli presents the Legal Focker University community and highlights its flagship course, “How to Exit the IRS Lawfully.” She explains that IRS forms create a contract of voluntary compliance, and the class teaches how to rescind that contract or, for employees, correctly complete the forms to avoid unintentionally donating to the IRS. Miceli shares her personal claim of having exited the IRS in 1999 and states she has assisted over 1,000 individuals in doing the same. She frames education as the sole barrier between individuals and freedom from IRS obligations.

Hi, I'm Gianna Miceli, and I want to introduce you to some of the classes I teach inside my Legal Focker University community. The most popular is How to Exit the IRS Lawfully. This class explains how the IRS forms enter you into a contract of voluntary compliance, so you can either rescind that compliance, or if you're an employee, fill out the forms correctly so that you're not donating to it. I exited the IRS in 1999, and I have never heard from them since. I've I've helped over 1,000 people do the same. The only thing standing between you and freedom is a little bit of education.
