Started when I was about 12 years old. My dad was a builder and I used to go to work in the back of his truck and, and pick up lumber around the houses. But graduated from college and did an internship down in California with a fairly large property management company. They happened to be an RTC contractor at the time, which meant that every single week I was introduced to a new property, sometimes very large four or five hundred unit properties that we took over.
