The video is an informal vlog capturing a day out in Thomaston, Georgia on April 9, 2016. The group begins by discussing a recent 10‑mile run, with one participant bragging about a 7:30‑minute per mile pace. They then head to Sweet South Strawberry Farm, where they talk about strawberry‑picking strategies, compare fruit quality, and joke about the difficulty of finding the perfect berry. While at the farm they promote the location by mentioning a future social‑media post. After picking, they visit local eateries: they order a variety of bagels, muffins, and drinks, try a historic "scrambled burger" and a slaw dog from a restaurant famous since 1929, sample pizza from "Slices," and discuss strawberry‑infused desserts and drinks, including a strawberry margarita and mimosa. Alicia’s 21st birthday is celebrated with a song and gifts. Throughout, the participants engage in playful banter, humorous exaggerations, and light‑hearted commentary on the town, its food scene, and their own quirks. The vlog ends with a casual “Tammy’s Tent Time” segment where they chat about random topics.

Tell me about today's run.
It was fun. It was a lot of fun. Um, I ran my fastest 10-miler, which was a 7:30 pace— 7:36 pace.
Yeah, I am bragging.
I'm gonna brag a little bit, and I enjoyed that run. I think I could have gotten— I think I could have ran even a little bit faster if I set my mind to that I was gonna run that pace.
Or if he just had a lion chasing him. So many tasty treats! Always fantastic. Okay, you gonna order? You want me to order?
Oh, wait, what if I want—
You don't even know what you're doing. I know what I'm doing.
Alright, so I'm gonna have an Asiago bagel toasted plain schmear, cinnamon sugar bagel 2 cinnamon sugar bagels toasted with plain schmear, turkey sausage and cheddar on an everything bagel double toasted, 2 cinnamon chip muffins heated, a snickerdoodle cookie, and 3 medium drinks.
What do you want?
Are you getting— that was all for you?
Of course. No, I'm just kidding. We're in search of adventure.
Indeed.
And by adventure— go ahead.
And by adventure we mean going right back to the house to get money.
That's right. Got the old Georgia flag barbecue.
Oh, they're out today.
There you go.
I'm gonna miss it. Whoa!
Shark turn!
He is flying a kite. Sort of. It seems I'm always a little gimpy getting out of the car after driving an hour and a half. I'm encouraged that my youngest son is too. 3, or what are we doing? I don't know, how many do you want, Mom? We're gonna do 3. I guess we're at least gonna try if we don't run out of steam.
All right, y'all just want to refill these buckets? Yeah.
Okay, we'll come back and pay when we're done.
Is that the way?
All right, very good. Let's go! Yeah, let's do it! It smells like a A lot like a farm.
I've discovered the secret to finding strawberries is bending over.
I'm not real happy about it, but we're gonna try. What's the story there, buddy?
I am very picky about my pickings, and today is a great day for strawberry picking because there's a lot of them.
If you would, just share with me real quickly what makes for an excellent choice.
Well, that depends.
There's some that are really good looking like this one that are very red and ripe and full of color. But then if you want to go less on the good looking side, there's some really big ones that you can find. Kind of look a little mutated, true, but they're big and they're full of flavor.
It's really just the simple things that make life fun. I mean, this is just a great activity for us and we certainly could just let them pick them, but it's a lot more fun when we do it ourselves. Meanwhile, Carson is still seeking the ultimate strawberry. He is arguing, no doubt, quality control procedures that he is following very carefully. Let's put it this way, Carson will not ever make it in the High Speed World of Strawberry Picking. Yeah, you paid last year though. Boy, I'll tell you, it was rough last year.
We were only open for like 3 or 4 days last year.
We came, she got a good one this year.
Yeah, yes, it's been very good this year.
Look at those suckers, they're huge!
They are huge. Um, how long is the season? Usually through the end of May. It just depends on how quick the heat comes in, but based on the way the temperatures have been going, we might still be here in June.
I know, right? Wait, is that ours?
That's ours, yeah. I guess you want us to pay, don't you?
Yes, you do. $28.50.
Are you sure they're not free?
We're gonna make us putting this online to promote you.
Yeah, Sweet South Strawberry Farm.
Just tag us in it.
Yeah, you bet, you bet. Okay, aren't they beautiful? You're excited. I'm very excited about my strawberries. We're gonna have strawberry pie, strawberry rhubarb, strawberry shortcake, strawberry ice cream, strawberry smoothies, strawberry pecan pie— no, that doesn't work. Strawberry pie, strawberry fluff, strawberry—
strawberry, um, um, strawberry mimosa.
That sounds interesting. Strawberry margaritas. Hey Grant, what else can we make with strawberries? I've quickly moved into the alcoholic drinks. Techno Boy wants to use the GPS. He's going to ruin my adventure.
Nature is so unkept.
Really?
Ain't it true? Really?
Trenna.
Trenna.
I think on the list of the 10 saddest places to live in Georgia, the Thomastons is on that list. That's not my list. I'm not kidding. I didn't do it, but I'm pretty— yes, I can, because it's true. You can put anything on that's true. You can put anything else not true, but I'm gonna put stuff that's not true. And I'm telling you that Thomaston was on the list of the 10 saddest places to live in Georgia. Isn't that sad?
Hooray!
All right, English is Café. Yes, they've convinced me to try the scrambled burger because it's been— since when you're famous for it? Since 1929. You were here then?
No.
Oh, today is my 21st birthday. Oh, happy birthday! Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Alicia, Alicia, happy birthday to you.
Thank you.
Veggie boy wants to have his own meal, so we got pizza for him. Let's see it again. Looks awesome. What's the name of that place? Uh, Slices. Slices in Thomaston. Okay, so we'll see how it is. Pretty good. So the potato soup, Carson, it, it's great. It is really very good.
And they got it in these little cups, which is awesome.
So Alicia's convinced me to try the scrambled burger and, and, uh, dog combo. And when I asked her what I wanted on my dog, she said she was just going to make it for me. It looks like I've got this wonderful looking slaw dog and a scrambled burger. Famous since 1929. Yes, it's kind of like Sloppy Joe but different. The slaw dog is awesome. I have to admit, I don't think I've ever had a slaw dog in my life. It works very clean with where we serve slaw dogs. You guys eat slaw dogs all the time. I don't think I've ever had one. Really, really good. And the scrambled— the scrambled— is it called scrambled burger? I don't know what the sauce is, but I do know what I'm gonna do. Alicia told me that they, um, some people order chocolate milk with it, so I'm gonna get some chocolate milk before I render a verdict on the burger. Here we go. I'm gonna have some of that Really, really good. They make their own sauce. I don't know what it is. I don't drink chocolate milk. It's different, but it's good.
I like it.
Tells me, something tells me that one of y'all is Lane. I'm psychic. No, actually, the girl working the other corner sent us over here.
Alicia.
Yeah, she did. I know, it's her 20th, 21st birthday. And she told me that you're younger than her, so you're only like 18. That's awesome. So we love your store. We love your store. How long you been here?
4 years.
It's cool. We successfully escaped the antique shop without knocking anything over. It's a big day. You mind if I film you?
Do what?
I said, do you mind if I film you?
No, not at all. Because I already did.
But I have a delete button. Now, is this the same recipe as Chick-fil-A's ice cream?
It is, but we just add our strawberries. Sugar, a lot of sugar.
Tasty. Play it. Freeze out!
Freeze up!
I don't like it. Stop it, stop it, stop it! Now I demand you— no, no fun anymore. Stop. First bite of the first strawberry.
What do we think? It's Tammy's Tent Time. It's time of the day where we all get together and kind of talk about all sorts of things that really don't matter.
