There are three things happening when you're buying a multifamily or any commercial asset. One, you're buying a piece of real property. That's what people think about. Then two, you're buying an operational business. Because when you're buying a piece of commercial real estate, whether it's multifamily or triple net industrial lease or it is an office building, there's an ongoing operational business concern. So I do a due diligence structure on the ongoing business, the real property, and then third, we do due diligence on the anticipatory or the pro forma response of the business plan we're going to implement for both of those entities.
