Okay, here's the pantry. Kitchen flowing good?
Yeah.
Yeah, I'm fairly familiar.
My family.
I don't like the traffic.
Yeah, blame you. I4 is a nightmare. So I'm glad she was quick on her thinking to just have you guys be in Altamont, just in general. The driveway was quick, right?
Yeah.
But over here, here's the dining room.
We're going to go this way though.
Back here. Like I was just saying, just more stores.
Nice.
Just non food related.
Both these doors meet out?
Yes, sir.
Outside. Yeah, yeah, that's that. That's the front courtyard, right?
Yeah, yeah. So and then I'll kind of give you guys a breakdown of how the rooms are laid out. Just make sure to turn off the lights. So there.
There are no beds in any of the rooms, correct?
No, no.
So there's a few beds left. And then this is one of the lounges over here. So I'll show you guys. And we have another restroom over here.
It's a big bathro.
On the side that has one level. Which side rooms. I think the room was either redone or just basically worked on again in 2016. Yep, yep.
Where should we go from here?
We should go. So this is one of the lounges.
We go back out to that main hall. Right.
And then I'll show you the private room areas that leads out to the courtyard yard.
Okay.
And I don't know how much information as far as like as you guys gathered as far as research wise, but I like to shop the competition a little bit to see, you know, how much you're asking for like rooms.
Yeah.
So on this side, this is the courtyard side.
That's where we came in.
I have a brother.
Admin was over there.
Perfect.
You don't need me to say anything. No, no.
But I. He's not in this area. I'd like to know what the.
You would. In this area? Yeah. So private rooms right now.
So there's a bed in here, the.
First room I came in on that side.
Yeah. There's the back door and the bathroom.
All right, so this is one of the working units. So this will be classified as a private room. So only one person.
Are you taking pictures?
I'm just leaving it on because if I keep turning it on and off, I mess up.
Yeah. So only one person will occupy this room. It has its own private shower. And because its own private shower is for assisted living only because memory care, they do bedrooms and memory care section, which is on the left wing of the building, does not have showers in them. Yeah, that being said, when we walk that side, I'll show you guys the shower room. This room right now, a similar room. Performing competition. They're asking around like $5,000. So, you know, I'm sure the room is a little more updated over there, but this is amongst one of those rooms that has already been. The floor is refinished. Yep. Wall's been repainted, a couple of stuff. You know, obviously it can be touched up, but that's the current pricing. As far as the route. Around this area.
Yeah, around this area.
Yeah.
That's lower than where I'm at, so.
Really?
Which is good.
Yeah.
Well, it's good if you're the one paying. Quit thinking that way. He's paying for that one. Yeah.
So here, by the way, so that area that we were in, that's one of the lounges of. Of this side, which is like the assisted living side. I'm going to leave the light on for here. So when we come back, I'll turn it off.
Okay. And they'll help us know where we are.
Exactly.
Good thinking. Okay.
Yeah. And then what's really good too, is so right when we're in the center over there, that's kind of like where the nurses are, like station stations. But over here you also have staff. This is the business manager's office, which would have been missing that, right?
Yeah.
She would have worked like right here. Their staff just kind of like spread out.
Just a second.
So this was her office right here. So you have somebody who. So you know. Yeah, maybe can be right there for everything.
And there's two panels here.
Yep.
I guess.
On the wall over there.
Yeah.
Yeah, those are ge.
It's updated. Do you mind opening that door for me?
No, of course not.
They never returned that, huh? For cup. Here. Thank you. I would have thought they'd have to. Maybe they bought it.
See some more private room.
Yeah. So maybe you can see this a little easier though. There's no other light. Right. Let me see. Ah, look.
Yeah.
So this is. It has a. I thought most of them have a shower.
Yeah. No. So only assisted living facilities has showers.
They all do that. They all do, yeah. Okay.
On that side, when we go upstairs, that's where memory care is. Right. The second level. Does all the bathrooms only have the. The toilet and the sink? Yep.
And this would have been a double room, potentially.
Right.
Would have still been a private room.
This would have been a private too. Okay.
Only that wing, first floor, would be the double room.
Oh, okay.
And double rooms are about. For competition. Double rooms are about 5,400 per room.
That's right. I remember that.
Yeah.
All right. Some leaks here, did you know?
Oh, I. I am aware of those leaks yet. And I'll show you.
I didn't look at that report close enough probably. I don't remember leaks showing up last time, but.
Yeah, we have another leak which it's getting addressed right now.
Roof.
Yeah.
Okay.
I'll show you that as well when we walk upstairs.
Okay.
Yep.
Like I said, I gotta just leave it rolling, so. I know. Yeah, I don't have. It keeps locking up on me. This is. He has the same phone that's doing the same thing to him.
