Chapters

The uniqueness about this fund is the investors get to pick and choose which deals they want to be in. Because of that, I could bring all different asset types, asset classes, and the investor get the last say so as well as if they want to be in that deal or not. Now, on these deals, we're looking for some deals that have a high cash flow and other deals that may have a higher capital appreciation. So we get the diversification of cash flow and appreciation, and investors get to pick and choose which one they want to be in. They could evaluate each deal and decide if they want to be in. And it's all carried underneath the same fund. And at the end of the year, each Investor will get 1K1 no matter how many deals they're in. So it's a real big advantage for everybody.
