Everybody has 5 customers they'd love to fire. I got news for you. Go fire them. Go fire them. Here's the reason why. If you don't go fire them, first of all, they're taking up more of the percentage of your time than any of your other customers because they're on your mind, right? Which means your other customers are suffering because of these customers. And these people are people you will never make happy. So you're doing them a disservice by giving them poor service. They know they're getting poor service. They know they'll never be happy when all you have to do is say, "I got an idea for you. Go to my competitor. They do really good work with folks like you. I've called them already. They're expecting you." Seriously. You think I'm kidding. I'm not. I'm dead serious. No, no. We all sit in a room like this and we kind of chuckle at this, right? And we grin at the idea of, boy, wouldn't that be fun? I've done it. It's a lot of fun. I mean, every time I had that little conversation with a person, I walked to the back of the store and I didn't sit there and go, man, I've lost it. What am I thinking? I've gone, yes, got another one of those losers out of my life. I'm serious. You will feel great if you fire a couple of customers. Now don't be as brazen as I was. There's no reason for that. Just tell them, "Get the hell out."
