way. So I'm having one of those days. I don't know about you, but just, you know, I didn't wake up in a bad mood, but things just kind of got off track. And I thought about it, well, gosh, you know, I did oversleep today, and, and it's, it's the first couple of days that really, and for almost a week in a row, that have just, uh, weather sucks. It's cold, and I've been cold for about a week now, and I'm tired of that. I figured I had to get out of this somehow. So I looked around, I wonder if there's a secret, some sort of secret for getting out of a bad mood. I don't know if there's a secret, I don't know it, but I know what worked for me. And what worked for me today was a combination of two things. The first thing was, I find that when I'm struggling to have a good day, I'm not productive and things are going the wrong way. So I, I just get stagnant. I don't do anything. I mean, I find myself, everything I try, it doesn't work out, it screws up, and that's frustrating. So the first thing I did today kind of turned things around was I decided to do some work that needed to be done, but it really didn't take a whole lot of figuring out. It's something that I do all the time, something that is just repetitious work that I could easily succeed at. And I felt good about getting some work done. That felt good. And then the next thing I did, and of course I'm fortunate since we're small business owners, we don't have a job per se, but you know, we have a full-time job, lifetime job really. But the second thing I did was I went out and I went for a run and got out here, did a quick 6 miles, and it's cold, but I feel good now. I feel better than I did, and I feel like I can take on the rest of the day. So I don't know if there's a secret to getting out of a bad mood, but that's what worked for me.
