Okay, walking up to 5932 Peregrine Avenue. There is a storage area here. And coming in the front door there are stairs going up. Powder room to your right. You can see out to the front in the powder room. There it so washer and dryer and a brand new water heater. Okay. Oops. Need to spray that. And here into the kitchen. It's a large sink. Dishwasher is. Gosh, I can't remember it says in the listing. I think it's less than a year old. Corner cabinet. There is an ice maker but the water hose is not connected here. New microwave. Stove is not very old either. And then under the stairs is lots of storage. And the ac. Indoor AC part. And the electric was redone. And big living room. And that's the dining area there. Looking into the kitchen, patio and overlooking the lake. So it's semi private. A lot of people walk on the sidewalk or draw down the sidewalk in here. Walk their dogs, things like that. No popcorn downstairs. It was all removed. Going upstairs now. There's a linen closet at the top of the stairs. Here's the bigger bedroom and overlooks the lake as well. Bigger closet. Nice view. Nice. Nice view. Standard closet. Bathroom. Got tub. We left the storage. Higher cabinet. And then here's the second bedroom. There is a walk in here. Not as big as you might think, but it's a lock in. So that is it for 5932 Peregrine.
