¡Hola! It's Glen Gould here. I wanted to film this outside because my son and I just finished our run, but it's so windy that you can't pick up the microphone. So here we go, we're going to do a little inside. What one thing will you strive to do today better than you did yesterday? This thought came to me as we were running this morning because my son and I, we run about the same route all the time. We never really mix it up. It's either our 3-mile or our 4-mile or our 5-mile route, whatever it is. But we always run the same way, and today, just as we were about to finish, I said, "Let's just change it a little bit. Let's add a little something to it to make us a little better today than we were yesterday." So that's a great thought for you. It's an old sales training technique, make one more call or visit one more customer. For this one, what one thing will you strive to do today better than you did yesterday? I'd love to hear from you in the boxes below. Give me a comment or two.