So here, I'll show you. So this is one of the rooms that hasn't been updated yet, but you can tell. So it's still yellow walls, brick floor. Yep.
Yeah. Okay.
So.
Yeah, so do we have a running count about how many have units of. Had new floors and all that for you?
I haven't been found that yet. I'm sorry. Supposed to pick up. I was supposed to pick up kind of like additional information as far as like maintenance records and just every single detail about the building today from Mr. Alfredo. But unfortunately he wasn't able to get here.
Yeah.
Because the family emergency.
Hopefully everything's going okay.
Yeah, well, once. Once I have that, I'll send everything.
Okay.
Yep.
And these ceilings aren't too short?
No, no, I'm okay with that.
Yeah, more down this way. And then this is a model room right here, so you wouldn't be able to see. And this is the same thing I used for the photos.
Go over there.
You have. You had sent me photos too?
Yeah, yeah. No, I don't blame you. Yeah.
And sustain the same thing all the way down over there.
What's that?
Oh, I was just saying it's going to be the same thing.
Yeah. All the way down.
Yeah. So this room right here, I can open that door and show you really quick.
Oh, you can.
So this room leads directly out to the courtyard. This.
See in this. Cool.
Oh, okay.
Need some trimming.
Yeah.
Does this have a pool or.
No, no, sir. There's a private little area over there. It's kind of like. It's hard. I don't know what to call it, but it's like. It's this little canopy and people can sit underneath there. And there's kind of like fake water streams.
Yeah, they had a koi pond there.
Yeah.
A little gazebo there.
Yeah, gazebo. That's the word. But you see how the main Entrance would have been right there.
Yeah.
And all these big boarded walls was the dining room that we were in just now.
Right.
Okay, so if you. Since we're already here and that's where.
One of the roof problems was. Dining room.
And this would have been where the admin sat and main guest.
See how this is looking it.
I don't think any koi can survive under that condition. Yeah, but I'll confirm again, the roof on this side does look much better. I will tell you but I. I want to be able to see some records once. Like I said, once I have that, I'll send that over to you.
Okay.
Yeah.
And as far as we know, the surveillance that's here works this camera system.
Yes, sir. Actually everything is still live right now.
Okay. Okay.
You said you toward this.
A couple years ago? Yeah, Yeah. I don't remember exactly when, but it had been boarded up a little while.
But not all the way. Yeah, all the way yet.
Yeah. Yeah. I can't remember who the maintenance guy was that showed it to us, but Jeanette was here too.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was.
Only.
Always been Mr. Alfredo.
Just checking. It definitely means replace.
All right. So definitely need new carpet.
Yeah, you don't want to refresh everything. For sure. And that's where some of the ceiling stains are too. How many places are there ceiling stains, do you know?
Not on top of my head. Yeah, but I. I do know on the side that has two. Two roofs there. There's a few. A few spots. Yeah.
This is a little too unconcerned, even though it's by a register.
Okay. And are we gonna go to the memory care area? Yeah, we are. Let's do that.
Yeah, I wanted to get you guys over there too. You can check that out and just shut the lights off as we go.
Yeah, that's a creepy looking light.
Yeah. So these are suns like the. Like it passes directly through.
Oh, those are. Says they're supposed to be like skylights.
Yeah, yeah, sorry.
No worries.
English is my second language. English is my second language. Yeah. So like I know these words with. But sometimes like they escape.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So you're.
Are you in the assisted living facility business right now?
No.
Yeah, just fingers and pies. Well, I say I have family that's in it now.
So I'm a little bit.
One of the reasons I'm looking into.
This, but I'm seeing what other use it's compatible use.
I. I don't want to do assisted living.
Yes, sir.
Do we keep going this way? Yeah. Don't stop.
So, again, that's the dining room. That's the other kind of, like, area where people can sit, relax and wait or whatever. Then this is the nurse center.
Oh, lock on that. Try the same food.
We got meds in there?
No, that's okay. Yeah, I think I have now.
I. When I. Here, let me try to see if I can call them.
Do you remember if I had pictures of in there?
I don't think so. I don't know. Well, actually, you know my memory, so. Yeah, I hate to tell you one thing or another, but I do. I do remember seeing pictures.
Well, we're taking you to memory care.
Yeah, I think.
Yeah. It had a heyday. You know that, right? This here. This place.
Yeah.
I see all this.
Well, what happened here is. I recall that that's walls. They moved.
Oh, okay.
It is.
Looks like. Yeah.
There used to be an alcove here or something.
Yeah.
Okay, that makes more sense. But these are kind of creeping down here.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's attic space, too, so I guess it's attic space.
That looks like it, doesn't it? Well, we'd have it inspected. I mean, it's good they did the property report, but still.
Yeah, yeah, no, for sure. I'd always recommend that.
Is this all.
