So.
Oh, okay.
Again, this is one of the lounges.
So are these split rooms bigger than the private rooms?
Did you see this lounge? Is this the lounge that connected to the kitchen?
Yes.
Oh, okay. Yeah, yeah.
Did you guys walk around already?
Did you?
I was in there, yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay. So this is one of the older rooms that hasn't really been like updated much.
Lockers, three lockers.
I think somebody probably stayed in here. That's not non. Like senior living.
Yeah.
This might have been a staff.
Yeah.
Because this doesn't look like.
Yeah, like a break room.
Yeah, yeah.
So let me get the.
Of course.
Man.
That. Well, that one's not as bad as the other. So do you want to. Well, it needs a total refresh.
You're in everything.
Yeah.
And then we have.
This is like more updated room. So down over here still is still like that, that kind of like that private room. Once we start going more that way, that's when you start seeing like the double rooms. And in the double rooms you see two closets in there.
Yeah, yeah.
And here we actually. And then in here there's also a.
What's it called?
A hair studio.
Oh, yes. So, well, let's come back here a second real quick just for a moment. If you were to try to do a kitchenette.
I think the kitchen. That corner is probably going to be best right there.
Well, if you're going to entertain here and call that your bedroom though too. I don't know, could be. May, maybe more. Where would you put a kitchenette?
I'm probably. Probably over there.
Yeah. There's a window in the closet.
This would be tough.
I figured there by the entry.
Maybe here.
Yeah.
But trying to see where a bed.
Would fit perfectly, I guess in the bed.
TV outlets are over here.
The bed will probably go right here.
Yeah, yeah, that's what I'm thinking. And a TV more like over here.
Yeah.
Somewhere here.
Axle. Right there too.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. See, that's where.
And then you could have a little dinette. Dinette?
Yeah, A little kitchenette right here would be okay with the table and stuff?
Yeah, if they'd allow it. It's not 500 square feet. Right.
So I think this is 500.
No, it's not.
Yeah. Is it made 360 or something like that? Yeah, yeah. And I noticed the one across the hall has this really weird. There's a bedroom, then they have a curtain with another little bed. But it's just a little maybe 60 square foot bed space where they have a curtain. It's Like a two unit, but that's for somebody bedridden.
Yeah.
I guess they don't have much room.
Then they can't be an assistant.
No. So I also know that it's like once you start kind of being. At least on this wing now, there's also added to it is like, the level of care that is needed and provided now. Because we're talking about that already. Depending on the level of care, that can bring the price from existing, which is 5,000 all the way up to like 8,000, even higher.
Yeah. The more care you get, obviously it's more idios.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So.
I didn't see any, like, counseling rooms for, like, psychologists and stuff. Like other private rooms on here too, because that's something that would need. Be needed. I don't know. They might not have needed it in the 50s, but definitely need it now, so. But they'll be thinking there needs to be.
Was there a hair salon, though?
There is.
I thought so, yeah.
There's a salon. Is there like a therapy room with workout equipment?
None of that.
No, no, unfortunately. Yeah.
Are they assisted living? That's another thing that you need to.
Have, like a fitness center.
A fitness center? Yeah, yeah, yeah. The hair salon. Fitness center.
Yeah.
Those are the two main things that. But like I say, they. Where my brother's at, there's a dental facility there too.
So.
Yeah, they have a traveling dentist that comes in. There's an office already there for that.
Yeah.
Because they need that kind of care do so.
Well, I do know once we head upstairs, you're gonna see there's an activities room. So in there, it's kind of more like people can go in there. It's like a quiet space for them to play board games and stuff. Yeah, there is that. There's a hair salon. There's four lounges in total in this facility. Right. I'm just kind of thinking out loud. One of those lounges could be converted into, like a fitness center, you know, because for this memory care on this side, when you start, we'll start heading that way. Downstairs is a lounge upstairs. The lounge, too, in the same space in the same corner, you know, and so just kind of thinking. Yeah.
This one. You were in this one, weren't you, a minute ago? Yeah.
There's no lights here, but.
A little.
Curtain here and there's. This is the second bedroom, I guess. But it's a really, really tiny spot.
Yeah, yeah. So you got to be friendly.
Yeah, no kidding.
It was tough. My mom and her roommates.
Yeah.
My dad Was easy. My mom was really tough. And then Roger, when he was in there and he was. They had him on all those drugs. He was stealing his. His roommate's blankets. He was getting mad. I'm not staying with him anymore.
Yeah. And then apparently you do like depending, like there's. There's things that if the. The. I guess if the client has like diabetes and stuff, then you would have to get an on site nurse that is. Is licensed for that specifically too.
Majority of them are.
Yeah.
But then there's also ways that I heard that instead of getting one that is basically on your payroll, you can also do like, I guess like a third party contracting with like maybe a travel. Yeah, yeah, exactly.
I'm just wondering. I see lights. I wonder how that's all hooked up to. I mean, those should be call lights. If you. Someone was calling, those lights would come on. I just don't see the buttons. I don't know how you would hook up into that system.
I wish. I wish Wilfredo was here with us today. Because.
This one has two beds. Helps your picture a little better, right? Yeah. But one closet.
Yeah. Yeah.
So they have to share stuff now, I imagine. This is where the call buttons used to be.
Yeah.
Just trying to see if it's still usable.
An inspector would check on it. Yeah. Basically it's been wet.
Guys pushing around.
It's uneven. I hadn't noticed it being this uneven.
Yeah.
I wonder if there's some settling going on something. Almost has to be.
So this. This is where the.
That's the telecom room, I think, isn't it?
Or.
No, no beauty salon here. Okay. Yeah.
Let's see that. It's nice that they have that here because you can get a traveling farmer or something to come in. You don't have to have one on staff. Yeah, that's what my brothers, they have. Comes in like twosies and Thursdays.
Yeah, that's. Yeah, a lot of them do. This is just storage. Okay. I don't know how much I'm catching anyway.
Let me shine the light.
Okay.
Yeah. So that's a decent size room for storage.
Yeah, There is a lot of room here actually. Okay. All right, let's do that again. Take your shoes off.
Well, no, I mean there's. It's carpet soaked.
It is right now, I think so. It doesn't feel soaked right now by losing living footprints.
Might be dust.
Yeah, it's dusty.
It is dust. Yeah.
Yeah. There's a call button.
That work?
No.
Okay. In the full room that other light turned on, so try okay. GE 120-208 v. There's probably some of the comm system.
Yeah. Wow.
Carrier chain. It's a good thing this is a new phone with a lot of memory.
Looks like you also got the voicemail thing sorted out, too, because I could leave you a voicemail today.
Oh, yeah, I deleted some. Yes, I didn't realize. Thank you for telling me.
And then the bathroom is just directly behind this door.
Yeah, yeah.
Let me shut off this light here. All right, we can continue. And all the rooms here are pretty much the same. And the rooms here are pretty much the same as well.
And this is the other lounge that.
I told you about. This fell just because, like, it was old.
Oh, yeah. Just cord cable. Yeah.
This goes right out to the outside, I guess.
Yes, sir. Yeah.
So this is where there's a second story. The memory care is above us, right?
Yes, ma'. Am.
Hey. Yeah, I see you.
Sit down. Why not get back up?
And that one looks like it might get you. Show what you good?
Yeah.
Oh, look at that.
Wait, at the beginning, it's like it does this little joke. So I'll give you guys a heads up. It's the first time that happened to me.
