Hello. Hello. Jenny Bolling here with Pivotal Real Estate Investments and I hope you're having a phenomenal week and have an even better weekend. I just wanted to tell you that Senate Bill 102 was passed. There's been several good things that are happening right now. I think that that will bring more housing units to Florida and that's really important. And we are looking at several possible investments. And so if we haven't already talked and you want to know when there is something, please be sure that you are on the distribution list and we've had a conversation if you would.
