Hey there. Happy Friday. Just checking in. I wanted to let you know I've been to a lot of events lately, especially across the country. But also I am just coming from a crew event, which is Women in Commercial Real Estate Dynamic Group. And I'm walking into the Apartment Association's Women's Summit, which also has some real rock stars in it. So definitely mixing with the people that know what's going on on the ground.
